Penelitian ini menjelaskan manajemen strategik (formulasi, implementasi serta evaluasi strategi) pada Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Darussyifa Al-fitroh dalam rangka menyiapkan kader da’i yang berkualitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keputusan strategi Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Darussyifa Al-fitroh adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif yang diformulasikan dalam strategi utama berupa pertumbuhan terkonsentrasi, berdasarkan analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternalnya, juga implementasi yang terkoordinir, baik dalam (struktural, kepemimpinan maupun budaya), disertai program, anggaran dan prosedur pelaksanaan yang jelas. Serta tingkat evaluasi strategi yang intensif sehingga inovasi dan pengendalian strategi selalu sesuai dengan tuntutan dan perubahan zaman. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen strategik pada Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Darussyifa Al-fitroh telah di jalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan yang signifikan dalam upaya menyiapkan kader da’i berkualitas.   This study explains strategic management (the formulation, implementation and evaluation of strategies) at Darussyifa Al-fitroh Integrated Islamic Boarding School in order to prepare qualified da'i cadres. The method used in this research is descriptive method, data collection is done using observation techniques, documentation studies and interviews. This study found that the strategic decision of Darussyifa Al-fitroh Integrated Islamic Boarding School was to support aggressive growth policies formulated in the main strategy of concentrated growth, based on internal and external environmental analysis, as well as coordinated implementation, both in (structural, leadership and cultural), accompanied by clear programs, budgets and implementation procedures. As well as an intensive level of strategy evaluation so that innovation and strategy control are always in accordance with the demands and changing times. So it can be concluded that strategic management at Darussyifa Al-fitroh Integrated Islamic Boarding School has been run well and shows significant success in the effort to prepare qualified da'i cadres.

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian di Pondok Pesantren Al-fatah adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pondok pesantren dalam meningkatkan kompetensi program tahfidzul qur’an yang di dalamnya meliputi formulasi strategi, implementasi  strategi dan evaluasi strategi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, sehingga penulis hanya menggambarkan apa adanya secara sistematis. pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan   di Pondok Pesantren Al-falah Ciuluk ini memiliki formulasi dengan mengembangkan misi, melakukan analisa terhadap lingkungan internal berupa kelemahan yang dimiliki oleh pesantren dan lingkungan eksternal berupa peluang serta ancaman yang dihadapi. Implementasi yang dilakukan dalam penerapan program tahfidzul Qur’an ini  menerapkan implementasi yang sesuai dengan budaya lembaga, budaya ini merupakan kebiasaan, identitas dan ciri khas  lembaga. Evaluasi yang dilakukan pun sifatnya terjadwal mulai dari evaluasi harian, mingguan dan tahunan di mana evaluasi ini dilakukan oleh internal penggurus, baik tim pengelola, pembina dan  para guru dengan harapan agar pondok  pesantren Al-Fatah dapat berkembang dan tumbuh lebih baik lagi. Kata Kunci : Pondok Pesantren; Kompetensi Tahfidzul Qur’an ABSTRACT A The purpose of research at Al-fatah Islamic Boarding School is to find out the strategy of Islamic boarding schools in improving the competence of the tahfidzul quran program which includes strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation. The research method used is descriptive method, so the writer only describes it systematically. Data collection was carried out, namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. From the results of research conducted at Al-Falah Ciuluk Islamic Boarding School, it has a formulation by developing a mission, analyzing the internal environment in the form of weaknesses owned by the pesantren and the external environment in the form of opportunities and threats faced. The implementation carried out in the application of the program tahfidzul Qur’an implements an implementation that is in accordance with the culture of the institution, this culture is the habits, identities and characteristics of the institution. The evaluation that was carried out was scheduled, starting from the daily, weekly and annual evaluations where the evaluation was carried out by the internal management, both the management team, the coaches and the teachers in the hope that the Al-Fatah Islamic boarding school could develop and grow even better. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen strategik yang terdiri dari formulasi, implementasi serta evaluasi strategi Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah dalam rangka mencetak kader da’i multi bahasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Manajemen Strategik Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah terdiri dari 3 unsur: Pertama, formulasi dilakukan dengan membuat berbagai program kegiatan yang mendukung dalam mencetak kader da’i multi bahasa. Kedua, implementasi berupa pelaksanaan berbagai program disertai prosedur program yang telah ditentukan, serta adanya pembentukan dan pelaksanaan organisasi santri untuk membantu merealisasikan setiap program kegiatan. Ketiga, evaluasi yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren dalam mencetak kader da’i multi bahasa yaitu dengan melakukan berbagai penilaian, seperti penilaian tertulis melalui