National Education in Indonesia is still covered with a variety of issues. One of them is the moral degradation among students. Although since 2010 has imposed an integrated character education in schools, but these conditions indicate the character education has not been done properly. This was especially the case in elementary school. Because at this level attitude formation is a major concern compared to the cognitive and psychomotor. The learning process is integrated with learning characters of various subjects in primary schools should be done not just in a state of conscious mind (conscious mind), but it is more empowered is to condition the subconscious mind when active. To that end, the character of the learning process must be carried out under conditions that do with relaxation hypnosis, mind focus and the alpha state, the subconscious communication, reps, make braided rapport with learners, the information conveyed in the imprint, the message is delivered in a condition of intense emotions, affirmation and visualization. With such a mechanism learners belief system can be programmed or reprogrammed as expected character. Through this belief system changes can be found changes in the character of learners effectively and relatively fixed.

Abstract. The formation of character is one of the national education goals. Article 1 of the 2003 Education Law states that among the objectives of national education is to develop the potential of learners to have intelligence, personality and noble character. Currently karakterbangsa strengthening of the strategic priorities of national education progra, given the state of the nation must be returned to the characterization of identity bangsa.Berbagai efforts should be made to build character education, including through modeling (modeling) characters through 3D animations Fim impressions. The strength of this medium is its appeal capable mengypnosis children so charges can be internalized character education in children. The purpose of this research is to "develop Animation 3D Virtual Reality for Education Character in elementary school," This study uses the Research & Development (R & D) through the stages: (1) analysis of the needs of the Media, (2) Media Development, (3) Validation and Product dissemination. Subjects were students of primary schools, with three locations in West Java (Bandung, Cimahi, Bandung regency). The results of this study indicate that the model is designed with ABC animation (animation character building) a positive impact on habituation as a first step to the formation of character in elementary students.Keywords: Character Education, Film 3D AnimationAbstrak. Pembentukan karakter merupakan salah satu tujuan pendidikan nasional. Pasal 1 UU Sisdiknas tahun 2003 menyatakan bahwa di antara tujuan pendidikan nasional adalah mengembangkan potensi peserta didik untuk memiliki kecerdasan, kepribadian dan akhlak mulia. Saat ini penguatan terhadap karakter bangsa menjadi prioritas program strategis pendidikan nasional, mengingat kondisi bangsa harus dikembalikan pada karakterisasi jati diri bangsa. Berbagai upaya perlu dilakukan untuk membangun pendidikan karakter, diantaranya melalui pemodelan (modeling) karakter melalui tayangan Fim Animasi 3D. Kekuatan media ini adalah daya tariknya yang mampu menghipnosis anak sehingga muatan-muatan pendidikan karakter dapat diinternalisasi pada diri anak. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah “mengembangkan Film Animasi 3D untuk Pendidikan Karater di Sekolah Dasar”, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research & Development (R&D) melalui tahapan : (1) Analisis kebutuhan Media, (2) Pengembangan Media , (3) Validasi dan Diseminasi Produk. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa SD, dengan lokasi di tiga wilayah Jawa Barat (Cimahi, Kabupaten Bandung Barat dan Cianjur). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model animasi yang didesain dengan ABC (animation character building) berdampak pada pembiasaan positif sebagai langkah awal untuk pembentukan karakter pada siswa SD.Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Karakter, Film 3D Animasi

The Impact

Realizing the character building on students is a national education goal. The character education is very important for the students. Therefore, the socialization and enculturation of national character education in schools by using an effective and efficient method are needed. This study aims to understand the process of socialization of character education in elementary school, to find the effective way of socialization models of national character education for students in elementary school through comics, and to determine the impact of socialization models of national character education for students in elementary school through the comic for the character building of students. This research was conducted using qualitative methods (Research & Development). The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the socialization of the nations character education in primary schools is done in several ways; integrated with in the curriculum through the school management, and through extracurricular programs. Those ways do not seem to produce maximum results. Socialization model of the national character of education in the elementary schools through the comic is more effective to apply, because students are more interested in the visualization of interesting and familiar images.Menyadari pembangunan karakter siswa adalah tujuan pendidikan nasional. Pendidikan karakter sangat penting bagi para siswa. Oleh karena itu, sosialisasi dan enkulturasi pendidikan karakter bangsa di sekolah-sekolah dengan menggunakan metode yang efektif dan efisien diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses sosialisasi pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar, untuk menemukan cara yang efektif untuk model sosialisasi pendidikan karakter bangsa bagi siswa di sekolah dasar melalui komik, dan untuk menentukan dampak dari model sosialisasi pendidikan karakter bangsa bagi siswa di sekolah dasar melalui komik untuk membangun karakter siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif (Research & Development). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi pendidikan karakter bangsa di sekolah dasar ini dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, terintegrasi dengan subjek termasuk, melalui manajemen sekolah, dan melalui program ekstrakurikuler. Mereka cara tampaknya tidak menghasilkan hasil yang maksimal. Model Sosialisasi karakter nasional pendidikan di sekolah dasar melalui komik lebih efektif untuk diterapkan, karena siswa lebih tertarik pada visualisasi gambar yang menarik dan akrab.

