This research is based on seeing the success of some students of Al-Ittifaq Pesantren who become entrepreneurs. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the entrepreneur character of entrepreneurship interests of boarding school students al-ittifaq Ciwidey Bandung. With the rationale based on the theory proposed by William D. Bygrave, Suryana, Theo Suhardi and Slameto which suggests that in general the factors that affect one's entrepreneurial interest is the factor of personality (from within oneself). So from this theory researchers used entrepreneur character variables as an independent variable and entrepreneurship interest as a dependent variable. The research method used in this research is descriptive method verifikatif, through survey with data collection techniques using questionnaire and observation. The samples taken were 10% of the total population using the Slovin formula. The results of this study conclude that there is a positive but not significant influence between entrepreneur character variables on entrepreneur interest. Where the amount of influence that is equal to 0.39%. There is a positive influence on this variable, in line with the theory proposed by Suryana which reveals that one of the factors that influence one's entrepreneur interest is personal factor (character / character).

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian di Pondok Pesantren Al-fatah adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pondok pesantren dalam meningkatkan kompetensi program tahfidzul qur’an yang di dalamnya meliputi formulasi strategi, implementasi  strategi dan evaluasi strategi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, sehingga penulis hanya menggambarkan apa adanya secara sistematis. pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan   di Pondok Pesantren Al-falah Ciuluk ini memiliki formulasi dengan mengembangkan misi, melakukan analisa terhadap lingkungan internal berupa kelemahan yang dimiliki oleh pesantren dan lingkungan eksternal berupa peluang serta ancaman yang dihadapi. Implementasi yang dilakukan dalam penerapan program tahfidzul Qur’an ini  menerapkan implementasi yang sesuai dengan budaya lembaga, budaya ini merupakan kebiasaan, identitas dan ciri khas  lembaga. Evaluasi yang dilakukan pun sifatnya terjadwal mulai dari evaluasi harian, mingguan dan tahunan di mana evaluasi ini dilakukan oleh internal penggurus, baik tim pengelola, pembina dan  para guru dengan harapan agar pondok  pesantren Al-Fatah dapat berkembang dan tumbuh lebih baik lagi. Kata Kunci : Pondok Pesantren; Kompetensi Tahfidzul Qur’an ABSTRACT A The purpose of research at Al-fatah Islamic Boarding School is to find out the strategy of Islamic boarding schools in improving the competence of the tahfidzul quran program which includes strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation. The research method used is descriptive method, so the writer only describes it systematically. Data collection was carried out, namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. From the results of research conducted at Al-Falah Ciuluk Islamic Boarding School, it has a formulation by developing a mission, analyzing the internal environment in the form of weaknesses owned by the pesantren and the external environment in the form of opportunities and threats faced. The implementation carried out in the application of the program tahfidzul Qur’an implements an implementation that is in accordance with the culture of the institution, this culture is the habits, identities and characteristics of the institution. The evaluation that was carried out was scheduled, starting from the daily, weekly and annual evaluations where the evaluation was carried out by the internal management, both the management team, the coaches and the teachers in the hope that the Al-Fatah Islamic boarding school could develop and grow even better. AbstractJavanese language as a regional language along with the development era is starting to be forgotten. Various attempts to maintain language are carried out as a preservation effort so that Javanese language is not extinct. This study describes the problem of Javanese language retention in Durrotu Ahlissunnah Waljamaah Islamic Boarding School students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research data source of speech by students of Islamic Boarding School Durrotu Ahlissunnah Waljamaah. The data used is a fragment of the speech of students of the Islamic Boarding School Durrotu Ahlissunnah Waljamaah. Data collection techniques using record techniques and note taking techniques. The results of the analysis can be concluded: (1) Javanese language retention Santri Islamic Boarding School Durrotu Ahlissunnah Waljamaah consists of two forms, namely (a) a form of active detention that is the use of Javanese as a whole in which no other languages are mixed, and (2) a form of passive retention that is a form of language retention characterized by the use of Javanese but containing one foreign language element or the use of other languages but there is Javanese in it.Keywords: language retention, boarding school.

