<p><span id="docs-internal-guid-41629e29-7fff-b967-f086-5ed18dc647ab"><span>Decision support system (DSS) is a system that design to support managers in deciding on multiple criteria and multiple attributes. This study combines two methods in the DSS, that are analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method and simple additive weighting (SAW) method. This combination of two DSS method named hybrid DSS. The AHP method is using to find the weighting or priorities of criteria in DSS and then the value will use by SAW method using to find the decision. The decision of this DSS is the recommendation of halal culinary tourism in West Sumatra Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to provide updates from previous studies, related to adding indicators of halal culinary tourism and other information updates. The number of potential culinary tourism attractions and tourism, the problems that exist in the real field, is still lack of culinary information in West Sumatra. As a result, many tourists find it difficult to find the best and economical culinary. The SAW and AHP methods become the hybrid DSS method that will be able to classify and provide information on halal tourism in West Sumatra that is precise, accurate, consistent, and validated.</span></span></p>

Tourism is an activity carried out by humans to a place alone or together to have fun to get rid of the burden of thoughts that were previously acquired. The Mandeh area is a leading tourist area in West Sumatra which has 10 alternative tourist attractions. With the many tourist locations in the area, tourists are confused about what places to visit in the Mande area. In this study, a combined analysis or Hybrid Decision Support System (DSS) was carried out using a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The purpose of this research is to be able to combine AHP and SAW methods in one DSS analysis and then be able to recommend the decision results to tourists in the form of the best tourist locations in the Mandeh area. With the recommendation, it can increase the interest of tourists to come and increase the opinions of tourist location owners and the surrounding community. The result of this research is to obtain a recommendation for the best tourist location decision in the Mande area of ​​West Sumatra, namely the location of Manjunto Beach with the highest value of 0.895.

Completing the final project is a graduation requirements for a student to do. Many students take final project but don't have a theme for that. There are also students who take the theme of their final project but they are not in line with grades and abilities. On this issue, a research will be assist the National University Information System students in choosing theme of their final project which is processed using collaborative method of Analytical Hierarchy Process, Simple Additive Weighting, and Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique. This research begins by determining the criterion value of each student which calculated using SAW method for weight grades and SMART method for weight of ability, then looking for alternative values for each theme of the final project using the AHP method, the ranking process is carried out the multiplication matrix between the criteria and alternative which will produce optimal final project theme.Keywords:Analytical Hierarchy Process; Final Project; Simple Additive Weighting; Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique.

Semua proyek pekerjaan yang dikeluarkan oleh PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Samarinda secara resmi diumumkan melalui e-procurement. Masalah yang muncul adalah bagaimana CV. EUK dapat menentukan tawaran proyek pekerjaan mana yang layak untuk dikerjakan sehingga secara tidak langsung dapat mempengaruhi kenaikan harapan pada Laba Kotor yang akan diterima. Masalah ini juga terkait langsung bagaimana menentukan penjadwalan proyek kerja yang dilakukan pada skala prioritas. Metode AHP diterapkan untuk menentukan Skala Prioritas Kerja yang akan dipilih dengan B / C Analysis sebagai model pengambilan keputusan. Diharapkan penerapan metode ini secara tidak langsung dapat meminimalkan keterlambatan dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan dan meningkatkan harapan penerimaan Laba Kotor. Sebagai pembanding digunakan metode SAW. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP jauh lebih baik daripada metode SAW, dan mampu menunjukkan kelemahan metode pemilihan proyek yang digunakan CV. The AHP method is applied to determine the Work Priority Scale to be selected with B / C Analysis as a decision-making model. It is hoped that the implementation of this method can indirectly minimize the delay in the time of completion of the work and increase the expectation on the acceptance of Gross Profit. As a comparison used SAW method. The results showed that AHP method is much better than SAW method, and able to show weakness of project selection method used CV. EUK so far.

Corona virus (Covid-19) is a new virus that has spread to many countries in the world, including Indonesia in 2020. This virus has spread to all provinces in Indonesia. The 3 provinces with the highest number of cases are DKI Jakarta, East Java and Java West. Currently, the ranking of areas affected by Covid-19 is only done based on the confirmed number of each province. Therefore, this study aims to rank the affected areas of Covid-19 using the Analytical Hierarchy Process, Simple Additive Weighting and Weighted Product methods. The combination is done based on the advantages of each method. The AHP method is used to analyze the criteria to produce criteria with good consistency, then the ranking process of each alternative is carried out using the SAW and WP methods. This research is expected to provide recommendations for the affected areas to make various efforts to reduce the confirmed figures.Keywords:Analytical Hierarchy Process; Decision Support System; Simple Additive Weighting; Weighted Product.

