The purpose of this research is to see how work environment and competency affect performance of workers, with Behavior of an individual as an intervening variable. The data for this study was gathered using quantitative methods such as questionnaires. The participants in this study were all 87 employees of the Pasuruan Regency Transportation Office. Census technique was employed in the research sample. Smart PLS 3.0 was used to evaluate the data. The findings revealed that: (1) Work environment variables influenced performance of workers in a positive and significant way; (2) Behavior of an individual is influenced by the work environment in a positive and significant way; (3) Employee performance is influenced by competence in a favorable and meaningful way; (4) Individual conduct is influenced by competence in a positive and significant way; (5) Behavior of an individual has a positive and significant environmental impact; (6) The work environment has a positive and major impact on performance of workers through individual behavior, and competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through individual conduct; (7) Behavior of an individual is mediated by competence, This has a big and beneficial effect on performance of workers. Behavior of an individual has an impact on performance of workers due to competence. According to the findings, competency has the biggest impact on performance of workers e, therefore increasing employees' knowledge, abilities, and attitudes is necessary to support activities at the workplace. Workplace, competence, individual conduct, and performance of workers are some When thinking about the workplace, these are some of the terms that spring to mind.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dengan perilaku individu sebagai variabel intervening. Metode kuantitatif melalui kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini. Semua Karyawan Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Pasuruan yang berjumlah 87 karyawan adalah populasi dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh. Smart PLS 3.0 digunakan untuk mengevaluasi data. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa: (1) pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) perilaku individu dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan; (3) pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap perilaku individu; (5) pengaruh positif dan signifikan perilaku individu terhadap kinerja karyawan; (6) melalui perilaku individu, pengaruh positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; (7) dimediasi oleh perilaku individu, kompetensi mempunyai pengarus positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh total antara kompetensi dengan kinerja karyawan dan perilaku individu sebagai variabel intervening merupakan hubungan partial mediation. Implikasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, atau sikap bagi karyawan upaya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi karena kompetensi memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The purpose of this research is to examine the paradigm change of governance implementation. The governance is the implementation of Regional Autonomy which refers to Law No. 32 of 2004 about the performance improvement of autonomous government agencies. It puts the vision, mission, and strategy into actions that confirm the success or failure levels when carrying out activities following the specified programs and policies. There are variables applied to assess the civil servants’ performance achievement. This research focused on the variables that affect the work environment, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and work motivation. The respondents of this research are officials of Echelon III and IV at 14 Autonomous Regional Agencies in the Pamekasan Regency. The number of samples in this study comprised 120 Echelon III and IV officials. Structural Equation Method (SEM) was applied to test the causal relationship between work environment variables, organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, and performance with the aid of the AMOS 20.0 program. The findings indicated (1) the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction and performance but has no significant effect on work motivation; (2) organizational culture has a significant impact on job satisfaction and performance but has no significant effect on work motivation; (3) job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance but has no significant effect on work motivation; (4) work motivation has a significant impact on performance but it has no significant effect on work motivation.

The problem that will be discussed in this research is the influence of workload, compensation, and work environment on the performance of paramedic employees in kalianget salt hospital (RSIG), sumenep regency. Where the purpose of the problem can be known how much influence the workload, compensation, and work environment on the performance of paramedical employees in the kalianget salt islamic hospital (RSIG) in sumenep regency, both partially and simultaneously. In answering these problems, quantitative methods are used as a type research. 67 respondents were known with this analysis of sampling using no-prpbability sampling with data collection techniques using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that partially the workload, compensation and work environment variables affect employee performance. And simultaneously the workload, compensation and work environment variables influence employee performance.

This research goal is to identification and evaluation influence of work motivation and work environment to employee’s performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo. The object of this research is 37 employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. And the location of this research is at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Kabupaten Wonosobo. The analysis used is test validity, reliability testing, and test the hypothesis, with the help of the computer program SPSS version 17, using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on calculations of data and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 11.733 + 0.320 X1 +0.334 X2 + ε, by using the equation regression analytical method can conclude that (X1) take effect positively against employees performance. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33. By applying significance limited value in amount of 0,05, it means, hypothesis that claim if work motivation take effect against employees performance can be accepted. There is a positive and significant correlation between work environment variables (X2) against employees. With t value in amount of 2,219 (bigger than t in table in amount of 1,690) and significance value in amount of 0,33 (smaller than 0,5). Simultaneously, work motivation take effect positively and significantly against employees performance with the F value in amount of 11,562 (bigger than 0.05), then obtained significance value 0.000. It can be concluded that the work motivation and work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in BAPPEDA Kabupaten Wonosobo.

