Background: Health education can improve an adherence and reduce treatment delays in Tuberculosis (TB) patients. Based on results of interviews with TB patients at Nambo Public Health Center in December 2019, the results of interviews that has conducted on 4 patients, it found that the patients was undergoing treatment at the public health center , there were family members who were undergoing same treatment, there had been no routine preventive measures. The 4 patients interviewed said that they did not know clearlyto preventiontransmission  because the health worker only gave a sheet of paper which was recommended to be read at home. The General objective of this study was to determine the effect of health education patients in prevention of transmission at the Nambo Public Health Center Area. Methods: The type of study was quasyi experimental method with a pre test and post test design. The population of this study was 75 people, by using proportional random sampling technique with 26 respondents. The method of analysis  used paired t test of the statistical analysis. Result: The results of this study, showed that the above table analysis obtained the value of t=10,111>1,706, where t count was greater than the value of t table. It shows that there was asignificant effect of Health Prevention behavior at Nambo Public Health Center. Conclusion: It is hoped that the Nambo Community Health Center will always educationorconselingwhichwillincreasecommunityknowledge on TB prevention in the working area.

ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi salah satu penyebab utama kematian di dunia. Berdasarkan data Puskesmas Dadok Tunggul Hitam terdapat kasus dengan diagnosa hipertensi sebanyak 5.587 jiwa (2018) meningkat menjadi 6.367 jiwa (2019). Salah satu intervensi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu pemberian edukasi tentang hipertensi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Dadok Tunggul Hitam pada bulan September 2020. Kegiatan diawali dengan pemberian pre test untuk melihat tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penyakit hipertensi, kemudian pemberian edukasi kesehatan tentang penyakit hipertensi. Pelaksanaan penyuluhan kesehatan dilaksanakan dengan memberikan edukasi terkait hipertensi kepada masyarakat melalui media Whatsapp Blast, dan diakhiri dengan post test untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuannya. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat terhadap pasien yang terdiagnosis penyakit hipertensi dari 15 orang pasien terdapat 5 orang (33%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik tentang hipertensi sebelum diberikan penyuluhan. Setelah diberikan penyuluhan secara daring melalui media Whatsapp Blast  dari 15 orang pasien terdapat 12 orang (80%) memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang hipertensi dan upaya pencegahannya. Dapat disimpulkan adanya pengingkatan pengetahuan tentang upaya pencegahan hipertensi setelah diberikan edukasi dengan media Whatsapp Blast. Disarankan agar pemberian edukasi dengan media Whatsapp Blast dapat dilakukan bagi petugas kesehatan dalam memberikan promosi kesehatan kepada masyarakat tentang pencegahan penyakit hipertensi.Kata Kunci: Hipertensi; media whatsapp blast; edukasi  ABSTRACT                                                                                          Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which is one of the main causes of death in the world. Based on data from the Public Health Center Dadok Tunggul Hitam, there were cases of hypertension from 5,587 people (2018), increase to 6,367 people (2019). The intervention from this case by providing education about hypertension. The activity was carried out at the Public Health Center Dadok Tunggul Hitam in September 2020. The activity started by giving a pre test about hypertension, then providing health education about hypertension. The health education is delivered through the Whatsapp Blast media, and ends with a post test. The results of the activities for patients diagnosed with hypertension, from 15 patients there were 5 patients (33%) who had a good level of knowledge before given education. After given education through Whatsapp Blast media, there were 12 patients (80%) who had good knowledge about hypertension and its prevention efforts. It can be concluded that there is an increase in knowledge about hypertension and prevention after given education through Whatsapp Blast media. It is suggested that education using Whatsapp Blast media can be carried out for health workers in providing health promotion to the public regarding the prevention of hypertension.Keywords: Hypertension; whatsapp blast media; education

Background: The Public Health Center (Puskesmas) is a primary care center in Indonesia that focuses on promotive and preventive efforts, as opposed to exclusively curative approaches. However, a major challenge has been identified in relation to the limited number of health personnel available to provide education to patients. The objective of this study, therefore, was to determine the impact of personal factors, severity of health problems, environmental situation, and patient activities on the level of attention payed to the audiovisual media. Design and Methods: The study involved the screening of 12 kinds of health education video, which ran in the LCD panel in the waiting room. The population consisted of visitors/patients that were 15 years old or older, and a sample size of 124 was selected randomly during the study period. Results: Based on the statistical analysis, it was established that age, severity of health problems, environment situation, and visitor activity influence patient awareness to audiovisual media in the waiting room of the Public health center. Conclusions: It is recommended that public health centers improve their environment to encourage the patients to pay attention to health media.