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

AbstrakJalan merupakan prasarana yang ada di darat untuk sektor sosial dan ekonomi. Kesadaran pemerintah dalam memperbaiki jalan yang rusak merupakan hal utama dalam anggaran daerah. Peningkatan jumlah lokasi jalan berkaitan dengan peningkatan jumlah perbaikan jalan yang akan dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan lokasi perbaikan jalan yang terbaik. Jalan yang diperbaiki berdasarkan dari beberapa alternatif posisi lokasi perbaikan jalan. Cara menetapkan lokasi perbaikan jalan dengan memberikan posisi peringkat alternatif berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan. Berdasarkan pertimbangan kriteria dapat diukur secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dan SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian terhadap program sudah dapat digunakan. Hasil dari perhitungan program sudah sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan yang sudah dilakukan. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 10 responden. Dengan sistem ini diharapkan membantu pihak Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Bina Marga untuk menentukan lokasi perbaikan jalan secara lebih objektif. Kata Kunci: Analytical Hierarchy Process, Simple Additive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung KeputusanAbstractThe road is a land-based infrastructure for the social and economic sectors. Government awareness in repairing a broken road is a key thing in a regional budget. The increasing number of road locations relates to the increasing number of road repairs to be made. The research aims to determine the location of the best road repairs. The repaired path is based off several alternative position of road repair location. How to set the road repair location by providing an alternate ranking position based on the criteria already set. Based on consideration criteria can be measured quantitatively by using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). Based on the test results of the program can be used. The results of the program calculation are already in accordance with the calculated results. Testing was conducted against 10 respondents. Sekolah khoiru ummah merupakan salah satu lembaga yang selalu berhubungan dengan tenaga pendidik sebagai aktor pertama dan tenaga kependidikan sebagai support organisasi. Permasalahan terjadi ketika harus menyeleksi calon tenaga pendidik, dimana banyaknya pelamar membuat proses penyeleksian dalam menentukan alternatif  terbaik yang dilakukan masih dengan cara menimbang setiap skor secara manual diatas kertas. Kondisi tersebut terjadi kendala sulitnya untuk memutuskan calon tenaga pendidik yang sesuai kebutuhan dikarenakan harus menimbang dengan prasaan, kemudian proses keputusan juga masih lambat karena harus bermusyarawah yang cukup panjang dari personalia, kepala sekolah hingga yayasan demi konsistensi keputusan tepat untuk dipilih. Dengan demikian persoalan ini dibutuhkan suatu solusi proses keputusan yang relevan dan cepat dengan analisis metode Analytical hierarchy  process (AHP) dengan kriteria kelengkapan adminitrasi pelamar, ujian tertulis, penilaian personality, wawancara dan micro teaching. Sedangkan sampel data alternatif ada tiga pelamar yang akan dianalisis dengan metode  AHP. Data nilai awal masukan didapatkan melalui quisioner perbandingan yang dinilai oleh personalia, kepala sekolah dan Yayasan dengan konsistensi kriteria 0.08 dimana nilai ini falid karena sesuai dengan kaedah konsistensi standar Thomas l.Saaty yaitu konsisten nilai < 0.1. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan langkah perhitungan consisten indek dan index random yang terdapat pada tahapan AHP kepada nilai masukan nilai tabel matrik perbandingan dari data alternatif. Hasil pengujian dengan nilai konsistensi seluruh data baik kriteria dan alternatif mendapatkan keputusan tebaik  rekomendasi dengan nilai tertinggi didapatkan oleh Husen ahmad dengan nilai 0.729, kedua Sikin al hafidz dengan nilai 0.163 dan Sulaiman akhbar dengan nilai 0.109.   Abstract  The khoiru ummah school is one of the institutions that is always in touch with educators as the first actors and educational staff as organizational support. The problem occurs when it comes to selecting prospective teaching staff, where many applicants make a selection process in determining the best alternative which is still done by weighing each score manually on paper. In this condition, there is an obstacle in the difficulty of deciding the candidate for educators who are suitable for their needs because they have to weigh carefully, then the decision process is also still slow because they have to have a long discussion from personnel, principals to foundations for consistency in the right decision to be chosen. Thus, this problem requires a solution for the decision process that is relevant and fast by analyzing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the criteria for completeness of applicant administration, written examinations, personality assessments, interviews and micro teaching. Meanwhile, the sample of alternative data were three applicants who were analyzed using the AHP method. Initial input value data were obtained through comparative questionnaires assessed by personnel, principals and foundations with the consistency of the criterion of 0.08 where this value was falid because it was in accordance with Thomas L.aaty's standard consistency principle, which was consistent with a value of <0.1. This test is carried out by calculating the consisten index and random index contained in the AHP stage to the input values ​​of the comparison matrix table values ​​from alternative data. The results of the test with the consistency value of all data, both criteria and alternatives, get the best recommendation with the highest value obtained by Husen Ahmad with a value of 0.729, both Sikin al Hafidz with a value of 0.163 and Sulaiman akhbar with a value of 0.109.
