Introduction. The article deals with implementation of tasks of specialists’ training by universities. The relevance is determined by a dropout trends in training years. The authors analyze the results of the specialists’ training and graduation; also they determine the goal and objectives of the research. The study purpose is to identify specialists’ training patterns and to develop methods to optimize the students’ number in training years according to the final results. Materials and Methods. Results of training and graduates’ number for 2012-2017 comprised material for the study. An approach to provide management of assignment for higher education professionals training has been developed, and it is the students’ number optimization methodology in years of study according to the final results. It links initial and final results into one line and predicts intermediate results that ensure fulfillment of graduates’ training orders not lower than the established final results. The following general scientific methods are used in the article: compilation, benchmarking, synthesis and normative forecasting. Results. Optimization methodologies in years of education concerning the final results were tested. The findings showed that the final result directly depends on the intermediate results; the students’ number decline can be brought to optimal values if initial and final results are determined and linked with each other. Discussion and Conclusion. The possibility to bring students’ number reduction into line with optimal values is proved theoretically and practically if the forecast of graduation is provided. Thus the forecast of optimal intermediate results is the main link for educational management methods development for specialists’ training tasks. It is an area for further research. The contribution to science consists in the development of methods for predicting the optimal number of students in the year regarding to the final result. The article’s materials will be useful to the permanent composition of professional educational institutions for the development of measures tar geted control in the educational process. Keywords: assignment on specialists’ training, students’ drop out, trends in specialists’ training, specialists’ graduation, optimization of students’ number Acknowledgments: The work was carried out within the research project “Quality management of professional education based on new information technologies”. The article presents such aspects of the organization of interactive learning as technologies combination and creative approach while useing them in the process of students self-education. The possibilities of informatization are analyzed and the main directions of its use in the educational sphere are determined new opportunities for the development of students ' thinking; the selection of individual methods of obtaining knowledge through independent work with the help of information and computer technologies as a factor of convergence of educational institutions. Interactive studying made it possible to take advantage of group and individual forms, thanks to the group form of training, opportunities were provided to cooperate, establish interpersonal relationships, and learn about the world around us together. This form was implemented in compact groups of students who are united by a common educational goal, and it consists in direct guidance of the teacher through the tasks offered to the group by him. A methodology has been developed, the main tasks of which are to reveal the significance of information technologies in general and professional education, to clarify the psychological and pedagogical aspects of mastering disciplines, to reveal the practical significance of methods and means of the latest information technologies, the prospects for their application. The ways of developing a creative approach to perform laboratory and practical works, the formation of knowledge and skills necessary for independent study of the educational process, analysis of various methodological problems and psychological and pedagogical situations are shown; increasing the effectiveness of using new information technologies in learning, activating their cognitive activity, creativity, finding new knowledge with an independent research character. The criteria of students independent work (according to the manner of management and control of the teacher in quality of knowledge; by the degree of mandatory as mandatory, established by educational plans and working programs; recommended and vaulted: according to the degree of demonstration of creativity: reproductive, reconstructive, heuristic and research. The formation of students independent activity with information technologies has been developed. The method of skills forming of students independent activity in the "Moodle" is specified. Key words: interactive learning, independent activity, students of higher education institutions, informatization, methodology, criteria, creative approach.

Distance education is essentially the basis for the development of educational institutions that provide innovative services, which cannot be obtained elsewhere. It is believed that distance education is a substitute for the traditional as part of simplifying and cheapening the learning process. At the same time, the leading global trends suggest the need for the development of elements of self-education and the expansion of the geographical nature of educational offers. The relevance of the study is that it is necessary to distinguish between the use of distance education methods in the traditional sphere and the sphere of training professionals. The paper presents the concept of the need to integrate elements of distance education in the process of preparing university teachers. The authors believe that teachers in drawing up courses and applying learning technologies use the same techniques as in distance learning. Therefore, the use of distance learning technologies can be shown as the basis for the development of advanced training programs and additional professional education. The authors proposed a study on the need and sufficiency of the use of distance education technologies and the possibilities for their integration into the process of postgraduate education. The practical significance of the work is determined by the fact that the possibilities of self-development of teachers are fully disclosed, not only as subjects of the educational process but also as subjects of training.

Smart education systems and methodologies are based on the deep integration of information technologies in the educational process. Among all the tools belonging to the environment of teaching technologies, wikis have been reported as ideally suited for collaborative learning. Several Universities around the world are running Projects and events about the use of wikis in higher education. Therefore, in this paper the authors explore the use of wikis in the higher educational institutions, being focused on a special case: Wikipedia. Wikipedia presents special characteristics which make it perfect to not only reach the specific learning objectives of a certain particular subject, but also the transversal abilities so demanded today (such as teamwork or social responsibility). Finally, the authors analyze more deeply the experiences about the use of Wikipedia conducted in the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and the obtained results are presented.

The establishment of modern enterprises and modernization of production facilities at existing production facilities create a need for trained employees in various fields of activity. Taking into account the fact that the changes in information technologies and the current digitalization of the economy that permeates everywhere leave their mark on the requirements for personnel, the process of training necessary specialists is noticeably more complicated. Therefore, the issues of training qualified specialists for various industries are constantly in the focus of attention of both representatives of the educational community and employers. Moreover, the relevance of this topic for the latter is also becoming one of the conditions for competitive confrontation in the markets of products or services. It is obvious that a well-trained staff provides exactly a competitive advantage that allows the company to survive, and employers to make profit. A created staff of highly qualified employees makes it possible to ensure the successful operation of the organization on a permanent basis. The recruitment of employees of the enterprise occurs both due to the transfer of employees from other enterprises, and at the expense of graduates of higher educational institutions. In such conditions, in the absence of high-quality training systems for students at most universities, the importance of additional professional education increases.
