Background and Study Aim. The curriculum of physical education in high schools is based on learning motor skills, as well as their development in sports sections, where the 100-meter sprint dominates. The aim of the study was to determine the influence of motor skills on the 100 m running results. Material and Methods. The research was conducted on a sample of 80 high school students in Novi Pazar and Kraljevo, aged 16 and 17 years (± 6 months). 12 variables were used to assess motor skills, three variables each: explosive power, segmental speed, repetitive power, and flexibility (standing long jump), triple jump, five jumps. For estimating segmental speed: foot tapping, hand tapping, foot tapping on the wall. For the assessment of repetitive power: lifting the torso on the Swedish bench, mixed pull-ups, squats. To assess flexibility: deep bench press, twine, stick twist. Results. Results were obtained to confirm that there is a positive influence of motor skills on the 100 m sprint results at the level of (p=.000). The results in the 100 m sprints are statistically significantly dependent on the motor skills that manifest segmental speed and explosive power. Variables (standing long jump, foot tapping on the wall and foot tapping) have a statistically significant effect on the criterion variable of the 100 m sprint. Conclusions. Recommendation to future researchers would be to conduct a study over a longer period of time with the aim of examining the biomechanical factors that determine the success in sprint, is the production of force in the phase of sprint acceleration and sprint deceleration.

The aim of this research was the integration of Physical and Musical activities to the development of motor skills of class teaching students. The sample of 64 survey participants consisted of primary school students, aged 9 and 10 (± 6 months) from Niš and divided into two groups - experimental and control group, 32 participants in each group. The participants from the experimental group participated in the additional Physical Education lessons which included coordination and speed exercises, that is, the integrated lessons, while the survey participants from the control group were included only in regular Physical Education lessons, and also in Music Education lessons. The following motor skills were examined: Speed, Agility, Flexing, Explosive strength, Repetitive strength and Segmental speed. The obtained results show that there is a statistically significant difference in 20 meter run with the elongated start (M20VS .000), 30 meter run with the elongated start (M30VS .000), figure-of-eight agility run test (MKOT .000), side steps (MKUS .000), standing forward bend (MDPK .000), split (MŠPA .000), standing long jump (MSDM .000), standing triple jump (MTRS .000), foot tapping (MTAN .005) and hand tapping (MTAP .001). Given the results obtained, the design of a special program that would include the integration of the content of these subject areas would contribute to the development of elementary physical and musical skills.

A long jump is a form of jumping motion lifting the leg up forward in an effort to bring the weight point as long as possible in the air which is done with the repulsion of one leg to reach the greatest distance. The object and pedestal of the long jump are to achieve the greatest possible distance of the jump. The distance of the jump is measured from the repulsion board to the nearest limit of the landing position produced by the body part. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between leg power and the long jump ability of HosanaMedan high school students. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles on the long jump ability (r = 0.72), the explosive power of the leg muscles contributes 51.84% to the long jump ability of Class X students of SMA Hosana Field.

Background: Although self-expressive creativity is related to cyberbullying, it can also reinforce strengths that contribute to positive adolescent development. Our study concentrated on the relationships between personality traits and self-expressive creativity in the digital domain in an adolescent population. For this, we analyzed the effect of self-esteem and emotional intelligence as assets for positive development related to personality traits and self-expressive creativity. Methods: The study population included a total of 742 adolescents that were high-school students in the province of Almería, Spain. The following instruments were used: Big Five Inventory (BFI) to evaluate the five broad personality factors, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSE), Expression, Management, and Emotion Recognition Evaluation Scale (TMMS-24), and the Creative Behavior Questionnaire: Digital (CBQD). Results: The cluster analysis revealed the existence of two profiles of adolescents based on their personality traits. The analysis showed that the group with the highest levels of extraversion and openness to experience and lowest levels of neuroticism were those who showed the highest scores in self-esteem, clarity, and emotional repair, as well as in self-expressive creativity. Higher scores in neuroticism and lower scores in extraversion and openness to experience showed a direct negative effect on self-expressive creativity and indirect effect through self-esteem and emotional attention, which acted as mediators in series. Conclusions: To counteract certain characteristics that increase adolescents’ vulnerability to social network bullying, a plan must be developed for adequate positive use of the Internet from a creative model that enables digital self-expression for acquiring identity and self-efficacy through the positive influence of peers, which promotes feelings of empowerment and self-affirmation through constructive tasks that reinforce self-esteem and emotional intelligence.

