This study aims to determine the concept of developing language teaching or material mahârah istim 'and mahārah kalâm in Arabic matriculation at MAN 1 Boyolali. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods that are used to produce a particular product. The steps taken are needs analysis, learning design, product development, validation of media experts and material experts, teacher and/or student responses, revisions, and final / product development. Data collection methods used were observation, tests, documentation, and interviews. The concept of developing material in this study there are five, namely analysis, design, development, evaluation and revision. There are seven steps in the design of learning material development in this study, namely: Requirement analysis, Learning design, Product development (teaching material), Product validation, Teacher and student responses, Revision, and Product material/teaching material. According to the data obtained from observations and interviews shows that the matriculation program is proven effective in improving students' ability in learning Arabic, especially in mahārah istimâ ’and mahārah kalâm. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep pengembangan bahasa ajar atau materi mahârah istimâ’ dan mahârah kalâm dalam matrikulasi bahasa Arab di MAN 1 Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development (R&D) yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk tertentu. Langkah – langkah yang dilakukan adalah analisis kebutuhan, desain pembelajaran, pengembangan produk, validasi ahli media dan ahli materi, respon guru dan atau siswa, revisi, dan hasil akhir/ produk pengembangan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Konsep pengembangan materi dalam penelitian ini ada lima, yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, evaluasi dan revisi. Langkah – langkah dalam desain pengembangan materi pembelajaran dalam penelitian ini ada tujuh, yaitu : Analisis kebutuhan, Desain pembelajaran, Pengembangan produk (materi ajar), Validasi produk, Respon guru dan siswa, Revisi, dan Produk materi/ bahan ajar. Menurut data yang dipeoleh dari observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa program matrikulasi terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab khususnya dalam mahârah istimâ’ dan mahârah kalâm. This study explains how the learning module is developed on basic programming of Computer Network Engineering students. This study aims to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the basic programming module of Computer Network Engineering class X at SMK N 5 developed by problem solving strategy. This study is Research and Development (R & D) research by 4D modul implementation. The Development of instructional module using ADDIE model which consist of five stages such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. There were three instruments that is used to collect the data in this research like validity questionnaire, practicality questionnaire and and effectiveness sheets. Based on the result carried out, this research has shown that the score for module validity from expert of learning material development is 0,82 and expert of learning media development is 0,77. Then for practicality, based on teacher responses the average score of 87% and 88% for students responses. So instead, it can be concluded that the module on basic programming is effective based on the average scores of experimental class that it was 80, compared by the average score of control class of 72.  Keywords: Module, Basic Programming, Research and Development, ADDIE.

This study aims to develop a value-based teaching material for Citizenship Education (PKn) together with the local wisdom of the Minangkabau community to build the national character of the fifth grade students of Elementary School. The research conducted is research and development with the ADDIE research model which is an acronym in English from the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. By participating in the development stage of the ADDIE model, teaching material development is carried out by combining the values of togetherness found in the local wisdom of the Minangkabau community in a single unit of learning material. Data obtained from the validation of teaching materials, classroom learning practices, and the effectiveness of learning from student learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that the development of Pkn teaching materials based on the values of togetherness of the Minangkabau community has been successfully carried out based on data on the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of teaching materials in learning in Class V of Elementary School.Keywords: Development Research, Minangkabau, PKn, SD Togetherness Value.

This study aims to develop integrated science teaching materials on the theme "Electricity in Living Creatures" by using the Four Step Teaching Material Development Method (4STMD) which includes the Selection, Structuring, Categorization and Reduction of Dactic stages. This research uses Research and Development (R & D) methods. The subject of this study is all science teaching materials on the theme of electricity in living things studied using the 4STMD method. The data in this study were captured by using various types of instruments that were rationally validated (logical) and empirical (empirical) by experts at each stage of development. Data from expert validation were analyzed using CVR and CVI and percentage analysis. The opinions of students regarding the instructional materials developed and the feasibility of the developed teaching materials were collected using questionnaires. As a development evaluation material in the development of teaching materials, the effectiveness of instructional materials on the thinking ability of knowledge integration in students is also tested. As a comparison, also tested the effectiveness of other teaching materials. The effectiveness test results show that students who use teaching materials developed using the 4STMD method have a higher score (65) compared to students who use other teaching materials (60).

