Strategy Management for Teacher Performance Development to Improve the Quality of Lessons is a response to the quality of learning that still needs to be improved, by developing teacher performance, is a solution to improving the quality of learning. Focus of the problem: How to Implement Strategic Management of Teacher Performance Development to Improve the Quality of Learning. Specific objectives of this study are to identify and analyze: (1) Internal and External Environments, (2) Formulation of Strategy Formulation, (3) Strategy Implementation, (4) Teacher Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Management, (5) Strategic Steps to Overcome Problems and Weaknesses. Research methods and procedures refer to the qualitative research approach. The theories that underlie this research are strategic management theory, performance coaching theory, higher order thinking learning theory and madrasah culture theory. The main findings of this study are: (1) The principal of madrasah has not analyzed and combined strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges into a strategic assumption conclusion that can be used as a basis for further strategic planning, (2) Strategy formulation is not based on strategic assumptions that maximize strength factors and minimizing the weakness factor by taking advantage of opportunities in facing challenges.

This study aims to examine, disclose and obtain empirical evidence about the implementation of the principal's leadership style on improving teacher performance to improve the quality and learning outcomes. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, field observations and documentation. The results of this study are the implementation of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance to improve the quality of learning with a democratic leadership style based on theological values. In improving teacher performance and the quality of learning, principals have program strategies including (a) teacher performance coaching strategies, (b) education staff discipline development, (c) teacher performance control and supervision, (d) motivation, (e) awarding and (f) Build teacher commitment.

Motivated by the problems of the quality of learning. To improve the quality of teaching carried out by teachers, through educational supervision. The research was conducted in SMA and SMK in Abung Semuli Subdistrict, Lampung which aims to describe the Principal's knowledge regarding the role of supervisor and to know the Implementation of Academic Supervision in Improving the Quality of Teacher Learning. Research using a qualitative research approach with phenomenological theory. Conclusions: Principals of SMA and SMK in Abung Semuli District, Lampung have good knowledge of academic supervision as evidenced by the supervision of these schools. Implementation of Academic Supervision in Improving the Quality of Learning Indonesian language teachers using individual techniques in the form of class visits begins with making a supervision program containing planning, preparation, implementation, evaluation.

