With the objective of selecting and make available for the Basic Grains Program the promisory germ-plasm of rice, with high potentials for yields, resistant or tolerant to fungi-caused diseases, particularly piricularia (leaf blast), good plant architecture and adapted to different eco-systems in El Salvador. The study was implemented in two different surroundings: the Center for Technological Development in Izalco and the Center for Technological Development in San Andres, using the dry method. We evaluated 91 materials in simple lattice of 10 by 10, with two replicates. Two lots were sowed using six furrows with a lenghth of five meters each, separated by 0.30 meters. We used as indicator the commercial varieties X-10, CENTA A-4, CENTA A-5 and the elite lines L-1951, and L- 1956. The results we obtained were subjected to analysis for variation and selection index, identifying the best 15 materials by their yield, their vegetative cycle, and their reaction to diseases. The outstanding lines were elite L-1956 (5.7 t/Ha), used as indicator, and other lines: CT-8889-10-16-2-1-M, C-109 Cu83-SmCu-11Cu-5CU-1CU-MS, C145Cu82- SmCu-SmNa7Cu-4Cu, 3Cu-2Cu-MS, with yields of 5.6, 5.5. and 5.4. (t/Ha) respectively; all this surpassing the commercial indicator with largest production, CENTA A-5, which yielded 5.2 t/Ha. We recommend the evaluation of selected materials, in yielding assays.

<p style="text-align: justify;">Water is an important factor in the terroirs of grape-growing regions. The vine obtains water from rainfall and the water table and when it is in short supply, it is necessary either to irrigate or accept the effects of water stress. Depending on the intensity of the water stress and the period at which it occurs, it may or not be favourable for the harvest and the wine it is used to produce. The objective of this article is to provide some information on the relationship that exists between the vine and water. The climate and the soil, which are essential but not the sole elements of this relationship will only be touched upon, but we will discuss in a non exhaustive way, with information’s from the bibliography or from our research, the following aspects: the root system, vegetative growth, the relationship between plant architecture and the water status of the vine, the carbon balance and the biochemical composition of the grape berry in relation to vine water status. We will also present the currently available techniques for measuring vine water status and its evolution during the vegetative cycle as a function of water reserves in the soil easy to use by the roots. Finally examples are presented of possible recommendations for vine cultural practices as a function of the vine water status evolution during the growth, according to the predawn leaf water potential thresholds.</p>

The experiments took place in the harvest year of 1993/1994 under rainfed lowland conditions, at the Experimental Field in Hacienda Palmital of the EMPRAPA-CNPAF, in Goianira, Brasil. We evaluated 97 families S 2:0 originally from the CNA 1 population, using as checks the cultivars BR IRGA 409 and JAVAE, and the population CNA 1/0/1. The experimental design utilized was a 10 x 10 lattice, with an utilization lot area of 0.60 m2. The objective was to evaluate the potentials of the CNA 1 population with the goal of improvement through the estima-tion of its genetic parameters and its direct and indirect responses to selection, as well as determining the classic Smith(1936) and Hazel (1943) indexes. The traits considered in the evaluation were the following: grain yield, leaf blast, date of flowering, plant height, spikelet number per panicle, percentage of filled grain and dry weight of 100 seeds. The results indicated the trait percentage of filled grains was the main priority for yield and the traits of production, leaf blast, plant height, spikelet number per panicle and percentage of filled grains showed a high genetic variability in the population, this was evident because of the hight estimates for coefficients of genetic variability. The highest responses for selection were obtained in the traits of production and plant height, both by direct selection or by utilization of the selection index. However, selection as per the classic Smith/ Hazel index showed more efficiency in relation to direct selection.

The paper studies the factors of secular stagnation. Key factors of long-term slowdown in economic growth include the slowdown of technological development, aging population, human capital accumulation limits, high public debt, creative destruction process violation etc. The authors analyze key theoretical aspects of long-term stagnation and study the impact of these factors on Japanies economy. The authors conclude that most of the factors have significant influence on the Japanese economy for recent decades, but they cannot explain all dynamics. For Russia, on the contrary, we do not see any grounds for considering the decline in the economy since 2013 as an episode of secular stagnation.

Throughout history the development of the countries has been generated mainly by the impulse in two complementary axes: Science and Technology, and Trade. At present we are experiencing an exponential scientific and technological development and the Economy in all its fronts is driven by the intensive application of technology. According to these considerations, this research tries to expose the development of Innovation Management as a transversal mechanism to promote the different socioeconomic areas and especially those supported by engineering. To this end, use will be made of Technology Watch in order to identify the advances of the main research centres related to innovation in the world. Next, there will be an evaluation of the main models of Innovation Management and related methodologies that expose some of the existing Innovation Observatories in the world to finally make a proposal for Innovation Management applicable to the reality of Peru, so that it can be taken into consideration by stakeholders (Government, Academy, Business and Civil Society) committed to Innovation Management in the country

The paper dedicates in commemoration of K.A. Bagrinovsky, known scientist, doctor of economic sciences, professor. His thesis was theoretic problems of mathematical modeling and operation of economy. His works in the operations research, the methods making decision, the simulation were received in scientific world. The analysis and the modeling of the mechanisms for scientific and technological development for the production systems of different level in economic hierarchic both centrally controlled economy and making mechanism were conduced by Bagrinovsky in CEMI RAS. The paper presents the investigations (2001–2015) of the analysis and the simulation of the different mechanisms of the innovational activity. It also discusses the methods of the development the complex of the simulation models. In a sense simulation modeling is the science and the art as the selection of the salient parameters for the construction model, intake simplification, the computer experiment and the making decision based on scarcity of accuracy models rest on the heuristic power of men: the practical trial, the intelligence and the intuition. K.A. Bagrinovsky introduced the considerable endowment in the development of this direction for economic and mathematical investigation. The principal object was to show that the relationship between the innovational policy and the technological structure, scientific research sector and the introducing of the progressive production and the organizational structure is obtainable by the models. The character of these relationships may be to use in control of the parameters for the modernization economic. The construction simulation models and the experimental computation analysis were presented the investigations the different mechanisms of the innovational development ant the variants of the estimation have been accomplished on the modeling level by the computer experiment.

Soybean superior varieties with high yields and are resistant to abiotic stress have been largely released, although some varieties grown in the field are not resistant to SMV. In addition, the opportunity to obtain lines of hope as prospective varieties with high yield and resistance to SMV is very small. The method for evaluating soybean germplasm is based on serological observations of 98 accessions of leaf samples from SMV inoculation with T isolate. The evaluation results of 98 accessions based on visual observations showed 31 genotypes reacting very resistant or healthy to mild resistant category to SMV T isolate  with a percentage of symptom severity of 0 −30 %. Among 31 genotypes there are 2 genotypes (PI 200485; M8Grb 44; Mlg 3288) with the category of visually very resistant and resistant, respectively and  Mlg 3288  with the category of mild resistant.  They have a good agronomic appearance with a weight of 100 seeds (˃10 g) and react negatively with polyclonal antibodies to SMV, except Mlg 3288 reaction is not consistent, despite the weight of 100 seeds (˃ 10 g). Leaf samples from 98 accessions revealed various symptoms of SMV infection in the field. This diversity of symptoms is caused by susceptibility to accession, when infection occurs, and environmental factors. Keywords—: soybean; genotipe; Soybean mosaic virus (SMV); disease severity; polyclonal  antibody