Summary The objective of the study was to determine and compare the attitudes of high school students of the non-inclusive school towards inclusive physical education according to gender. This study deepened the knowledge about the students’ attitudes toward the inclusion of students with physical and intellectual disabilities. The research sample comprised a total of 181 able-bodied high school students (56 boys and 125 girls) attending one non-inclusive high school in Bratislava, Slovakia. Modified Czech version of the CAIPE (Children’s Attitude toward Inclusive Physical Education) questionnaire was used as a primary research method. Girls presented higher levels of positive attitudes towards inclusive physical education (IPE) in goal achievement, motivation, and motor skills learning. Boys showed a higher level of positive attitudes in the self-confidence of students with disabilities through IPE. In the goal achievement, girls expressed a significantly higher positive attitude towards IPE in students with intellectual disabilities inclusion (U = 2817, p = 0.029, r = 0.168). The highest level of a positive attitude toward IPE declared both genders by society inclusion and the lowest level of positive attitude by motor skills acquisition. Slovak students of a non-inclusive high school showed a positive attitude toward IPE for the inclusion of pupils with physical as well as intellectual disabilities.

To capture the talents of the next generations in new venture creation and to maintain the levels of entrepreneurship in our society, a vibrant "pipeline" of potential entrepreneurs is required. Previous research has shown this pipeline may still be weak, especially for women entrepreneurs. This paper explores the relationships between gender, entrepreneurial education, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions and behaviors using the data from different sample groups in three different stages of education and career development: middle and high school students, MBA students, and early career adults. The results of our analyses underscore the importance of entrepreneurial self-efficacy as a key component in understanding entrepreneurship interest and actual career choice. The positive influence of entrepreneurship education on self-efficacy proved stronger for women than for men. Implications for entrepreneurship educators as well as study limitations and areas for future research are discussed.

The aim was to find out, compare and evaluate the eficiency of take-off preparation for selected indicators of motor performance in athletes in the category of younger pupils. The monitored group consisted of 5 girls (average age 12.4 ± 0.22 year) and 4 boys (average age 12.9 ± 0.12 year) regularly participating in the training process three times a week. During 8 weeks in the racing period, take-off preparation was applied in the training pro-cess, consisting of two different batteries of take-off drills. The take-off preparation took place two to three times a week, taking into account the participation of athletes in the race. We performed the following tests to determine the eficiency of the take-off preparation to change the level of motor performance in selected indicators: 50m run, 20m cursory run, standing long jump, vertical jump with countermovement without arm swing and repeated vertical take-off drills without arm swing in 10s. We found that in the output measurement, the athletes of monitored group achieved an improvement in motor performance in tests for explosive power of lower limbs and the maximum running speed tests.

This study aimed to determine the effects of mental disability on the development of motor skills. Research has been performed with the trial.Ataturk Work Education Center and Imam-Preacher School students were collected. 20 business education high school student with the research, with trained intelligence levels of the same age group of 20 high school students without disabilities as for the development of motor skills in 3 days 2 hours training per week for 12 weeks in both groups was built pre-test post-test results were compared. Pretest and posttest measurements, the subjects height, age, flexibility, jump, 50 m.speed, standing long jump, shuttle run were compared by measuring such variables.Groups and within them, as well as evaluating the results pre-test-posttest measurements were compared with each other. SPSS statistical package program was used for statistical analysis of research data 17.00. Analysis of data, arithmetic mean descriptive statistics, Two Way Anova For Mixed Measures Test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test For Paired Samples statistical techniques were used. Characteristics of the physical development of the research training of 12 weeks in both groups were similar, but with differing levels of intelligence in the weight ratios of subjects (p =.01), shuttle run (p =.04) and the longest standing jump (p =.04) were significantly skills development. In addition, pre-test and post-test scores of the non-disabled subjects' height (p =.00), jumping (p =.00), speed (p =.00), flexibility (p =.02), skills development was also significant. ÖzetBu çalışmada zeka engelinin motor becerilerin gelişimi üzerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Araştırma deneme modelinde yapılmıştır. Araştırma verilerin Aydın Merkez Atatürk İş Eğitim Okulu ile Aydın Merkez İmam- Hatip Lisesi öğrencilerinde toplanmıştır. Araştırmada eğitilebilir zeka düzeyine sahip 20 iş eğitim okulu öğrencisi ile aynı yaş grubunda engelli olmayan 20 lise öğrencisine motor becerilerin gelişimine yönelik olarak 12 hafta boyunca haftada 3 gün 2 saat antrenman yaptırılmış her iki grubun ön test son test sonuçları karşılaştırılmıştır. Öntest ve sontest ölçümlerinde deneklerin boy, yaş, esneklik, sıçrama, 50 m.sürat, durarak uzun atlama, mekik koşusu gibi değişkenlerinin ölçümleri alınarak karşılaştırmayapılmıştır.Sonuçların değerlendirilmesinde gruplar hem kendi içlerindeki hem de birbiri ile ön-test- sontest ölçümleri bakımından karşılaştırılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin istatistiksel analizinde SPSS 17.00 İstatistik Paket Programı kullanılmıştır.Verilerinanalizinde aritmetik ortalama, Karışık Ölçüler İçin İki Faktörlü Anova Testi, Wilcoxon İşaretli Sıralar Testi istatistik teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda 12 hafta uygulanan antrenmanların etkisiyle fiziksel gelişim özellikleri benzer fakat zeka düzeyleri farklı iki grupta yer alan deneklerin kilo oranlarında (p=.01), mekik koşusu (p=.04) ve durarak uzunu atlama (p=.04) becerilerinde anlamlı düzeyde gelişme gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca engelli olmayan deneklerin öntest ve sontest puanlarının boy (p=.00), sıçrama (p=.00), sürat (p=.00), esneklik (p=.02) becerilerinde de anlamlı düzeyde gelişme görülmüştür.

