The application of soft skills we know and we know in the learning process we usually understand into character education. The mission of El-Yamien Tuban Natural Elementary School explained about the development of soft skills for students. In the process of self-development berakhlakul karimah is a part of the moral curriculum that is owned by el-yamien elementary school to apply good character education with habituation and example. Programs in basic education make the surrounding environment as a source of learning also directly related to building character education, especially to instill a loving soul and care for the surrounding environment.

This study aims to develop a soft skills model based school culture for character education for elementary school students.This study is a Research and Development study with a modified Sugiyono model. This research was conducted in 3 elementary schools in the target area of III, Jekulo District, Kudus Regency. Data collection techniques using test techniques and non-test techniques. Data analysis in this study was carried out descriptively quantitative and statistical tests using t-test.The results of the research were in the form of a soft skills model design product based on school culture which had components of goal setting, soft skill values, school culture and character education. The soft skills model based on school culture is suitable for use as a learning model in elementary schools. The results of the t test show that t count t table, so that the soft skills model based on school culture is effectively applied in learning.

Environmental education aims to attract people's interest in paying attention toenvironmental functions, how to manage the environment and protect the environment.Developing knowledge about the importance of the environment is the first step in the formationof an environmentally friendly society. Through knowledge and awareness, positive values andattitudes will emerge to make lifestyle adjustments that will reduce the burden on the environment(Ramadhan et al 2019). Sukma & Azrianti (2020) said that character education is very importantto be instilled since students are still in elementary school. The diversity of characters and habitsof students at school who come from different family backgrounds is very influential and can evencause bad things in the character of the child. Several cases state that students' attitudes areinfluenced by the surrounding environment or family environment, in addition, the finding of somestudents who often experience confusion in translating their local language into Indonesian is aform that the environment greatly affects Indonesian language learning (Ikhlasani & Ramadhan2021). Therefore, it is important to develop knowledge about the environment, environmentalawareness and behavior change towards the environment (Ramadhan et al, 2019).

ABSTRAKTujuan lesson study ini (1) mendeskripsikan penerapan lesson study untuk meningkatkan soft skill mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas, (2) peningkatan kemandirian cara belajar mahasiswa baik di luar kelas maupun di dalam kelas, (3) peningkatan proses pembelajaran yang mengakomodasi kepentingan mahasiswa yang bervariasi, (4) Peningkatan iklim belajar yang kondusif bagi mahasiswa dengan cara asah, asih dan asuh, (5) mengungkapkan praktik baik  (best practices) yang dilakukan dosen dan mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung.Lesson study dilaksanakan di Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia pada matakuliah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) mulai 2 Juni 2014-13 Juni 2014. Satu siklus lesson study terdiri atas perencanaan (plan), tindakan (do), dan refleksi (see). Pembelajaran ini dibagi dalam empat siklus. Mahasiswa yang menempuh matakuliah PTK terlibat dalam kegiatan lesson study sebagai subjek pembelajaran. Target akhir dalam pembelajaran ini adalah mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan keterampilannya dalam menyusun proposal PTK.Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) lesson study dilakukan dengan model pembelajaran cooperatif learning untuk meningkatkan soft skill mmahasiswa, (2) kemandirian belajar mahasiswa dapat terlihat dalam sesi diskusi dan ada proses saling asah, asih, dan asuh, (3) mahasiswa lebih bersemangat dan berkonsentrasi dengan adanya pengisian lembar kerja mahasiswa pada setiap proses pembelajaran dan adanya pendekatan khusus dari dosen pengampu mata kuliah, (4) ada proses saling asah, asih, dan asuh dalam proses pembelajaran, (5) ada proses menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran secara bersama-sama oleh tim pengajar, saling memberi koreksi antar kolega, dan proses evaluasi pembelajaran yang melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa. Kata kunci: lesson study, soft skill, PTK. ABSTRACTThe purpose of lesson study is (1) describe the application of lesson study to improve the soft skills of students in the subject of a Class Action Research, (2) increase the independence of the way of student learning well beyond the classroom and in the classroom, (3) improvement of the learning process that accommodates the interests of students varied, (4) Improved climate conducive to student learning by way of sharpening, and foster compassion, (5) reveal good practices (best practices) carried lecturers and students during the learning process.Lesson study conducted in Prodi Language and Literature Indonesia in the course of classroom action research (PTK) from 2 June 2014-13 June 2014. One lesson study cycle consists of planning (plan), action (do) and reflection (see). Learning is divided into four cycles. Students who take a course PTK engage in lesson study as a subject of learning. The final target in this study is the students can improve their skills in preparing proposals PTK.The results achieved are: (1) lesson study conducted by the learning model cooperative learning to improve soft skills mmahasiswa, (2) independence of student learning can be seen in the discussion session and a process of mutual grindstones, compassion, and custody, (3) students more excited and concentrate with the charging worksheets students at all learning process and the particular approach of the lecturer of the course, (4) a process of mutual grindstones, compassionate, and foster the learning process, (5) there is the process of planning the learning jointly by teaching team, giving each correction among colleagues, and learning evaluation process involving faculty and students. Keywords: lesson study, soft skills, Classroom Action Research