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. <em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, environment and leadership style on employee morale and performance through study motivation at PT. EX. This study used a sample of 95 respondents, namely employees of the production section of PT. EX. which is taken using non-probability sampling techniques from the population or production employees. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that: Compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on morale, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and employee morale. Leadership style has no effect on work motivation, employee performance and morale. Compensation and work environment have no effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation through work motivation, the environment has a positive and significant effect on morale through work motivation. In addition, motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, and motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and morale.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational culture on employee loyalty and performance Result of t test that is Organizational Culture have positive and significant influence to Employee Loyalty, Compensation have positive effect and not Significant to Employee Loyalty And Work Environment negatively and Not Significant to Employee Loyalty. In the business world today is growing rapidly this can be seen competition between companies.PT. Telesindo Shop as the official dealer of Telkomsel always improves the quality and quantity of the company.In this study reasearchers are interest in conducting research at PT. Telesindo Shop chapter Batam which aims to determine whether there is influence or how much influence the work stress, work conflict and physical work environment on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through quentionnairies. Sample in this study were 30 people using full sample methods.The results of the study concluded that work stress, work conflict and physical environment partially have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously work stress, work conflict and work environment together have influences on employee performance at PT. Telesindo Shop chapter Batam. The most dominant variable is the physical environment. The results of this study imply that work stress, conflict and environment are things that need to be considered to improve employee performance to be better for the realization of company goals.

Berdasarkan data hasil pencapaian Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (BPLH) Kabupaten Majalengka pada bulan Desember tahun 2013, pencapaian di beberapa program masih di bawah target, program pelayanan administrasi perkantoran baru tercapai 89,35% dari target 100%, program pengendalian pencemaran dan kerusakan lingkungan baru tercapai 91,37%  dari target 100%, serta dan program pengembangan kinerja pengolahan persampahan baru tercapai 82,28%  dari target 100%, hal ini merupakan salah satu indikasi belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai berhubungan dengan berbagai hal, diantaranya faktor kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka Tahun 2014.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian analisis deskriptif analitik. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah Cross sectional . Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka dengan sampel sebanyak 93 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tehnik angket menggunakan alat kuesioner, data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan program  SPSS, data dianalisis dengan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat yaitu untuk melihat hubungan antara dua variabel yaitu variabel dependen dan variabel independen. Analisis univariat didapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan dinyatakan baik (51,6%), motivasi dinyatakan baik (57,0), dan lingkungan kerja dinyatakan baik (55,9%). Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji statistik Chi-square dengan batas kemaknaan (α) = 0,05. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa variabel motivasi (p = 0,007) dan lingkungan kerja (p = 0,005) mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja pegawai sedangkan variabel kepemimpinan (p = 0,116) tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja.Kata kunci           : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja ABSTRACTBased on the achievement data from Badan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup ( BPLH ) Kabupaten Majalengka in December of 2013 , the achievement in some programs still below the target, program office administrative services only reached 89.35 % of the target of 100 % , pollution control and environmental damage programs reached 91.37 % of the target of 100 % , as well as program development and performance of waste processing reached 82.28 % of the target of 100 % , this is one indication of the employee's performance is not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of leadership, motivation and work environment with Employee performance in BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka Tahun 2014. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research analysis.The design  of  this  study  was  cross-sectional .  The  study  population  was  all Civil Servants in BPLH Kabupaten Majalengka with a sample of 93 people . The data was collected using a questionnaire technique, the collected data were processed using SPSS version 17 and analyzed with univariate and bivariate analysis to look at the relationship between two variables: the dependent variable and the independent variables . Univariate analysis showed that leadership is expressed well (51.6 %), the motivation expressed either (57.0 %) , and otherwise good working environment (55.9 %). Bivariate analysis performed by Chi-square statistical test with a significance limit ( α ) = 0.05. Statistical test results showed that motivational variables (p = 0.007) and work environment (p = 0.005) had a significant relationship with employee performance while the leadership variable (p = 0.116) had no significant relationship with employee performance. The research objective is to examine the effect of physical work environment, non-physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, R2 test, t test, and F test. Respondents were teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Manokwari, using saturated sample techniques with a sample of 45 employees. The results showed that partially the physical work environment variable had no effect on performance, as evidenced by the results of the t test which showed a significance value greater than 0.05 (0.449), non-physical work environment variables did not affect performance as evidenced by the t test results indicating significant value greater than 0.05 (0.961) and the results of the t test on work discipline variables affect performance, as evidenced by a significant value smaller than 0.05 (0,000). Simultaneously that physical work environment, non physical work environment, work discipline have a significant effect on performance, as evidenced by the F test, a significant value of 0,000 is smaller than 0.05 (0,000).
