The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the education system to undertake distance learning (PJJ). This incident is vulnerable to students in the Frontier, Outermost, and Disadvantaged (3T) areas because they have the potential to lose their right to study. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in the 3T area, especially in the province of East Nusa Tenggara. This study uses a descriptive content analysis study method. The analysis was carried out on international, national articles, books and similar sources related to the implementation of online learning during the pandemic. Virtual learning is a solution to activate teaching and learning activities even though educational institutions have implemented work from home, considering that time and place are at risk during this pandemic. However, this virtual learning technique is very important to evaluate, because the internet network connection is one of the obstacles faced by students whose living quarters are difficult to access the internet, especially those students who live in rural, remote and underdeveloped areas. The benefit of this research is to facilitate the teaching and learning process and improve the quality of education.

Community demands on the quality of education services from time to time are increasingly high. Along with the development of increasingly rapid science and technology, educational institutions in various levels and levels of education can no longer stand by to preserve the cultural and performance capabilities of a school, but must strive to innovate changes in various aspects so that they are not left behind by people who live in in the era of globalization. Computer-based Information Technology is one medium that is quite effective in managing school academic information systems. The use of e-learning in schools as learning media can open up broad insights for students how to communicate in teaching and learning activities using computers. With the construction of e-learning systems as edmodo-based learning media can improve the quality of students in using computers. In addition, it is expected to facilitate students in taking a computer-based national examination.

Education is a medium or tool to produce human resources into something of higher quality. The purpose of this research itself is to find out how the steps or strategies taken by the Assembly in maintaining the quality of education for students amid the outbreak of the virus and triggering the birth of several rules that suddenly change all old habits. As a benchmark used by researchers by looking at indicators as conveyed by OJ Sumampouw (2015), namely Systematic, Continuous, Dynamic, Accommodative, Integrated and Focused and Simple and Realistic The method used is qualitative research methods and as informants consist of Regional Leaders of the Dikdasmen Council. Muhammadiyah Sinjai district, Principal of MTs Muhammadiyah Sinjai district, Staff and Teachers and Parents of Students and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data verification, and concluding. The results showed that teaching and learning activities were prevalent during the Corona pandemic, one of which was the Web course, which was the use of the internet for learning purposes, where all study materials, discussions, consultations, assignments, exercises, and exams were fully delivered via the internet and offline activities where teachers visited. students for the learning process due to lack of internet network access in several places in Sinjai Regency.

<p>This study examines the movement of modernization of education dayah in recent decades. The object of this research is centered on Dayah Modern Education Foundation Arun Lhokseumawe, which is a dayah that has successfully developed the education system by using the approach of modern spirituality reality while maintaining the quality of education. This research uses qualitative approach through case study model design. Based on the findings of researchers concluded that modernization is carried out the system of vision-mission elaboration, implementation and elaboration of dayah curriculum that combines the national curriculum (school) with the local curriculum (dayah) that supports the perfection of the teaching and learning system, learning tools or media used, teaching and learning methods used, as well as a modern evaluation or assessment system to know the success rate of student learning, or santriwan and santriwati. The process of modernization of education in modern dayah Arun Education Foundation began with the establishment of MTs and MA dayah modern YAPENA in 2009 as an application of the vision of realizing a quality modern dayah to give birth to a generation of Muslims who believe and fear.</p>

AbstractManagement facilities and infrastructure are highly affected in the increased learning of educational institutions that are able to provide success in learning effectively and efficiently in realizing the quality of education that has the quality in the management of educational facilities and infrastructure that regularly and utilized as needed needs to be elderly in early childhood as one of the basic needs in improving child learning development according to the criteria in early childhood,In the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in the PAUD is able to create conditions that improve the system in the perioses or activities of the procurement planning of storage, storage, distribution, maintenance, rehability, to control, so as to effort in improving the teaching and learning process in the education agency in PAUD. This research is a review of literature reviews, books and articles and data collected through reading the source of journals and sources of books in the library. So the education organizers both government, principal, teacher, personnel and society continue to strive to improve the quality of education according to the development of the time.

Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Tajinan Malang is one of the educational institutions under the auspices of the Bahrul Ulum Tajinan Islamic Boarding School Foundation, Malang. This Madrasah is very thick with its religious atmosphere, because it stands in a pesantren environment. This madrasah has good quality education seen for the several programs it has, namely 8 excellent programs., as well as standart operational for learning noble character and habituation of noble character. In addition, this madrasah also has several prominent programs, they are: 1) discipline, 2) dhuha prayer activities and reading yaaseen, 3) complete facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, the author wants to examine how the principal’s strategy in improving the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum.This research was conducted in Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Tajinan Malang. Research data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. To check the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis uses interaction model analysis techniques with three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion.The results of the study, the principla’s strategy in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Bahrul Ulum Tajinan Malang are namely, 1) improving the quality of educators and education, 2) fostering the discipline of teachers and students, 3) increasing the effectiveness of learning, 4) improving madrasah facilities and infrastructure, 5) improving the quality of learning and stucent achievement, 6) evaluation of teaching and learning process, and 7) promoting madrasah.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana sangat penting karena dengan adanya pengelolaan sarana prasarana yang ada di lembaga pendidikan akan terpelihara dan jelas kegunaannya. Dalam pengelolaannya suatu instansi harus dapat bertanggung jawab terhadap sarana prasarana sehingga diharapkan akan berdampak positif terhadap seluruh keberlangsungan mahasiswa dalam proses belajar mengajar dan agar tujuan pendidikan dapat tercapai secara efektif dan efisien, maka para penyelenggara pendidikan perlu berusaha untuk terus-menerus meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman. Analysis of the quality of learning is crucial in the teaching and learning process, to ensure the quality of learning is well maintained. Learning quality assurance instruments are one of the tools to improve quality in education through evaluations produced by studies of students. This research was conducted to test the quality of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to evaluate Internet-Based Distance Learning which was carried out during the Work From Home (WFH) period. The learning analysis step is carried out through 1) Formulation of the need for quality analysis of learning, 2) Compiling quality analysis instruments, 3) Distribution of questionnaires, 4) Data processing, 5) Data analysis and 6) Compilation of results. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative analysis. The data that has been processed will then be analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods to find conclusions about the quality of learning in the Department of Electrical Engineering (JTE) during the 2020 pandemic. From the analysis, results obtained information that the Quality of Learning with Internet-Based Distance Learning during the COVID-19 Pandemic at JTE it can be said that it is good from a student's point of view, while from a lecturer's point of view, It can be concluded that online learning is very good. The implementation of this research is a consideration for JTE to improve the quality of Internet-Based Distance Learning

The continuity of learning programs during the COVID-19 pandemic found educational institutions, especially Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah (MI) temporarily closed the learning process in schools. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 that is currently engulfing Indonesia. Lack of preparation, readiness and learning strategies have a psychological impact on teachers and students. Declining quality of skills, lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure. Learning from home (online) is an effort by the government program to ensure the continuity of learning in the pandemic period. The research method uses participatory action research (PAR), which focuses on understanding social phenomena that occur in the community and mentoring efforts on the problems faced. The assistance effort is to help the children of MI Sulursewu, Ngawi in participating in online learning related to; 1). Preparation of activities, 2). Counselling participants offline method, 3). Offline activities method. Results of the study show that the mentoring activities following the target of achievement; first, the activity can be carried out following the schedule that has been set. Second, students are always on time for the online learning hours that have been set. Offline methods show that efforts can help ease the burden on parents, but can also make it easier for students to receive subject matter.

This paper aims to reflect an effort to identify the problems associated with the educational learning process, as well as its function to express some inherent considerations to the most effective forms of the classroom management. Mentioned in this discussion are ways of management for various categories of students, not only from an intellectual level, but also by their behavior. Also, in the elaboration of this theme I was considering that in addition to other development directions of the country, an important place is occupied by the education of the younger generation in our school environments and especially in adopting the methods of teaching and learning management with a view to enable this generation to be competitive in the European labor market. This, of course, can be achieved by giving this generation the best values of behavior, cultural level, professional level and ethics one of an European family which we belong to, not just geographically. On such foundations, we have tried to develop this study, always improving the reality of the prolonged transition in the field of children’s education. Likewise, we have considered the factors that have left their mark on the structure, cultural level and general education level of children, such as high demographic turnover associated with migration from rural and urban areas, in the capacity of our educational institutions to cope with new situations etc. In the conclusions of this study is shown that there is required a substantial reform even in the pro-university educational system to ensure a significant improvement in the behavior of children, relations between them and the sound quality of their preparation. Used literature for this purpose has not been lacking, due to the fact that such problems are usually treated by different scholars. Likewise, we found it appropriate to use the ideas and issues discussed by the foreign literature that deals directly with classroom management problems. All the following treatise is intended to reflect the way of an effective classroom management.

The article considers the issue of school digitalization as an important condition for improving the quality of education. The e-learning environment provides students with greater independence. A necessary condition for improving the education system is the creation of new teacher competencies necessary for the digital economy.