Abstract: Young people participation would be runs to the maximum by being given the opportunity and place to be creative carried out as volunteers. The experience and learning process of working both online and offline voluntarily can increase the knowledge, practical skills, and experience of every volunteer. Qualitative research with an ethnographic approach is implemented to find the context and social interactions that occur between volunteers and the environment in which they are active. Opportunities for self-development through acts of sincere and noble service become significant to continue to be developed in the midst of society and become a habituation as a form of strengthening character and character so that character education can continue to be turned on and become a servant for themselves and for people around them.

The Islamiceducation character of elementary school children is very important, as an effort to cultivate the students’ intelligence in thinking, acting and behaving in accordance with the noble values ​​that its’ become the identity, and can be realized in interaction with God, themselves, others and the environment as a manifestation. Schools are a strategic place for appear education character because the children of some circles will be educated at school. In addition, children spend most of their time at school, something they have been gotten in school will be affected the formation of their character. To realize a generation that has a strong character and strong faith and Islam, it is necessary to instill the values ​​of personality to the child. In this case, the role of educator is very important, especially when they were applying the teaching learning process to the students.To instill Islamic character education of elementary school, children need some methods that must be mastered by educators, such as exemplary, habituation, advice, attention (supervision), rewards and punishment. The educators can be given knowledge improvement, and can be internalized the spiritual values ​​to their students by using some methods.

The purpose of this study was to describe the learning system and the teachers' role in embedding the character education values in Elementary School Students. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling. The subject of this study was the students of Bayt Tamyiz Private Elementary School, Indramayu Regency. The data collection techniques in this study used in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data validity techniques in this study were using source triangulation and structure triangulation. The results showed that the learning system implemented by Bayt Tamyiz Private Elementary School integrated through the components development program of the activities designed and adapted to the objectives of the schools. In this component, there was a teacher's role as the executor of the development of the activities program when the learning process was progressing both in the classroom and outside of the classroom so that the values of character education in the students are reflected in daily life. The implication of this study was to provide an overview of the learning system and the teachers' role in schools so that they could embed good character values in students in the learning process both inside and outside the classroom. <p>This article explains the problem of soft skills in elementary school. So far, the orientation of education focused on hard skills while soft skills play a lot on social environment after graduating from school almost untouched at all. This research use descriptive qualitative method with qualitative analysis technique of content (content analysis). The result show that the problem of soft skills in basic education is the competence of the professional profession although it is rich in the concept of general education and Islamic education. But when it is not balanced with the competence of the profession the teacher will have implications on the readiness to deal with the social environment during adulthood.</p>

