The didactics is configured as a broad field of investigation and has as object of study the teaching process. It encompasses several actions on pedagogical practice, but also involves the conception of education that the teacher possesses, since to human and integral formation it is necessary to consider the political, social, cultural and economic scenario in which the subjects are inserted. In the light of the above, the objective of this article is to analyze from the productions in the field, specifically the Working Group on Didactics (GT04) of the National Association of Postgraduate and Research in Education (ANPED), which reveal about the role of didactics in teacher training. It is based on the qualitative research, of the bibliographic type; the data collection took place in the ANPED database between 2007-2017 and data analysis was performed from a descriptiveanalytical perspective. The results reveal mainly the research focus in the researched area.

Working Group of Teachers of Islamic Religious Education State Elementary School Gerokgak District is an organization engaged in Islamic Religious Education, where the board and its members consist of special Islamic Education Teachers (GPAI) both civil servant teachers and non-civil servants who are responsible and participate in promoting Islamic Education and fight for the rights of students who are Muslim. KKGPAI-SDN Gerokgak District has been established since 20 years ago. During this time KKGPAI-SDN has a desire to memanjukan KKGPAI-SDN Gerokgak District not only in terms of activities, but in terms of administration that is still very manual done using Ms.Word and Ms. Exel, such as in making activity reports covering the results of the contest, filing of GPAI for UAS, UTS, UKK and USBN, financial reports, monthly routine reports of teaching and learning activities GPAI, and archiving correspondence in all aspects, making KKGPAI take a long time to completing the results of the contest to be informed to the school in the sub-district Gerokgak, data collection of funds and the expenditures that will be reported by the secretary to the chairman of the KKG, filing letters and questions made KKGPAI-SDN team compilers, reports on teaching and learning activities to be reported to the Office The Ministry of Religion of Buleleng Regency as a monthly fixed report for KKGPAI and GPAI every month as a means of assessing the District-level KKG and GPAI in advancing its vision and mission. Data collection methods carried out are through observation or field observation, interwiew or interview and literature study. The software development method used is the waterfall method through 5 stages, namely, the analysis stage, the design stage, the coding stage, the testing phase and the maintenance phase. From the explanation and the results of the discussion above can be concluded that the Administrative Information System Working Group Teachers Islamic Religious Education Gerokgak District was designed using PHP and MySQL programming language as one form of efforts to improve the quality Teacher Working Group Administration in District Gerokgak.

Abstract Background Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2 ) is responsible for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), a disease that had not been previously described and for which clinicians need to rapidly adapt their daily practice. The novelty of SARS-CoV-2 produced significant gaps in harmonization of definitions, data collection, and outcome reporting to identify patients who would benefit from potential interventions. Methods We describe a multicenter collaboration to develop a comprehensive data collection tool for the evaluation and management of COVID-19 in hospitalized patients. The proposed tool was developed by a multidisciplinary working group of infectious disease physicians, intensivists, and infectious diseases/antimicrobial stewardship pharmacists. The working group regularly reviewed literature to select important patient characteristics, diagnostics, and outcomes for inclusion. The data collection tool consisted of spreadsheets developed to collect data from the electronic medical record and track the clinical course after treatments. Results Data collection focused on demographics and exposure epidemiology, prior medical history and medications, signs and symptoms, diagnostic test results, interventions, clinical outcomes, and complications. During the pilot validation phase, there was <10% missing data for most domains and components. Team members noted improved efficiency and decision making by using the tool during interdisciplinary rounds. Conclusions We present the development of a COVID-19 data collection tool and propose its use to effectively assemble harmonized data of hospitalized individuals with COVID-19. This tool can be used by clinicians, researchers, and quality improvement healthcare teams. It has the potential to facilitate interdisciplinary rounds, provide comparisons across different hospitalized populations, and adapt to emerging challenges posed by the pandemic.

