PENGARUH KETERAMPILAN KERJASAMA TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR KONSEP GAYA PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPA SMPAbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of high teamwork skills and low teamwork skills on student learning achievement on the concept of force. This research was conducted in SMP Negeri 2 Surakarta Academic Year 2018/2019. The sample used in this study were 61 students. This research was included in experimental research. Sampling is done using simple random sampling technique. Data retrieval is done by using multiple choice tests as many as 20 items to get learning achievement data on force concepts and observation sheets for data on teamwork skills. Analysis of the data used is non-parametric statistical test, namely the Mann-Whitney U test. With the statistical analysis performed, it is obtained that the sig. value 0,000. Because of the sig. value 0,000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho was rejected. This shows high and low teamwork skills affect the learning achievement of students on the concept of force. Students who have high teamwork skills who have higher learning achievement with a mean of 74.41 students who have low teamwork skills with a mean of 53.15.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan kerjasama tinggi dan rendah terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada konsep gaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 61 peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengambilan  data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes objektif pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 butir soal untuk mendapatkan data prestasi belajar pada konsep gaya dan lembar observasi untuk mendapatkan data keterampilan kerjasama. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji statistik non-parametrik dengan menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney U. Berdasarkan analisis statistik yang dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa nilai sig. 0,000. Karena nilai sig. < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan keterampilan kerjasama tinggi dan rendah berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik pada konsep gaya. Hasilnya dapat dinyatakan bahwa peserta didikyang memiliki keterampilan kerjasama tinggi memiliki prestasi belajar yang lebih tinggi dengan rerata 74,41 daripada peserta didikyang memiliki keterampilan kerjasama rendah dengan rerata prestasi belajar 53,15.

Abstract: This research aimed at analyzing the impact of the Adversity Quotient (AQ) and critical thinking ability onmathematics learning achievement. This is a correlational survey research design, with population was the student 8thgrade in SMPN 251 Jakarta, and was done from March until July 2014. Study sample is 57 students were drawn from apopulation with simple random sampling technique. The instruments were in the forms of questionnaires and documentation.The data were analyzed using multiple regressions. The result showed: Adversity Quotient (AQ) and critical thinkingabilities had positive and significant simultaneous impact on mathematics learning achievement; adversity quotient had apositive and significant impact on mathematics learning achievement; critical thinking ability had a positive and significantimpact on mathematics learning achievement. Sustainable economic development does not occur without entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship is the practice of starting new organizations or revitalizing mature organizations. This study therefore is done to analyse the impact of innovation, technology and on the entrepreneurial development activities in Nigeria. Simple random sampling technique was used to select a total of 12 entrepreneurs from Lagos State that constituted our sample size. The primary data consists of a number of items in well- structured questionnaire that was administered to and completed by the respondents. Regression analysis was used to analyse the data. The results showed that there is significant relationship between technological innovation and entrepreneurship development in Nigeria. It is therefore recommended that government should create a friendly or an enabling environment for entrepreneurship and consumer goods to boost the Nigeria economy.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Yayasan Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap efikasi diri.KATA KUNCI: efikasi diri, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja.  THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND SELF EFFICACY OF THE JOB SATISFACTION TEACHERABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership and self efficacy of the job satisfaction teacher in Junior High School of Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta.The research methodology was survey which was selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicates that (1) transformational leadership of a positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (2) self efficacy positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (3) transformational leadership positive direct effect on the self efficacy.

Teenagers are periods that are considered vulnerable from a nutritional perspective for several reasons. First, in terms of increasing the need for nutrients because of physical growth and rapid development. One of the problems of nutrition and health of young women is anemia. The purpose of this study was to determine the picture of the factors that consume blood-added tablets in Class VIII female adolescents in junior high school 1 Ciruas in 2019. The type of research was descriptive, the simple random sampling technique was 100 respondents. The results of the study of young women who consumed tablets plus 80 people 80%, and, positive attitudes 87 people (87%), received teacher support 69 people (69%), received support from parents of 73 people (73%).   Keywords:Anemia, Fe, Blood Added Tablets ABSTRAK   Remaja adalah periode yang dianggap rentan dari sudut pandang gizi karena beberapa alasan. Pertama, dari sisi bertambahnya kebutuhan zat gizi karena pertumbuhan dan perkembangan fisik yang sangat cepat. Salah satu masalah gizi dan kesehatan remaja putri adalah anemia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor konsumsi tablet tambah darah pada remaja putri kelas VIII di SMP Negri 1 Ciruas Tahun 2019. Jenis Penelitian deskriptif, teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian remaja putri yang konsumsi tablet tambah darah 80 orangg 80%, dan, sikap positif 87 orang (87%), mendapatkan dukungan guru 69 orang (69%), mendapatkan dukungan orang tua 73 orang (73%).   Kata Kunci: Anemia, Fe, Tablet Tambah Darah

