This study aims to determine the characteristics of smallholder farmers in Tolok Village, Tompaso District. The study was conducted in August to September 2019. The selection of samples in this study was carried out purposevley with 33 respondent farmers, namely those who have small size of land of less than 0.5 hectares. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collected through interviews and observations. Secondary data were obtained from the Tolok Village office, library and the Internet. Data analysis uses description analysis, which describes the characteristics of smallholder farmers and is presented in tabular form. The results showed that farmers who have small size of land with low income and are unable to rely solely on the agricultural sector as a source of income. The non-agricultural sector is also used as a source of additional income to meet their needs.*eprm*

The objective of this research is to know rambutan fruit income ratio during holiday and not holiday. This research was conducted in Talawaan Village Talawaan Subdistrict. For three months, ie from June to August 2015, from preparation, data collection to the preparation of research reports. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews to 20 (twenty) respondents of rice farmers and 20 respondents for sellers of Rambutan Fruit and secondary data obtained from the government of Talawaan subdistrict of North Minahasa. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, where the data collected will be presented in tabular form. The results showed that agro-tourism influenced the income of rambutan fruit seller is seen from the day of the holiday increment compared to the day is not a holiday.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of ornamental plant farming women in poor families in Tolombukan Village, Pasan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for three months, from December to February 2020. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews with 20 women who are farming ornamental plants. Secondary data were obtained from the Tolombukan Village Office. The data analysis used is descriptive, contribution formula and the data is presented in tabular form. The role of women as main breadwinners if it has greater than 50 percent. The results showed that the role of women as wives who cultivated ornamental plants in Tolombukan Village was as additional breadwinners and not the main breadwinners for their families.

This study aims to determine the income of horticultural traders in Tanawangko Market, Borgo Village, Tombariri District, Minahasa Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted for two months, namely in October and November 2020. The method used in this study was a survey method by taking primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis which is presented in tabular form. The results of research, total revenue of Rp. 2,909,750 while the total cost of Rp. 2,097,450 consisting of business capital and market retribution costs. The profit of Tanawangko market traders during the Covid 19 pandemic was an average of IDR 812,300 / week.

This study aims to determine the life strategy of wetland rice farmers in Tumani Selatan Village, Sub-District of Maesaan, South Minahsa Regency. This research was conducted for three months from September to November 2018. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. Primary data collection through direct interviews with 15 respondents of paddy rice farmers based on a questionnaire that had been prepared previously. Secondary data was collected from the office of Desa Tumani Selatan, from the internet through google searching regarding the profile of South Minahasa Regency, and from previous research documents that were relevant to this study. Data analysis in this study is quantitative and qualitative analysis which is presented in the form of a table, then described descriptively. The results of the research that have been done show that the life strategy of the upper class of farmers applies two strategies, namely the accumulation strategy and consolidation strategy. Middle class farmers apply accumulation strategies. While the lower class farmers implement a survival strategy.*eprm*

The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriate approach to agricultural extension methods of chili farmers in Tiwoho Village, Wori District. This research was conducted from October to December 2018. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Theprimary data collection method is done by asking respondents to fill out a questionnaire that uses a Likert Scale measurement tool and has been prepared. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. The number of respondents is 15 people. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. Secondary data obtained from the Tiwoho Village office and the internet, namely google cendekia to get articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially concerning agricultural extension methods. This study shows that the approach of individual agricultural extension methods is more suitable to have the highest total score as many as 314 and a percentage of 83.7%.*jnkd+eprm*

