The current rubber price fluctuation with downward trend, makes rubber farmers in South Sumatra experience a dilemma to carry out replanting. The majority of rubber plants that are more than 25 years old must be replanted because productivity decreases, if not done, farmers can lose their livelihoods because rubber farming is the main livelihood. This condition is the background of this study which aims to describe the rubber farming that is now being carried out by farmers in conditions approaching replanting and relatively low prices that have an impact on the quality of the Bokar, as well as analyzing the feasibility of rubber commodities from technical, management, marketing and financial aspects. The survey research was conducted in Muara Enim Regency as one of the rubber center areas in South Sumatra, primary data collection was conducted by interviewing 50 respondents who were randomly selected. Data processing is done by qualitative analysis methods, and followed by a feasibility analysis using the eligibility criteria of B / C ratio, R / C ratio, NPV, IRR, Payback ratio and BEP calculation, followed by sensitivity analysis. The analysis shows that the rubber plantation and Bokar processing undertaken by farmers has not followed the recommended rubber farming and Bokar processing, and although the current price conditions are still relatively low, it is still feasible to be undertaken as evidenced by all the values of the business feasibility criteria being in the feasible criteria, so replanting is still recommended for rubber plants that are no longer productive

This study aims to determine how high the level of customer satisfaction with the service of PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, to determine the quality of service to customer satisfaction PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, to determine the response of the PLN Kediri Kota in dealing with customer complaints. This research was conducted in the work area of PLN Rayon Kediri Kota. The research time was on March 18, 2017 to March 24, 2017. In writing this thesis, the author uses primary data collection techniques, namely by distributing questionnaires to PLN Rayon Kediri Kota customers who come to the payment counter. and PLN District Kediri City services. Based on the results of the research, the quality of service conducted by PLN District Kediri Kota is sufficient to satisfy its customers, as evidenced by the results of a questionnaire that has been conducted on 100 respondents of PLN Rayon Kediri City.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota, Untuk mengetahui respons pihak PLN Kediri Kota dalam menghadapi keluhan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja PLN Rayon Kediri Kota. Waktu penelitian pada tanggal 18 Maret 2017 sampai dengan 24 Maret 2017. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data primer yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner terhadap pelanggan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota yang datang ke loket pembayaran dan pelayanan PLN Rayon Kediri Kota. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kualitas pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh PLN Rayon Kediri Kota sudah cukup memuaskan pelanggannya terbukti dengan hasil kuesioner yang telah dilakukan terhadap 100 responden PLN Rayon Kediri Kota.

<em>The objective of this is research was conducted to find out how the influence of the price and quality of products against customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo Jakarta. This research was conducted in Alakasa Extrusindo PT by doing data collection, through the primary data and secondary data.  The research results showed that the simultaneous price variables  and product quality  has a positive and significant effect against the variable customer loyalty. partially showed that price variables has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty. And partially showed that product quality variables  has a positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty</em>

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competency, independence, and auditor ethics on audit quality in Inspectorate Office. Type of this research is a quantitative researh. The population in this study were auditors in inspectorate office West Sumatera province with 35 samples taken. The technique of sample collection is total sampling method. The sources of the data of this research is the primary data. The technique of the data collection is questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Data analysis methods used in this study are multiple linier regression analysis, with audit quality as the dependent variabel, competency, independence and auditor ethics as the independent variabel. This result of the reseacrh support the third hypotheses, where the research shows that auditor ethics has an effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspectorate West Sumatera province. The results also show that competency and independence have no effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspecorate West Sumatera provinsi.