Background: Danger signs of pregnancy before causing complications can be detected early independently through learning media such as videos and e-booklets. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of video and e-booklet media in improving the knowledge of pregnant women about the danger signs of pregnancy Methods: This study was conducted in December 2020-January 2021 at Jetis 1 Public Health Center, Bantul Regency and used the type of quasi-experimental research and pretest-posttest with control group design. The research subjects were pregnant women in the first, second and third trimesters as many as 24 people for each group. Sampling was collected using purposive sampling technique on respondents with the criteria of being willing to follow the research rules, there is no trouble in seeing/speaking/hearing, being capable to read and write. Respondents who resigned during the study, did not complete the questionnaire until the end and worked as health workers were not taken as research respondents. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used Wilcoxon test and Mann Whitney test Results: The results of the analysis show that the two media have an effect on increasing the knowledge of pregnant women with p-value 0,000 for videos and p-value 0,000 for e-booklet Conclusion: Video is more effective than e-booklet in improving the knowledge of pregnant women (p-value 0,031). Thus the video made by researchers can be used to provide health education about the danger signs of pregnancy

The health of pregnant women will determine for health status of the baby. This is also a main concern for the government. Pregnant women bring prospective future generations to the nation who will productively contribute greatly to the progress of the nation. The importance of maternal health can be seen from the government’s policy that the reduction of the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one of the SDG’s 2030 targets and an indicator of the success of national development. Pregnant women are a vulnerable group, especially in pandemic situations and conditions. Various efforts were made to maintain the health of mothers and babies during pregnancy until delivery. Gowa Regency is a district with the second highest number of Covid case in South Sulawesi. Therefore, it became the basis for implementation of community service in the working area of ​​the Bajeng Public Health Center, Gowa Regency. The method used is to provide health education in the form of a gallery walk with the aim of increasing the knowledge of pregnant women in order to maintain their health. Various important themes in this counseling include: anemia in pregnant women, the risk of 4T in pregnant women, recognizing the symptoms and danger signs in pregnancy, stress management for pregnant women, and nutrition needed by pregnant women and continuing to carry out pregnancy check-up during the pandemic period. During the activities, pregnant women were enthusiastically paying attention to each material provided and actively discussing. At the end of the counseling, we immediately evaluated the knowledge of pregnant women regarding in the materials that had been given. They were very happy with these activities, and looking forward to such activities next time. Therefore, we suggest to related parties, namely the head of the public health center and health workers, to continue to carry out health education regularly and to reactivate the integrated healthcare center for pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic period while still implementing health protocols. ABSTRAK Kesehatan ibu hamil merupakan perhatian besar bagi pemerintah. Ibu hamil, membawa calon generasi penerus bangsa yang secara produktif akan berkontribusi besar terhadap kemajuan bangsa dan negara. Pentingnya kesehatan Ibu, dapat dilihat dari  kebijakan pemerintah yang menjadikan penurunan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) sebagai salah satu target SDG’s 2030 dan indikator keberhasilan pembangunan nasional. Ibu hamil adalah kelompok rentang terlebih disituasi dan kondisi pandemic. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk tetap menjaga kesehatan ibu dan bayinya selama proses kehamilan sampai persalinan. Kabupaten Gowa merupakan kabupaten dengan jumlah kasus covid tertinggi kedua di Sulawesi Selatan, maka ini menjadi dasar pelaksanaan pengabdian masayarakat  di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan dalam bentuk gallery walk dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil agar mampu tetap menjaga kesehatannya. Berbagai tema penting pada penyuluhan ini antaralain: anemia pada ibu hamil, resiko 4T pada ibu hamil, mengenal tanda-tanda bahaya kehamilan, manajemen stress pada ibu hamil, dan nutrisi yang dibutuhkan ibu hamil serta tetap melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan selama pandemic. Selama kegiatan berlangsung para ibu hamil antusias memperhatikan setiap materi yang diberikan dan aktif berdiskusi. Diakhir penyuluhan kami evaluasi secara langsung terkait pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang materi-materi yang sudah diberikan. Mereka sangat senang dengan adanya kegitan ini, dan berharap akan ada kegiatan lanjutan. Maka dari itu kami menyarankan kepada pihak-pihak terkait yaitu kepala puskesmas dan para tenaga kesehatan untuk tetap melaksanakan penyuluhan kesehatan rutin dan kembali mengaktifkan posyandu ibu hamil di masa pandemic covid 19 dengan tetap menerapkan protocol kesehatan.

