In this paper we consider the structural and technological process of the combine used in the process of separate harvesting of grain crops, as well as a number of its parameters. Among the main units of the combine, we allocate a conveyor and devices for removing beveled stems from under the wheels of the vehicle. The principle of operation of the conveyor at different phases of the Reaper and especially the removal of cut stems from under the wheels of the vehicle during operation of the Reaper. The results of theoretical studies on the establishment of the optimal design of the parameters of the belt conveyor are presented, the ranges of their optimal values are considered and determined. Studies on the establishment of optimal parameters of the screw divider in the Reaper, which is the main component of the device for removal of beveled stems, are presented. Taking into account the optimal design and mode of operation of the screw divider, the correct work is provided to remove the cut stems from under the wheels of the harvester.

This article presents the basis for and implementation of an approach to the development of the individualised gas carburization technology relying on optimisation of the process of carburizing surfaces of workpieces and taking into consideration working requirements. The approach is based on the hierarchical structure of carburization models, utilising the decomposition of global quality criteria and reflecting the relationship between the quality values of the hardened layer and the parameters of a technological impact on the workpiece. Taking the example of carburization of automobile gears, optimal parameters for the carburization technology are defined which minimise the duration of the process and maximise the precision of approximation to a given carbon distribution in the hardened layer within technical limitations.

The purpose of researches was an analysis of a motivational mechanism as an element of quality management in a technological process by means of the influence upon human element. To achieve a purpose set there were solved the following problems: - the analysis of basic factors defining techno-logical process quality was carried out (taking into ac-count human element influence upon a production process); - the influence of a motivational mechanism upon quality of a production process of vibromechanical treatment of parts. On the basis of work results there were offered additional professional competences of a processing engineer and an operator of metal-working machinery. The model of a compensating simulation of the mechanism for workers motivation is developed and a formula for its definition is offered. When obtaining apple juice, the issue of optimizing biotechnological processes is acute. The use of enzyme preparations of different specifics of the action allows you to choose the optimal parameters of the technological process and select the drug taking into account the purpose ofuse. The influence of enzyme preparations: Trinoline 4000, Trinolin DF, Fructocyme P6-L, Lafaze on the yield of juice and biologically active substances in the processing of fruit raw materials was studied. An enzyme preparation that maximizes the yield of apple juice has been isolated. Their effect on the extraction of biologically active substances has been determined.

Проведена валидация технологического процесса препарата «Глюконил®, таблетки, покрытые оболочкой, 1000 мг». Для каждой критической стадии процесса определены оптимальные параметры технологического процесса, установлен перечень контролируемых показателей качества, влияющих на безопасность и эффективность лекарственного препарата, и критерии их приемлемости, разработана рациональная схема отбора образцов, обеспечивающая их репрезентативность. Результаты, полученные при производстве трех промышленных валидационных серий, доказывают постоянство и надежность процесса производства лекарственного препарата от серии к серии и для каждой единицы дозированной лекарственной формы. The technological process of the preparation «Gluconil®, coated tablets, 1000 mg» was validated. For each critical stage of the process, the optimal parameters of the technological process are determined, a list of controlled quality indicators affecting the safety and efficacy of the medicinal product, and the criteria for their acceptability are established, a rational scheme for sampling is developed, ensuring their representativeness. The results obtained in the production of three industrial validation batches prove the consistency and reliability of the production process of the medicinal product from batch to batch and for each unit of the dosage form.

In the article researched the requirements for machines with disk working parts which are using today. According to the results of the research, it has been proved that some indicators have lost their relevance and are not necessary in modern conditions, because they are replaced by electronic control systems. In the materials of the article indicators of work of machine units in field conditions at cultivation of soil by disk working bodies in different farms of Sumy region are given. Machines of domestic production are researched: T-150+UDA-2,4, HTZ 17221+UDA-3,1, HTZ 17221+UDA-3,8. During the study of the performance of machine units in the performance of disking used different techniques and instruments that maximize the accuracy of research. The aim was to explore the existing and alternative ways of regulating the depth of cultivation by machines with disk working parts. Thus, we conducted research and obtained results on adjusting the depth of the speed of the disk, changing the angle of attack of the working batteries. The analysis of the experimental data has made it possible to determine the optimal parameters of the speed of movement of the tillage unit and the angles of attack at which it is possible to perform the technological process of disc tillage from the performance indicators that will meet the agro-requirements.

To determine the optimal parameters of machines for isolating the seed mass of vegetable and melon crops, a modeling method is presented, which is based on the nonlinear canonical decomposition of a random vector. A block diagram of the procedure for calculating the parameters of the canonical expansion is presented. The method of mathematical modeling was tested in the study of the technological process of separating melon seeds on an experimental installation. Mathematical models of the third order for purity and loss of seeds are presented, describing the technological process of separation for melon seeds.

The problems of protein deficiency, utilization of fish processing wastes, and lack of healthy snacks at Russian market are decided simultaneously by developing the technology for dried snacks made from backbones of atlantic salmon ( Salmo salar ), after filleting the fish, and tubers of jerusalem artichoke ( Helianthus tuberosus ) growing in Kaliningrad region. The method of orthogonal central composite design is used to determine optimal parameters of the technological process, as the portion of artichoke and the time of drying. Organoleptic score of the finished product is used as the optimization parameter. Mathematical model of the technological process is developed that allows to determine optimal parameters of the texturized semiproduct drying. Quality of the finished product is assessed and its biological value is evaluated with calculation of some macronutrients amount by the computational method. The content of potassium is 940 mg/kg, magnesium - 154 mg/kg, calcium - 285 mg/kg, phosphorus - 200 mg/kg. Comparing these values with the recommended daily intake of the nutrients, the snack can be classified as a functional food. Recommendations for the snack use are presented. The standard «Functional snacks Fish BioStripes» is proposed.

The article analyzes the most successful results of riveting and Assembly work, the use of anti-friction coating on the beds of the Assembly device, and reflects the advantages and technical capabilities of production at the current stage of development. The problem statement is formulated as follows: it is necessary to find the optimal parameters of the technological process in the production of aircraft components used in the design of short-and medium-haul aircraft. The optimal technological process in terms of time resources, material costs, and design weight at different levels of serial production were considered as optimization criteria in this study. Numerical modeling and optimization of workflow parameters were performed in the NASTRAN СAE system (NX). For each of the combinations of optimized process variables, parameters were determined based on numerical modeling. Analysis of the optimization results showed that the growth of parameters of the working process leads to an expansion of the area of locally optimal parameters. With optimal parameters of the working process, you can expect to optimize the cost of work up to 30 percent.
