Realizing the character building on students is a national education goal. The character education is very important for the students. Therefore, the socialization and enculturation of national character education in schools by using an effective and efficient method are needed. This study aims to understand the process of socialization of character education in elementary school, to find the effective way of socialization models of national character education for students in elementary school through comics, and to determine the impact of socialization models of national character education for students in elementary school through the comic for the character building of students. This research was conducted using qualitative methods (Research & Development). The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results show that the socialization of the nations character education in primary schools is done in several ways; integrated with in the curriculum through the school management, and through extracurricular programs. Those ways do not seem to produce maximum results. Socialization model of the national character of education in the elementary schools through the comic is more effective to apply, because students are more interested in the visualization of interesting and familiar images.Menyadari pembangunan karakter siswa adalah tujuan pendidikan nasional. Pendidikan karakter sangat penting bagi para siswa. Oleh karena itu, sosialisasi dan enkulturasi pendidikan karakter bangsa di sekolah-sekolah dengan menggunakan metode yang efektif dan efisien diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses sosialisasi pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar, untuk menemukan cara yang efektif untuk model sosialisasi pendidikan karakter bangsa bagi siswa di sekolah dasar melalui komik, dan untuk menentukan dampak dari model sosialisasi pendidikan karakter bangsa bagi siswa di sekolah dasar melalui komik untuk membangun karakter siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif (Research & Development). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi pendidikan karakter bangsa di sekolah dasar ini dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, terintegrasi dengan subjek termasuk, melalui manajemen sekolah, dan melalui program ekstrakurikuler. Mereka cara tampaknya tidak menghasilkan hasil yang maksimal. Model Sosialisasi karakter nasional pendidikan di sekolah dasar melalui komik lebih efektif untuk diterapkan, karena siswa lebih tertarik pada visualisasi gambar yang menarik dan akrab.

Abstract. The formation of character is one of the national education goals. Article 1 of the 2003 Education Law states that among the objectives of national education is to develop the potential of learners to have intelligence, personality and noble character. Currently karakterbangsa strengthening of the strategic priorities of national education progra, given the state of the nation must be returned to the characterization of identity bangsa.Berbagai efforts should be made to build character education, including through modeling (modeling) characters through 3D animations Fim impressions. The strength of this medium is its appeal capable mengypnosis children so charges can be internalized character education in children. The purpose of this research is to "develop Animation 3D Virtual Reality for Education Character in elementary school," This study uses the Research & Development (R & D) through the stages: (1) analysis of the needs of the Media, (2) Media Development, (3) Validation and Product dissemination. Subjects were students of primary schools, with three locations in West Java (Bandung, Cimahi, Bandung regency). The results of this study indicate that the model is designed with ABC animation (animation character building) a positive impact on habituation as a first step to the formation of character in elementary students.Keywords: Character Education, Film 3D AnimationAbstrak. Saat ini penguatan terhadap karakter bangsa menjadi prioritas program strategis pendidikan nasional, mengingat kondisi bangsa harus dikembalikan pada karakterisasi jati diri bangsa. Berbagai upaya perlu dilakukan untuk membangun pendidikan karakter, diantaranya melalui pemodelan (modeling) karakter melalui tayangan Fim Animasi 3D. Kekuatan media ini adalah daya tariknya yang mampu menghipnosis anak sehingga muatan-muatan pendidikan karakter dapat diinternalisasi pada diri anak. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah “mengembangkan Film Animasi 3D untuk Pendidikan Karater di Sekolah Dasar”, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research & Development (R&D) melalui tahapan : (1) Analisis kebutuhan Media, (2) Pengembangan Media , (3) Validasi dan Diseminasi Produk. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa SD, dengan lokasi di tiga wilayah Jawa Barat (Cimahi, Kabupaten Bandung Barat dan Cianjur). Education system constitutes an important stage in growing, developing, and strengthening the character of younger generation. This means that the objectives of education at the institutional level (school) can be a representation of the goals of national education that covers character education. The study aimed to describe the implementation of the curriculum of local Islamic content through curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular programs at SMP (Sekolah Menengah Pertama/junior high school) Al-Amanah Cileunyi to shape the character of students in accordance with Islamic morals. This study applied a naturalistic qualitative approach. The approach is used due to the problems that are currently occurring naturally at the present time, namely student character education at SMP Al-Amanah Cileunyi. The research finding showed that  SMP Al-Amanah Cileunyi has a local Islamic content curriculum, both as a subject matter and an extra-curricular activity, Islamic local content that applies at SMP Al-Amanah Cileunyi featuring character values that are originated from the Islamic teachings, and eighteen national character values as determined by the government, and the implementation of Islamic local content is through the activities of self-development, habituation, extra-curricular, exemplary, and the integration of character education within learning process. However, there are some problems encountered in its implementation, among others due to inconsistent attitudes of school community and the gap between character education programs and their implementation. The result of character education through the implementation of Islamic local content is shown by the qualitative scores in the report book, and the increasing trust of parents and the community to SMP Al-Amanah Cileunyi.

