Chemical enterprises are presently confronted with several difficult issues, including high power consumption, dangerous risk evaluation, and environmental regulation, all of which push industrial and academic institutions to develop new technologies, catalysts, and materials. Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is a polymer made by replacing H2 molecules in high density-(C2H4)n with chloride ions. CPE elastomers are made from a high density-(C2H4) backbone, and it was chlorinated using a free radical aqueous slurry technique. However, such fundamental polymer characteristics are insufficient to explain the performance characteristics of chlorinated polyethylene elastomers. Artificial intelligence (AI) has had a massive effect on all sections of the chemical sector, with tremendous potential that has revolutionized value supply chains, enhanced efficiency, and opened up new ways to the marketplace. As a result, in this research, we offer a methodology for the performance characterization of chlorinated polyethylene based on artificial intelligence (AI) and wireless network technology. The AI tools can search through enormous databases of known compounds and their attributes, leveraging the data to generate new possibilities. The dataset is first gathered. The chemical characterization is classified using the K -nearest neighbor (KNN) technique. This program was created to examine molecule structures and forecast the outcomes of new chemical reactions. Bayesian optimization is used to improve characterization performance. The proposed method will contribute to the future usage of AI in the chemical sector.

One of the realities of modern times is the evolution of new technologies around the world, as well as the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics in different spheres of society. Artificial intelligence, which was founded in the middle of the last century, has been one of the most invested in and interesting fields in recent times. Recently one of the most discussed and important issues is the relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) and intellectual property rights (IPR). Thus, the ownership of works created by artificial intelligence is one of the most discussed issues. In recent years, on the initiative of President Ilham Aliyev, modern achievements of world science have been applied in the life of society in the Republic of Azerbaijan. Considering all of this, the significance and urgency of the situation are clear. In other words, this is an issue that is high on both our national and international agendas. Key words: Artificial intelligence technology, creative activity, concept of "author", “work made for hire” doctrine,computer-generated works

Artificial intelligence is profoundly changing the way in which companies compete and do business. In particular, artificial intelligence can represent a very interesting opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises, which are constantly looking for new technologies to be able to remain competitive in a turbulent market. However, research exploring how SMEs may successfully adopt artificial intelligence technology are missing. To address this gap, the authors reviewed the literature on artificial intelligence and identified four key features that SMEs need to consider when implementing this technology represented by people, processes, products, and customers. After that they described four cases of Italian SMEs which have adopted successfully this new technology taking into account one of the four dimensions. The study contributes to the literature on artificial intelligence and SMEs and may be helpful for managers who want to adopt this technology within their company.

This essay innovatively proposes the education mode of ISIC-CDIO and introduces the Android mobile platform to teaching procedures by utilizing the existing mobile wireless network and artificial intelligence technology. It also realizes the question-answering system for teaching under the cultivation mode of ISIC-CDIO, focusing on two similarity algorithm- stereotyped matching and no pattern matching studying. The improvement of algorithm has increased the efficiency of successful matching of problems, which will promote the individual learning of students and thus will cultivate the comprehensive talents with ISIC-CDIO quality.

In the context of the continuous development of Internet technology, big data, Internet of things, cloud computing and other technologies have developed rapidly, and artificial intelligence technology has emerged as the times require. The development of new technologies has promoted social change. As soon as artificial intelligence technology is put forward, it has been widely concerned by the society. Artificial intelligence is like a double-edged sword. As an emerging technology, it is constantly influencing all walks of life, and its application in the field of audit has become the general trend. Under the Background of the rise of artificial intelligence, this paper puts forward the advantages of the combination of artificial intelligence and audit, and analyzes the challenges faced by the development of CPA audit industry, seize the opportunity of the times, actively apply artificial intelligence technology, give practical suggestions for the long-term development of the audit industry, in order to improve the audit efficiency and ensure the audit effect.

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the rapid increase in the number of Chinese learners in recent years, Chinese fever has become a common phenomenon in the global language exchange system. However, in the absence of foreign Chinese teachers at present, the development of Chinese new technology, this document uses the new computer technology to establish a Chinese teaching platform. The system is based on speech recognition technology to help foreigners learn spoken language, manuscript recognition technology and Chinese letters. foreign students in artificial intelligence technology, simulation of Chinese foreign education and training. The establishment of this system will not only help foreign students to solve the problem of Chinese learning successfully, but also make important contributions to the learning of Chinese students. Some new technologies, such as speech recognition, will be recognized by more and more Chinese students with the development of new technologies and the renewal of the system, and will make the greatest contribution to the promotion of Chinese culture.

The concept of politics changes its semantic value according to the historical period and the cultural changes affecting the social fabric. In classical literature, there was no distinction between politics and society or politics and ethics, since the first indicated the collective space in which cultural, social, economic relations of human life developed that were differentiated from other living forms. To date, with the advent of digitalization and artificial intelligence, we have a concrete assessment of how politics has acquired a new perspective and is changing to adapt to new technologies and its uses: on the one hand, we are experiencing the propagation of debate, confrontation, and information accessible at any time. On the other hand, it has become an instrument for the annihilation of rivals and subjugation of those who consider any data received from the Internet as truthful, exploiting the media and digital technologies, until it pervades the social structure, making even nonsense seem credible. The purpose of this contribution, therefore, is to outline theoretically the contours and contemporary phenomena that relate, through a dialogical relationship, with the use of deepfake techniques and artificial intelligence technology, the concepts of politics – in its dimension of the relationship of collective power – and of social communication.

The subject of the research is the introduction of artificial intelligence as a technological innovation into the Russian economic development. The relevance of the problem is due to the fact that the Russian market of artificial intelligence is still in the infancy and the necessity to bridge the current technological gap between Russia and the leading economies of the world is coming to the forefront. The financial sector, the manufacturing industry and the retail trade are the drivers of the artificial intelligence development. However, company managers in Russia are not prepared for the practical application of expensive artificial intelligence technologies. Under these circumstances, the challenge is to develop measures to support high-tech projects of small and medium-sized businesses, given that the technological innovation considered can accelerate the development of the Russian economy in the energy sector fully or partially controlled by the government as well as in the military-industrial complex and the judicial system. The purposes of the research were to examine the current state of technological innovations in the field of artificial intelligence in the leading countries and Russia and develop proposals for improving the AI application in the Russian practices. The paper concludes that the artificial intelligence is a breakthrough technology with a great application potential. Active promotion of the artificial intelligence in companies significantly increases their efficiency, competitiveness, develops industry markets, stimulates introduction of new technologies, improves product quality and scales up manufacturing. In general, the artificial intelligence gives a new impetus to the development of Russia and facilitates its entry into the five largest world’s economies.

New technologies like artificial intelligence, robotics, machine intelligence, and the Internet of Things are seeing repetitive tasks move away from humans to machines. Humans cannot become machines, but machines can become more human-like. The traditional model of educating workers for the workforce is fast becoming irrelevant. There is a massive need for the retooling of human workers. Humans need to be trained to remain focused in a society which is constantly getting bombarded with information. The two basic elements of physical and mental capacity are slowly being taken over by machines and artificial intelligence. This changes the fundamental role of the global workforce.
