The main aim of this study is to investigate the effects of sociomateriality in the strategy for artisanal production of organic cachaça—a well-known Brazilian beverage—by means of the case study method. In addition to enabling reconstruction of the trajectory of the studied organisation and its insertion in the institutional context, this method was suitable for investigating sociomaterial practices, enabling identification of the effects of agency (material, biological and human) on the strategy for artisanal production of organic cachaça. The field research conducted was grounded on the postulates of the realist-constructivist ontology and the theory of strategy as practice, in combination with the sociomateriality approach. It was observed that the strategy for artisanal production of cachaça involves a sociomaterial entanglement and reciprocal agencies that encompass equipment, natural resources, knowledge, experience, learning, traditional knowledge, living beings and chemical elements. This study helps redefine the manner of thinking about and conducting studies on strategy as sociomaterial practices, especially by focusing on the interactivity between the social dimension of this practice and the material and technological framework that supports it.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sistem dakwah Pondok Pesantren At-Tawazun ditinjau melalui sistem terbuka mulai dari tahap input, conversion, output, feedback, hingga environment dalam upaya mengatasi problematika santri yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan spesifikasi penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan pondok pesantren At-Tawazun dirasakan cukup besar manfaatnya oleh orang tua maupun masyarakat. Lembaga dakwah dan pendidikan ini telah ikut berkontribusi dalam menanggulangi masalah sosial dan kenakalan remaja yang semakin rumit, sehingga mampu memberikan lulusan santri yang brakhlak, berbudi luhur dan mampu mengamalkan ilmunya di masyarakat. Lebih dari itu, kehadiran pondok pesantren At-Tawazun diharapkan dapat mengatasi akulturasi budaya yang menyimpang di era sekarang ini. Sehingga semangat generasi muda kita dapat disalurkan terhadak hal-hal positif, untuk kemajuan Agama dan Negara. This paper aims to describe the da’wah system of At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School through an open system starting from the input, conversion, output, feedback, and environment stages in an effort to overcome the problems of santri that are influenced by the times. This research uses case study method with qualitative approach and field research specification (field research). The results of this study indicate that the existence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding Scool was felt to be of considerable benefit by parent and community. This da’wah and education institution has contributed to tackling social problems and juvenile delinquency that are increasingly complicated, so as to be able to provide graduates who are morally, virtous and able to practice their knowledge in the community, moreover, the presence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School is expected to overcome the deviant cultural acculturation in the present era. So that the spirit of our young generation can be channeled suddenly to positive things, for the advancement of Religion and the state.

This paper casts light on cultural heritage storytelling in the context of interactive documentary, a hybrid media genre that employs a full range of multimedia tools to document reality, provide sustainability of the production and successful engagement of the audience. The main research hypotheses are enclosed in the statements: (a) the interactive documentary is considered a valuable tool for the sustainability of cultural heritage and (b) digital approaches to documentary storytelling can provide a sustainable form of viewing during the years. Using the Greek interactive documentary (i-doc) NEW LIFE (2013) as a case study, the users’ engagement is evaluated by analyzing items from a seven-year database of web metrics. Specifically, we explore the adopted ways of the interactive documentary users to engage with the storytelling, the depth to which they were involved along with the most popular sections/traffic sources and finally, the differences between the first launch period and latest years were investigated. We concluded that interactivity affordances of this genre enhance the social dimension of cultural, while the key factors for sustainability are mainly (a) constant promotion with transmedia approach; (b) data-driven evaluation and reform; and (c) a good story that gathers relevant niches, with specific interest to the story.

This paper represents a contribution to the consideration of the characteristics of the case study research method in sociological researches. In the first part of paper, some specifics of case study method are described, in the second part we represented ways of use of this method in field research. finally, third part of this paper indicates certain ?sub methods? within case study method, such as ?building blocks? and ?process tracing?, which are, at the same time, conditions for developing typological theories. Those ?sub methods? indicate evolution of case study method in social sciences during last few decades, as well as importance of existence and use of such ?elastic? method in all, especially field researches where researcher is facing with a series of cognitive concerns.

