The article focuses on sustainable tourism in the protected landscape area of the Moravian Karst. Participants in the research included municipalities, stakeholders in the field of tourism, residents, and visitors. The Moravian Karst (CHKO) is an example of a preserved landscape area that managed to combine environmental protection and tourism. Visits to caves prevail; however, visitors do not limit their activities to this type of tourist attraction. They also visit other natural as well as cultural sights. Most municipalities think that the existence of the Moravian Karst CHKO positively influences the development of tourism. They appreciate new jobs and the inflow of finance from the regional budget.

Kampung Coklat is a tourist attraction of special interest in Blitar, East Java, an ecotourism. Tourist components that have been held, the product quality is maintained, Human Resources who has been there, security from both outside and within the company and also cooperation with local communities necessary for the development, enhancement, training, coaching and maintenance. It is intended to support the development which will be done so as not to compete with other competitors. People who play an active role and cooperation that has existed well into the main capital to undertake development . The role of the community has been proven to work and establish new jobs in Kampung Coklat . Besides the community to fully support the development of Kampung Coklat. Based on the survey (2013) of Mount Qian tourist attraction in Liaoning and the questionnaire on tourists home and abroad, the writer analyzes the data concerning tourists’ protection of tourism environment and thus draws the conclusion that a host of factors can account for the difference in tourists’ behavior and attitudes to environmental protection. Key factors include gender, level of education, awareness of environmental protection, attitude to environment and pressure from people around. Pressure from others is the most influential variable among these factors. Statistics also show that travellers tend to be passive in their involvement in enviromental protection.


East Nusa Tenggara Province surrounded by many potentials nature-based attractions, one of them is Mulut Seribu beach, in the Rote Ndao Regency. This beach is one of seven priority tourist attractions by the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government. Local Government initiation is welcomed by the local community and this research aims to create a strategy to develop the Mulut Seribu beach attraction with marine-based tourism to support sustainability. The research type is using descriptive qualitative, with interviewing stakeholders from five key informants living around the tourist attraction namely government representatives, tourists, and the local community. The results showed that according to SWOT analysis Mulut Seribu Beach is among Curve 1, which means the development of this destination still aggressive to be developed with a concentration of development in SO, namely strength and opportunity. This result is shown by the Mulut Seribu festival as a form of coordination between community and government participation in developing marine tourism in Mulut Seribu Beach. Persaingan untuk menonjolkan keunggulan pariwisata sudah banyak dilakukan oleh berbagai daerah. Bukit lawang sudah banyak dikenal oleh mancanegara sebagai konservasi orang utan dan Sungai Bahorok sebagai objek atraksi utama pariwisatanya. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada kawasan ini ialah belum adanya kesadaran didalam memperbaikan akses utama menuju kawasan wisata. Akses didalam kawasan wisata seperti zona parkir dan sirkulasi pejalan kaki terhadap kawasan belum terlihat jelas. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji sistem penghubung pada kawasan bukit lawang menuju wisata berkelanjutan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengunjung. Jaringan penghubung yang lengkap dan baik tentunya dapat memberikan dampak yang baik juga bagi keamanan dan kenyamanan pengunjung kawasan wisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian dengan melakukan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui hasil dari wawancara, pengamatan dan studi dokumentasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan penarikan sampel bola salju dengan responden utama adalah masyarakat yang sudah lama tinggal disana. Hasil penelitian adalah penataan sistem penghubung pada kawasan Bukit Lawang yang berkelanjutan berdasarkan jalan utama, jalan pengunjung dan sirkuit pengunjung sebagai akses dari luar dan didalam kawasan.   Competition to highlight the benefits of tourism has been carried out by various regions. Bukit Lawang has been widely known by foreign countries as orangutan conservation and Bahorok River as the main tourist attraction. The problem that occurs in this region is the lack of awareness in improving primary access to tourist areas. Access in tourist areas such as parking zones and pedestrian circulation to the area is not yet clear. The aim of the study is to examine the connecting system in the Bukit Lawang area towards sustainable tourism that is suitable for visitors' needs. A complete and good connecting network can certainly have a good impact on the safety and comfort of visitors to the tourist area. The method used in the study is a qualitative descriptive approach through the results of interviews, observations and documentation studies. Sampling uses snowball sampling with the main respondents being people who have lived there for a long time. The results of the study are structuring the connecting system in the sustainable Bukit Lawang area based on the main road, visitor roads and visitor circuits as access from outside and inside the area.

This study aims to determine the form commodification of Bali Lestari Beach as a tourist attraction in the District of Pantai Cemin. Commodification is carried out by adopting Balinese culture and renewal of Bali Lestari Coast facilities, as evidenced by this commodification, can increase the number of tourist visits. The research method used is a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach, data collection techniques using participatory observation and interviews. The results of this study explain the form of commodification carried out on the Bali Lestari beach by changing the beach brand from Indah to Bali. Then adopt Balinese culture such as traditional Balinese architecture, Balinese arches, paintings of puppet figures, statues and polished saput, which are made in such a way as to be identical to the nuances on the island of Bali. To get the appropriate commodification, the manager renewed and added several supporting facilities such as, water games, photo spots, prayer rooms, bathrooms and restaurants. The increase in visitors creates new jobs for the surrounding community, many of whom are shifting jobs from farming and fishing to traders on the beach. In order to get a permit to sell in this coastal area, the manager charges a low fee to the merchant to be paid. Government participation is also very necessary to develop the Bali Lestari Coast.