berbagai ujian tulis, serta  penilaian secara lisan mengenai kebahasaan. This paper aims to analyze strategic management which consists of the formulation, implementation and evaluation of strategies in Al-Ihsan Baleendah Islamic Boarding School in order to produce multi-language cadres. The method used in the research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by using observation techniques, documentation studies, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the Strategic Management of Al-Ihsan Baleendah Modern Islamic Boarding School consists of 3 elements: First, the formulation is carried out by making various program activities that support the printing of multi-language cadres. Second, implementation in the form of implementing various programs accompanied by program procedures that have been determined, as well as the establishment and implementation of santri organizations to help realize each activity program. Third, the evaluation conducted by Pondok Pesantren in printing multi-language cadres is by conducting various assessments, such as written assessments through various written examinations, and verbally evaluating linguistics.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen strategi di LAZISMU Jawa Barat, khususnya dalam mengelola dana zakat. Penelitian ini bertolak dari pemikiran Riva’i dalam Eddy Yunus bahwa manajemen strategi yang terdiri dari tiga proses yaitu: (1) Perumusan strategi, (2) Penerapan strategi, (3) Evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan temuan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen strategi di LAZISMU Jawa Barat terdiri dari tiga proses: Pertama, perumusan strategi yang meliputi perumusan visi dan misi, analisis lingkungan, menentukan tujuan dan sasaran serta berakhir dengan penentuan strategi. Kedua, penerapan strategi yang meliputi pengorganisasian, sinergi fungsional yang mengatur pelaksanaan program, dan prosedur program pengelolaan dana zakat mulai dari pengumpulan, pendistribusian serta pendayagunaan zakat produktif. Ketiga, evaluasi strategi dari proses perumusan dan penerapan strategi. This study aims to determine how strategic management in LAZISMU West Java, especially in managing zakat funds. This research is based on Riva'i's thought in Yunus that strategic management consists of three processes, namely: (1) strategy formulation, (2) strategy implementation, (3) evaluation. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques by observation and interviews. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that strategic management in LAZISMU West Java consists of three processes: First, the formulation of a strategy which includes the formulation of a vision and mission, environmental analysis, determining goals and objectives and ending with determining the strategy. Second, the implementation of strategies that include organizing, functional synergy that regulates program implementation, and program procedures for zakat fund management starting from the collection, distribution and utilization of productive zakat. Third, evaluation of strategies from the process of strategy formulation and implementation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan kejelasan tentang formulasi strategi, implementasi strategi, dan evaluasi serta pengendalian strategi pada Pondok Pesantren Al-Masthuriyah dalam upaya membentuk santri yang berkarakter. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatana kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sehingga data dapat terkumpul dan dianalisis dengan baik. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa manajemen strategik Pondok Pesantren Al-Masthuriyah telah diterapkan sesuai dengan tahap-tahap manajemen strategik, yaitu formulasi strategi yang didasarkan pada hasil analisis SWOT, kemudian dituangkan dalam keputusan strategi-strategi yang menjadi nilai jual inti pondok pesantren. Implementasi strategi telah berjalan dengan baik, yaitu dengan melaksanakan program-program yang tersusun, serta penerapan tata tertib santri. Evaluasi dan pengendalian strategi dilkaukan secara terus menerus oleh pimpinan, pengurus, dan karyawan dengan agenda dan jenis rapat yang berbeda. Akhirnya dari seluruh tahapan manajemen strategik yang telah ditetapkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen strategik pada Pondok Pesantren Al-Masturiyah telah dijalankan dengan baik dan menunjukan keberhasilan yang cukup signifikan dalam upaya membentuk santri yang bekarakter. This study aims to find clarity about strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and evaluation and strategy control at Al-Masthuriyah Islamic Boarding School in an effort to form santri with character. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation techniques so that the data can be collected and analyzed properly. This study found that the strategic management of Al-Masthuriyah Islamic Boarding School has been applied in accordance with the stages of strategic management, namely the formulation of strategies based on the results of the SWOT analysis, then poured into decisions on strategies that are the core selling points of Islamic boarding schools. The implementation of the strategy has been going well, namely by implementing structured programs, as well as the application of the santri code of conduct. Strategy evaluation and control are carried out continuously by leaders, management and employees with different agendas and types of meetings. Finally, from all the stages of strategic management that have been determined, it can be concluded that the strategic management at Al-Masturiyah Islamic Boarding School has been carried out well and has shown significant success in the effort to form students with character.