This study aims to (1) analyze Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share on mathematics learning achievement, (2) analyze the level of students 'reasoning towards mathematics learning achievement, and (3) determine the interaction of Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share and the level of students' reasoning on mathematics learning achievement. This type of research uses quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design. All grade VIII students of State Junior High School 1 Sambi were the population of this study. The sample in this study consisted of two classes, 31 experimental  and 32 control students, with a sampling technique using cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques using documentation, tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the ANOVA technique. Two ways with different cells. The results of the study with a significance level of 5% are (1) there is a good effect using Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share on students 'mathematics learning achievement, (2) there is a good effect of reasoning on students' mathematics learning achievement, and (3) there is no interaction between Discovery Learning. Think Pair Share setting and students' reasoning. Therefore, it is concluded that mathematics learning achievement can be influenced by Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share and reasoning. Keywords: Discovery learning setting think pair share; mathematics learning outcomes; reasoning. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, (2) menganalisis tingkat penalaran siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, dan (3) mengetahui interaksi Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share dan tingkat penalaran siswa terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment. Seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sambi menjadi populasi penelitian ini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas dengan 31 siswa eksperimen dan 32 siswa kontrol, dan pengambilan teknik sampling menggunakan cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, tes dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik ANAVA dua jalan dengan sel tak sama. Hasil penelitian dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% adalah (1) ada pengaruh baik menggunakan Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa, (2) ada pengaruh baik penalaran terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa, dan (3) tidak ada interaksi antara Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share dan penalaran siswa. Oleh karena itu, disimpulkan bahwa prestasi belajar matematika dapat dipengaruhi oleh Discovery Learning Setting Think Pair Share dan penalaran. Kata Kunci: Discovery learning setting think pair share; penalaran; prestasi belajar matematika.

This thesis was concerned with the inquiry on the correlations among learning motivation, self-confidence, and writing ability of the seventh grade students at State Junior High School of Lubai Ulu Sub-District of Muaraenim Regency. The problem of the study was to investigate the correlation among students’ learning motivation, self-confidence, and writing ability. The total number of the population were 474 students. The sample for this study was 83 students taken through a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by adopting a questionnaire for learning motivation, self-confidence, and test for writing ability. Data were analyzed by using r-Product Moment and Multiple Regression. Finding showed that: (1) there was significant correlation between learning motivation and writing ability; (2) there was not any significant correlation between self-confidence and writing ability; (3) there was not any significant correlation between learning motivation and self-confidence; (4) there were significant correlations among learning motivation, self-confidence, and writing ability of seventh grade-students at state Junior High School of Lubai Ulu Muaraenim.

The aim of this study is to determine the difference in interpersonal communication skills between  advanced students and regular students in Shafta Junior High School Surabaya. 196 students from 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade were involved in this research. These students were divided into two groups of 66 advanced students in one group and 130 regular students in another group. Random Sampling technique was used to recruit subjects of this study. Data collected using a Likert model scale of interpersonal communication scale. Furthermore, Independent Sample Test (t-test) was used to analyse the data. The results shows that the p value is 0.027 (< 0.05), indicating that there is difference in interpersonal communication skills between advanced students and regular students. It can be found from the result that  the highest mean value was obtained by advanced students, which means they have higher interpersonal communication skills compared to regular students.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa unggulan dengan reguler di SMP Shafta Surabaya. 196 siswa dari kelas satu, dua dan tiga terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Subyek dikelompokkan menjadi dua kelompok, 66 siswa unggulan dalam satu kelompok dan 130 siswa reguler dikelompok lainnya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan peneliti adalah Simple Random Sampling untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dari dua kelompok tersebut. Penggalian data menggunakan Skala Komunikasi Interpersonal dengan model Likert yang di susun peneliti berdasarkan teori dari Joseph Devito. Analisis data menggunakan uji Independent Sample Test (uji-t). Hasil nilai p sebesar 0,027<0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas unggulan dengan siswa reguler. Nilai mean tertinggi diperoleh siswa kelas unggulan yang berarti siswa unggulan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan siswa reguler.

