Jember Regency has a Malikan White Sand Beach tourist attraction known as "PAPUMA" which is a destination for both local and foreign tourists. Tourists, one of which is a street vendor around tourist attractions has a very important role in the effort to develop tourist attractions so that they become the "icon" of a famous area. The existence of street vendors around the coast of the coast needs to be empowered and fostered so that tourism development business becomes the joint responsibility of coastal communities, tourism actors and tourists. This study aims to determine the contribution of Nonformal Education as an alternative education in empowering and fostering street vendors in coastal communities "PAPUMA" in Jember Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection uses in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that Nonformal Education contributes through its excellent programs such as Information (through community awareness movements, social motivation). The outreach agenda that has been given is the launch of awareness of local potential, hygiene and health counseling, counseling about the importance of preserving nature so that nature can protect humans. Institution through training provided to street vendors to provide new skills to them, such as business management skills, business presentations so that their business increases.

Abstract- The existence of food street vendors in Jakarta Indonesia has been regulated by a Governor regulation for its improved management and arrangement in 2015. The food street vendors were unregulated and uncontrollable that disturb other street users, become organized with infrastructure support and empowerment plan from the government. The support structure from the local government is to construct food street courts to give basic facilities required for such business. The evolution from unregulated street vendors to a more organized locus for street vendors was supposed to be supported by empowerment. The study aims to investigate how food street vendors feels in facing the changes of business situation in general. For this purpose, a qualitative method with descriptive approach using observations and in-depth interview with the food street vendors. The findings of the research show that the food street vendors feel more confident in selling their food product whereas they have not implemented hygiene and sanitation as it is supposed to be. Thus, it is recommended to enhance the empowerment plan by looking at closely on the communication media to develop the capacity of the food street vendors. Pantai Sadranan merupakan pantai yang terletak di wilayah Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pantai Sadranan adalah salah satu obyek wisata alam yang banyak digemari karena pantai ini memiliki berbagai macam wisata yang tersedia, mulai dari pasir nya yang putih, pemandangan alam yang indah dan berbagai permainan air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman masyarakat tentang wisata bahari, persepsi dan partisipasi masyarakat, mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengembangan wisata bahari di Pantai Sadranan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April-Mei 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling dan accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman tentang wisata bahari memiliki nilai tertinggi 96% tentang pemanfaatan wisata dan terendah 8% tentang lingkungan wisata. Persepsi pengunjung tentang pengembangan wisata bahari memiliki nilai sedang pada kondisi daya tarik wisata, sarana dan prasarana dan tingkat keberhasilan pengembangan. Sedangkan partisipasi masyarakat memiliki nilai tertinggi 98% pada pelayanan dan jasa, terendah memiliki nilai 52% pada culture dan atraksi wisata. Sebagian besar Pantai Sadranan dikelola masyarakat, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengembangan wisata bahari di Pantai Sadranan cukup baik.  Sadranan Beach is a beach located at the Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The Sadranan Beach is one of nature's most popular attractions because this beach has a variety of tours available, ranging from white sand, beautiful natural scenery and various water games. This study aims to determine the understanding of the community about marine tourism, perceptions and community participation, knowing the factors that influence community participation on the development of marine tourism on the Sadranan Beach. The study was conducted from April to May 2017. This research used qualitative descriptive method. The data were collected using purposive sampling technique and accidental sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the level of understanding about marine tourism has the highest value of 96% about tourism utilization and the lowest 8% about the tourist environment. Visitor perception about marine tourism development has medium value at condition of tourist attraction, facility and infrastructure and success rate of development. While community participation has the highest value of 98% on services, the lowest has a value of 52% on culture and tourist attractions. Most of Sadranan Beach is managed by the community, it can be said that community participation towards the development of marine tourism on the beach Sadranan quite good.

Night tourism development comes up as an innovative strategy for tourism development in this current intense competition. There are four main elements in night tourism, namely economic, social, environmental, and night atmosphere. Berastagi is the most popular tourist destination in Karo Regency, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia, which already have night tourism destination but unfortunately undeveloped yet. Night tourism development in Berastagi must be with the local wisdom approach to maximize its benefit. Karonese as the majority ethnic of the local community in this area potential to be developed on its night tourism. This paper only analyzes the environmental and night atmosphere aspects in Berastagi’s night tourism, which based on local wisdom. Qualitative primary data from field observation and depth interview results have been analyzed by using the descriptive method. The study shows that involving local wisdom in developing the environment and night atmosphere can give the typical identity for the night tourism in Berastagi.Night Tourism