The Development of the Tri Hita Karana concept start begins the study results by Pusat Kajian Bali in 2000. This study involved the local communities, scientists and various observers of development. This study resulted in a lot of concepts about the development of Tri Hita Karana which require development in Bali based on the concept. Tri Hita Karana concept is the basic for the implementation or benchmarks in sustainable tourism development in Bali. Beratan Lake is one of the many examples of tourist attraction that based on the concept of Tri Hita Karana. Researchers used the Tri Hita Karana Award and Accreditation in 2014 as a reference to provide an assessment of the existence of the Beratan Lake. The results of this study showed that the condition of the Beratan Lake at the stage of development belonging to very good.

Visiting an alternative tourism that adopt sustainable tourism development concept is being trend for tourist. Bali as the best tourism destination in the world uses this chance with developing spiritual tourism that known with Tri Hita Karana and one of them is Taman Mumbul that located in Desa Sangeh, Kecamatan Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung. This tourist attraction is offering the spiritual attractions named by melukat. But there’s many constraints that need further handling by the management in order to make a positive impression from the tourist perception. The purpose of this research is for knowing about tourist perception and describing how the ideal management that can implemented in Taman Mumbul. The data that used in this research is quantitative and qualitative approach by observation, documentation, literature, interview and questionnaire. For data analysis, it used explorative descriptive and Likert Scale with component of tourist destination theory and sustainable tourism concept. The result from this research indicates that tourist perception for Taman Mumbul management get a good judgement although three aspects in facility variable obtain a bad judgement. Then, it formulated into the ideal management form that contained about protection of security and comfort, community empowerment and preservation of natural and culture environment. In clonclusion, the management have done a good performance but it will be better if they alleviate the constraints that they have faced in order to create tourist satisfaction when they come to Taman Mumbul.   Keywords : management, spiritual tourism, tourist attraction, tourist perception.

   ABSTRAK Saat ini dalam sektor pariwisata tidak hanya mementingkan kebutuhan pelayanan turis, namun juga keberlangsungan hidup masyarakat sekita dalam aspek ekonomi, budaya dan sosial. Konsep pariwisata yang berorientasi tidak hanya pada turis namun juga kondisi lingkungan dan masyarakat sekitar dinamakan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Salah satu objek wisata yang sudah menerapkan prinsp-prinsip wisata berkelanjutan di jawa barat adalah stone garden. Stone Garden terletak di Desa Massigit, kecamatan Cipatat Kabupaten Bandung Barat Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pada tahun 2017, Kelompok Sadar Wisata Pasir Pawon yang merupakan pengelola bjek wisata Stone Garden mendapatkan penghargaan pada Penganugerahan Pesona Destinasi Pariwisata Indoensia dengan meraih peringkat 2 nasional. Penganugerahaan ini disematkan kepada kelompok sadar wisata yang secara aktif melakukan pengembangan pariwisata di daerahnya. Dalam pengelolaan obejk wisata stone garden, kelompok sadar wisata mengalami beberapa kendala, diantaranya adalah adanya hambatan dalam melakukan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap para wisatawan yang berkunjung kami selaku tim ppm berinisiatif untuk melakukan penyuluhan terkait teknik-teknik perusasif kepada para kelompok sadar wisata pengelola stone garden agar dapat melakukan komunikasi yang lebih baik kepada para wisatawan dalam hal pelestarian lingkungan dan keselamatan diri. Kata kunci: pariwisata, pokdarwis, persuasif ABSTRACT At present in the tourism sector it is not only concerned with the needs of tourist services, but also the survival of the community in the economic, cultural and social aspects. The concept of tourism that is oriented not only to tourists but also the conditions of the environment and surrounding communities is called sustainable tourism. One tourist attraction that has implemented sustainable tourism principles in West Java is the stone garden. Stone Garden is located in Massigit Village, Cipatat sub-district, West Bandung Regency, West Java Province. In 2017, the Pasir Pawon Tourism Awareness Group which is the manager of the Stone Garden tourism object received an award at the awarding of the Enchantment of Indonesian Tourism Destinations by reaching the national number 2. This award is pinned to tourism conscious groups who actively develop tourism in their area. In the management of the stone garden tourism, tourism conscious groups experienced several obstacles, including the existence of obstacles in conducting interpersonal communication to the tourists who visited us as the ppm team took the initiative to conduct counseling related perusasif techniques to travel awareness groups managing the stone garden better communication with tourists in terms of environmental preservation and personal safety. Keywords: torurism, pokdarwis, persuassion