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) manakah yang memberikan prestasi belajar yang lebih baik, metode ceramah atau metode diskusi; (2) manakah yang memiliki prestasi belajar yang lebih baik, mahasiswa laki-laki atau perempuan; (3) pada masing-masing model pembelajaran, manakah yang mempunyai prestasi belajar yang lebih baik, mahasiswa laki-laki atau perempuan; (4) pada masing-masing jenis kelamin, manakah yang memberikan prestasi yang lebih baik, metode ceramah atau metode diskusi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental semu dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa semester 5 di kelas pagi Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika IKIP-PGRI Pontianak. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik stratified cluster random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 68 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi metode dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan nilai MID mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi tahun akademik 2015/2016 sebagai data kemampuan awal dan nilai UAS mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi untuk data prestasi belajar matematika mahasiswa. Uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel tak sama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut. (1) Pembelajaran matematika ekonomi menggunakan metode ceramah menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika yang sama dengan metode diskusi. (2) Mahasiswa laki-laki maupun perempuan memiliki prestasi belajar matematika yang sama. (3) Pada masing-masing metode pembelajaran, mahasiswa laki-laki maupun perempuan memiliki prestasi belajar matematika yang sama. (4) Pada masing-masing jenis kelamin, pembelajaran matematika ekonomi menggunakan metode ceramah dan metode diskusi menghasilkan prestasi belajar matematika yang sama. Kata kunci: metode ceramah, metode diskusi, jenis kelamin Abstract The aims of this study were to investigate: (1) which learning method produces student’s better mathematics learning achievement, speech method or discussion method; (2) which student’s have better mathematics learning achievement, male or female; (3) viewed from learning methods, which student’s have better mathematics learning achievement, male or female; (4) viewed from gender, which learning method produces better mathematics learning achievement, speech method or discussion method. This research used quasi experimental method with its population included all of students of 5th semester in morning class Program Study of Mathematics Education IKIP-PGRI Pontianak. Sampling was done by stratified cluster random sampling technique. The size of the sample was 68 students. The data collection technique was include the documentation method to get the 2015/2016 MID Test of Economy Mathematics subject for initial capability data before the experiment and Final test of Economy Mathematics subject for mathematics student’s achievement data. The data was analyzed using analysis of variance. Based on these results it can be concluded as follows. (1) Economy mathematics learning using speech method produced the same mathematics achievement as using discussion method. (2) For male or female students have the same mathematics achievement. (3) Viewed from learning method, male or female students have the same mathematics achievement. The objective of this study is analyzed the impact of organizational culture, training, and leadership on the work performance of civil workers in financial and development supervisory agency. This research uses an associative approach with simple random sampling technique which is measured by SEM using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The population of this study was 330 civil workers in Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP). The results of the study shown that the Organizational Culture Variables did not significantly influence work Performance of the civil worker in Financial and Development Supervisory Agency, but do not pass the reliability test. Training Variables have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the civil workers. Leadership variables have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of the civil workers in Financial and Development Supervisory Agency.

<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Perilaku pro-lingkungan adalah sebuah tindakan yang dilakukan secara sadar untuk mengurangi dampak negatif yang disebabkan oleh aktivitas manusia pada lingkungan. Perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan salah satunya melalui ecoliteracy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan ecoliteracy dengan perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik SMP. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 45 Jakarta pada semester genap bulan Mei  tahun ajaran 2017-2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan studi korelasional. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 168 peserta didik yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil uji prasyarat diketahui bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,171 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,026, artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ecoliteracy dengan perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik SMP Negeri 45 Jakarta. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,029, artinya ecoliteracy berkontribusi terhadap perilaku pro-lingkungan peserta didik SMP Negeri 45 Jakarta sebesar 2,9%.</p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Kata kunci: Ecoliteracy, perilaku pro-lingkungan, peserta didik.</em></p><p> </p><p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Pro-environmental behavior is a conscious act to reduce the negative impact caused by human activity on the environment. Pro-environment behavior in students can be improved through ecoliteracy. This study aims to determine the relationship of ecoliteracy with pro-environment behavior in students of junior high school. This research was conducted at 45 Jakarta junior high school on May 2017-2018. The method used is descriptive method with correlational study. Total of sample are 168 students selected by simple random sampling technique. The result of prerequisite test known that the data are normally distributed and homogeneous. The correlation coefficient is 0.171 and the significance value is 0.026, it means there is a significant correlation between ecoliteracy with pro-environment behavior of students of 45 Jakarta Junior High School. The coefficient of determination is 0.029, it means that ecoliteracy has determine pro-environment behavior of students of 45 Jakarta Junior High School equal to 2.9%.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keywords: Ecoliteracy, pro-environment behavior, student.</em></p>
