This development research aims to make a tool and test its ability to absorb the heat in light radiation by colored surfaces (black, dark green, blue, white). The benefit of this research is to present a simple laboratory that can be used in physics education class as a test tool for heat absorption. The research method that applied is Microcomputer Based Laboratory (MBL). The software that used is LabVIEW which connected to Arduino Uno hardware and heat source. The appropriate set of tools and materials is then tested for eligibility. The feasibility test of the device is reviewed from the aspect of content, linguistic, presentation and graphic by an expert validator as well as the compatibility of the findings with the theory. The results found that the darker the color of the object, the greater the ability of heat absorption and vice versa. Changes in power at a light source can affect changes in maximum temperature in the color absorption of heat. The greater the power provided by the light source, the greater the increase in maximum temperature. This development research concludes that the tools are feasible to use and appropriate based on existing theories.

The purpose of this study is to: (1) produce video lessons that are feasible to be applied as learning media. (2) knowing the feasibility of learning videos so that they are feasible to be applied to learning media. Development of this learning video uses research and development methods or Research & Development which produces learning videos. This development research uses Allesi and Trollip method, which includes 3 steps of development, namely (1) planning: determining needs and goals, gathering resources, and generating ideas. (2) design: create flowcharts, create storyboards, and prepare scripts. (3) development: producing video and audio, programming material, preparing supporting components, evaluating and revising. The results of this development research are learning video products that have been tested for their feasibility by media experts, material experts, and students as users of the media. The overall results of the trial showed results, good namely obtaining a Worthy category with details: (1) the material expert test obtained an average yield of 3.55 which was categorized as feasible (2) the media expert test obtained an average yield of 3.5 which was categorized as feasible (3) scale test small by students get 3.5 average results which are categorized as feasible, (4) large-scale test by students get an average yield of 3.19 which is categorized as feasible. Based on the results of the media feasibility test, it can be concluded that the video is learning feasible to use.

Abstract Developing Student Worksheet is one of the competences that must be mastered by Physics Education Student of FMIPA Universitas Negeri Jakarta. An integrated lecture tool has been developed to train students' writing competencies in the Physics Worksheet. This development research applies the ASSURE model. Lecture devices have been tested against physics education students. Students give very good appreciation to the lecture, by giving average score equal to 83.97. Students' performance in preparing the Student Worksheet physics subjects is also very good, which is shown by the average of student performance compiled the Subject Student Worksheet 84.52. Based on the results of testing the use of educational tools to students of education students FMIPA Universitas Negeri Jakarta showed that the lecture tools are worthy to be used as teaching materials. Keywords: Integrated lecturing tools, KPS, Student Worksheet. Abstrak Mengembangkan Lembar Kerja Siswa merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang harus dikuasai oleh Mahasiswa Pendidikan Fisika FMIPA UNJ. Telah dikembangkan perangkat perkuliahan terpadu untuk melatih kompetensi mahasiswa menulis Lembar Kerja Siswa mata pelajaran fisika. Penelitian pengembangan ini menerapkan model ASSURE. Perangkat perkuliahan sudah diujicoba terhadap mahasiswa pendidikan fisika. Mahasiswa memberikan apresiasi sangat baik terhadap perangkat perkuliahan, dengan memberikan skor rerata sebesar 83,97. Kinerja mahasiswa menyusun Lembar Kerja Siswa mata pelajaran fisika juga sangat baik, yang ditunjukan oleh rerata nilai kinerja mahasiswa menyusun Lembar Kerja Siswa mata pelajaran  sebesar 84,52. Berdasarkan hasil ujicoba penggunaan perangkat pekuliahan terhadap mahasiswa pendidikan mahasiswa FMIPA UNJ menunjukan bahwa perangkat perkuliahan terpadu layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar. Kata-kata Kunci: Perangkat Perkuliahan Terpadu, KPS, Lembar Kerja Siswa.

Water quality in the process of ornamental fish cultivation plays an important role in creating an environment of life that is in accordance with the needs of ornamental fish. Acidity (pH) and water temperature are one of the important factors of ornamental fish growth. The purpose of this study is to describe how the design system builds arduino-based humidity and pH temperature measuring instruments. Review the validity of moisture temperature and water pH. Monitor the humidity temperature and pH of ornamental fish aquarium water to know the results of the same data with liturgy. This research is a research and development research, conducted in the Laboratory of Physics Education Study FKIP Jember University. The research time was carried out for four months. The samples used in this study were ornamental carp. Based on the analysis of data obtained, it can be concluded that, (1) The work of pH, temperature, and spouting systems based on Arduino Uno is made with sen0161-V2, DS18B20 and DHT-11 sensors and data appearance media namely LCD. (2) Rakaian system is then calibrated to state that the system can be used properly. Calibration includes Arduino-based pH, temperature and Humidity sensor calibration as well as LCD testing. (3) The data that has been found by the researcher and the data in the literature has a match.   Keywords: water quality, Acidity (pH), water temperature, arduino-based.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This development research aims to produce teaching material products to write fantasy stories filled with life values for middle school students and test the effectiveness of the product. The research method using this 4-D model consists of four stages, namely (1) define, (2) design, (3) development, and (4) disseminate. The results of the feasibility test for the book contents 83%, the feasibility of presenting the book 86%, the feasibility of the book language 86%, and the feasibility of graphic book 85%. The product effectiveness test results are known to be p = 0.000 (p &lt;0.01). Therefore, the product is feasible to implement. </p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk bahan ajar menulis cerita fantasi bermuatan nilai-nilai kehidupan untuk siswa SMP dan menguji keefektifan produk. Metode penelitian menggunakan model 4-D ini terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu (1) <em>define</em>, (2) <em>design</em>, (3) <em>development</em>, dan (4) <em>disseminate</em>. Hasil uji kelayakan isi buku 83%, kelayakan penyajian buku 86%, kelayakan bahasa buku 86%, dan kelayakan kegrafisan buku 85%. Hasil uji keefektifan produk diketahui nilai p = 0.<strong>000 (p &lt; 0.01). Dengan demikian, </strong>produk bahan ajar dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis peserta didik.

