The relevance of scientific research of personnel adaptation problems is concluded in the urgent need to make qualitative changes in this process. The purpose of the changes is to systematize and improve this process. The object of the study are the features of the process of adaptation of personnel of state and municipal institutions. The subject of the study is the technology to improve the system of personnel adaptation, contributing to the constructive implementation of job functions. The purpose of the work is to analyze and improve the system of personnel adaptation of state and municipal institutions, as well as on the basis of the analysis to develop recommendations for managers to optimize the process of adaptation of employees. A conscious and well-built system of personnel adaptation will stabilize the personnel composition and its qualitative renewal, which will contribute to the efficiency of state and municipal institutions. The scientific novelty of the study is to expand, Supplement and clarify scientific views on management activities and analysis of the system of personnel adaptation and opportunities for its improvement. The practical significance of the results is to substantiate, firstly, the possibility of optimization at the present stage of the process of personnel adaptation in the organization, and secondly, the main directions of improving the system of personnel adaptation of state and municipal institutions.

The subject of the study is the interpretation of the folklore image of an outstanding Cossack character in the historical novel at the turn of the XX–XXI centuries. The appeal of this genre at the present stage to fictional sources and techniques, including myth, parables, fairy tales, fiction, games, compilations, violations of space-time linearity, etc., is a problematic field of wider research. The aim of the article is to determine functioning peculiarities of outstanding Cossack’s image in the artistic world of novel “Chase” by Y. Mushketyk. Results of the Study allowed to claim that in his novel “Chase” (1997) Y. Mushketyk modelled history in accordance to the modern tradition. The artist took the historical era of the Ruins as the basis of his story and led further narration on the principle of road, no wonder that at first sight the novel can be taken as an adventure novel. Pointing out the heredity of generations of outstanding Cossacks, the author prepares readers for perception of the hero, whose unusual abilities he reveals diversely throughout the work. Depicting a colorful portrait of Cossack Semen Belokobylka like a chimerical appearance of Cossack Mamai, Y. Mushketyk gives the novel “Chase” signs of a chimerical genre. According to the genre of road novel Y. Mushketyk reveals unusual abilities of the Cossack in lots of episodes of his journey. With the help of first person singular narration (“I-narration”), the artist transfers his feelings and emotions in extremely difficult conditions. Y. Mushketik gives the Cossack a good sense of humor as a part of his lifestyle. Liveliness gives the Cossack the power to continue the journey and complete the mission to rescue his brethren. In the reflections of outstanding Cossack, the author expresses the idea of the unity of Ukraine and Ukrainians, touches the problem of sense of living, giving the novel features of philosophical genre, significance and relevance of the present. The practical significance of the research results is the ability to form a model for the transformation of the folklore image into a literary one, extending the material of the study to other works of this genre and period.

Universities are playing an increasingly important role in the development of innovative technologies, so the subject of university scientific research results implementation is extremely important. Obviously, the mechanisms for innovations commercialization need to be reformed by identifying weaknesses and growth factors, analyzing statistical data arrays, and comparing the findings with the subjective understanding of the current situation. After counting statistics in accordance with the current state of the economy and conducting polls, key issues in the current situation for commercialization were formulated. Patent activity was reviewed for classical universities.We have discovered that for the execution of the “third mission” in universities, it is necessary to form media field of innovation, develop the concept of innovative structures interaction, motivate students and staff, and use the potential of student associations. The results of the analysis have practical interest and need approbation in universities’ centers for technological transfer.

The article is devoted to topical issues of family socio-cultural values in the information space. The article presents the characteristics and interpretation of a family in the media, the functioning of which takes place on the basis of social ties. Currently, the media are actively broadcasting in the society new forms and models of behavior of a modern family, which largely erode the traditional socio-cultural values of the family institution. The relevance of the research is due to the emergence of a serious scientific interest in the problems of transformation of family values at the present stage. The purpose of the article is to study the process of forming the image of a modern family in the media. To achieve this goal, you must complete the following tasks: - to analyze the concept of the socio-cultural values of a family; - to determine the basic forms and methods of a family image representation in the media; - to identify the degree of influence of the media on ideas about a modern family. The subject of the research is the process of forming the socio-cultural values of a family at the present stage. The practical significance of the article lies in the use of provisions and conclusions in the process of communication between representatives of various social groups and cultures. The methodological basis of the article was a systematic approach, as well as methods of comparison and observation.