The objective of the study was to analyze the role of islamic boarding school in preventing radicalism in Rejang Lebong regency. The study used qualitative approach with descriptive method. The data collection was done though interview, documentation and observation. The result showed that in playing the role, islamic boarding school recently became the target of people's distrust: this was the place of radicalism and terrorism. According to the analysis, there was no school found as the place of radicalism and terrorism. Some schools even actively prevent radicalism and terrorism effectively. In conclusion, the role of islamic boarding schools in Rejang Lebong to prevent radicalism and terrorism through the tight control was effective. Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses manajemen yang dilakukan oleh Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq meliputi kegiatan bagaimana perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan  yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, adapun teknik pegumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq dalam membentuk santri yang berjiwa entrepreneur dalam menerapkan pola manajemen sudah cukup berhasil melalui perencanan yang  meliputi konsep dan strategi yang matang, memiliki patokan sasaran yang ingin dicapai, serta jelasnya garapan dan program kegiatan santri yang akan dilaksanakan. Pengorganisasian yang dilakuan meliputi pembagian kerja pengurus dan pembagian tugas ke dalam sebuah struktural, serta penempatan kerja sesuai keahlian yang dimiliki santri. Pengarahan yang di lakuan meliputi kegiatan pengajian malam selasa, tausiyah subuh pada hari Selasa, kegiatan pelatihan, dan ada juga terdapat pada slogan dan pepatah-pepatah yang di keluarkan oleh Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaq. Pengawasan yang dilakuan meliputi kegiatan pemantauan langsung ke lapangan yang di lakukan pemimpin atau pengurus pesantren, pantauan tidak langsung melalui kegiatan rapat evaluasi, serta adanya tolak ukur dan faktor pendukung keberhasilan berupa faktor fisik dan non fisik sehingga tercapailah tujuan pondok pesantren yang telah direncanakan sebelumnya. This study is to determine the management process carried out by the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School which includes the activities of planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring carried out by Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques used were interview observation and documentation study techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School in forming students with entrepreneurial spirit in implementing management patterns has been quite successful through planning which includes mature concepts and strategies, has a target benchmark to be achieved, as well as a clear plan and program of activities for the students to be. implemented. The organization that is carried out includes the division of work for the management and the division of tasks into a structural, as well as job placement according to the expertise of the students. The briefing includes recitation activities on Tuesday night, dawn tausiyah on Tuesday, training activities, and there are also slogans and proverbs issued by the leadership of the Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School. The supervision carried out includes direct monitoring activities in the field carried out by the leaders or administrators of the pesantren, indirect monitoring through evaluation meeting activities, as well as the existence of benchmarks and success supporting factors in the form of physical and non-physical factors so that the goals of the pesantren that have been planned before are achieved.

This study aims to determine the physical fitness condition of students in the Darul Huda Mayak Islamic boarding school, Ponorogo. This research uses descriptive method with survey research. The selected sample was 150 students with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) instrument. Analysis of the data used is in the form of descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate: the 50m run value in the Excellent category is 62.67% with frequency of 94 students. The hanging up value in the Less category is 20.67% with frequency of 31 students. The Sit up value in the Moderate category is 36.67% with frequency of 55 students. The vertical jump value in the Less category is 62.00% with frequency of 93 students. The 1000 m run value in the Less category is 53.33% with frequency of 80 students. The TKJI score in the Medium category is 67.33% with frequency of 101 students.