Kegiatan dakwah ialah suatu aktivitas yang mendorong umat manusia untuk memperkuat keyakinannya kepada Allah SWT dan agar umat yang belum memeluk ajaran Islam juga dapat memeluk ajaran agama Islam dengan menggunakan cara yang bijaksana melalui materi ajaran syariat Islam, supaya mereka mendapatkan kebahagiaan di dunia dan di akhirat. Pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam ialah suatu kegiatan dakwah yang di pimpin langsung oleh sesepuh pondok pesantren azzayniyyah ialah KH. Aang Abdullah Zein. Pengajian kitab al-Hikam ini di dalamnya membahas tentang permasalahan kehidupan manusia seperti masalah hati (qolbu), akhlak, iman, dan Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penyampayan dakwah melalui pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam di pondok pesantren azzayniyyah dan untuk mengetahui pesan-pesan dakwah yang ada di dalam kitab al-Hikam. Landasan teori yang digunakan ialah teori M. Munir tentang dakwah bil-Lisan al-Hal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif, ialah dengan menggambarkan keadaan sebenarnya melalui pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dakwah melalui pengajian pasaran kitab al-Hikam yang di lakukan oleh KH. Aang Abdullah Zein di anggap cukup berhasil, karena jamaah memberikan respon yang baik atau positif dan jamaah yang hadir setiap bulan slalu meningkat atau lebih banyak.Da'wah activity is an activity that encourages mankind to strengthen his belief in Allah SWT and so that people who have not embraced the teachings of Islam can also embrace the teachings of Islam by using a wise way through Islamic teaching material, so that they get happiness in the world and the hereafter. Study of the market of the book al-Hikam is a missionary activity led directly by the azzayniyyah boarding school elders is KH. Aang Abdullah Zein. This study of al-Hikam in it discusses the problems of human life such as the problem of the heart (qolbu), morals, faith, and Islam.  Thep of this study is to determine the delivery of da'wah through the study of the market of the book al-Hikam in azzayniyyah boarding school and to find out the messages of da'wah in the book of al-Hikam. The cornerstone of the theory used is M. Munir's theory about the da'wah bil-Lisan al-Hal. This research method uses descriptive, is to describe the actual situation through data collection conducted using interview techniques, documentation, and literature. The results of this study indicate that preaching through the study of the book market al-Hikam conducted by KH. Aang Abdullah Zein was considered quite successful, because worshipers gave good or positive responses and worshipers who were present every month always increased or more.

The Impact

This study aims to determine and described the learning creativity of elementary school students using the number head together learning model. This research method is a literature review research method. The stages of this literature review are data collection, data reduction, data display, discussion, and conclusions. The results showed that from 17 articles published from 2010-2020 about the number head together learning model and learning creativity of elementary school students, there were 2 articles that matched these variables. The number head together learning model can increase the learning creativity of elementary school students. The novelty of this research is the connection between one article and another that discusses the same topic. The impact of the results of this study is the increasing number of literature review studies to reinforce existing theories.

