Abstract. Higher vocational colleges mainly focus on cultivating students' technical skills. In modern vocational education, employment guidance is adopted, school-enterprise cooperation is strengthened, production and education are integrated, and the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain and innovation chain develop together. Railway mechanization maintenance technology is a new major in the railway industry. It mainly cultivates technical personnel for the operation and maintenance of large-scale maintenance machinery. During the operation, students are required to be familiar with the structure of large-scale maintenance machinery and the basic knowledge of railway lines. Therefore, this major is a comprehensive major, including knowledge of large-scale road maintenance machinery, electricity, hydraulics, gas, and computers, as well as basic knowledge of circuit construction, maintenance and overhaul. Professional construction requires deep integration with the enterprise, informatization of teaching resources, informatization of integration of production and education, joint construction and sharing, and common developmen

In year 2020, a large-scale outbreak of pneumonia caused by new coronavirus has affected the development of many industries and enterprises in China. Under the strong leadership of the Chinese government, the development of the epidemic situation in China has been well controlled. The development of various industries also began to show a good situation, many large-scale sports competitions also need to be restored. In order to ensure the normal development of large-scale sports events, we need to consider the development of epidemic situation to determine the time of sports events. Based on the study of FPGA theory, this paper designs a specific scheme of programming and system debugging, which includes a variety of program operations. In order to better predict the situation of the epidemic situation, this paper also uses the basic knowledge of machine learning to establish a relevant model to evaluate the situation of large-scale sports events under the development of the epidemic situation, and provide feasible suggestions for the recovery of large-scale sports events under the epidemic situation.

The main tasks of the Olympiad of diploma projects of the Federal Agency for Railway Transport are to improve the quality of training, develop the creative abilities of students, increase the interest of students and teachers in the development and improvement of the railway industry, and form highly qualified human resources. The practice of participation of branches (structural units) of secondary vocational education of the Irkutsk State Transport University shows that not all indicators can be achieved. The educational process in secondary vocational education is focused on preparing for practical activities in production. In accordance with federal state educational standards for secondary vocational education programs, a student must master general and professional competencies, acquire certain knowledge, skills and practical experience. It is proposed to make a number of changes in the system of evaluating the Olympiad of diploma projects in terms of criteria. The assessment system of the Olympiad must be adapted taking into account the possibilities of secondary vocational education to stimulate the participation of structural units in their conduct.

In recent decades, technological advances have been revolutionizing all areas of society, including the teaching resources and methodologies used in the world of education. Teachers are in the process of adapting to develop the digital skills they need for the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), a process that must be permanent and in which there are still knowledge gaps undermining its application. This study aims to determine whether this lack of digital skills is influenced by the gender of teachers, for example, whether there is a gender gap in ICT application in teaching, specifically Dual Vocational Education and Training, which is a teaching area that has been growing exponentially in recent years. A descriptive quantitative method has been used for this study with a sample of 1568 teachers of Dual Vocational Education and Training from the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, with data collected through a questionnaire. The results show that while the level of knowledge of ICT resources is medium among this group and is therefore improvable, there are no significant gender differences between teachers with respect to the application of e-skills by teaching professionals, despite the existence in other contexts of a large digital gender gap in new technology professionals.

Techniques for recording large-scale neuronal spiking activity are developing very fast. This leads to an increasing demand for algorithms capable of analyzing large amounts of experimental spike train data. One of the most crucial and demanding tasks is the identification of similarity patterns with a very high temporal resolution and across different spatial scales. To address this task, in recent years three time-resolved measures of spike train synchrony have been proposed, the ISI-distance, the SPIKE-distance, and event synchronization. The Matlab source codes for calculating and visualizing these measures have been made publicly available. However, due to the many different possible representations of the results the use of these codes is rather complicated and their application requires some basic knowledge of Matlab. Thus it became desirable to provide a more user-friendly and interactive interface. Here we address this need and present SPIKY, a graphical user interface that facilitates the application of time-resolved measures of spike train synchrony to both simulated and real data. SPIKY includes implementations of the ISI-distance, the SPIKE-distance, and the SPIKE-synchronization (an improved and simplified extension of event synchronization) that have been optimized with respect to computation speed and memory demand. It also comprises a spike train generator and an event detector that makes it capable of analyzing continuous data. Finally, the SPIKY package includes additional complementary programs aimed at the analysis of large numbers of datasets and the estimation of significance levels.

According to the temperature, major chemical reactions and gas compositions, the gasification process along the tunnel of underground coal gasification is divided into three zones, i.e. oxidation zone, reduction zone and dry distillation zone. A model test in the laboratory was carried out by using large-scale coal blocks to simulate the coal seam. The characteristics of the “three zones”, and the relation between the temperature and gas composition were also quantitative studied. It provided the necessary basic knowledge for further studying the process of underground coal gasification, including predicting compositions of product gas, life-cycle analyzing, selecting optimistic control parameters and determining suitable gasification craft.

As the flourishing of computer technology and the appearing of lots of large-scale and well-designed corpora and concordance software, corpus-based approach, an advanced teaching resources, has been widely employed in language researches of various fields and perspectives. English teaching material, the main source of language input, has the quality and authority in Chinese English language teaching classes. The present study attempts to bring about some innovations in construction and designing of teaching material on the basis of the Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA). Moreover, the research is intended to effectively improve teacher’s input and introducing data-driven learning (DDL), and to effectively stimulate the motivations of students by using this computer-aided and COCA-based designing.

Urban road maintenance is an important part of urban traffic management. However, in modern cities, road maintenance work needs to occupy some traffic resources; therefore, unreasonable road maintenance schemes often lead traffic networks to unexpected large-scale congestion. In this paper, a dynamic programming model is proposed in order to minimize the delay caused by road maintenance scheme. This model can obtain a globally optimal maintenance scheme which contains the decisions and sequence for every stage of maintenance. Each stage of this model can be boiled down to a discrete network design problem. This model helps make suggestions for the traffic managers with the request of minimizing the delay caused by the maintenance scheme. This paper uses two examples to illustrate this method, one is a small-scale Nguyen-Dupuis network, and the other one is a larger scale Sioux-Falls network.