The Islamiceducation character of elementary school children is very important, as an effort to cultivate the students’ intelligence in thinking, acting and behaving in accordance with the noble values ​​that its’ become the identity, and can be realized in interaction with God, themselves, others and the environment as a manifestation. Schools are a strategic place for appear education character because the children of some circles will be educated at school. In addition, children spend most of their time at school, something they have been gotten in school will be affected the formation of their character. To realize a generation that has a strong character and strong faith and Islam, it is necessary to instill the values ​​of personality to the child. In this case, the role of educator is very important, especially when they were applying the teaching learning process to the students.To instill Islamic character education of elementary school, children need some methods that must be mastered by educators, such as exemplary, habituation, advice, attention (supervision), rewards and punishment. The educators can be given knowledge improvement, and can be internalized the spiritual values ​​to their students by using some methods.

The purpose of this study was to describe the learning system and the teachers' role in embedding the character education values in Elementary School Students. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling. The subject of this study was the students of Bayt Tamyiz Private Elementary School, Indramayu Regency. The data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data validity techniques in this study were using source triangulation and structure triangulation. The results showed that the learning system implemented by Bayt Tamyiz Private Elementary School integrated through the components development program of the activities designed and adapted to the objectives of the schools. In this component, there was a teacher's role as the executor of the development of the activities program when the learning process was progressing both in the classroom and outside of the classroom so that the values of character education in the students are reflected in daily life. The implication of this study was to provide an overview of the learning system and the teachers' role in schools so that they could embed good character values in students in the learning process both inside and outside the classroom. Character development of Indonesia at the present time they have been affected by globalization civilization which opens a window of opportunity to enjoy the advancement of science and technology, in the end slowly Indonesian people can be directly involved in the international community association freely and have access to a variety of impressions that would give effect to the character formation of generations of Indonesia, among other things such as pornography, violence, sexual perversion and violation of legal norms others later be interesting spectacle that in the end it turned into a real story that sad that happened on the whole society, especially the younger generation. Primary school (SD) is the lowest level of formal education the foundation for the construction of a national character because, at the time there is important period in the development and future growth that is "golden age". Bogor is a tourist town that borders the capital city nature is cool and fertile land become a haven for tourists at home and abroad. Acceleration culture that can fade the noble values ​​of national culture will increasingly prevalent go to Bogor. Bogor religious communities and uphold the Sundanese culture as a strong foundation for developing a model-based character education Religion and the local culture. This study aims to identify the character values ​​in the public area of ​​Bogor and explore models of outcomes were found from the analysis of the data found in the community of Bogor implications for later used as a reference in order to defend the noble values​​derived from religious values and rooted in the culture of local wisdom as growing efforts character education at primary school. The method used in this study is a qualitative research to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is a key instrument. Object of research is the Elementary School that implement character education on the basis of religion and culture in Bogor. The results showed that there are three models of religious-based education and the implementation of local wisdom is, 1) model is a model holistic implementation of character education that fully is applied in schools. 2) Implementation of the model of integration that integrates character education with religious and cultural values ​​into all school activities, these models are in Islamic Elementary School. 3) partial character education model, namely the implementation of character education is carried out separately with public education materials. Regulation of the Minister of National Education No. 41 of 2007 hinted at the use of thematic approach in the learning of grade 1 to grade 3 of elementary school (SD). Even today after the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, the thematic approach must be implemented from class 1 to grade 6 in the learning process. It is important for elementary school teachers to be able to implement thematic approaches as professional responsibilities. This study aims to: 1) analyze elementary school teachers 'understanding of the thematic approach, 2) get the profile of elementary school teachers' ability in implementing thematic approaches, and 3) find out the constraints of teachers in implementing thematic approaches in elementary schools. The research used qualitative descriptive method with research subjects of grade 3 teachers in SD Negeri Tangerang 14. Data is collected by observation and interview. Triangulation is carried out through focus group discussions between researchers, teachers, and principals. The results of the study showed that the teacher understood the thematic approach well, but in practice 1 teachers studied did not carry out the thematic approach to learning. This study also revealed that most teachers experience obstacles in implementing thematic approaches to the learning process.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai implementasi pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) dalam membentuk karakter siswa dan mengetahuai pelaksanaan/penerapan pendidikan karakter siswa SD Negeri Karang Asih 12 Bekasi Dan SD Negeri Ganda Mekar 01 Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitin ini adalah Guru Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) dan Siswa SD Kelas V dengan Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan content analysis, validitas data menggunakan triangulasi data dan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses implementasi atau penerapan pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional kemudian melaksanakan pendidikan karakter atau membentuk karakter siswa sekolah dasar sesuai dengan  karakter budaya masyarakat daerah setempat.AbstractThis study aims to find out the implementation of learning Social Sciences (IPS) in building the students’ character of students and knowing the implementation/application of character education of Karang Asih Elementari School 12 Bekasi and SD Negeri Mekar 01 Bekasi. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The research subjects were social science teachers (IPS) and the 5th grade students’of elementary school which used data collection techniques namely interview, observation, documentation, and content analysis. Data validity used data triangulation and method triangulation. The results of the study showed that the process of implementing social sciences (IPS) learning is carried out well in accordance with the objectives of national education and then implementing character education or building the character of elementary school students in accordance with the local cultural character of the area.

This research was conducted to determine the use of instructional video media in the online learning  process by elementary  school teachers in  Pagelaran  Utara  sub - district. The use of video media is the theme in this study because it has an important meaning in online learning. The covid-19 virus has an impact on teaching and learningactivities. Learning that should be done directly now can only be done indirectly or what is commonly called online learning. Then an educator is required to try to use video media as a solution in online learning. In this study, there were 58 respondents from 10 elementary schools in the North Pagelaran sub-district. The research results obtained show that 96.6% of teachers who teach in primary schools in the utata performance sub - district or around 55 teachers out of 58 have used instructional video media in the online learning process during the pandemic. It can be concluded that the video media has been used optimally.