Laporan keuangan yang berkualitas dihasilkan melalui proses pelaporan keuangan yang efektif atau mencapai tujuan pembuatannya. Terdapat lebih dari satu faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaporan keuangan. Di antara faktor-faktor tersebut, kompetensi sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaporan keuangan. Kompetensi merupakan serangkaian kombinasi dari pengetahuan, kemampuan, keahlian, dan sikap yang terdapat dalam diri sumber daya manusia untuk menjalankan tugasnya dan memperoleh hasil yang unggul. Keberadaan sumber daya manusia dalam proses pelaporan keuangan adalah sangat penting karena rasio, rasa, dan karsa merupakan hal-hal yang dimiliki hanya oleh sumber daya manusia dibandingkan sumber daya yang lainnya. Sumber daya manusia yang terlibat dalam pelaporan keuangan harus memiliki kompetensi yang cukup agar dapat memenuhi atau melebihi kriteria pelaporan keuangan efektif yang telah ditetapkan. Sumber daya manusia dengan kompetensi yang rendah menyebabkan proses pelaporan keuangan memiliki kualitas rendah. Proses pelaporan keuangan dengan kualitas rendah akan menghasilkan informasi yang tidak akurat, menyesatkan, dan tidak lengkap. Tujuan yang dimaksudkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui seberapa banyak pengaruh yang sumber daya manusia berikan terhadap pelaporan keuangan. Karyawan yang bekerja pada bagian akuntansi dan bagian lain yang berhubungan dengan fungsi akuntansi pada perusahaan manufaktur di Kota Bandung adalah populasi dalam penelitian ini dan 53 orang merupakan jumlah sampel yang digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan survei berupa kuesioner fisik sebagai teknik dan alat pengumpulan data sehingga data yang didapatkan merupakan data primer. Data yang telah didapatkan kemudian diuji menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh terhadap pelaporan keuangan. Kata kunci: kompetensi SDM, pelaporan keuangan Quality financial reports are produced through an effective financial reporting process or achieve the objectives of its creation. There are more than one factors that affect financial reporting’s effectiveness. Among those factors, human resource competency is one factor that affect financial reporting’s effectiveness. Competency is a series of combinations of knowledge, skill, expertise, and attitude contained in human resource to carry out their duties and obtain superior results. Existence of human resource in financial reporting process are crucial because idea, feeling, and intention are things that only owned by human resource compared with other resources. Human resources embroiled in financial reporting must have sufficient competency to meet or exceed the established effective financial reporting criteria. Human resource with lack of competency causes low quality of financial reporting process. Low quality financial reporting process cause inaccurate, misleading, and incomplete information. This research aim to examine how much influence that human resource’s competency gave towards financial reporting. Employees who work in the accounting department and other department related to accounting function in manufacturing companies in Bandung are population in this research and 53 people are the number of sample used. In this research, survey in the form of physical questionnaire was used as technique and tool of data collection so the data obtained is primary data. Data that has been obtained then tested by SPSS application. The result of this research indicate that human resource’s competency has an effect towards financial reporting. This research article examines the significance of the influence of leadership managerial abilities on the quality of administrative services at the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar, while the objectives of this research article are: first, to analyze the reality of the managerial abilities of the postgraduate leadership of Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar; second, analyzing the reality of the administrative service quality of the Postgraduate Administration at the State Islamic University alauddin Makassar; third, to analyze the significance of the influence of the managerial ability of postgraduate leadership on the quality of administrative services at the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar. The type of research used is survey research through a quantitative approach with the data collection tool used is a questionnaire, while the analysis used is the product moment analysis and correlation analysis. The indications for the results of this study are that: first, the reality of the managerial ability of the postgraduate leadership of Alauddin State Islamic University Makassar is in the good category (71.4%); second, the reality of the quality of administrative services at the Postgraduate Program at Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar is in the medium category (65.8%); third, the managerial ability of the postgraduate leadership of the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar has a significant effect (16.5%) on the quality of administrative services at the Postgraduate Program at the Alauddin State Islamic University in Makassar

Data collection based on standardized questionnaires represents one of the central tools in many research areas. Early surveys date back to the 18th century (de Leeuw, 2005), while a major breakthrough came in the 1930s with the application of probability samples. By using surveys, today governments monitor conditions in the country, social scientists obtain data on social phenomena and managers direct their business by studying the characteristics of their target customers. The importance of survey research stimulates ongoing efforts to achieve higher data quality and optimized costs. Early on researchers recognized the potential of technological advances for the achievement of these goals. In the early 1970s telephone surveys started replacing expensive face-to-face interviews. Computer technology developments soon enabled computer-assisted telephone interviewing (“CATI”). The 1980s brought new approaches based on personal computers. Interviewers started to use laptops and respondents sometimes completed questionnaires on their own computers. Another revolution occurred with the Internet in the subsequent decade. The pervasive availability of Internet access, and the growing number of Internetsupported devices, coupled with the advance of interactive Web technologies (like Ajax) are facilitating developments in contemporary survey research. Internet surveys show the potential to become the leading survey approach in the future. According to the Council of American Survey Research Organizations (“CASRO”), the Internet already represents the primary data collection mode for 39% of research companies in the USA (DeAngelis, 2006). The rate of adoption is slower in academic and official research but it is far from negligible. These technological innovations have, however, created several new methodological challenges.

