A comprehensive model of the telecommuting adoption process, incorporating employer and employee perspectives, is developed. A probabilistic modeling approach is taken. The employer decision to offer a telecommuting program is modeled as a function of motivations and constraints and of the perceived impacts of telecommuting on the organization's productivity and costs. The employee decision to adopt telecommuting is modeled as a function of motivations and constraints as well as of the impact of the program on lifestyle quality, work-related costs, and income. The results indicate that telecommuting has a significant potential to increase productivity and improve lifestyle quality, if the right program is designed for the right employee. The potential of telecommuting to reduce organization and employee work-related costs is perceived to be limited. An overall negative perception about the potential impact on productivity and lifestyle quality of telework center–based telecommuting programs is identified, pointing to a need for further research to assess the market for telework centers.

Abstract Reclamation complexes, the key element of which are bypass canals, are actively used for effective agricultural work. For the development of reclamation canals. as a rule, excavator equipment is used, which subsequently ensures their effective functioning. The analysis of the impact of the efficiency of the functioning of amelioration systems on the agro-industrial complex (AIC) sectors revealed a significant dependence on obtaining high-quality crops or pastures. Factors were identified that reduce the quality of reclamation work. Among them, the indicator of positioning accuracy of the profile of the soil during clearing or arrangement of channels is highlighted as the main one. It was proved that the installation of automated leveling systems will provide technological improvement to the excavator. Modernization of excavators by introducing automatic leveling systems (ALS), allows you to increase the speed and accuracy of work, and therefore productivity. There are three main ALS solutions for excavator operation: ALS 2 D control system; ALS satellite monitoring system; ALS AUTO satellite leveling system. It was determined that for using ALS AUTO, the quality of the work performed does not depend on the human factor. Field tests were carried out at the test site with quality control of the construction embankments with JCB JS 205 excavator modernized with ALS. The data obtained were compared with the results of grading with a JCB JS 205 excavator without ALS. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that with the introduction of automatic leveling systems, the productivity of the equipment increases by 200%, and the accuracy of the work performed has increased 2 times.

Introduction: Chronic inflammatory bowel disease is a chronic lifelong disease with various triggers, intermediate longer and shorter remissions. Parents need to know what kind of nutrition the child with chronic inflammatory bowel disease needs because they must be able to make the right decisions regarding the child‘s diet. The right choice of diet gives a child enough energy in their daily and enables the quality life. They must enjoy a healthy balanced diet so that they receive all the nutrients the body needs. In our work, we presented chronic inflammatory bowel disease in children and parents’ assessment of the child’s quality of life. Methods: We chose a quantitative methodology to establish the impact of diet on the quality of life of the child with chronic inflammatory bowel disease. To describe and define the problem, we used a descriptive method. A structured measurement instrument was based on a review of the relevant foreign and domestic literature. Statistical data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Data were collected by a non-random and occasional sampling survey. Results: We found that most children whose parents participated in this research have Crohn’s disease (n = 20; 50%) and ulcerative colitis (n = 16; 40%). The type of food that is harmful to the child is fatty food (n = 33; 83%), followed by spicy food (n = 32; 80%) and acidic food (n = 10; 25%). According to the parents’ assessment, children with chronic inflammatory bowel disease have good (n = 22; 55%) health. We found that physicians provide parents with the most necessary nutrition information. Through evaluation of the parents, we found that there is no statistically significant correlation between the general assessment of a child’s health and the type of chronic inflammatory bowel disease (X² (2) = 5.925, p = 0.052). Also, there is no statistically significant correlation between the eating pattern and parents ’assessment of their child’s quality of life (U = 38.00, p. = 1.00). Discussion: The health care providers have an important role to play in giving appropriate information to parents to ensure the quality of life of the child. She teaches parents and children about living with chronic inflammatory bowel disease and emphasizes the importance of nutrition, which greatly contributes to a better quality of life.

To ensure the required reliability of electronic regulators, a complex of tests is required, consisting of metrological studies and testing of the operation of control and monitoring algorithms. Metrological studies and calibration are carried out using standard and specialized measuring equipment. To test the control and monitoring algorithms a specialized gas turbine engine simulator with a built-in mathematical model is required. In addition, control and verification equipment and specialized software are needed. The increasing production rates caused by the large market demand in these regulators and the need to ensure reliability lead to a significant increase in labor costs and the time required for testing, which is especially important in batch production. One of the options for reducing labor costs and improving the quality of test scores is the automation of this process. Automation - the highest stage in the development of technology, which is characterized by the implementation of production management and other socially necessary processes without direct participation in them. Increasing the degree of automation of the enterprise leads to an increase in the stability of the technological process, reducing the impact of the human factor, improving the transparency of production, which ultimately positively affects the quality of finished products. The use of automation of the testing process excludes the influence of the human factor, allows for more extensive testing of the operation of the control and monitoring algorithms. When testing time is shortened, the quality and reliability indicators of Element electronic regulators produced by Element JSC are improved. As a result, the estimated effort required to test the operation of the algorithms of one electronic regulator will be reduced by 4-5 times. The main problems in testing modern electronic gas turbine engine (GTE) regulators are described. The possibility of test automation in the mass manufacturing of gas turbine regulators by the example of the electronic regulators of an engine of a family RDTs-450M. Future direction of testing development of had detected.