Caseload profiling is being advocated as a method to measure, manage and evidence increasingly complex caseloads in district nursing. However, there is no qualitative work on district nurses' experiences of applying caseload profiling to their caseloads. The aim of the service evaluation presented in this paper was to explore a working group's experiences of implementing a caseload-profiling tool to caseloads in district nursing in one community setting. As part of the service evaluation, three semi-structured interviews were conducted during meetings of the working group. Following data collection, thematic analysis supported the identification of three themes: barriers, facilitators and significance of data collected from caseload profiling. Subthemes were identified and compared with available literature and policy to enable new insights from practitioners to be gained. The service evaluation concluded that caseload profiling is a simple process that yields rich, complex data, with the data generated from the caseload profiles providing a method to evidence the complexity of district nursing caseloads and information to support proactive caseload management and identification of service delivery priorities.

Technological advances with organs-on-chips and induced pluripotent stem cells promise to overcome hurdles associated with developing medical products, especially for rare diseases. Organs-on-chips—bioengineered “microphysiological systems” that mimic human tissue and organ functionality—may overcome clinical trial challenges with real-world patients by offering ways to conduct “clinical trials-on-chips” (CToCs) to inform the design and implementation of rare disease clinical studies in ways not possible with other culture systems. If applied properly, CToCs can substantially impact clinical trial design with regard to anticipated key outcomes, assessment of clinical benefit and risk, safety and tolerability profiles, population stratification, value and efficiency, and scalability. To discuss how tissue chips are best used to move the development of rare disease therapies forward, a working group of experts from industry, academia, and FDA as well as patient representatives addressed questions related to disease setting, test agents for microphysiological systems, study design and feasibility, data collection and use, the benefits and risks associated with this approach, and how to engage stakeholders. While rare diseases with no current therapies were considered the ultimate target, participants cautioned against stepping onto too many unknown territories when using rare disease as initial test beds. Among the disease categories considered ideal for initial CToC tests were well-defined diseases with known clinical outcomes; diseases where tissues on chips can serve as an alternative to risky first-in-human studies, such as in pediatric oncology; and diseases that lend itself to immuno-engineering or genome editing. Participants also considered important challenges, such as hosting the chip technology in-house, the high variability of cell batches and the resulting regulatory concerns, as well as the financial risk associated with the new technology. To make progress in this area and increase confidence with the use of tissue chips, the re-purposing of approved drugs ought to be the very first step. Impact statement Designing and conducting clinical trials are extremely difficult in rare diseases. Adapting tissue chips for rare disease therapy development is pivotal in assuring that treatments are available, especially for severe diseases that are difficult to treat. Thus far, the NCATS-led National Institutes of Health (NIH) Tissue Chip program has focused on deploying the technology towards in vitro tools for safety and efficacy assessments of therapeutics. However, exploring the feasibility and best possible approach to expanding this focus towards the development phase of therapeutics is critical to moving the field of CToCs forward and increasing confidence with the use of tissue chips. The working group of stakeholders and experts convened by NCATS and the Drug Information Association (DIA) addresses important questions related to disease setting, test agents, study design, data collection, benefit/risk, and stakeholder engagement—exploring both current and future best use cases and important prerequisites for progress in this area.

AbstractPresently, there is no shortage of methods for collecting data on populations requiring assistance from humanitarian health interventions. However, utilizing a working group, the authors of this paper have looked at these methods through a critical lens and found that there is need for improvement upon existing systems of data collection and analysis. The authors concluded that efforts to standardize the methods of data collection are needed to achieve universal uniformity, and that more funding should be allocated to analyze the data collected.

The purpose of this research to describe the social capital that is owned by the working group members of PHBS of SMP Negeri 107 Jakarta in an effort to implement a clean and healthy living behavior. This research uses a qualitative approach and is a descriptive research through data collection techniques in-depth interviews, observation, and literature study. The results of this research shows that social capital is owned by members of the working group of PHBS of SMP Negeri 107 Jakarta can support its success in an effort to implement clean and healthy living behavior.

This study has conducted to reveal the effect of the problem based learning on academic success in the 6th grade math lesson. The working group of the study consists of 79 students who are 6th grade at Ismetpasa Secondary School in Düzce. The study has been designed in the model of pretest-posttest control group. "Mathematics success test" and "Semi-constructed interview form on the problem based learning" have been applied as data collection tool. Data has been tested with the analysis of both covariance and content. There is an important difference between pretest results and posttest results when the pretest points have been controlled. When the opinions of experimental group related to these learning methods have been examined these opinions provide the permanent learning, improve the success and develop the skills on problem solving.