Masalah penelitian ini untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan yang digunakan pondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri, karena banyaknya pesantren yang telah lama berkembang namun pondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dengan lingkungan yang sederhana dan fasilitas yang minim dapat menghasilkan santri-santri yang pandai dalam meningkatkatkan kreatifitas sehingga dapat meraih berbagai prestasi dan memiliki berbagai keahlian sehingga menjadi kebanggaan bagi pondok pesantren dan juga bagi keluarganya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kemampuan pengelola pondok dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri serta untuk mengetahui motivasi dan program yang ada dipondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, karena tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dan memberikan penjelasan tentang strategi pengembangan dipondok Al-Mu’awanah dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas santri. Langkah yang ditempuh dalam penelitian yaitu menentukan lokasi penelitian, metode penelitian, jenis data, sumber data, teknik pengumpulan data dan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengelola pondok Al-Mu’awanah mampu meningkatkan kreatifitas santrinya sehingga sebagian besar santri dapat mengikuti berbagai program dipondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah dengan baik dan lancar dan menciptakan berbagai kreatifitas santri sehinga santri mendapat penghargaan dari pondok dan kebanggaan bagi keluarganya. Serta dengan motivasi yang diberikan pengelola pondok baik dengan memberikan reward, hukuman terhadap santri yang melanggar, menyelenggarakan fasilitas pondok dan menyelenggarakan berbagai program kegiatan pondok sehingga mampu meningkatkan kreatifitas santri dipondok pesantren Al-Mu’awanah. The problem of this research is to analyze the development strategies used by Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding schools in increasing the creativity of santri, because there are many pesantren that have long been developing but Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding schools with simple environments and minimal facilities but can produce santri who are clever in increasing creativity so they can achieve various achievements and have various skills so that it becomes a pride for Islamic boarding schools and also for their families. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of cottage management in increasing the creativity of santri and to find out the motivations and programs available at the boarding of Al-Mu'awanah Islamic boarding school in increasing the creativity of santri. The method used in this study is descriptive method, because the purpose of this study is to describe, and provide an explanation of the development strategy in Al-Mu'awanah in increasing students' creativity. The steps taken in the research are determining the location of research, research methods, data types, data sources, data collection techniques, and finally analyzing. The results of this study indicate that the manager of Al-Mu'awanah cottage is able to increase the creativity of his santri so that most santri can take part in various programs at the Al-Mu'awanah boarding school smoothly and create a variety of santri creations so that the santri gets appreciation from the hut and pride for his family . As well as the motivation given by the management of the lodge both by giving rewards, punishing the violating santri, holding cottage facilities and holding various cottage activities programs so as to increase the creativity of santri boarded by Al-Mu’awanah Islamic boarding schools.

Tujuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan kepemimpinan, implementasi  kepemimpinan K.H. Adang Kamaludin dalam mewujudkan dan mengelola santri yang berkualitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data obsevasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan K.H. Adang Kamaludin memberikan ilmu tatacara berternak, bertani dan kemampuan cara membangun bangunan masjid /rumah dengan alasan karena santri yang mondok tidak semuanya menjadi ustad/ kiai tapi akan juga yang menjadi masyarakat biasa namun keluaran dari pondok pesantren Al-Ikhlas Manarul Huda harus menjadi masyarakat yang mempunyai bakat dan kemampuannya sehingga menjadi masyarakat yang atau santri yang mandiri.  The purpose of this study to know the leadership and the implementation of leadership K.H. Adang Kamaludin in creating and managing qualified students. The method used in this research is a descriptive method. Data collection techniques, interviews, and documents. Researchers can describe and provide a result of research in a systematic, factural, and meticulous Based on the results of this study showed that leadership K.H. Adang Kamaludin give knowledge of ritual method of farming, farming and ability to build mosque / house with reason because santri mondok not all become ustad / kiai but will also become ordinary society but output from boarding school Al-Ikhlas Manarul Huda must become society having talents and abilities so as to become an independent society or santri. This research is based on seeing the success of some students of Al-Ittifaq Pesantren who become entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the entrepreneur character of entrepreneurship interests of boarding school students al-ittifaq Ciwidey Bandung. With the rationale based on the theory proposed by William D. Bygrave, Suryana, Theo Suhardi and Slameto which suggests that in general the factors that affect one's entrepreneurial interest is the factor of personality (from within oneself). So from this theory researchers used entrepreneur character variables as an independent variable and entrepreneurship interest as a dependent variable. The research method used in this research is descriptive method verifikatif, through survey with data collection techniques using questionnaire and observation. The samples taken were 10% of the total population using the Slovin formula. The results of this study conclude that there is a positive but not significant influence between entrepreneur character variables on entrepreneur interest. Where the amount of influence that is equal to 0.39%. There is a positive influence on this variable, in line with the theory proposed by Suryana which reveals that one of the factors that influence one's entrepreneur interest is personal factor (character / character).
