With the progression of economic globalisation, China’s expectations about the quality of English teaching in the country have increased, and because of the restrictive drawbacks of orthodox English teaching models, they cannot meet these requirements. The emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) technology can create new opportunities for the optimisation of English teaching. As such, this study aims to systematically review and analyse the current research on the innovations afforded by AI for China’s English teaching model, especially the application of AI in unquiesced English teaching. The descriptive–analytical approach is used to study and analyse the literature. The research results highlight evidence of success cases, illustrating that the implementation of AI in English teaching in China can provide new ideas and create new spaces for the innovation of teaching models. International cooperation in running schools has promoted the scale of higher education and trained a number of talents with international vision. However, there are many differences between domestic teaching and foreign teaching in the international cooperation in running schools. This makes it difficult for students to adapt to the teaching of foreign universities. Connecting domestic teaching with foreign teaching and solving the problem of differentiation has become an important issue in international cooperation in running schools. In order to improve the quality of international cooperation of high education, it is very urgent to design an efficient model of international cooperation. We exploit artificial intelligence to design a teaching model of international cooperation. We implement the effective model of international cooperation in logistics management and software technology, where the implementation results show that the model can provide learning suggestions of the foreign stage according to the learning situation of the domestic stage.

The focus of this paper is a discussion of the concept of freedom according to Jean-Jacques Rousseau, one of the philosophers of the Enlightenment. Rousseau's concept of freedom is always interesting to discuss in the context of a country that applies democracy as its political system, one of which is Indonesia. In discussing the concept of Rousseau's freedom, it is relevant to Indonesia's current democracy, which is in a state of flawed democracy according to the research results of The Economist Intelligence Unit in 2020. The goal to be achieved is to find new ideas as a solution to improve the quality of Indonesian democracy for the better. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method in the form of literature review. The findings in this paper is that the quality of freedom in Indonesian democracy is still very low, especially in the fields of religion and education. The task to fight for this freedom is first of all in the hands of the leaders of the nation and state.

The quality of the teaching process highly depends on teachers and their qualifications, and the teacher's role plays a very important part in the implementation of the new teaching methods. The results presented in this paper are part of the quantitative study which investigated the primary teachers' perception of the online teaching model that has been realized in Serbia during the COVID-19 pandemic, in comparison to the traditional teaching model. The paper aims to define and present the teachers' profiles, based on their preference for a certain teaching model: the profile of the teachers who prefer working in the traditional teaching model, and the profile of the teachers who prefer working in the online teaching model, or do not make any difference between the two, based on the professional data and their statements and attitudes regarding the comparison of traditional and online teaching models. It was assumed that the teachers with less work experience, more professional training and higher education level would generally prefer the online teaching model. For the research purposes, the specialized two-part questionnaire was designed. The first part included questions concerning the socio-demographic background, while the second part investigated the teachers' attitudes towards the characteristics of the teaching process in both traditional and online teaching models. The independent-sample t-test was used to estimate the influence of previous training on the choice of the preferred teaching model. The research was conducted during January and February 2021. The research sample included 609 examinees. The research results showed that the choice of the preferred teaching model depends on the self-assessment of the teachers' competencies required for the online teaching model, as well as on the duration of the training in the field of Information and Communication Technologies, as a part of the regular professional improvement training. The initial assumption was only partially confirmed by the research results.

This paper explores the application of a mixed teaching model of Task-Based Learning (TBL), Collaborative-Inquiry Model (CIM) and MOOCs to the academic English teaching for graduate students at Inner Mongolia University, China. Teaching tasks of eight units are assigned for students to learn through the online course on MOOC in advance. Graduate students are grouped to work and cooperate with one another to complete the presentations of their learning results. A five-year teaching practice indicates that 1) graduate students appear more active in class than students taught in traditional class; 2) the writing quality of abstracts is greatly improved through the cooperative learning pattern; 3) students show more satisfaction for the course than ever before regarding the teacher’s help for their academic activities. The application of the new teaching model has not only benefited the Inner Mongolia University (IMU) students, but also set up a pioneering example in teaching reform for graduate students and provided valuable experiences for other universities in ethnic areas.

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.
