This study describes the teacher’s strategy to instill integrated religious character in Muhammadiyah elementary school Demangan of Yogyakarta. This qualitative study research with a study case. The research data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, The research subject consisted of the principal, fifth-grade teacher, the students, and student guardians. The data validity test used the triangulation technique and sources. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research result showed that the teacher’s strategy is to instill integrated religious character in learning by integrating religious character in the entire learning components, religious character internalization, religious character habituation, and religious character role model.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri I Wonodadi Wetan melalui penggunaan media video. Penggunaan media video dipilih karena media video sendiri dirasa mampu menumbuhkan semangat dan minat siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dimana peneliti mengamati secara langsung pembelajaran yang sedang berlangsung dan menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan data hasil penelitian dari lapangan. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah catatan harian guru, lembar observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN 1 Wonodadi Wetan pada kelas 4 dengan 1 guru dan 2 siswa sebagai partisipan. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber dan teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perubahan motivasi belajar anak setelah diterapkan penggunaan media video beserta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Media video menawarkan audio visual yang memberikan efek beda yang membuat pembelajaran lebih modern dan inovatif dalam pembelajaran. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah perubahan motivasi yang mempengaruhi, faktor internal berasal dari dalam diri sendiri yaitu faktor jasmaniah, faktor psikologis dan faktor kelelahan. Sedangkan faktor eksternal adalah faktor yang berasal dari luar yaitu seperti faktor keluarga, sekolah dan lingkungan. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah media video pembelajaran dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam membantu mengembangkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Kata Kunci : Media video, Motivasi belajar, Pembelajaran The purpose of this study was to increase the learning motivation of grade IV students at SD Negeri I Wonodadi Wetan through the use of video media. The use of video media was chosen because video media itself was felt to be able to foster students' enthusiasm and interest in participating in learning. This study uses qualitative research where the researcher directly observes the ongoing learning and describes or describes the research data from the field. The data collection instruments were the teacher's diary, observation sheets, and interviews. The research was conducted at SDN 1 Wonodadi Wetan in grade 4 with 1 teacher and 2 students as participants. The data validity technique used source triangulation and data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed changes in children's learning motivation after the use of video media and the factors that influence it. Video media offers audiovisuals that provide different effects that make learning more modern and innovative in learning. The conclusion of this research is the change in motivation that affects, internal factors that come from within, namely physical factors, psychological factors, and fatigue factors. While external factors are factors that come from outside, such as family, school, and environmental factors. The finding in this study is that instructional video media can be used as an alternative in helping develop students' learning motivation.Keywords: Video media, learning motivation, learning

This research aims to find out the management of public services and how to improve public services in the Regional Library and Archival Office of West Nusa Tenggara Province. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. In this research, data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation of public services in the Regional Library and Archival Office of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Province. Data analysis techniques are performed with data reduction measures, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. In this research, data validity check techniques using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results show that: (1) public service management ranging from planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation is still fully not running smoothly. Public services provided have been very maximal, although, in its implementation, there are still perceived shortcomings ranging from lack of reading collection materials, inadequate infrastructure, minimal funds, and the need for building procurement to support the implementation of existing services so that services to the community are still felt less; (2) Efforts of NTB Provincial Library and Archival Office to improve and improve public services conducted by always improving human resources and improving infrastructure facilities to support the implementation of public services.

This study aims: 1) How to Planning, Organizing, Monitoring and Implementing Change Management 2) What are the steps of the Principal in developing organizational culture 3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the effectiveness of change management in developing organizational culture at SMP IT Darul Azhar Southeast Aceh. This type of research is qualitative. The approach in this study uses a descriptive approach. As informants in this study were the principal, teachers, and students. Research data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Techniques to guarantee data validity are credibility, transferability, dependability, and conformability. The results of this study indicate that there are three most important points in the effectiveness of change management in developing the organizational culture of SMP IT Darul Azhar, namely: In change management, the principal is planning according to the needs of students and then by organizing by dividing tasks to teachers to carry out planning, then supervision, namely to know the progress of this change management. In developing the school principal's organizational culture, namely the implementation of morning apples, dhuha prayers, and tadarus al-qur'an after the midday prayers. The supporting factor is the willingness of teachers and students to be better at applying religious values. The inhibiting factor is the lack of competent human resources (HR), loyal to change.