The importance of character education seems to have been recognized by the government. As an expression comes from the founding father of the nation that the battle will be more severe because the opponent is no longer come from the outside but from the inside, then through character education is proclaimed in the curriculum, especially in curriculum 2013, an obvious emphasis on the spiritual and social through their first core competencies and second core competencies that must exist in all subjects in school. This study is a qualitative descriptive study with triangulation, using data collection techniques, namely questionnaire, observation and interview. Research will be conducted in an elementary school using Curriculum 2013 in the District Kamal, there are five primary schools in Kamal those are SDN Banyuajuh 2, SDN Banyuajuh 3, SDN Banyuajuh 6, SDN Kamal 1, SDN Gili Anyar. The results of this study are expected to examine more deeper in the development of character-building nation, ie characters that contain values of Pancasila as education that contains the values of Pancasila with the essence of Pancasila as the outlook of the nation is a prime shield for the challenges and threats as forming the national character that is unique and distinctive that became distinguishing element between one nation by another nation.

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pesan moral yang disampaikan oleh film serial pendidikan karakter Laskar Anak Bawang (LAB) pada episode “Tahu Sama Tempe” dan “Pak Kumal”. Film ini diproduksi oleh Pustekkom Depdiknas dan disiarkan oleh stasiun TVRI pada tanggal 6 dan 11 September 2000. Tahu Sama Tempe mewakili film-film serial pendidikan karakter yang berisikan wawasan keilmuan, sedangkan Pak Kumal mewakili film pendidikan karakter yang berisikan akhlak mulia. Penentuan sampel dilaksanakan secara randon (acak). Hasil randomisasi terpilih 10 lokasi yaitu Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Samarinda, Makassar, Mataram dan Kupang. Tiap kota yang terpilih; secara acak diambil 10 Sekolah Dasar (SD) yang mewakili SD di dalam kota dan yang di pinggiran kota; SD yang berstatus negeri dan SD yang berstatus swasta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum film dapat menyampaikan pesan moral secara efektif kepada siswa. Seluruh pesan moral yang ada di dalam episode Tahu Sama Tempe dapat mempengaruhi siswa secara efektif. Sedangkan pesan moral yang terkandung dalam episode Pak Kumal ada yang berpengaruh efektif tetapi ada juga yang tidak. Pesan moral yang berpengaruh efektif adalah: ‘Jangan main hakim sendiri’, ‘Kederwawanan’ dan ‘Kesediaan untuk meminta maaf’. Sedangkan yang tidak adalah ‘Jangan menilai orang dari penampakan luarnya’, dan ‘Motivasi membantu orang lain’. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut disampaikan saran (1) agar Pustekkom menggandeng berbagai pihak yang berkepentingan untuk terus mengembangkan film-film serial televisi yang bermuatan pendidikan karakter, (2) film-film pendidikan karakter yang dikembangkan hendaknya berisikan wawasan keilmuan, wawasan kebangsaan dan akhlak mulia, (3) film-film pendidikan karakter yang telah diproduksi disamping disiarkan melalui stasiun televisi hendaknya juga di upload ke dunia maya seperti youtube, Jardiknas/e-dukasi.net, dan (4) penelitian serupa hendaknya dilaksanakan lagi dengan sasaran para siswa yang tinggal di daerah pedesaan dan daerah terpencil. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan karakter, Pesan moral, Film serial televisi, film lascar anak bawangAbstract: This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of moral massage delivered by Laskar Anak Bawang (LAB), a character building serial, in the episode of “Tahu Sama Tempe” and “Pak Kumal”. This film was produced by Pustekkom, Ministry of National Education and broadcast by TVRI on 6th and 11th of September, 2000. Tahu sama Tempe represented character building serial films containing scientific horizon, while Pak Kumal represented character building film containing noble character. Samples were taken randomly. The randomization resulted 10 locations which were Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Samarinda, Makassar, Mataram and Kupang. In each selected town 10 elementary schools were randomly selected. They represented urban elementary schools and suburban ones, public schools and private schools. The result of research showed that in general a film could deliver moral message effectively. All moral messages delivered within Tahu Sama Tempe episode could influence children effectively. While moral massages in Pak Kumal episode could not entirely influence, some of them could influence children effectively, while other messages could not. Ones that effectively influenced children were the following messages: not to act vigilante, generosity, and willing to apologized While other ones that did not influence effectively were: not to judge a book from the cover and motivation to help others. Base on the result, the following recommendations should be considered, they are: 1) Pustekkom should invite stakeholders to continue developing television serial film contains character education, 2) The character building films that will be developed should containscientific horizon, nationality, and noble character, 3) The character building films that had been developed should be uploaded to cyber world (e.g. youtube, Jardiknas/e-dukasi.net) as well as broadcast through television station, and 4) The similar research should be conducted again with students in rural area as the target. Today, the attitudes and behavior of Indonesian students are declining. Schools as a component of character building have an important task in inculcating morals, ethical values, noble character, and strong and tough characters. This study was conducted to analyze the implementation of character education in Indonesia. The qualitative research using an ethnographic approach was used in this study on the implementation of character education in elementary schools. A total of 115 participants were interviewed at the school, including principals, teachers, extracurricular coaches, parents, and students. Observation, interviews, and documentation were used as the research instrument. From the results of this study, it was found that character education was very much needed in learning. The character education that was implemented in the elementary school sample includes religion; discipline; responsibility; leadership; tolerance; cooperation; love cleanliness; neatness; courtesy; perseverance; bravery; self-confidence; economical; independence; honesty; acceptance diversity; nationalism; Justice; creativity; and reward achievement. This study also described the character education strategies applied in elementary schools, namely, exemplary; habituation; school climate conditioning; integration in learning across all subjects; and integration through extracurricular activities.   Received: 2 September 2021 / Accepted: 30 October 2021 / Published: 3 January 2022