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Handout Bermuatan Pendidikan Karakter Berbasis Kontekstual Pada Materi Kingdom Plantae di Kelas X SMAK Frater Don Bosco Tarakan yang berkualitas dari segi kelayakan dan respon siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (RD) dengan menggunakan model pengemmbangan 4-D yang terdiri dari 4 tahap  yaitu Define, Design,  Development, Disseminate. Akan tetapi, pada pengembangan ini hanya dilakukan sampai tahap ke 3 yaitu tahap Development. Data penelitian dianalisis melalui uji kelayakan dan respon siswa. Pengujian produk dilakukan oleh validator ahli media, ahli materi, dan praktisi (guru biologi). Uji coba lapangan dilakukan secara online melalui google formulir yang dibagikan pada siswa SMAK Frater Don Bosco Tarakan kelas XI IPA dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil validasi yang diperoleh dari ahli media sebesar 89% dengan kategori sangat layak, ahli materi sebesar 96% dengan kategori sangat layak, praktisi sebesar 94% dengan kategori sangat layak dan respon siswa sebesar 87% dengan kategori sangat menarik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Handout Bermuatan Pendidikan Karakter Berbasis Kontekstual Pada Materi Kingdom Plantae yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria kualitas bahan ajar yang baik dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran biologi di sekolah.Kata Kunci: Bahan Ajar, Handout, Pendidikan karakter, Kontekstual.Abstract This study aimed to produce high quality handouts with contextual-based character education on Kingdom Plantae Material for tenth Grade Students of SMAK Frater Don Bosco Tarakan in terms of student eligibility and response. This Research and Development (RD) study used a 4-D development model consisting of 4 stages, namely Define, Design, Development was only carried out until the 3 rd  stage (Deveopment stage). The research data were analyzed through feasibility test and student responses. Product testing was validated by media expert, material experts, and practitioners (biology tearchers). Field trials were carried out online via a google form which was distributed to a total of 30 students. The validations result obtained from media experts were 89% which meant very feasible, 96% from material experts meaning feasible, 94% from practitioners meaning very feasible, 87% from student response meaning very interesting. It could be concluded that the handout with Contextual-Based Character Education on the Kingdom Plantae material developed met the criteria for good quality teaching materials and was suittable for use in learning biology in the school.                                                                                                                  Keywords:  Teaching Materials, Handouts, Character education, Contextual.

The purpose of this research to develop teaching materials based on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). The type of research is Research and Development (R&D). Meanwhile, the teaching material is developed by ADDIE including five steps, namely analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The feasibility of the STEM teaching material refers to the results of three expert appraisals, namely education experts, STEM experts, and mathematics experts, then student responses. Student responses are used as testing subject were students of SMKN 2 Serang. The results showed that the teaching materials developed based on STEM was met the standard of feasibility aspects including validity, practicality, and effectiveness.

Mastering science process skill is very beneficial in problem solving process. This research aimed to develop teaching materials such as science process skill-based textbooks on energy and its changes. The method used in this research was research and development, by using the 4D design, which include define, design, develop, and disseminate. Research and development method were used to produce a product and to test its efficiency. The result showed that the learning material fulfill the assessment criteria. The mean validation result of textbook showed a number of 3.58 indicated as a good category. Based on T test, it was proven that the use of textbooks is indeed influential towards the development of students’ science process skill.

Geospatial has been widely and extensively used as a research tool across the human activity spectrum. Education sector is no exemption with geospatial being taught in all education institutions, secondary or tertiary. In geography education, tourism courses are among courses that employ geospatial in their teaching and learning material to define the data collection and associate the data with technology which has geographic and locational component. Coastal ecotourism, for example, utilize geospatial in its management where geographic information can be stored in layers and integrated with geographic software program. The information can then be created, stored, manipulated, analyzed and visualized. More interestingly, the result of the spatial information can be integrate with various other research discipline. This paper reviews: 1) geospatial as one of the tools used in geography teaching material; 2) the application of geospatial in coastal ecotourism management; and 3) geospatial based coastal ecotourism management for geography education. A review from geospatial based coastal ecotourism management for geography teaching material development was established. Hence, its effectiveness and efficiency is also discussed.