Education as one of futute investent, it will not mean anything if not accompanied bay contantly upgrading, development, innovation and continuous learning. One effort to archieve that goal is always to find and discover new breakthroughs in the learning process that impact on investment values and cultural character of the nation. Phenomena occuring in the field shows that the learning the art of music perfomed at the elementary school is still limited to memorizing and imitating the singing and showing no signs of learning meaningful and fun. So that the objectives and scope of learning the art of music has not been accommodated and still far from perfection. Based on phenomena mentioned above, we need a breakthrough/innovatioan to overcome these problems, so learning the art of music back to the learning objectives listed and curriculum. One effort that can be done is to enhance learning the art of music education based culture and national character. Learning the art of music which will be full application of the valus to develop personality of students given by integrating the values of culture and national character education into the step of learning the art of innovative music. So, the increase in musical arts education-based learning culture and national character can develop the culture and character of students. Diante da atual realidade vivenciada pela sociedade em face de Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC) e das possibilidades favoráveis que essas oferecem ao processo de ensino aprendizagem, visto alguns documentos como os Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN), que regem a Educação Básica, indicarem as TIC como ferramentas eficazes no processo de ensino aprendizagem, surgiu a problemática de tentar entender porque as tão difundidas TIC não são devidamente utilizadas para fins educacionais, em função da aprendizagem dos alunos como poderiam ser. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi investigar a percepção de professores de Ciências acerca do conhecimento e das possibilidades didáticas das TIC na educação. Nesse contexto, a pesquisa compreende um estudo de caso, em que foi observado o perfil do professor de Ciências do Ensino Fundamental e sua prática docente, os sujeitos foram professores do Ensino Fundamental II de uma escola da rede privada. A coleta de dados foi feita através de entrevistas com questionários abertos, os dados foram tabulados e agrupados em quatro categorias de análise. Essas categorias sugiram a partir da leitura das entrevistas, em que  foi feita uma saturação dos conceitos chave existentes nos depoimentos, de forma que as questões levantadas sugeriam uma forma particular de organização das informações obtidas durante o processo de obtenção dos dados. Observou-se com esta pesquisa que se as TIC forem bem aplicadas podem atribuir uma significância ao processo de ensino aprendizagem, e que contribuem significantemente para a motivação e interesse pela disciplina de Ciências. Palavras-chave: Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação. Novas Metodologias de Ensino. AbstractGiven the current reality experienced by society in the face of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and the favorable possibilities they offer to the teaching-learning process, since some documents such as the National Curricular Parameters (NCP), which rule  the  basic education, indicate ICT as Effective tools in the process of teaching learning, the problem of trying to understand why the widespread ICT are not properly used for educational purposes due to the students' learning as it could be arose. The objective of this research was to investigate the perception of science teachers about the knowledge and didactic possibilities of ICT in education. In this context, the research comprises a case study, where the profile of the elementary school science teacher and his or her  teaching practice were observed, the subjects were elementary school teachers II of a private school . Data collection was done through interviews with open questionnaires, data were tabulated and grouped into four categories of analysis. These categories suggest from the reading of the interviews, where a saturation of the key concepts in the statements was made, so that the questions raised suggested a particular way of organizing the information obtained during the process of obtaining the data. It was observed with this research that if the ICT are well applied they can assign a significance to the process of teaching learning, and that contribute significantly to the motivation and interest for the subject of sciences. Keywords: Information and Communication Technologies. The arrival of foreign cultures due to globalization will be able to fade the culture of local communities if there is no selection process. Selection process can be done if a nation has a strong character foundation The 2013 curriculum as a reference for education in Indonesia has been emphasizing eighteen characters derived from local wisdom that need to be integrated in the teaching and learning process. The current study intended to explore the believe of primary school teachers on integrating Balinese local value called Tri Hita Karana in teaching character education. This study was a survey study followed by 94 elementary school teachers. The results show that elementary school teachers in Buleleng, Bali are aware of the significances of inserting the values of Tri Hita Karana in the learning process, they believe that the Tri Hita Karana concept is very much in accordance with the values of character education, and the integration of Tri Hita Karana values into the teaching and learning process will strengthen the students’ character and national identity.