This study aims to determine how the management of madrasah principals in fostering religious character education in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative method. The principal of State Islamic Elementary School 1 in Dusun Curup, Rejang Lebong Regency is the main sample in this study, the data collection technique uses the interview method, observation and documentation, the data analysis of the research results uses the reduction technique, triangulation and the conclusion of the research data. Based on this research, it is concluded that the management of the head of State Islamic Elementary School in fostering religious character education in the digital era by leading to the psychological side of students which has implications for behavior, character building in children is carried out in order to create students who have good knowledge and behavior. The character of State Islamic Elementary School students has values that come from Pancasila, religion, culture, and national education goals, namely honest, tolerance, religious, discipline, cooperation, creative, democracy, independence, national spirit, curiosity, love for the country, friendly, communicative, respect for achievement, love peace, care for the environment, love to read, care about socially, and have responsibility. Students' religiosity is shown by obedient attitude or behavior in carrying out the religious teachings that have been adhered to, being tolerant of the implementation of religious worship and living in harmony with followers of other religions. The results showed that the management of the head of State Islamic Elementary School in fostering religious character education had gone well by planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating it very well. Information technology helps facilitate all human activities, information retrieval, convey information and literacy about the addition of knowledge in learning by utilizing technology, so that students can learn by making maximum use of learning resources.