The development of the business environment in globalization era has been triggered an increasingly tight business competition. Every companies who have an established its own strategies to manage a variety of information, human resources, allocation of funds and others. Accounting information system is a great resources that very valuable to an organization for the smoothness management of the company’s financial and decision making wheter it is to long term and short term, however there are several aspect that can be a factors the effectiveness of the accounting information system, that is manager’s participation. The research is aimed to proves that manager’s participation and manager’s involvement had a positive influence on the effectiveness of accounting information system (AIS) at manufacturing company, especially in the industrial zone Batamindo Mukakuning Batam City. The research method is using regression analysis to proves are the manager’s participation (independent variable) and manager’s involvement (independent variable) gives effect to the effectiveness of information system (dependent variable) or not. The result of this research is shows that variable of manager’s participation and manager’s involvement has a significant influence to the effectiveness of information system. The method is using purposive sampling is done by taking a sampling of the population according to certain criteria.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the Triple Bottom Line in the application of management accounting in the mining industry in Donggala Regency. This research method uses Qualitative Descriptive Method with respondents as many as 30 people who are communities around the location of the company, community leaders, and local government. The analytical tool used in this study is Phenomenology Analysis and data collection techniques carried out by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation to respondents directly.Based on the result of this research shows that company is PT. Balikpapan Ready Mix is not apply yet the concept of Triple Bottom Line in implementation of environment managementaccounting in the company.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel. The research method used is the analytical survey research method. The approach chosen in this study is the Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study are customers who use the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel, from August to November 2018. The sample in this study used accidental sampling techniques totaling 60 customers who used the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel in December 2018. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a simultaneous significant influence between service quality consisting of Tangible , Reliability , Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. There is a partial significant influence between the quality of service consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness , and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Reliability Factoris the most influential factor (predominantly on Customer satisfaction at PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Keywords: Service Quality, Satisfaction, Customers Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survey analitik. Pendekatan yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel, dari bulan Agustus sampai dengan November 2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling berjumlah 60 orang pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel pada bulan Desember tahun 2018. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Ada pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Faktor Reliability merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh (secara dominan terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. This article aims to examine the extent of the influence of the frequency of plyometric exercises (push ups and pull ups) on archery achievements of 30 meters distance in the STKIP Pasundan Archery UKM students in Cimahi. The research method used in this study is the experimental method, while the population and samples used in the study are students who are members of the UKM (Student Activity Unit) Archery STKIP Pasundan Cimahi. For research instruments or data collection tools used is the instrument used is to test arrow shots to the  triangle target with a distance of 30 meters. The results of this study show that there is a significant effect of the frequency of plyometric exercises (push ups and pull ups) on archery achievements of 30 meters in distance from the UKM STKIP Pasundan Cimahi students. The calculation results show t = 6,703, p = 0,000 means significant. Thus the alternative hypothesis is accepted. This means that the frequency of plyometric exercises (push ups and pull ups) has a significant influence on archery achievements of 30 meters distance in the STKIP Pasundan Archery UKM students in Cimahi. The mean for the initial test and the final test shows a positive difference. Thus, there is a difference in archery achievements of 30 meters between before training and after training

Actually, disruption era showed the birth of a new spirit of national progress. However, it is evident that not entirely a positive influence and still high unemployment. From the beginning people must be able to educate themselves as creative and innovative people. It is not easy to create entrepreneurial characters, through entrepreneurship development in schools, entrepreneurial mentality is instilled. Business incubators has been widely applied to universities and has not been widely applied in schools. This study aims to explain how the implementation of the incubator as a vehicle to foster entrepreneurial character in middle school students. Using a descriptive qualitative research method with in-depth interviews with the incubator program presenters and the results of polls of several participants, it can be seen that the findings of this study demonstrate entrepreneurship in "entrepreneur passion" class incubators who are able to increase student entrepreneurship spirit and skills. The result shows that there are still limitations in managing entrepreneurial incubators in schools.

The art of creative thinking needs to develop and taught to students because by thinking creativity, students are able to solve the problem they have, the students become more independent, creating reliable and talented human resources, and skillful in the future. The purpose of this research is to find out the creative thinking ability in the mathematic aspect of Elementary School Mardi Rahayu 02 Ungaran students. The data collection was done by giving four questions of students' creative thinking ability on KPK and FPB materials along with with interview the students. The research was done to 31 students of class IVC. The method used is qualitative descriptive method. Creative thinking ability is important in Era 4.0 where the development of knowledge becomes really fast. The average achievement of every creative thinking indicator is fluency 45,8% and flexibility 58,3%, whereas originality and elaboration indicator reaches 33,3%. The conclusion from this research is that the creative thinking ability of Elementary School Mardi Rahayu 02 Ungaran students need to improve
