The analysis of the dynamics of the function intellectualization control agents’ development, which depends on the stages of formation and changes of technological structures in modern society, is presented. Sequential intellectualization of production factors associated with the development of skills management entities in the field of solving complex problems of choice, convergence of sciences in the techno-humanitarian space, as well as projective thinking – displaying mental variables on a variety of technical properties and characteristics of material objects in socio-economic systems. The article also shows that the main personal factors, the development of which should direct the attention of society, are the ability of a person, his education and mind (thinking). It is prove that their development requires special decision support tools that will ensure transparency, documentability and providing responsibility for possible consequences and attempts to manipulate the results of the choice. It also requires the desire and readiness of the management subject to internal and external interdisciplinary interaction between various scientific fields. The principles of projective control technology with feedback are being develop as a correction of the technical parameters of objects in accordance with the results of projective thinking. A number of classifiers for a variety of humanitarian ideas are introduce, represented by anthropic principles, contradictory attitudes, and various heuristics that can be strictly described by means of predicate calculus. They include the formation of algebraic systems based on modified subject-oriented operations of superposition and composition, as well as displays of ordinal scales on the relationship of scale to correct the parameters of artificial intelligence, modeling choice problem solution set of alternatives to the production process. The model example is given.

Summary One cannot write about the relationship of young people and current sports stars in modern society without having previously studied the processes of mediation and globalisation of sport, and the transformation of traditional social values. The goal of the science and practice engaged in sports and education of young people is a constant quest for preserving universal ethical values and reconciling them with the modern-day social processes. This paper will present the result of a survey conducted with adolescents in five different Serbian cities in order to find the answer to the question if sportspersons were their favourite television role-models. According to the results of our survey, 45% of adolescents do not have a favourite TV personality and do not know for sure who that could be. Novak Đoković, who would be the choice of adults for a role model of the young, with 63.2% according to the survey conducted by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, scored 3.81% in our survey with adolescents who would chose Novak Đoković as their favourite TV personality. The necessity of raising media literacy of young people with the aim of clear identification of sports role models who are going to improve their quality of life still remains an open issue for further research on this course.

The imbalance in the structure of the range of paid services provided to the population, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, requires a flexible approach to management, identification of alternative business methods, and greater adaptation to the needs of the population. This trend determines measures to manage the urban infrastructure of public services, innovation and investment activities aimed at improving the efficiency of economic systems. The purpose of this study is to build a model for managing the development of paid services, taking into account the key factors of development, aimed at identifying the potential for improving the service sector. The goal was achieved by solving the following tasks: to diagnose the innovative development of paid services to the population; to build an economic and mathematical model for the development of paid services; to determine the direction of development of paid services to the population. The research methods used are comparison, analysis, synthesis, system approach, economic and mathematical modeling. The study identified features of innovative development of sphere of services, characterized by less active innovative activity on industrial production driven by economic factors; the model of «Three I» the development of services based on a mathematical relationship of infrastructure investment and innovative way to develop a balanced strategy of development of sphere of paid services to the population in the Russian economy. Based on this model, a set of recommendations can be formed to ensure business flexibility in the service sector in the conditions generated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The problem of the relationship of law and order is relevant to any modern society. The article tries to analyze this relationship, taking into account judicial, police and other activities. The named concepts are closely interconnected, but are not identical. They are correlated as cause and effect: there is a rule of law, there is no rule of law. One suggests the other. The rule of law as concrete reality logically precedes the rule of law as a doctrine, the connection here is hard, causal. The process is one. Law and order: a real indicator of the state of legality, reflects the degree of compliance with the laws, the requirements of all legal regulations. It is concluded that the rule of law is the end result of the implementation of legal requirements and, at the same time, the objective of legal regulation, since it is for the formation and maintenance of the rule of law that laws are issued, thus like other regulatory legal acts, various institutions and bodies and, above all, the justice system, the control system, various human rights organizations and social movements.

It is necessary to update the current system of levying charges for railway infrastructure to reflect the current market situation, to take into account the new transport strategy established by the European Union, and to reflect legislative changes in relation to Directive 2012/34/EU on creating a single European railway area. International trends aim to categorize tracks according to technical parameters and parameters based on shipment time, as well as many others. The existence of different opinions on the amount and way to charge fees for railway infrastructure have led the authors of this academic paper to create a plan for a system of charges to be derived from the current production factors as well as from a number of specific new factors used in countries neighboring the Czech Republic.

