International cooperation in running schools has promoted the scale of higher education and trained a number of talents with international vision. However, there are many differences between domestic teaching and foreign teaching in the international cooperation in running schools. This makes it difficult for students to adapt to the teaching of foreign universities. Connecting domestic teaching with foreign teaching and solving the problem of differentiation has become an important issue in international cooperation in running schools. In order to improve the quality of international cooperation of high education, it is very urgent to design an efficient model of international cooperation. We exploit artificial intelligence to design a teaching model of international cooperation. We implement the effective model of international cooperation in logistics management and software technology, where the implementation results show that the model can provide learning suggestions of the foreign stage according to the learning situation of the domestic stage.

Recent advancements in Artificial Intelligence techniques, including machine learning models, have led to the expansion of prevailing and practical prediction simulations for various fields. The quality of teachers’ performance mainly influences the quality of educational services in universities. One of the major challenges of higher education institutions is the increase of data and how to utilize them to enhance the academic program’s quality and administrative decisions. Hence, in this paper, Artificial Intelligence assisted Multi-Objective Decision-Making model (AI-MODM) has been proposed to predict the instructor’s performance in the higher education systems. The proposed AI-assisted prediction model analyzes the numerical values on various elements allocated for a cluster of teachers to evaluate an overall quality evaluation representing the individual instructor’s performance level. Instead of replacing teachers, AI technologies would increase and motivate them. These technologies would reduce the time necessary for routine tasks to enable the faculty to focus on teaching and analysis. The usage for administrative decision-making of artificial intelligence and associated digital tools. The experimental results show that the suggested AI-MODM method enhances the accuracy (93.4%), instructor performance analysis (96.7%), specificity analysis (92.5%), RMSE (28.1 %), and precision ratio (97.9%) compared to other existing methods.

Xi’an Jiaotong–Liverpool University (XJTLU) is a young Sino-English university in Suzhou, China. It is a pioneer in making China rather than foreign universities the center of China’s internationalization process. The chapter discusses the background of XJTLU’s location and successful development, measured in terms of breadth of teaching experience, quality of research and teaching, and rising international reputation. For personal and internationalization reasons, there is special attention given to the International Business School Suzhou (IBSS) as the most important department of XJTLU. We analyze long-term demographic challenges facing all Chinese institutes of higher education, followed by a discussion of XJTLU-specific organizational challenges (regarding mutual dependencies, human resources, and correct incentives) and cooperation challenges (relative to its parent institutions and local government).

Higher education and improving the quality indicators of higher education is always a hot problem for all time. Education is the core of the country's society. Over hundreds of years, higher education systems have changed to match the level of civilization, the amount of human knowledge, the new pace of life and the development of information technology. . Many higher education methods in developed countries have applied very effectively and met many high educational standards such as ABET, QS - Quacquarelli Symonds, Times Higher Education, SARWU - Shanghai Academic Ranking of World Universities ... Using AI, Big Data has also been applied to minimize time dependence and increase human understanding. From the traditional education model, the world has come to teach online with the application of IoT. In this article, we introduce a new model of higher education that can be applied in the near future to higher-end IoT applications than online, distributed education. We call this the Distributed Higher Education System Model – DUSM. With application of artificial intelligence to make virtual environment in education, we hope have a big change in education to advance quality of education. The analysis of the method will be presented in detail and hopefully it will be quickly applied to suit the capacity of social information technology.

Since the higher education expansion and education marketization from 1998, China’s education inflation has become increasingly serious. And correspondingly, the income of graduates remains in a low level. This paper built a model and explained two important reasons. First, the quality of Chinese high education is relatively low, which means the signal effect of education will be less efficient. Second, every individual has an incentive to occupy higher status in the education hierarchy, which means there is a zero-sum education arms race game. I try to build a simple but powerful model in this essay to explain how thses two factors contribute to Chinese education inflation and how they intertwine with each other.