The research is the development of Agricultural English teaching materials at Universitas Muslim Indonesia. The purposes of this research are to (1) produce a type of Agricultural English teaching material suitable to be used by the students of Faculty of Agriculture UMI and to (2) discover why the students are learning English. The method used is research and development. The research site was at the Faculty of Agriculture UMI with the number of 50 respondents. The results showed that based on the student responses, 12 out of 42 topics occupy the highest percentage needed for Agricultural English teaching materials. Those 12 topics are as follows: rice, tomatoes, chili,  shallots, eggplant, papaya, rambutan, coconut, coffee, land, disease pest, and seeds. Then, the purposes of the students learning English can be categorized into two major groups, namely to anticipate competition in the workplace where the ability to communicate both oral and written is needed and to prepare themselves in the academic field both to complete S1 (undergraduate degree)  and to continue their studies S2 (master degree).

The background of this research is processing of Islam religion Lesson’s learning with done by using the model training contextual teaching and learning that during this time had not been maximal. The purposes of this research are: first, to describe the application of model of training CTL with component multimedia at Islam Religion lesson’s educating in SMP Negeri 1 Banyuputih. Second, to describe the design of development model of training CTL with component multimedia at Islam Religion lesson’s educating in SMP Negeri 1 Banyuputih. Third, to describe the level of design applying in development model of training CTL with component multimedia at Islam Religion lesson’s educating in SMP Negeri 1 Banyuputih. Fouth, to describe the effect of applying development model of training CTL with component multimedia at Islam Religion lesson’s educating in SMP Negeri 1 Banyuputih. Abstrak Pembelajaran di dalam kelas yang menciptakan suasana menyenangkan akan berdampak positif bagi siswa untuk menambah rasa ingin tahu, sebuah game edukasi berbasis yang diharapkan menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan hasil belajar yang di dapat dengan baik. Pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat bagaimana meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran game edukasi berbasis android terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yaitu Analysis (Analisis), Design (Desain), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Implementasi) dan Evaluation (Evaluasi). Desain Penelitian yang di pakai adalah One Group Pretest-Posttest Design Penelitian ini mengambil subjek peserta didik kelas X IPS untuk uji coba produk media pembelajaran game edukasi berbasis android. Hasil penelitian yang di dapat dari perolehan hasil validasi untuk mengetahui kelayakan media, hasil belajar dan respon siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa validasi kelayakan media pada seluruh aspek memeroleh rata-rata presentase sebesar 100%. Hasil validasi evaluasi memeroleh skor rata-rata 76,06 %. Hasil respon siswa pada seluruh aspek memeroleh hasil rata-rata presentasen sebesar 97 %. Penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata pre-test 69,55 ; rata-rata post-test 83,7. Uji paired sampel t-test posttest menunjukkan sig. (2-tailed) ,000 (0,00) Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan antara pretest dan posttest < 0,05 yaitu 0,00 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji paired sample t-test di atas, maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolakHal ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran Game Edukasi berbasis android sangat layak digunakan. The purpose of this study is to see how to improve learning outcomes by using an Android-based educational game learning media on the learning outcomes of class X students of SMA 1 Bangkalan. This study uses research and development (R & D) with the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The research design used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design This study took the subject of students of class X IPS to test educational media products based on Android games. The research results obtained from the results of validation to determine the feasibility of the media, learning outcomes and student responses. The results of this study indicate that the validation of media feasibility in all aspects obtained an average percentage of 100%. The evaluation validation results obtained an average score of 76.06%. The results of student responses in all aspects obtained an average percentage of 97%. Research shows an average pre-test of 69.55; post-test average 83.7. The paired test of the posttest t-test sample shows sig. (2-tailed), 000 (0,00) The results show that there is an increase between pretest and posttest < 0.05 which is 0.00 <0.05. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test analysis above, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This shows that the Android-based Educational Game learning media is very feasible to use.