The research was conducted from September 2018 to February 2019, starting from preparation to preparing the report. The sampling method in this study was to use the Total Sampling method with a number of samples taken as many as 100% of the members of two farmer groups namely Suka Maju farmer groups as many as 17 respondents and Tumou Tou farmer groups as many as 17 respondents. The total number of respondents was 34 farmers. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected by interviewing all respondents with the help of a list of questions prepared before. Secondary data was collected from documents owned by both farmer groups, local bookstores, the internet through google search engines in the form of books and “skripsi” related to the topic of this research, namely farmers' social capital. Data analysis was carried out descriptively which was presented in table form and then interpreted. The results showed that the elements of social capital namely norms, networks, beliefs, reciprocal relationships, and values have been able to improve the existence and cohesiveness of Suka Maju farmer groups because the social capital of Suka Maju farmer groups is very good compared to Tumou Tou farmer groups. Viewed from all sides, the Tani Suka Maju group has better social capital than the Tumou Tou farmer group. Thus to improve the existence and cohesiveness of Tumou Tou farmer group like Suka Maju farmer group, it is necessary to improve thequality of social capital as owned by farmer groups Suka Maju.*eprm*

This study aims to determine the pattern of marketing, calculate the amount of costs, margins and marketing benefits and farmer's share in Pangu Dua Village, which was held from June to August 2018. The dataused in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained by submitting a list of questions to farmers 10 respondents, collecting traders 5 respondents, retailers 3 respondents in Pangu Dua Village. While secondary data was obtained from Pangu Dua Village Office, and the internet. Data analysis in this study uses marketing channel analysis and marketing margin analysis. The results of the study show that there are four forms of marketing channels in Pangu Dua Village. Marketing channel I consists of farmers and consumers; marketing channel II consists of farmers, retailers, consumers; marketing channel III consists of farmers, collectors, supermarkets retailers and consumers; marketing channel IV consists of farmers, collectors and wholesalers between islands. Marketing channel III has the highest value, namely the cost of Rp. 345 per kilogram, margin of Rp. 11,000 per kilogram, and profit of Rp. 10,655 per kilogram. The highest portion received by farmers (farmer’s share) on marketing channel I is 100 percent. This research support the result of previous study by Kaparang's 2015 that the greater the marketing margin, the smaller the portion received by farmers, on the contrary the smaller the marketing margin the greater the portion received by farmers, can be accepted in this study.*jnkd+eprm*

This study used the Black Panther movie script by Ryan Coogler and Joe Robert Cole as the object of the study. The aim of this study was to find out equivalences and differences of semantic relations used in the Black Panther movie script. This study used Norman Fairclough’s theory that was equivalence and difference of semantic relations. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative study methods. The primary data was taken from the Black Panther movie script, and secondary data was taken from the audiovisual movie related to the material objects. Techniques of the data collection were downloading Black Panther movie scripts on the internet, reading all the movie scripts repeatedly and comprehensively, checking the words or utterances spoken in the movie script, identifying the semantic relations between clauses and sentences in the form of addition, elaborating, and contrasting in the movie scripts, and then coding the data. Techniques of the data analysis were presenting the data, describing and interpreting the data in the form of words, clauses, and sentences, and then concluding the data. The result of the study showed that there were 55 data found, they were Elaboration consists of 14 data, Addition consists of 9 data, and Contrast consists of 32 data. Equivalences of semantic relations were used with the repetition in the form of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences where the purpose has the same perspective or vision. While differences of semantic relations were used by writing a different meaning from the previous clause or sentence.

Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

Objective of this research; 1) determine the perception of ranchers against the properties and behavior of the leadership of the companion in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 2) analyze the relationship between productivity breeder with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 3) identify the relationship perceptions of ranchers against the leadership companion with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah , The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires which stem from ranchers while secondary data sourced from literature in the form of books and articles. Data processing was performed using Chi-square analysis using SPSS software version 21. One of the factors relating to the productivity of ranchers is the perception of ranchers against the leadership of their companion. Leadership companion views of the nature and behavior of which is owned by a companion. Productivity ranchers indirectly related to the productivity of the cattle business. Characteristics breeder visits of age, years of education, experience ranchers, and businesses in addition to ranchers. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between business other than ranchers with ranchers productivity. The relationship between the perception of the nature of the companion breeder with productivity ranchers produce Pearson Chi-Square value is 9.751 and Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.002. This is due to interest ranchers against leadership qualities possessed by a companion who produce prolific ranchers. Ranchers consider that a companion of his leadership qualities are ideal as a companion.