Resumo: Com a preocupação de as empresas se manterem no mercado em longo prazo, passou a ser adotada por algumas organizações uma estratégia voltada à adesão a práticas sustentáveis. Com isso, o profissional contábil pode gerar ou gerenciar informações que auxiliarão no processo de resultados voltados à sustentabilidade. Assim, nesta pesquisa buscou-se responder à seguinte questão: de que forma o profissional contábil participa dos indicadores de sustentabilidade? Diante dessa problemática, o objetivo com o trabalho foi verificar a participação do profissional contábil em aspectos associados aos indicadores de sustentabilidade em uma empresa pertencente ao setor gráfico. A sustentabilidade empresarial foi mensurada a partir do Grid de Sustentabilidade Empresarial (GSE) que integra as dimensões ambiental, econômica e social. A participação do profissional contábil foi analisada a partir de ações voltadas ao planejamento, execução, controle e tomada de decisão dos indicadores de sustentabilidade. Esta pesquisa pode ser caracterizada como descritiva, exploratória e qualitativa, adotando a estratégia de estudo de caso, e foi desenvolvida a partir da aplicação de um questionário estruturado com realização de entrevista e visita técnica com a finalidade de observar in loco as ações mencionadas. A empresa investigada apresentou um resultado classificado como Sustentabilidade Empresarial Relativa, uma vez que possui resultados positivos nas dimensões econômica e social da sustentabilidade. Observou-se, ainda, que o profissional da Contabilidade participa de 14 indicadores dos 43 definidos pelo modelo, sendo quatro da dimensão ambiental, oito da dimensão econômica e dois da dimensão social. Diante do resultado, destaca-se a participação do contador em resultados associados ao desempenho da sustentabilidade empresarial (por meio dos indicadores) na organização analisada.Palavras-chave: Contabilidade gerencial. Sustentabilidade empresarial.Characterizing the participation of the accounting professional in the context of corporate sustainabilityAbstract: With the concern of companies to remain in the market in the long term, a strategy has been adopted by some organizations aimed at adhering to sustainable practices. With this, the accounting professional can generate or manage information that will help in the process of results oriented towards sustainability. Thus, this research sought to answer the following question: How does the accounting professional participate in sustainability indicators? In view of this problem, the objective of the study was to verify the participation of the accounting professional in aspects associated to the sustainability indicators in a company belonging to the graphic sector. . Business sustainability was measured based on the Corporate Sustainability Grid (CSG) that integrates the environmental, economic and social dimensions. The participation of the accounting professional was analyzed based on actions aimed at the planning, execution, control and decision making of the sustainability indicators. This research can be characterized as descriptive, exploratory and qualitative, adopting the case study strategy, and it was developed from the application of a structured questionnaire with interviews and technical visits with the purpose of observing the mentioned actions in loco. The company investigated presented a result classified as Relative Business Sustainability, since it has positive results in the economic and social dimensions of sustainability. It was observed that the accounting professional participates in 14 indicators of the 43 defined by the model, four of the environmental dimension, eight of the economic dimension and two of the social dimension. In view of the result, the accountant's participation in results associated to the performance of corporate sustainability (through the indicators) in the analyzed organization stands out.Keywords: Management accounting. ElResumo: Inserida no campo da Educação Matemática, esta investigação tem como objetivo central analisar os atos de mediação docente no ensino de situações multiplicativas no 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental, tendo como suporte referencial a Teoria dos Campos Conceituais. O constructo teórico prevê a estruturação dos conceitos de multiplicação e divisão em um único campo conceitual – o das Estruturas Multiplicativas. A pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa, ancorada no método do Estudo de Caso recaindo sobre os atos de mediação de uma docente do 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola da rede pública do município de São Luís, Maranhão. A pesquisa de campo foi realizada nos meses de outubro e novembro de 2015. Os dados empíricos foram coletados por observação de três aulas previamente planejadas pela docente observada. Os achados dessa incursão investigativa apontam a carência do trabalho voltado para os aspectos conceituais das operações de multiplicação e divisão, bem como revelam a proeminência da simbolização em detrimento da conceitualização. As conclusões que se derivam dessa incursão investigativa entrelaçam aspectos inerentes à formação e à prática docente, na medida em que englobam o amplo repertório de eskemas concernentes à interação, comunicação, linguagem e afetividade, além do conjunto de competências técnicas e conhecimentos propagados nos espaços de formação que também modelam os atos de mediação docente no decurso da história individual e profissional dos professores.Palavras-chave: Situações multiplicativas. Teoria dos Campos Conceituais.TEACHING SITUATIONS MULTIPLICATIVE: findings from the mediation acts of teachers Abstract: Inserted in the field of mathematics education, this research had as main objective to analyze the acts of teacher mediation in teaching multiplicative situations in the 5th year of elementary school, supported by the Theory of Conceptual Fields. The theoretical construct provides the structure of multiplication and division concepts into a single conceptual field - that of multiplicative structures. The research is qualitative in nature, anchored in the Case Study method falling on the acts of mediation of a teacher of the 5th year of elementary school in a public school in São Luís, Maranhão. The field research was conducted in the months of October and November 2015. The data were collected by observation of three classes previously planned by the teacher observed. The findings of this investigative foray point to the lack of focused work for the conceptual aspects of the multiplication and division operations , as well as reveal the prominence of symbolization at the expense of conceptualisation. The conclusions derived from this investigative foray intertwine aspects of training and teaching practice, in that it encompasses the broad repertoire  concerning the interaction, communication, language and affection, beyond the range of technical skills and propagate knowledge in the areas of training also model the acts of teaching mediation during personal and professional history of teachers.Keywords: Situations multiplicative. La construcción teórica proporciona la estructura de los conceptos de multiplicación y división en un solo campo conceptual – el de las estructuras multiplicativas. La investigación es de naturaleza cualitativa, anclada en el método de estudio de caso que recae sobre los actos de la mediación de una docente de 5º año de primaria en una escuela pública en São Luís, Maranhão. La investigación de campo fue realizada en los meses de octubre y noviembre de 2015. Los datos empíricos fueron recogidos mediante la observación de tres clases previamente programadas por la profesora observada. Las conclusiones de este punto de incursión señalan la carencia de trabajo dirigido a los aspectos conceptuales de las operaciones matemáticas de multiplicación y división, así como revelan la prominencia de la simbolización en detrimento de la conceptualización. Las conclusiones derivadas de esa investigación entrelazan aspectos de la formación y la enseñanza práctica, ya que abarca el amplio repertorio de eskemas relativos a la interacción, comunicación, lenguaje y afectividad, además del conjunto de competencias técnicas y conocimientos propagados en los espacios de formación que también modelan los actos de mediación docente en el decurso de la historia personal y profesional de los profesores.Palabras clave: Situaciones multiplicativas. Abstract This article analyzes three different case studies related to the Graeco-Roman cult of Anubis, located in different historical periods (Early, Middle, and Late Roman Empire) and approached by the study of different types of material (namely literary, epigraphic/archaeological, and iconographic sources). The goal of this study is to explore the social dimension of religious practice, stressing its variety, creativity, multiplicity, fluidity, and flexibility of identities, changes in forms of individuality, and spaces for individual distinction. By means of a detailed inquiry of Mustafa Emirbayer and Ann Mische’s schema of “disaggregation” of agency into three component elements (iteration, projectivity, and presentification), this analysis will stress the historical variability of religious agency and will show how, across time, emerging situations forced religious actors to select among alternative possibilities of action by recovering patterns belonging to past routines and creating new future options that responded to present hopes and fears. The results of this investigation will then be conceptualized according to the methodological framework of the Lived Ancient Religion paradigm.

Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is used later to improve the image of the company and its business existence. Instead of CSR to empower people its delude people with a profit motive. Islamic CSR is that CSR refers to business practices that have an ethical responsibility Islamically, companies incorporate Islamic norms characterized by sincerity commitment in maintaining the social contract in its business practices in halal lawful. This study aimed to reveal the implementation of Islamic CSR PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik.This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using descriptive method.The results of this study indicate that PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi has implemented Islamic CSR based on unity, caliphate, justice and broterhood by creating and running a cooperation agreement in accordance with sharia corridor, provide good service to customers, act fairly and avoid discrimination, provide assistance to the poor in the villages around, helping the development of education and worship, as well as participate protecting the environment by way of planting trees together.

<p>Peatlands become one of the potential resources that could be developed as an area of rice farming to improve national food security. Agricultural cultivation in peatlands, if not managed well, will contribute to environmental destruction and land degradation, which will ultimately affect land productivity. As a first step in preparing the development of rice farming, research on the application of technology has conducted. This research included water management, which consists of:  without water management or control (A0), <em>macak-macak</em> water management (A1) and intermittent water management (A2). Moreover, research on pesticide application was also conducted which consist of: without pesticide application or control (P0), Paraquat herbicide application at the time of tillage (P1), Fenobucarb insecticide applications every week (P2), Fenobucarb insecticide applications every two weeks (P3), Difenoconazole fungicide applications every week (P4), Difenoconazole fungicide applications every two week (P5).  This study aims to determine the level of sustainability of rice farming in peatlands, and the dominant factors that influence by considering economic, social and environmental through a Multi Dimensional Scaling (MDS) approach. The analysis shows a quite sustainable level, with score for each dimension is 53.13 for the economic dimension, 69.49 for the ecological dimension and 61.79 for the social dimension. The dominant factors to be considered for the sustainability of rice farming in peatlands are changes in the level of decomposition of organic matter, farming purpose and outreach intensity.</p>

<p>This research aims to explore the basic value of social institution of farmers and find the technique of re-functionalization of social institutions of farmers. The design of this research is using a case study method based on qualitative and quantitative approach. This research is intentionally conducted in Karangreja Sub-district, Purbalingga Regency of Central Java Province.  Based on the research results, The prominent basic social values in the social institutions of farmers in the Agro-tourism area tend to be still around the proximity to the production process. Three prominent basic values: (1) the basic value of perseverance in the process of production, (2) the basic value of togetherness for making decision on production, (3) the value of carefulness in sorting and grading product. Indeed the basic value of togetherness to fight for the price is high but it has not bring such a tangible results for farmers’. The authors predicted that if the socio-economic institutions are strong, they will be able to empower farmers and vice versa if the social institution is weak then the empowerment of farmers is also weak. However, it is necessary to concern that the institution which in charge of product quality, post harvest technology and marketing has not been much strengthened, so that the welfare of farmers has not changed much. Institutional strengthening in sectors that are still weak need to get more attention from various parties so that farmers become more dynamic and more empowered.</p>

The stage of human development in psychology is divided into several phases. In this case, the social psychology theory of development and behavior will be used to explore the patterns of social media influence. By using the case study method, this study aims to determine how the influence of Twitter social media on the national insight of adolescents. According to Erikson, adolescence begins at the age of 15-20 years. The main instrument that influences the national insight of the younger generation today is content from Twitter users themselves, as well as from influencers or public figures who provide knowledge or introduce new mindsets in dealing with national issues. Sometimes it is just to add the national insight that Twitter users have. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how teenage Twitter users are able to accept existing content and how it affects their national insight