This research is motivated by Indonesian language learning which requires each student to master four language skills, namely listening, speaking, reading and writing. In children with dyslexia or reading difficulties, the implementation efforts made by the 7th grade teacher of the Bengkulu City Special School 05 so that the child continues to master language skills despite having difficulty reading. This study aims to describe the methods used by teachers in Indonesian language learning so that dyslexic children can master reading skills. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and finally verification. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of learning in dyslexic children was preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The Indonesian language learning method used by the 7th grade teacher of SLB N 05 Bengkulu City in dyslexic children is the lecture method, the audiolingual method, the skimming method, and the picture and picture cooperative method.

Education is a basic need that shapes the human mindset and personality. In this era of globalization, humans are not attacked through war, but through moral destruction. This is a consideration in educating and shaping the child's personality so as not to fall into values ​​that are not in accordance with the teachings of Islam. Cultivating spiritual values ​​becomes the basis for providing a foundation for children to fight against changing worlds. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection is obtained from information, places and activities of school principals, and documents. Data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, and recording documents. The data validity test was carried out by applying source triangulation. Data analysis techniques are in the form of data condensation, data presentation, conclusion or verification. The results of the research are in the form of findings, namely the development of spiritual values ​​of students at SDI Nurulhuda Jember through learning in the classroom which is determined by activities that have been drafted and which have been carried out by the school.The principal emphasizes spiritual values ​​to be taught to students and to always carried out in school and outside of school, such as the things that are supervised in student learning are religious values, moral values, ethical values, and the true value of these four points which are the assessments of principals and teachers in fostering students' spiritual values ​​in classroom learning.

The research objective is to increase the wealth of mufrodat through hypnoteaching methods. The research subjects were all fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in the 2016/2017 Academic Year. Researchers used data collection instruments in the form of observation formats, question sheets, field notes, and interview guidelines. The research method is classroom action research. Data analysis techniques are planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The results of the study are: 1) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the pre cycle before receiving hypnoteaching learning method treatment gets an average of 65.38. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who get a score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 23% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 77%. 2) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the first cycle after applying hypnoteaching learning method got an average of 72.3. The smallest value is 55 and the highest value is 80. With the Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 61.5% while students who have not reached the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 38.5%. 3) The average memorization of students' mufrodat in the second cycle gets an average of 90. The smallest value is 75 and the highest score is 100. With a Minimal Completeness Criteria reference of 70, the number of students who score equal to or above the Minimal Completeness Criteria is 92.3% while students who have not yet reached Minimal Completeness Criteria is 7.7%. 4) The use of hypnoteaching method can increase the wealth of mufrodat of fifth grade students of MI Miftahun Najah Banyuputih Situbondo in 2016/2017 Academic Year.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This research is a qualitative study aimed to describe the teacher's perception of pop-up book media when applied to the material building space in the V grade elementary school. The research method of using qualitative descriptive with the research data source is the teacher of grade V in elementary school Tanjungsari, namely VA and VB. The data collection techniques used are online interviews through the WhatsApp app. Data analysis techniques using the technical of Miles and Huberman are data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The result of this study raises positive perceptions of class V teachers. The Media pop-up book is interesting to apply to material solid figure in class V, seeing students who are always interested in new things, because this media has not been used, so that the media pop-up book is very good to be applied in class V, in order to support the creativity of students, so that students will be happy and think critically in the process of learning math material solid figure.

AbstractHabanera, one of the most famous songs in Opera Carmen, tells the love life of Carmen as the main role. Interestingly, the song Habanera was sung by an Indonesian mezzo-soprano singer from Bali, Heny Janawati, who has perform the Opera Carmen while singing in Europe and Indonesia with different interpretations and performance of song Habanera. The purpose of this study was to analyze the interpretation and performance form of the Habanera Opera Carmen song when it was performed in Jakarta in 2016 in order to become a knowledge. This research process used qualitative methods. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentations. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and data inference. As for the data validity test used triangulation. The results of this study indicate that Heny Janawati has characteristics to interpret this song through out the structure, tempo, dynamics, and intonation of this song. That she present in Opera Carmen are more modern from it's europe counterpart, which in Europe its characteristics, number of accompaniments, dimensions of the setting, lighting and wardrobe are more traditional.