Background: Reproductive health problems faced by women today are increasing infections in the reproductive organs, which in turn lead to cancer, one of that is cervical cancer. Lack of awareness to prevent cervical cancer is one of the problems that often occur in the health of Fertile Age Women. The effort that needs to be done to prevent cervical cancer is by providing health education through online media, to increase the knowledge and behavior of Fertile Age Women in preventing cervical cancer. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of health education on early detection of cervical cancer through online media on the knowledge and behavior of Fertile Age Women in cervical cancer prevention in Nanga Public Health Center of Sikka Regency. Method of this research used a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design method, using a consecutive sampling technique, with as many as 199 respondents. The data collection tool used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed through the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with SPSS for windows version 20. Results of this research indicated that there was a very significant effect on the provision of health education through online media on early detection of cervical cancer on knowledge and behavior of cervical cancer prevention of Fertile Age Women in Nanga Public Health Center of Sikka Regency with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Providing health education on early detection of cervical cancer with online media can increase knowledge and behavior of cervical cancer prevention of Fertile Age Women. It is hoped that the public health center will provide health education with online media, to support the prevention of covid-19 transmission and to increase the knowledge and behavior of Fertile Age Women in cervical cancer prevention.

Cervical cancer (cervical) becomes a health problem especially for women of childbearing age who have had sexual intercourse resulting in unnecessary things so that IVA examination is not optimal. the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of audivisual methods of health education on the behavior of the Visual Acid Inspection (IVA), in Fertile Women in the Public health center working area. The design of this study is the Quasy Experiment Pre-post With Control Group. The number of samples is 60 women of childbearing age (WUS) consisting of 30 women of childbearing age (WUS) intervention group and 30 women of childbearing age (WUS) control group. The technique in sampling uses total sampling. Data were analyzed using the Independent Samples T-test. The results showed that there was a significant influence on knowledge (p value = 0.006), attitudes (p value = 0,000) and inspection behavior (p value = 0.004). Conclusion This audiovisual method of health education is effective in improving the knowledge, attitudes and behavioral examination of Visual Acid Inspection (IVA), in Fertile Women. The audiovisual method of health education can be used by the Public health center as an innovation in conveying information, especially for PTM and Posbindu program managers

According to the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (SDKI) in 2012, The infant mortality rate was 31,41 by 1,000 live births occured in the first month of life. Result of the interview on four people at work area Ngadiluwih public health center at Kediri Regency, indicating lack of knowladge and attitude towards regurgitation. Therefore, acces to health emphasis on nutritional conseling, how to be parents and accident prevention help reduce the infant mortality rate. The research was conducted on 23 June to 8 July 2014 aimed to determain Differences in motor skills in preventing regurgitation mothers to infants aged 0-3 months before and after health education (training) burping (analityc studies at work area Ngadiluwih public health center at Kediri Regency). Statistical analysis with the wilcoxon test found that the value of count equal to 5,301; z table (1,96) then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted which means there is the Differences in motor skills in preventing regurgitation mothers to infants aged 0-3 months before and after health education (training) burping (analityc studies at work area Ngadiluwih public health center at Kediri Regency).; Keywords: Regurgitation, IMR, Suddent Infant Death Syndrom