The article is devoted to the role of increase of junior schoolchildren’s cognitive activity as an important condition for the development of cognitive abilities of  learners.  Psycho-pedagogical  support  should  be  focused  on  the  development of cognitive functions of junior schoolchildren, and psychologists and parents should be involved in this process, as well as the teachers. Traditionally, psycho-pedagogical support at primary school focuses on the child's adaptation to the new educational environment.  We  consider  that  a  child  needs  the  same  support  in  the  process of mastering  the  curriculum.  There  is  no  true  support  without  an  emotional involvement and empathy, and as a result cognitive activity of a child might suffer greatly. It was proven by empirical results obtained in an ordinary school, where no innovative teaching methods are used. At the end of primary school pupils have a significantly reduced motivation, teachers express no serious interest in problems of junior high school students. Not entirely satisfactory educational environment also could not provide a positive influence on the development of cognitive sphere.

In this research, a study is made of the effect of the application of Pólya's problem-solving heuristic on the development of geometric skills and its impact on academic performance. In the intervention, the topic of angles was developed, to a section of 25 fourth grade high school students in an educational center in the Municipality of Yamasá of the Monte Plata Province in the Dominican Republic. A quasi-experimental type design with a quantitative approach and correlational scope was used, with a non-probabilistic sample, with an intact group and a pre-test and post-test design. The results show that, through Pólya's problem-solving heuristic, students expanded their skills in geometry that greatly increased learning about angles. Corroborated by a growth in the average of the grades from 62.4% that was obtained in the pre-test, to 83.7% that was reached in the post-test, showing statistically that there are significant differences. It stands out that the Pólya heuristic was highly valued by the students under study, therefore, it is believed that it had a positive influence on the benefit of their learning about angles. In addition, the results of the post-test reveal that there is no relationship between the sex of the group under study and the scores obtained when the Pólya heuristic is applied.

Abstract Background. The purpose of the study was to realize the priorities in physical, technical and tactical training for junior football players. Moreover, preparing of the content was intended to optimize the use the most efficient methods and means for increasing the efficiency of speed and skill during the training and games. Objectives. Data were collected from 18 junior football players, with ages ranging from 14-15 years, members of the ACS Unirea (C) Tritenii de Jos team. The subjects were tested three times during the whole training stage, pre, middle and post-training examinations being performed. The three examinations consisted of 5 tests each: 50-meter sprint, standing long jump, 2000 meter running, maintaining the ball in the air and leading the ball through markers. Methods. Specific methods for developing the speed used in the study are based on repetitions (specific efforts at maximum or submaximal speed, under usual, relieved, severe conditions), on various efforts and intervals. Skill development methods took into account the complexity of coordinating action movements and the spatial, temporal, and motion force precision. For developing motor skills, the authors used the interval and circuit training. Results. All the participants attained higher levels of performance, both at the second and third examination, on each of the 5 tests. Data collected were analyzed using the One –Way ANOVA statistical procedure, which compares the results obtained by one single group of subjects. This procedure revealed, at a significant level of confidence, that the mean of the performance enhancement reached 50 percents along the one-year training stage. Conclusions. The research has shown that, by giving a more significant share of the best methods and means for developing the speed and skill in the physical training of junior footballers, the increase in the performance of these motor skills is significant.
