Based on the ecolandscape theory and using the Map Info software, the author has established the ecological environmental map for Hoa Binhtown. In this map all of natural environmental components, poilution, degradation, catastrophe and break-down of environment are described.Annotation of the map have two parts : 1) the ecolandscape (ecological environment of the territory) is described with matrix ; 2) the pollution, degradation, catastrophe and break-down of environment are described with description table and that is under the matrix.

The construction industry is one of the major economic sectors. The construction industry's products play an essential role in economic growth, promote the development of science and technology, improve the material and spiritual life for people, affecting the cultural-artistic - architectural development and ecological environment. In particular, the field of infrastructure design and construction is even more indispensable in constructing the country. Today, the market mechanism requires businesses that want to survive and develop to find all measures to increase their competitiveness, conduct production and business with minimal cost, and ensure the work's quality.

A high-sulfur gas field is at trial operation, and its H2S content is up to 14%~18%. If the high-sulfur gas field was operated properly and improperly, effects of SO2 emission on regional ecological environment were analyzed. Based on the investigation of ecological environment status, the sulfur-absorption capacity of regional ecosystem was estimated, and then the ecological restoration programs were put forward, including the vegetation restoration program, the spoil ground restoration program, the ecological landscape reconstruction program and soil protection measures. This may offer experience for development and management of other similar gas fields.

Many ecological environment problems appeared in Chinese characteristic rural areas, such as living environment pollution, arable land area decrease, declining social fertility and rural industrial pollution. Based upon the analysis and induction of these problems, this article puts forward relative strategies on ecological environment protection and sustainable development, including constructing regional ecological landscape structure, promoting ecological agriculture, improving the rural infrastructure, developing the rural tourism, strengthening rural enterprises management, improving rural dwellers environmental awareness level and so on. Furthermore, it conducts a purposive study on Longji area in Guangxi Province.

For the research on hill and gully landscape of Loess Plateau, to prevent water loss and soil erosion and improve the ecological environment, the paper analyzes the construction of ecological landscape from the large range to small, puts focus on small watershed and hilly gully, and chooses Baiyun mountain demonstrate area as a case to present its landscape planning and design. The research and its related activities integrated and coordinated multidisciplinaries, like the hydraulic engineering, civil engineering and other disciplines. The project constructed dams, transferred and stored water in the gully which has better conditions, achieved good results. Due to the characteristics of hill and gully regions of Loess Plateau, its ecological environment construction must be closely combined with other disciplinaries. Moreover, it is better to construct different demonstrate areas to well improve the research on macro ecological environment.

In addition to create a beautiful and comfortable environment for human beings, it is more important to create an ecological environment suitable for human beings. Plant landscaping is no longer just the use of plants to create visual effects of the landscape, it also contains the ecological landscape, cultural landscape and even deeper meaning. In this article, the concept of ecological garden the benefits produced and the related content of plant landscaping are analyzed, and the situation of plant disposition and existing problems in Shenyang area are analyzed concretely.

Landscape corridors are narrow strips of land that differ from the matrix on either side. In addition to providing connectivity between fragmented landscapes, these corridors serve scenic, cultural, social, ecological, and recreational purposes. We systematically reviewed reports and studies related to 92 cultural and ecological landscape corridors in Europe, focusing, in particular, on their planning and management, problems addressed, approaches and tools used, stakeholders involved and spatial scales. Biodiversity conservation was found to be the most frequently stated aim (67% of the cases), followed by recreation and tourism (62%). The planning processes for cultural and ecological landscape corridors were dominated by similar, quite narrow, stakeholder groups, but via a wide variety of approaches and tools. Ecological corridors existed at larger and more variable scales relative to cultural landscape corridors. Significant differences were found in many aspects of the two types of corridors, although a complete separation of the two categories was difficult since most of the cases reviewed were designed to serve multiple aims. We close the paper by making a few recommendations for decision makers concerning future corridor planning.

Mitochondrial alterations were studied in 25 liver biopsies from patients with alcoholic liver disease. Of special interest were the morphologic resemblance of certain fine structural variations in mitochondria and crystalloid inclusions. Four types of alterations within mitochondria were found that seemed to relate to cytoplasmic crystalloids.Type 1 alteration consisted of localized groups of cristae, usually oriented in the long direction of the organelle (Fig. 1A). In this plane they appeared serrated at the periphery with blind endings in the matrix. Other sections revealed a system of equally-spaced diagonal lines lengthwise in the mitochondrion with cristae protruding from both ends (Fig. 1B). Profiles of this inclusion were not unlike tangential cuts of a crystalloid structure frequently seen in enlarged mitochondria described below.

During a recent investigation concerning the growth of γ' precipitates in nickel-base superalloys it was observed that the sign of the lattice mismatch between the coherent particles and the matrix (γ) was important in determining the ease with which matrix dislocations could be incorporated into the interface to relieve coherency strains. Thus alloys with a negative misfit (ie. the γ' lattice parameter was smaller than the matrix) could lose coherency easily and γ/γ' interfaces would exhibit regularly spaced networks of dislocations, as shown in figure 1 for the case of Nimonic 115 (misfit = -0.15%). In contrast, γ' particles in alloys with a positive misfit could grow to a large size and not show any such dislocation arrangements in the interface, thus indicating that coherency had not been lost. Figure 2 depicts a large γ' precipitate in Nimonic 80A (misfit = +0.32%) showing few interfacial dislocations.

The microstructural changes in an Fe-Co-V alloy (composition by wt.%: 2.97 V, 48.70 Co, 47.34 Fe and balance impurities, such as C, P and Ni) resulting from different heat treatments have been evaluated by optical metallography and transmission electron microscopy. Results indicate that, on air cooling or quenching into iced-brine from the high temperature single phase ϒ (fcc) field, vanadium can be retained in a supersaturated solid solution (α2) which has bcc structure. For the range of cooling rates employed, a portion of the material appears to undergo the γ-α2 transformation massively and the remainder martensitically. Figure 1 shows dislocation topology in a region that may have transformed martensitically. Dislocations are homogeneously distributed throughout the matrix, and there is no evidence for cell formation. The majority of the dislocations project along the projections of <111> vectors onto the (111) plane, implying that they are predominantly of screw character.