This article is motivated by the fact that the existence of the Street Vendor (PKL) profession is a manifestation of the difficulty of work and the lack of jobs. The scarcity of employment due to the consideration of the number of jobs with unbalanced workforce, economically this has an impact on the number of street vendors (PKL) exploding ... The purpose of being a street vendor is, as a livelihood, making a living, looking for a bite of rice for family, because of the lack of employment, this caused the number of traders to increase. The scarcity of jobs, causes informal sector migration job seekers to create an independent spirit, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, with capital, managed by traders who are true populist economic actors. The problems in street vendors are: (1) how to organize, regulate, empower street vendors in the cities (2) how to foster, educate street vendors, and (3) how to help, find capital for street vendors (4) ) how to describe grief as a Five-Foot Trader. This paper aims to find a solution to the problem of street vendors, so that cases of conflict, cases of disputes, clashes of street vendors with Satpol PP can be avoided. For this reason, the following solutions must be sought: (1) understanding the causes of the explosions of street vendors (2) understanding the problems of street vendors. (3) what is the solution to solving street vendors in big cities. (4) describe Street Vendors as actors of the people's economy. This article is qualitative research, the social paradigm is the definition of social, the method of retrieving observational data, in-depth interviews, documentation. Data analysis uses Interactive Miles and Huberman theory, with stages, Collection Data, Display Data, Data Reduction and Vervying or conclusions.

The paper deals with the coastal tourism in Iran and the United Arab Emirates by identifying the impact of tourist attractions on the development of coastal tourism in both countries, and the role of coastal tourism (beach, landscape, etc.) in attracting tourists in the two countries. In the present study, we investigated the environmental-ecological, socio-cultural, historical-political, economic, institutional-managerial and physical-spatial dimensions of the study area. The topicality of this work is the industrial tourism development. It will allow to enhance the economic potential of the regions, increase the flow of "domestic tourists» and improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the Region. It has been studied the prospects of industrial tourism development for students of universities in Russia and directly in the Lipetsk region at the present stage of development of the machine- and lathe-building industry.

This study aims to identify local wisdom in Green Village Gedangsari, Gunungkidul Regency. This research uses qualitative method with combined data collection technique, there are observation, interview, and documentation. Some invention that have been identified as the findings of this research are (1) Tourism development in Green Village Gedangsari; (2) Some of the taboos that local people believe; (3) Local culinary; (4) The place of the sacred; (5) Nyadran and Rosulan Traditions; and (6) 4G development plan by Gedangsari community. This study identifies the potential of tourism products in Sukajadi Village Bogor Regency based on ten (10) tourism components as well as its development strategy, which is currently included in the category of a newly developing tourist village. The results of this research are aggressive and serious development strategies in all aspects of the tourism component, namely increasing the quality and diversification of tourist attractions and activities, accessibility, improving the quality and quantity of tourism amenities, improving the quality of human resources & institutions, community support, land use, tourism industry cooperation, as well as marketing aspects. This research type is a descriptive qualitative with a case study exploratory approach. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and interviews with key informants, namely Pokdarwis and the Village Head, while secondary data is the result of literature studies and research documentation. The analysis technique of this research uses SWOT analysis and Matrix, analysis of the work program of the vision for tourism development of the Bogor Regency Government which refers to local government master plan for tourism development (RIPPARDA), and also analysis of the Cleanlines, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) guidelines.

ABSTRACTThe relocation of Surakarta City street vendors from Taman Monumen Banjarsari to Pasar KlitikanNotoharjo is one of the innovative urban development policy focusing on cultural values aiming tostrengthen local ingenuity as the city’s economic power. This study examines how the innovative policywas implemented successfully. The study showed that the success of the innovation was due to (1) theinitiative and commitment of the mayor, (2) a shift in the mindset, creating trust in the management ofstreet vendors, (3) bureaucratic reform followed by legislation of supporting documents, (4) continuousand integrated mechanism of implementation, and (5) budget cuts and focus to spending with highimpact to welfare. Street vendors is a phenomenon in almost all regions in Indonesia, which is always a positive and negative impact on the region where the street vendor activity. The positive is the economy in a sustainable life in areas where street vendor activities, while the negative effects are disturbed some public access as a result of the existence of such street vendor, such as public roads are always jammed, the sidewalk is not functioning, trash increases or the environment increasingly neglected, area aesthetics will show discomfort. For the more crowded street vendor activities will have an impact upon the producer. However street vendor unaware that what was done to give effect to society because of disruption of public facilities. It is very necessary of information for the  street vendor’s understanding and perception to the impact caused by their presence in an area. The research was conducted by qualitative method with type research field investigations and descriptive analysis of the street vendor, managers, buyers and decision makers who do trading activities in S. Parman Street, UlakKarang Padang.  Samples as research subjects were the street vendors as much as 5 people, managers, local government, the buyer and road users. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data Collection Techniques conducted by observation, interview, and documentation while data analysis is conducted qualitatively by a descriptive approach. The findings and the results are show that the information obtained is correct in running its activities to seek fortune already utilizing public access such as sidewalk and road. Contributions to the street vendors are expected to have awareness in running its activities mainly on the utilization of public access and if you want to keep running its activities must be willing to abide by all the regulations set forth by the government, because it became a street vendor answers to some of the problems faced by street vendors as well as for the government attempted to manage and regulate the existence of street vendors to be in line with policies that have been set by the government for street vendors somehow able to overcome the problem of the existence of the public economy.
