This article reveals the process of forming the professional competence of university students. In conditions when the learning process becomes more and more formalized and depersonalized, the teacher should focus on clarifying the motivational sphere in order to form the most important cognitive motives in students. Motivational orientation influences not only the student's learning outcomes, but also changes the educational process itself. What is this influence - positive or negative, developing or standardizing, how universal and intense is it? The strength, effectiveness, form of influence, the predominance of certain functions are determined by the scientific and methodological guidance and management of the educational process by the teacher.

The article examines the educational paradigm as a genesis indicator of changes in the educational field caused by social development, paradigm as a result of the implementation of integration processes. Besides, the personal self-realization of students as a manifestation of the student-centric paradigm is studied. Іn accordance with the objectives of the study, the following is performed. It summarises the key ideas of paradigms of traditional pedagogy (knowledge, ZUN, scientific- technocratic, paradigm of explanatory-illustrative learning) and people- oriented paradigms (child-centric, anthropological, cognitive, pragmatic, humanitarian, humanistic, cultural, paradigms of developmental and adaptive learning). It is established that paradigm analysis of modern education should be carried out in two directions: 1) to reveal its polyparadigmal character; 2) to provide a thorough consideration of the didactic features of the organizing the educational process within the specific educational paradigm. Considering the above mentioned matter in the article, the examples of polyparadigmal manifestations of multidimensional phenomena and processes in pedagogical reality are given. Didactic features of organising educational process in realisation of student-centered paradigm are also revealed. It is characterised such didactic tools as topic-presentation matrix and author’s music-markers of the beginning and end of the learning process (lectures, seminars, lessons, etc.). The self-realization of students with the use of these means is investigated. The complex of research methods is used in the work: general scientific (analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization, generalization) and empirical (observations, discussions, questionnaires). There are many aspects and aspects that can become the standard for the success or failure of an educational process. This aspect is usually present in the teacher as mentor, teacher and also on the side of students. One aspect that can be a barrier to the success of students in absorbing subjects from the teacher is the factor of communication that is not working effectively. Communication is very important considering that the educational process is currently directed into a room filled by teachers and students. In such conditions a two-way communication pattern is required, in order to create optimal interaction in each face-to-face between teachers and students, so that educational goals can be achieved. This paper will discuss the significance of teacher communication and its effect on student interest in learning.

The article is devoted to topical issues related to the elaboration of modular educational programs, syllabi being their necessary components. The purpose of the article is to draw the attention of teachers and students in higher education institutions (HEI) to the problem of educational and methodological support of the educational process focusing on the content and meaning of a syllabus as one of the important educational and methodological instructional documents. The phenomenon “syllabus” is defined, its essence and objectives within the system of methodological support for teaching an academic discipline are revealed. A syllabus to the section of General Physics "Optics" intended for the specialty 104 (Physics and Astronomy) has been developed and introduced into the educational process, its most important elements have been singled out. Since, according to the authors’ viewpoints, the development of a separate syllabus for the laboratory workshop is inexpedient, one joint syllabus covering the theoretical part of the course "Optics", involving laboratory workshops within the study of this discipline, has been elaborated. The syllabus of optics consists of 16 sections as follows: title page; the contents of the syllabus; general characteristics of the discipline; prerequisites; post-requisites; discipline abstract; the purpose and objectives of the discipline; the results of the study; the organisation of training; course topics; academic calendar of discipline studies; knowledge assessment system; course policy ("Rules of the game"); policy of academic behaviour and ethics; recommended literature (references) for mastering the course. The syllabus is supplemented with a glossary of terms in the form of an appendix, which will undoubtedly be of service to the syllabus applicants. The results of the study revealed the content and importance of the syllabus for the educational process; its structure for the section of General Physics "Optics" was proposed which, in the authors’ opinion, fully meets the requirements of the credit-modular system of educational process. The authors hope that the designated syllabus will serve as an example for other sections of General Physics and some other disciplines. One of the authors has applied the structure of the developed syllabus with corresponding changes in its content for developing a syllabus of the discipline "Profession-targeted Foreign Language (English)".

The technological revolution causes changes in all aspects of life. It includes the educational spec. So that these changes also change all aspects in the world of education. One of the highlights in this paper is the relationship between teachers and students. The teacher initially becomes an important entity in the learning process. However, the presence of new media has replaced the teacher's position. It is no longer a central role in the educational process. Students have relied on gaining knowledge on technology. This phenomenon is contrary to the concept of Ahlussunnah Wal Jamaah education. Sanad continuity is an important thing in measuring the authenticity of knowledge. Not only that, the meaning of blessing is pinned on knowledge that has this sanad continuity. Seeing this phenomenon, the author assumes that technology has conducted teacher deauthorization in the education process of the new media era.
