Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perairan Gusung Batua di Pulau Badi memiliki potensi lahan pengembangan budidaya rumput laut dengan tingkat kelayakan tinggi seluas 42,1 ha (4,2%), tingkat kelayakan sedang 660,3 ha (66,6%), dan tingkat kelayakan rendah 156,8 ha (15,8%).Seaweed cultures were very prospective for alternative job by community in coastal and small Island. Site selection of culture by inventory and mapping activity of waters resource make up initial stage of important done. (Assessment of Small Island As A Basis For Ecotourism Investment Developing(Case Study Tidung Kecil Island, Kepulauan Seribu Regency, DKI)Tidung Kecil Island is the unhabited small island that have ecotourism development potential. The aims of this study is to calculate the index of ecotourism investment that will determine the investment feasibility of small island ecotourism. Method used in this study was a survey method with index analysis. Primary data collection was done by observation and map analysis, while the secondary data obtained by study of literature. Results showed that the Tidung Kecil Island have a value of natural resources and geostrategic island index (NI) of 3.67, govermenance index (GI) of 4.20, infrastructure index (II) of 3.22 and, socio-economic and culture index (SI) of 2.64. So that with the Small Island Investment Index (SIII) formulation index obtained the investment index island of 3.69. From the index value Tidung Kecil Island can be categorized into the island with the feasibility of ready investment. So Tidung Kecil Island can be recommended as a viable island for the development of ecotourism investment.

The research method used in this study using a survey method. By collecting primary data and secondary data. The selection of the research location was determined deliberately (purposive sampling) then the data obtained would be analyzed using the T test with simple linear regression. The population selection in this study was the UKM group in Prabumulih as many as 5,436 UKM, the method of determining the sample used was purposive sampling with the consideration of respondents who were influencers / deciders, with sampling using the Slovin Umar formula (2013), so the sample to be used in this study is as many as 98 respondents representing a randomly selected population. The results show that the value of the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination can be used to determine the proportion of the independent variables (X) in explaining the Y variable. The correlation coefficient of 0.827 indicates that there is a strong and unidirectional influence between saving stocks and investment interest in the Prabumulih City UKM group. . The coefficient of determination is 0.827 or 82.7%, the variation of saving stocks, which can explain the investment interest variable, while the remaining 13.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. The purpose of this study was to find out the function of cold storage in stabilizing fish prices in Ambon City, analyzing optimal production levels of various types of dominant fish, and analyzing the level of efficiency of utilization of cold storage and auxiliary machinery. This study uses the survey method. Primary data collection through questionnaires is built empirically while secondary data is obtained from several agencies related to this study. The research sample was drawn by exhausting sampling, amounting to 6 cold storage units in Ambon City. The role of cold storage to stabilize fish prices was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach, while the quantitative techniques used included analysis of optimization of cold storage production with linear programming and analysis of the efficiency of utilization of cold storage. The results of the study show that cold storage has not played a role properly to stabilize fish prices in Ambon City. To achieve optimal use of production factors, the cold storage management needs to reduce the raw material by 24,915.9 kg / month; 7 HOK / month workforce; cold storage storage space capacity of 2.09 kg / month; and demand for flying fish 1,402.6 kg / month, while the use of production factors efficiently (fully utulized) is the capacity of the freezing machine, demand for tuna, skipjack, and cob. The level of technical efficiency of the utilization of cold storage facilities is reached, the total use of installed capacity must be proportional to the capacity used.

The purpose of this research is to provide conceptual and infrastructure tools for Dinas Pariwisata DKI Jakarta to improve their capabilities for evaluating business performance based on market responsiveness. Capturing market responsiveness is the initial research to make industry mapping. Research steps started with secondary research to build data classification system. The second is primary research by collecting the data from market research. Data sources for secondary data were collected from Dinas Pariwisata DKI, while the primary data were collected from survey method using quetionaires addressed to the whole market. Then, analyze the data colleted with multivariate analysis of variance to develop the mapping. The result of cluster analysis distinguishes the potential market based on their responses to the industry classification, make the classification system, find the gaps and how important are they, and the another issue related to the role of the mapping system. So, this mapping system will help Dinas Pariwisata DKI to improve capabilities and the business performance based on the market responsiveness and, which is the potential market for each specific classification, know what their needs, wants and demand from that classification. This research contribution can be used to give the recommendation to Dinas Pariwisata DKI to deliver what market needs and wants to all the tourism place based on this classification resulting, to develop the market growth estimation; and for the long term is to improve the economic and market growth.