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need for further development of the lending system for agricultural producers in Ukraine, determine the feasibility of creating agricultural cooperative banks, the development of land mortgage lending and other instruments of financial and credit support, taking into account the best world experience and the specifics of the functioning of the agricultural sector of the economy. Research methods. A dialectical method of scientific knowledge has been used, as well as a systematic research approach using the experience of lending in other countries, taking into account the results of scientific research by domestic scientists and reasonable assessments of the current state of credit services for agricultural producers, a set of methods for processing statistical data characterizing the dynamics and corresponding trends. Research results. The ways of further development of the system of financial and credit support of agricultural producers as an important component of agrarian transformations are determined, the best world experience is summarized, the assessment of the current state of lending to the agricultural economy is given. Scientific novelty. The further improvement of the credit support system for the needs of participants in the agricultural market in modern conditions was substantiated, as an important component of the comprehensive institutional support of the reform processes in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Practical significance. The results of the study can be taken into account in the practical activities of government bodies, by participants in the agricultural market and the banking system, in the deepening of scientific research, in the educational process. Purpose. The aim of the work is to consider the novelties of the legislative work, which provide for the concept and classification of criminal offenses in accordance with the current edition of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the draft of the new Code developed by the working group and put up for public discussion. Point out the gaps in the current legislation and the need to revise individual rules of the project in this aspect. The methodology. The methodology includes a comprehensive analysis and generalization of the available scientific and theoretical material and the formulation of appropriate conclusions and recommendations. During the research, the following methods of scientific knowledge were used: terminological, logical-semantic, system-structural, logical-normative, comparative-historical. Results In the course of the study, it was determined that despite the fact that the amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine came into force in July of this year, their perfection, in terms of legal technology, raises many objections. On the basis of a comparative study, it was determined that the Draft Criminal Code of Ukraine needs further revision taking into account the opinions of experts in the process of public discussion. Originality. In the course of the study, it was established that the classification of criminal offenses proposed in the new edition of the Criminal Code of Ukraine does not stand up to criticism, since other elements of the classification appear in subsequent articles, which are not covered by the existing one. The draft Code, using a qualitatively new approach to this issue, retains the elements of the previous classification and has no practical significance in law enforcement. Practical significance. The results of the study can be used in law-making activities to improve the norms of the current Criminal Code, to classify criminal offenses, as well as to further improve the draft Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Purpose. The purpose of the work is to analyze the application of the second and third parts of Article 3692 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine to officials in the context, that defines them by the Criminal Code of Ukraine in the note to Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Methodology. The methodology includes a comprehensive analysis and synthesis of the available scientific and theoretical material and the formulation of relevant conclusions and recommendations. In the course of the study, the following methods of scientific knowledge were used: terminological, logical-semantic, system-structural, logical-normative. Results: in the course of research the cause of criminalization of such act as "abuse of power" is considered, the subject of the specified criminal act which has the features of "an official" in the context, that defines it by the note to Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is analyzed and the main ways of committing criminal acts, that are provided for in this article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are identified. Originality. The study found, that one of the key conditions for the opportunity to influence officials, that are authorized to perform government or local self-government functions, is the position held by the official and the related opportunities. Therefore, taking into account the opinion of the scientists, that the subject of crimes, that are provided for by the second and third parts of Article 3692 is special, the peculiarities of which is the cumulative feature, that denotes, that such person is not endowed with the status of an official, well-founded need to specify the criminal legislation of Ukraine in terms of the application the second and third parts of Article 3692 of the Criminal code of Ukraine concerning officials in the context, that defines them by the criminal legislation of Ukraine in the note to Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Practical significance. The research results can be used in lawmaking in the improvement of anti-corruption legislation.

Subject. The article focuses on the advanced time-driven tools for allocating overhead expenses, which are based on process-based budgeting. Objectives. We articulate a technique for cost allocation so as to assess the cost of each process with reference to the common time driver. Methods. The study relies upon methods of systematization, classification, analogy and comparison, and summarizes the scientific literature on the subject. Results. The article presents our own suggestions on implementing TD-ABC and TD-ABB into the strategic management accounting process of developer companies. The principles were proved to help more effectively allocate overhead expenses and assess the capacity load of each process performed by functions, departments and employees. Carrying out a comparative analysis, we found certain reserves for utilizing resources more effectively. Conclusions and Relevance. The findings are of scientific and practical significance and can be used by developer and construction businesses. The conclusions can prove helpful for scientific papers, student books, and further research.

The book under review is a compilation of the author's articles and lectures that highlight the prominent developments in the literature on the subject of Islamic banking and inform the reader of the current state of debate on it. One of the earliest and main contributors to this topic is the author himself. The focus of this review will mainly be on "Economics of Profit-Sharing", which is the title of the fourth chapter of the book and is among his latest contributions. This chapter is a significant contribution as it is the first attempt to formalise the concept of profit sharing into an analytical model and, therefore, demands closer scrutiny. However, in the remaining chapters of the book, the author has drawn attention to some of the fine points made in the literature on this topic. Since some of these points appear to be controversial to me, I will briefly discuss them before moving on to the analytical chapter of the book.

This study aims to determine the work performance of the finance and accounting division at PT. SPM. The subject of this research is the finance and accounting division. The method in this research uses questionnaire and interview techniques. The results show that job descriptions, job requirements and employee KPIs that are in line with current company conditions can be compiled and determined. Job / job description contains all information regarding job identity, job functions, job authority, duties and main job responsibilities, other tasks, work documents, working conditions, and employment relationships. Keywords: Job Analysis, Work Performance Indocators Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prestasi kerja divisi finance dan accounting pada PT.
