With an exponential increase in the number of applications and user demand, it is essential to respond to the query of users with fast services and networks used. This is possible only by the use of ubiquitous networks supporting mass media communications. The integration of advanced technologies such as Communication, Navigation and Sensing Services (CONASENSE) and Human Bond Communications (HBC) takes care of sensing, services, data, speed, cooperation, content, and cost of communication. The combination of Data, Technology, and Media used for intelligent computation and communication over the internet could serve the purpose, and that’s the urgent demand of growing networks marching towards a fusion of IoT and 5G leading to 6G. IoT with 5G will be the backbone of networks in the future generation network, adding the concept of virtualization at Anytime, Anywhere, Anything, and Anybody. The definition of ubiquitous technology considers it networked, wireless and mobile, to connect a more significant number of users and the world around them. The ubiquitous network connects the D2D, M2M, D2M and uses the ICT and Cloud-based technology to mitigate the QoS parameters. The paper’s primary contribution is the proposal of 6G enabling technologies and use cases to demonstrate the need and integration of various prime techniques as IoT++5G++Cloud++AI/ML. The technology road map and proposed C6-WISDOM model illustrate the fundamentals of enabling future ubiquitous networks (6G). It also focuses on the critical requirements of 6G technology in support of ubiquitous networks and identifies the present technologies integrated to provide vertical sustainable wireless networking solutions.

All societies moving towards peace must establish reparation measures for victims of political violence. This is not an easy task, however; political victimhood is a controversial concept by itself and all victims of this type are mixed up with general politics from both the past and the present. In divided societies, such as Northern Ireland and the Basque Country, controversies about the definition of political victimhood reproduce old divisions from the past. Drawing on these two case studies, this research project gathers together some initial thoughts on the conceptualisation of political victimhood with regard to three different models: the harm-, blame- and context-based models. The primary contribution of the article lies in the formulation of the third model, the context-based framework.

Workflow is a kind of automatic execution of business process partly or fully, according to a series of rules, documents, information or tasks which can be transferred and executed in different executor such in Data center. Modeling process workflow management model on ontology is divided into following steps based on: Determine professional field and category of Ontology; Important terms and concepts; Definition of class and class hierarchy; Define class attributes and surface properties, Because user demand always changes according to the development of economic, In workflow management system, user demand migration prediction system can give some help. There are two subsystems: Data Mining subsystem and migration of recommendation subsystem.

Introduction.Digital etiquette is a new type of etiquette that defines the rules of behavioral culture in the digital environment of the Internet. It is also shown that digital etiquette is not only a new type of communicative interaction, but also is one of the new socio-cultural phenomena of digital civilization, as well as modern convergent knowledge of a theoretical and applied nature, which is formed at the intersection of humanitarian and technological knowledge and is currently in the process of its formation.Methodology and sources. The work is based on the application of the methodology of historical-philosophical, cultural-philosophical, axiological and interdisciplinary approaches to the consideration of digital etiquette as a new communicative phenomenon of modern reality. The works of russian and foreign authors are devoted to the etiquette theme in the digital and non-digital environment as a source base, as well as modern scientific research are used in digital communications, including digital humanities. Results and discussion.Based on the analysis presented in the article according to the definition of etiquette as a phenomenon and as a concept, its essential features and distinctive characteristics, the specific features of digital etiquette are identified, including value attitudes that are determined by the properties of the third-generation Network (in particular, such as Digital- and Phygital-interaction, actualization of the reputational component of behavioral culture on the Internet, personalization of branding, etc.), which generally indicated the interdisciplinary nature of the new etiquette and the general trend of its development as a digital humanitarian knowledge.Conclusion. The role and importance of the behavioral culture of Network users at the personal and corporate levels becomes very important in modern realities. However, first of all, this applies to representatives of the younger generation-generation Z, which has defined personal freedom as the main value of its existence in society. In this regard, the role of the educational component, including its etiquette component, is objectified in the entire educational system. In particular, within the higher school, digital etiquette training is the training of digital humanitarian knowledge, which represents the unity of educational and educational in the formation of a behavioral culture that reflects the challenges of the new era.

AbstractCommunication is one of the most important things in human life, day by day the technology is changing, data rate becomes faster and equipment’s are also becoming compact, as the results of change in technology. The human beings have also adapted to the technology as well. In this article the revolution of wireless technologies like 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G (Future generation network) are explained. This article mainly focused on background of wireless communication system, models and technologies adapted for 4G and 5G. The key technologies, spectrum allocation and current projects are discussed and described; this work gives a detailed research to address the projects and developments for future generation wireless technology.

Can we say we live in a post-digital condition? It depends. This paper sets out to distinguish between the current mass digital culture and an authentic post-digital culture. If we mean “post-digital” as the full internalization and awareness of the result of the so-called digital revolution, then it is necessary a philosophical work to discuss related problems, identify the causes and propose solutions. An authentic philosophy of digital will, however, have to start from a clarification of the terms and basic objects of its investigation. Here media theory is inserted as an analytical tool: the purpose of this essay is to outline a road map for a good media theory that interfaces with questions of definition of digital, also in light of the notions of space, time, and matter. As will be seen, the description given here for a “good media theory” does, in fact, coincide with an already existing – and inserted in the contemporary debate – school. In conclusion we will try to delineate the field of philosophical inquiry opened by the clarification brought by the previous analysis, and to suggest a general framework within which philosophy will have to move in order to finally reach the authentic post-digital condition.

While noting the general trend for the regulation of digital relations in the sphere of criminal court proceedings, the authors draw attention to the absence of a common approach to this work, or of a universal understanding of criminal procedure norms regarding digital relations, as well as to the drawbacks in preparing new norms that regulate digital relations. Problems connected with the regulation of electronic processes are not specific for Russia only. Laws of some countries do not recognize evidence obtained electronically, and view it as secondary. The results of implementing the road map of digital economy and the approaches to the definition and typification of digital platforms are the basis for laying the foundations of the criminal proceedings’ digitization in Russia. Large-scale growth of innovations for the platforms and an increasing complexity of their architecture enable the solution of a new research task — the spread of digital platforms to various sectors, in this case, to the sphere of criminal proceedings. The authors use the definition of a digital platform approved by the Russian Governmental Commission on Digital Development to formulate their own definition of a digital information platform as an object of normative legal regulation in the sphere of criminal proceedings and prove that it should belong to sectoral digital platforms. The value of the transition to the normative legal regulation of digital information systems in the sphere of court proceedings lies in the reduction of costs and the elimination of the subjective factor by using a package of digital technologies of data processing and changing the system of the division of labor while reaching the purpose of criminal justice. The authors also stress the inappropriateness of simplification and primitivism, when a criminal procedure system is mechanically viewed as a system of distributed registers (blockchain), or when digitization is used as an excuse for suggesting the abolishment of investigative departments as parasites in the digital reality where crime investigation and solution become a job for ordinary internet users.