Contruction of colorimeter and calibrationare presented in this paper. In this investigation involves design, detection system, and measurement.Colorimeter was fabricated in dimension (10 x 10 x 6)cm3 consist of light source, modular data, and transducer. The light sources were LEDs which responds of  wavelength peak at 467 nm on 0,141 W/m2. Arduino Uno R3 is used to data tabulation in calculate absorbance system with 1.8.5 sofware. Then transducer was used a LDR which useful for consider the light in sample and reference. The calibration curve of ammonium consentration shows  linierity range at 0.1 to 2 ppm with y = 0.0234x + 0.0905, R= 0.9716. The portable colorimeter was found accuration and precision about 88,7 % and 99,8%. the portabel colorimeter gives the best result in this investigation and use to fake manure detector in Agricultural application for domestic farmer.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> The purpose of this development research is to produce a book enriching local cultural themes based on strengthening character education and literacy. The product consists of a teacher manual and student books. Products developed with the ADDIE model consist of analysis (analysis), design (design), develop (development), implement (implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). Product feasibility test is obtained through validation test, attractiveness test, practicality test, and influence test to support the research results. Based on a series of tests carried out, the product was declared to have met the criteria and requirements for use in the field as a supporting book.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan buku pengayaan tema budaya lokal berbasis Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter dan literasi. Produk terdiri dari buku panduan guru dan buku siswa. Produk dikembangkan dengan model ADDIE terdiri dari <em>analisys</em> (analisis), <em>design</em> (desain), <em>develop</em> (pengembangan), <em>implement</em> (implementasi), dan <em>evaluation</em> (evaluasi). Uji kelayakan produk diperoleh melalui kegiatan uji validasi, uji kemenarikan, uji kepraktisan, dan uji pengaruh guna mendukung hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan serangkaian pengujian yang dilakukan, produk dinyatakan telah memenuhi kriteria dan persyaratan untuk digunakan di lapangan sebagai buku penunjang.

This paper shows the study result of performance assessment instrument development for the learning of fish-rearing technique. The study was intended to develop the new performance assessment instrument and to determine teachers’ and students’ responses toward its using. The study adapted development research procedures by selecting 27 students as the sample. Before the instrument was applied, it was tested by some experts. The result of feasibility test showed that the performance assessment instrument was categorized very good, thus revision was not required. After that, the instrument was experimented to several students. The findings showed that according to the teachers, the media attainment level was classified very good; however, the students argued that the instrument was good. Therefore, it was concluded that the performance assessment instrument was able to improve students’ interest toward practical work, to motivate students in learning, and to help them in scoring. The researchers hope that the study can contribute to the quality improvement of performance assessment instrument in the learning process at vocational secondary school.

This research was conducted to develop a computer-assisted recitation program on statics fluid topics The type of research used is R & D (Research and Development) by adapting the Four-D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate) developed by Thiagarajan, but the research carried out is limited to the develop stage. The product has been validated by 2 media experts in the field of physics education. The feasibility test was carried out on 97 students who took Basic Physics I courses. Based on the results of validation by experts, the average value was 3.74 for content validation and 3.56 for product validation with valid criteria. The feasibility test obtained a proportion of 92.58% in the eligible criteria.

Arduino Uno water turbidity gauge has been successfully designed and manufactured. This tool is made using LDR as sensor and led as a light source to measure the water turbidity value and Arduino Uno for data processing. The existence of this tool is already familiar and comfortable to find. However, the price is relatively higher to make this tool is only owned by certain circles only. Nephelometric Method is a method of measuring the turbidity of water by passing a light source on water so that the intensity of light reflected by the substances causing turbidity can be known. With the use of led as a light source and photodiode as a light detector, and combined with processing using Arduino Uno then the voltage obtained from the LDR sensor in the form of analog data is processed into digital data and can be displayed in the LCD.

The concepts of science, including physics should be understood by students, because science is supporting the advancement of technology. But most students assume that learning physics is difficult because it is associated with physics equations or formulas. Students also had difficulty in understanding the concepts of physics, and even common misconceptions. This study aims to investigate the students understanding of the concept of force and know the attitude of students towards learning physics. Samples or subjects in this study were 43 students of the first year of physics education who has taken the course of General Physics. The data collection of research done in two ways, namely test (quantitative) and questionnaire (qualitative). Instruments to collect data about the understanding of physics concept style is a standard test FCI (Force Concept Inventory), and supported by data from a questionnaire about the reasons for choosing an answer. Instruments to know the attitude of students towards learning physics is a standard questionnaire CLASS (Colorado Learning Attitude about Science Survey). Test data were analyzed using t-test and questionnaire data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the students understanding of the concept of force is very low (≤ 50%). The majority of college students have misconceptions about force, especially the force on the vertical motion, circular motion, parabolic/projectile motion and a simple pendulum motion. Based on the analysis of student attitudes, found that; the students find it difficult to resolve the problems of physics concepts although they have understood the topic in question. Students also felt that the equations of physics do not support their ideas in understanding concepts of physics equations required only for a matter of course.These findings are discussed, and made initial design of development research on learning materials.