During the pandemic covid-19 era, teachers felt difficulties in adjusting their learning activities. This study aims to determine the implementation of clinical supervision in improving the quality of learning at SDIQu Al-Bahjah during the pandemic. Through a descriptive qualitative research approach, it was found that implementing clinical management at SDIQu Al-Bahjah during the pandemic was almost the same as implementing it in standard times. What distinguishes it is the findings. In the observation process, it was found that there was a mismatch between the agreed criteria and the learning actions carried out by the teacher. In the first cycle, the majority of teachers felt less prepared in terms of facilities in teaching. Of the 20 teachers, 18 people have not mastered online learning techniques, 12 people have not compiled the learning media needed during the pandemic. In the next cycle, there was significant progress. Almost all teachers had facilitated their learning needs. They can apply online learning with the media used. In the following process, observation is focused on maximizing the learning media on the learning functions that can be achieved. After several clinical supervision cycles, teachers successfully solved their learning problems and were more motivated to improve their professional competence continuously.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between teacher performance and the quality of student learning outcomes. The research method used survey method. Technique of collecting data using questioner of likert model. Respondents are 20 Management Business Teachers at Private Vocational High School in Bandung City. Data analysis technique using Rank Spearman. The results showed that teacher performance and quality of learning outcomes have a positive and significant relationship. Thus the performance of teachers relates to the quality of learning outcomes.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kinerja guru dan mutu hasil belajar siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model likert . Responden adalah 20 Guru Bisnis Manajemen di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta di Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Rank Spearman.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja guru dan mutu hasil belajar memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan. Dengan demikian kinerja guru berhubungan terhadap mutu hasil belajar.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mendeskripsikan persepsi dosen model dalam efektivitas menerapkan lesson study learning community (LSLC), serta proses monitoring dan evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan LSLC pada proses pembelajaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kualitatif. Informan ditentukan dengan teknik purposive dan snowball sampling. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Data penelitian yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan pola interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, meliputi: pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi LSLC sangat efektif dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya kolaborasi antar dosen model dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, perkembangan tingkat keprofesionalan dosen dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan sehingga berdampak pada kualitas pembelajaran yang lebih optimal. Selain itu, proses monitoring dan evaluasi oleh tim pengembang LSLC pada tingkat fakultas juga menambah keefektifan LSLC dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Abstract: This research was conducted to describe the perception of model lecturers in the effectiveness of implementing the lesson study learning community (LSLC), as well as the monitoring and evaluation processes in implementing the LSLC in the learning process. This research using a qualitative approach. Informants were determined by purposive technique and snowball sampling. The data collection process was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The collected research data were then analyzed using the interactive patterns of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, including: data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of LSLC was very effective in improving the quality of learning. This is evidenced by the collaboration between model lecturers in carrying out the learning process, the development of the professional level of the lecturers in implementing learning has increased significantly so that it has an impact on the quality of learning that is more optimal. In addition, the process of monitoring and evaluation by the LSLC development team at the faculty level also adds to the effectiveness of LSLC in improving the quality of learning. Teacher performance development is an effort aimed at helping and serving the knowledge, skills, attitudes, discipline, and quality of teachers in meeting the needs and welfare of teachers, so they have the will and ability to innovate, and always try to improve their performance to improve teaching and learning and achieving educational success. One of the activities to support the development of school teacher performance is academic supervision by the school principal. Academic supervision of the principal is an activity or a coaching process so that it can help the teacher to carry out activities in learning activities and administrative activities carried out by the teacher, thus making it run effectively. Achieve learning objectives. The purpose of this research is to find out how the school's academic supervision activities are carried out and to observe the improvement of teacher performance in SDN Madulang III Omben Sampang. This research was conducted at SDN Madulang III Omben Sampang using qualitative methods. The data collection techniques in this research were through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that through several activities and training carried out regularly by the school, the academic supervision activities of the principal of SDN Madulang III Omben Sampang School had succeeded in promoting teacher performance. Also, the establishment of cooperation and communication between teachers and school principals is to support effective teacher training activities.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen strategik Bimbingan Manasik Haji KBIH Masjid Raya Bandung melalui tahapan perumusan strategi, pelaksanaan strategi dan evaluasi strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas jemaah calon haji. Agar didapatkan data yang valid penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen strategik Bimbingan Manasik Haji di KBIH Masjid Raya Bandung yaitu melakukan pengembangan visi, misi dan tujuan untuk menjadikan jemaah haji yang mandiri, dengan melakukan Bimsik Haji yang memfokuskan terhadap teori dan praktik. Pada pelaksanaan strategi, bimsik dilakukan semaksimal mungkin oleh para pembimbing yang ahli di bidangnya. Prosedur yang dijalankan oleh KBIH Masjid Raya Bandung dimulai dari pendaftaran sampai dengan pelaksanaan ibadah haji (bimbingan di tanah air, di Arab Saudi dan pasca ibadah haji yang dikumpulkan melalui wadah Jamiatul Hujjaj). Tahapan manajemen strategik dilakukan untuk membantu KBIH menjadikan jemaah haji berkualitas. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Strategik, Manasik, Kualitas, Jemaah   ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the strategic management of the Hajj Ritual Guidanceby KBIH Bandung Great Mosque through the stages of strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation to enhance the quality of prospective pilgrims. In order to obtain a valid data, this study uses descriptive methods with interview, observation and document analysistechniques for collecting the data. The results shows that the strategic management of Hajj Ritual Guidance in KBIH Masjid Raya Bandung is to develop a vision, mission and goals to make an independent pilgrims, by conducting Hajj Ritual Guidancethat focuses on theory and practice. In the implementation of the strategy, Hajj Ritual Guidance carried out as much as possible by the supervisors who are experts in their fields. The procedure that is carried out by the KBIH Bandung Great Mosque starts from registration to the implementation of the pilgrimage (guidance in the homeland, in Saudi Arabia and after the pilgrimage collected through the Jamiatul Hujjajorganisation). This study aims to identify and describe strategies for improving the quality of learning in terms of teacher performance at the State Senior High School 3 of Sekayu, the obstacles faced and the results achieved. The research data collection techniques: 1) interview, 2) observation, 3) documentation. The research data analysis technique refers to qualitative research using 3 stages: 1) the processing data, 2) the reducing data, 3) the analyzing data. The results of this study: (1) the teachers creates innovative, effective, and fun learned by using infocus and utilizing hotspot facilities. In delivering learning materials, teachers use digital literacy as a supporting means to align the learning material delivered; (2) Constraints faced by potential, intelligence, and interest in accordance with the level of development and ability of students have not been achieved than expected, where the potential, intelligence and interest of students at the State Senior High School 3 of Sekayu are different; (3) The results achieved from strategies in improving the quality of learning in terms of teacher performance at the State Senior High School 3 of Sekayu, the fulfillment of the implementation of the delivered learning, where the learning process is innovative, active, and fun in accordance with the objectives of curriculum development in 2013 which is designed which is divided into 2 ( two), namely the implementation of learned which refers to the work program for a year (prota) and the implementation of learned which refers to the work program during the semester (prosem).

Strategy formulation is an old practice that cuts through business and politics.  The earlier human species have been regarded as the proprietors of strategy formulation as a part of existence. Therefore, the paper aims to evaluate strategy as a management discipline. In doing so, a qualitative research approach will be employed to analyze a variety of concepts in strategic management. The historical perspective of strategy formulation, as well as the importance of strategy in the modern-day business context, is discussed. Moreover, the emergence of strategy, strategic management, and planning in the business perspectives will be analyzed. Ultimately, this paper aims to demonstrate the importance of strategic management as a skill that would guide job-seeking graduates to work in organizations best suited for them.

Implementation of Vocational Education in Madiun 17-2 YP use the lecture method, so that the activity asks students less. The aim of research to improve the ability to ask students in learning science. Qualitative research approach used classroom action research (PTK), which consists of two cycles. The subjects included 23 students, collecting data using observation sheets to determine the ability to ask, student activities, and the quality of learning. The research result an increase in the ability to ask the first cycle of 50%, 69.56% second cycle. Student activity 62% cycle I Cycle II 73.91%, active criteria. The quality of learning cycle I cycle 71% II 80%. Conclusion The results of the research team use listening learning model can improve the ability to ask.
