Objetivos: identificar e discutir a produção do conhecimento da enfermagem sobre a influência da precarização no processo de trabalho e a saúde do trabalhador de enfermagem. Metodologia: estudo bibliográfico com abordagem qualitativa, de revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada nas bases BVS, portal de periódicos CAPES, PubMed e Science Direct, no período de 2010 a 2016 e submetidos a análise de conteúdo Resultados: identificou-se a baixa produção da literatura acerca do tema. Na análise qualitativa obteve-se as seguintes categorias: o processo de precarização do trabalho da enfermagem e repercussões da precarização ao processo de trabalho da enfermagem e a saúde do trabalhador. Conclusão: identificou-se a incipiência da produção da enfermagem sobre o tema. Como repercussão da precarização verificou-se o desgaste e sobrecarga de trabalho, assim como impactos negativos na saúde física e psíquica dos trabalhadores.Descritores: Enfermagem do Trabalho; Saúde do Trabalhador; Riscos Ocupacionais.NURSING WORK AND PRECARIOUSNESS: AN INTEGRATIVE REVIEW.Objectives: to identify and discuss the production of nursing knowledge about the influence of precariousness in the work process and the health of the nursing worker. The growth of statutory compensation for industrial injuries and illness has attracted considerable attention from historians of state welfare and students of organized labour in both Europe and North America. The rights of legal redress for disease and accidents in the workplace have become the subject of some debate among historians of occupational health and safety, most particularly in regard to asbestos-related illnesses. Among the most detailed and scholarly accounts of the subject in Britain are those by Peter Bartrip and his collaborators. In contrast to many accounts in labour and medical history which express strong empathy with the plight of workers who faced injury and death in the workplace, Bartrip adopts a model of industrial behaviour which is closer to rational-choice assumptions of mainstream economics. His recent account of government regulation of occupational diseases since the nineteenth century offers limited comment on the attitudes of trade unionists to accidents, though he broadly maintains that British unions have historically been more concerned with winning compensation awards than pressing for the prevention of hazards in the industrial workplace.

The teaching work implies facing constant challenges, in all academic senses, and among these, the challenges of cultural diversity in the classroom, where scientific, technological, social and cultural traditions of each person's place of origin coexist in the classroom. This paper evaluates epistemological proposals for intercultural teaching practices. Academic works developed to improve multicultural teaching practice are reviewed. The results show that there has not been a real and conscious debate on multiculturalism in the classroom and aspects related to migration and education. Researching cultural diversity is a central subject of social anthropology. 25 authors from institutes in Germany, Austria and Switzerland offer an insight into the subject, its contents and theoretical perspectives. The articles cover a variety of topics: the history of the discipline as well as basic theories and methods, subareas such as business or kinship anthropology, crosscutting issues such as anthropology of media, but also up-to-date specialised fields such as urban or development anthropology. The book is therefore invaluable for students and anyone interested in social anthropology who wants to open up fields of work, theoretical approaches and results of the subject.

Although nursing is recognized today as a serious occupational health risk, nursing historians have neglected the theme of occupational health and individual nurses’ experience of illness. This article uses the local history of three case study institutions to set nurses’ health in a national context of political, social, and cultural issues, and suggests a relationship between nurses’ health and the professionalization of nursing. The institutions approached the problem differently for good reasons, but the failure to adopt a coherent and consistent policy worked to the detriment of nurses’ health. However, the conclusion that occupational health was somehow neglected by contemporary actors was, nevertheless, erroneous and facilitated omission of the subject from historical studies concentrating on professional projects and the wider politics of nursing. This article shows that occupational health issues were inexorably connected to these nursing debates and cannot be understood without reference to professional projects.

Since the 'Piper Alpha' disaster in 1988 the system of regulating occupational health and safety in the offshore oil and gas industry has been the subject of radical reorganization. During vacation employment in the Safety and Environment Department of a North Sea oil producer during 1993 the difficulties that can arise in identifying a particular regulation or in obtaining a specific document were experienced at first hand. Standard bibliographic tools do not identify sources of health and safety information specific to the industry and it was felt that further guidance would be beneficial.

Avigail Eisenberg is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science, University of Victoria. She was also a fellow of CRÉUM during the 2004-2005 academic year. She has written important work on the issues of identity, race, gender, minority rights, and in particular, Aboriginal claims. Her writing displays intelligent and acute commentaries in which she demonstrates an ability to tackle difficult questions in a refreshing way. This research aims to describe the enhancement of elementary school students ' ability to identify cultural diversity, as well as describe the improvement of basic skills teaching teachers through the application of Waraga media.The research method used is a class action research conducted as many as 2 cycles. Each cycle is implemented during 2 meetings. Cycles consist of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subject of the study was 28 graders of SD Negeri 2 Pecangaan Wetan in Lesson 2019/2020. The technique of data collection during the implementation of class action research using test techniques in the form of evaluation test to know the improvement of students ' ability to identify cultural diversity, and nontest technique in the form of observation of teacher teaching basic skills using observation sheet consisting of 8 observed aspects. Data analysis used is quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results showed that with the use of the media waraga in learning occurs increase the ability of students in identifying cultural diversity in elementary schools. Proven from the increasing percentage of the classical dictancy. Cycle I gained a percentage of 68% and cycle II gained 86%. The results also showed improved teacher teaching basic skills, proven from observations that gained a score percentage of 77.3% on the I cycle and increased to 85% in cycle II.

At a practical level, the atmosphere of religious culture could be established through activities that encourage cultural diversity in the school / madrassa, among others: firstly, conducting routine activities, namely the development of cultural diversity regularly taking place in the days of learning at school; secondly, creating a conducive school environment that becomes a laboratory for the delivery of religious education, so that the environment and the process of life for the students really can provide education about how to be religious; thirdly, not only is the Islamic religious education formally presented by teachers of religion with the subject matter of religion in a learning process, but it can also be done outside the learning process in their daily lives; fourthly, creating religious situations or circumstances; fifthly, allowing students to express themselves, develop their talents, interests and creativity of Islamic religious education in various skills and arts. Sixthly, organizing various religious competitions. Fostering cultural diversity in schools / madrassa that should be taken into acount is that the phenomenon of the praxis of worship and prayers conducted in an educational environment instead of being solely conducted ritually. The issue of moral destruction can not be solved by simply praying or just reading the scriptures. In addition, religious education in public schools in particular is in need of attitudes and perspectives of teachers to be open, inclusive, and capable of promoting dialogue and mutual understanding amid cultural and religous diversity in the school environment. For the writer, the Islamic religious education is an education that teaches universally good values and can be received by the plurality of community in the school environment.