The rapid development of Industry 4.0 as a result of the Fourth Industrial Revolution brings back the relationship of pedagogy and production to mutual integration that has been their characteristic since ancient times. The study revealed high digital readiness of students (4.24 according to the student assessment and 2.82 according to the teacher assessment on a 5- point scale) and very low readiness of production to accept integrated learning (1.68 and 2.67, respectively), as well as the poor digitalization of the educational process according to the students and teachers, who are more closely familiar with the reality of production (2.03 and 2.45, respectively).

The article analyzes approaches to the study of phenomena and concepts of performativity, discourse and communication, and makes it possible to trace how various types of communication are interconnected in the structure of artistic culture. It has been established that in modern society, performativity, discourse and communication provide a higher level of generalization and prevalence than in previous historical periods, which leads to an expansion of the subject field for the study of these phenomena. The aim of the work is to research and systematize existing theories conceptualizing performativity, communication and discourse in the mode of humanitarian knowledge. This approach will contribute to solving the scientific problem of clarifying the conceptual and categorical apparatus of modern cultural studies and art history. Methodology of work. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study were philosophical and general scientific approaches, principles and methods that made it possible to analyze the phenomena of performativity, discourse and communication from different-vector positions: the method of generalization, made it possible to determine the place of performativity, discourse and communication in the worldview paradigm due to the analysis of ambiguous formulations and statements about the phenomena, which were presented in various sources; an interdisciplinary approach ensured the use of the latest theoretical developments in the social sciences and humanities; the sociological approach made it possible to consider the phenomena of performativity, discourse and communication at the macrosocial and microsocial levels.

One of main problems of modern society there is complex safety of the difficult systems of different nature. Today the problems of creation of the difficult nonlinear dynamic reliable systems go out on the first plan. It stipulates exceptional theoretical and practical meaningfulness of the use of methods of synergetics in a management the systems. An improvement of the existent theoretical and methodological going is near organization of control system by economic security of enterprise from position of sinergistical approach. An increase of multi-variant approach of development of the economic systems is reason of change of methodology of economic researches and a nonlinear economic theory comes on changing to the traditional economic theory. Invariants, non-linearity, coherentness and factorable synthesis, are the base concepts of sinergistical theory of management. Any socio-economic system presents by a soba complex of functional subsystems, that is bound by inter se the processes of intensive dynamic cooperation, exchange information. Application of synergetics showed in researches of economy, that most cases have an evolution direction of that through nonlinear character of connections in the system is determined by the action of insignificant factors basic direction of motion of the socio-economic systems, as a rule, informative, that prove in bifurcational processes. The condition of development and viability of any enterprise are maintenances of dynamic equilibrium, that are the aim of the system of economic security of enterprise — it’s attractor. By principles of management of enterprise economic security from positions sinergistical approaches are: complication, non-linearity, dynamic. The system of economic security of enterprise is base on principle of feed-back. Leaning on sinergistical approach, set forth raising of sinergistical synthesis of nonlinear control system by economic security. Exactly sinergistical effects that are characterized as management results in the systems cause the change of quality, and are the adequate instrument of providing of economic security.

The fluidity of cement powder has a significant impact on the duration and labor costs in the process of transportation and shipment of cement. This determines the relevance of the task of finding mechanisms to control this parameter. During the production process, the fluidity of the cement powder is formed depending on the properties of the initial cement charge, the requirements for the thinness of the grinding to the finished product, the hardware design and the conditions of the process. In turn, the fluidity of cement affects the grinding process and the productivity of the mill. The rheological characteristics of the cement binder change over time depending on the physical properties of the material, environmental conditions and the equipment used for its storage. The reasons for the deterioration of the flow of cement powder is still not fully studied. The article is devoted to the study of the main factors affecting the fluidity of cement. The results of the statistical analysis of cement fluidity depending on the thinness of cement grinding (on the residue on the sieve №008 and the specific surface area by Blaine method) humidity, bulk weight and weight in the most compacted state. In addition, the relationship of production factors and cement fluidity is considered. Correlation and regression analysis shows that the fluidity is affected by a variable factor, which is not yet quantified.