Chili is an important ingredient in food processing, especially the typical foods of some regions in Indonesia that like the spicy taste. The price of fresh chili is uncertain, making the seller uneasy, so many sellers turn to imported chili supplies. Many factors affect sellers using imported dried chili, one of which is the price of red chili in the number of traditional markets in the city of Palembang is increasing. This study analyzes the factors that affect the demand for imported dried red chili by sellers in the Perumnas Market in Palembang City, South Sumatra. Primary data collection in this study through data obtained directly from respondents or informants, namely entrepreneurs/sellers of ground chili/spices in the Perumnas Market in Palembang, South Sumatra by giving questions through interviews to obtain information. Data collection techniques in this study are: the main technique used is in-depth interviews, as a supporter used observation and analysis of documents. The data analysis pattern that will be used is ethnographic, that is, from the field notes, the coding, categorization or classification will then be arranged systematically and then themes will be arranged based on the results of the data analysis. As a foothold and knife for analysis, if necessary, relevant theories and the results of previous studies that support. The results of this study indicate that the demand factor for imported dried red chili by the seller in the Perumnas Market in Palembang, South Sumatra: (1) Price factor; the price of fresh chili is relatively expensive so sellers prefer cheaper imported dried chili; (2) The quality of imported dried chili is the same as fresh chili both in color and spicy taste; (3) high consumer demand for chili; (4) Quantity/stock of imported dried chili lots.   Abstrak Cabai merupakan bahan penting dalam pengolahan makanan terutama makanan khas beberapa daerah di Indonesia yang menyukai rasa pedas. Tidak menentunya harga pasar cabai, membuat para pedagang giling resah dengan cara pemasaran cabai yang sudah sangat tinggi harganya, sehingga banyak pedagang giling beralih ke pasokan cabai impor sehingga lebih memudahkan dalam memasarkannya. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pedagang bumbu menggunakan cabai kering impor, salah satunya harga cabai merah di sejumlah pasar tradisional di Kota Palembang semakin meningkat. Peneliti melalui penelitian ini ingin mencoba untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan cabai merah kering impor oleh pedagang bumbu di Pasar Perumnas Kota Palembang Sumatera Selatan. Pengumpulan data primer dalam penelitian ini melalui data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari responden atau narasumber, yaitu pengusaha/penjual cabai giling/bumbu di Pasar Perumnas Palembang, Sumatera Selatan dengan memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan melalui wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data pada penelitian ini adalah: teknik utama digunakan indeph interview, sebagai pendukung digunakan observasi dan analisis dokumen. Pola analisis data yang akan digunakan adalah etnografik, yaitu dari catatan lapangan (field note) kemudian akan dilakukan pengkodean, kategorisasi atau klasifikasi kemudian disusun secara sistematis dan selanjutnya akan disusun tema-tema berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut. Sebagai bahan pijakan sekaligus pisau analisis bila perlu digunakan teori-teori yang relevan dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang mendukung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor permintaan cabai merah kering impor oleh pedagang bumbu di Pasar Perumnas Kota Palembang Sumatera Selatan: (1) Faktor harga; harga cabai segar relatif mahal sehingga para pedagang lebih memilih cabai kering impor yang lebih murah; (2) Kualitas cabai kering impor sama dengan cabai segar baik dari warna dan rasa pedasnya; (3) Tingginya permintaan konsumen terhadap cabai; (4) Kuantitas/stok cabai kering impor tidak putus. This research aims to measure the level of consumer satisfaction toward coffee products and services in the House Coffee Billy Branches Megamas Manado. The Data used in this research is the primary data. The primary data obtained using the technique of the interview directly to respondents, in this case the consumer products coffee in the coffee House Billy Branches Megamas Manado, using a list of questions (questionnaire) as the tool in data collection. The method used in the sampling is sampling accindental. Analysis of the data that is used is a qualitative descriptive analysis is analyzed using the measurement scale Likert attitude scale installation design and presented using the list of the table and numbers. The results of this research shows that the measurement of the level of consumer satisfaction in the house of coffee Billy Branches Megamas Manado in terms of coffee products and services achieve total score loading data of 2.090 that shows the number of the index measuring consumer satisfaction of 83.6% and is considered very satisfied. This shows that consumers are very satisfied with the coffee products offered and the services provided by the employees in the House Coffee Billy Branches Megamas Manado and to increase consumer satisfaction in terms of product and services, Coffee House party Billy Branches Megamas Manado must pay attention to the quality of coffee products and quality of service offered. This is very important in order to maintain the customers and get more customers and increase sales

Serve is a part of action/service for others to be able to meet the needs and desires. Customers satisfaction might be checked by comparing the expectations of consumers with the desired quality of service what they receive in fact. This research was conducted to find out how customer satisfaction with the quality of service the management of Grand City Balikpapan. Research used qualitative methods. Data sources are secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. Data collection instruments through the interview grid with the 5W + 1H method. The validity of the data was examined through triangulation and data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions or verification (conlusion drawing / verification). Finally Grand City Balikpapan consumers have been satisfied with the quality of service provided by the Sinarmas Land Group management.