Abstrak:Penelitian yang berjudul Ujicoba Pendidikan Budi Pekerti Melalui Televisi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh efektivitas pesan moral yang disampaikan oleh film serial pendidikan karakter Laskar Anak Bawang (LAB) khususnya pada episode “Pistol dan Bulan” dan “Sepeda Butut”. Film ini diproduksi oleh Pustekkom Depdiknas dan disiarkan oleh stasiun TVRI pada tanggal 5 dan 12 September 2000. Kedua jenis film tersebut berisikan pesan moral agar anak menjadi orang yang berakhlak mulia. Penentuan sampel dilaksanakan secara random (acak). Hasil randomisasi terpilih 10 lokasi yaitu Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Samarinda, Makassar, Mataram dan Kupang. Tiap kota yang terpilih; secara acak diambil 10 Sekolah Dasar (SD) yang mewakili SD di dalam kota dan yang di pinggiran kota; SD yang berstatus negeri dan SD yang berstatus swasta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum film dapat menyampaikan pesan moral secara efektif kepada siswa. Seluruh pesan moral yang ada di dalam episode Pistol dan Bulan dapat mempengaruhi siswa secara efektif. Pesan moral yang berpengaruh efektif adalah:kesabaran, kerjasama kelompok, sportivitas dan solidaritas. Sedangkan yang tidak adalah pesan tentang perbedaan status sosial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut disampaikan saran (1) agar Pustekkom menggandeng semua pihak yang berkepentingan dengan masalah pendidikan budi pekerti untuk terus mengembangkan film-film serial televisi yang bermuatan pendidikan budi pekerti, (2) Berhubung pendidikan budi pekerti merupakan bagian yang terpisahkan dari pendidikan karakter, maka perlu dikembangkan film sejenis yang berisikan pesan tentang wawasan kebangsaan (3) film-film pendidikan budi pekerti yang telah diproduksi disamping disiarkan melalui stasiun televisi hendaknya juga di upload ke dunia maya seperti youtube dan Jardiknas/e-dukasi.net, dan (4) penelitian serupa hendaknya dilaksanakan lagi dengan sasaran para siswa yang tinggal di daerah pedesaan dan daerah terpencil.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Budi Pekerti, Akhlak Mulia, Moral , Film serial Laskar Anak BawangAbstract:The study entitled Trial of Moral Education Through Television aimed to determine the effectiveness of the moral message conveyed by the movie series of “Laskar Anak Bawang” (LAB), particularly in the episode of “Pistol dan Bulan” and “Sepeda Butut”. The movie series was produced by the Center of information and communication technology for education Ministry of National Education and broadcast by TVRI station on 5 and 12 September 2000. Both episodes contained moral messages for a child to be a noble person in the future. The samples gained by random sampling technique. The random sampling technique resulted 10 location which were Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Samarinda, Makassar, Mataram and Kupang. In each city, ten primary schools represented urban and suburban schools, public and private schools were choosen. The result of the study showed that generally a film could convey moral messages effectively to students. All moral messages in the Pistol dan Bulan episode could influence students effectively. Some of those in Sepeda Butut episode could influence students effectively while the others could not. The moral messages that influenced effectively were: patience, teamwork, sportsmanship and solidarity. While the moral message that did not influence effectively was about the social status difference. Based on the results some suggestions are offered as follow: 1) Pustekkom should invite all parties that concern with the issue of character education to develop character building television series; 2) Pustekkom should develop a television series that conveys the concept of nationality; 3) All the character education films should also be uploaded to virtual world, e.g. via youtube and Jardiknas/e-dukasi.net; and 4) Such study should be held again with the target of students living in rural or remote area.Keywords: Character education, noble, moral, Laskar Anak Bawang TV series.

National Education in Indonesia is still covered with a variety of issues. One of them is the moral degradation among students. Although since 2010 has imposed an integrated character education in schools, but these conditions indicate the character education has not been done properly. This was especially the case in elementary school. Because at this level attitude formation is a major concern compared to the cognitive and psychomotor. The learning process is integrated with learning characters of various subjects in primary schools should be done not just in a state of conscious mind (conscious mind), but it is more empowered is to condition the subconscious mind when active. To that end, the character of the learning process must be carried out under conditions that do with relaxation hypnosis, mind focus and the alpha state, the subconscious communication, reps, make braided rapport with learners, the information conveyed in the imprint, the message is delivered in a condition of intense emotions, affirmation and visualization. With such a mechanism learners belief system can be programmed or reprogrammed as expected character. Through this belief system changes can be found changes in the character of learners effectively and relatively fixed.

This study is about a model of civilizing anti-corruption values in the implementation of programs to strengthen character education in public elementary schools in the district. Gorontalo. The main target of this research is to design a model of the civilization of anti-corruption values in the implementation of character education strengthening programs that can produce products in the form of books to guide educators, parents and the public, especially in Gorontalo district in implementing anti-corruption values which lead to the creation of anti-corruption characters. This research applies the research and development approach. This research also answers specific questions of practical problems through "applied research" to improve educational practices. The study, conducted in January to July 2019, began with collecting initial information through observations in public elementary schools in Gorontalo district, and from various other sources such as the education office, principals, educators, students, parents, and the community. The implementation of the research through stages, preparation begins with the initial observation of the implementation of strengthening character education in schools, collecting data, interviewing analyzing data, reviewing and verifying data, preparing reports, and publicizing. This research uses a data triangulation technique that is combining 3 data collection techniques (observation, interview, and documentation) data analysis carried out during the process in the field together with data collection.

Smartphones and Mobile App are drawing closer to an acceptable learning tool, especially related to history that are viewed as a tool which control the present and build the future, and the study of history is the practical application of the Qur'an and the Sunnah, in which the stories of the sermon are frequently repeated. This paper we aim to add more entertainment and creative ways to teach history by using Augmented Reality in teaching process that will help both student to more interact and visualize the historical stories, and teachers by providing them a more helpful tool in teaching process at classrooms, through our goal we will rely on the 2030 vision by implementing the goal of” National Character Enrichment” vision program.
