The development of higher education in Indonesia is increasingly evident. It is characterized by many private colleges are spread all over Indonesia. But in recent years the government did not give permission to those who want to establish a college. One reason is the government not only menginginkankan development in terms of quantity alone, but must be accompanied by good quality of any existing college.The number of colleges that exist today is already growing its own competition. The high level of competition among private universities is happening now requires every college has the right strategy to attract the interest of new students. Each college offers the advantages of each. However, not all universities have a particular brand image compared with other universities.One of the determining factors of brand image is the satisfaction of its customers. While satisfaction itself arises as a result of service perceived by the customer.College is not only required to provide a good quality education, but they also must be able to provide good service to students as well. Good service is expected to provide satisfaction for students. Of course in the long term, the impact of satisfaction that will form a good image for the college concerned anyway.STIE IBBI Medan is one of the private high school that has a good image in the city of Medan. However, STIE IBBI still have to further improve the quality of services provided to students. It is necessary to maintain the good image that has been owned STIE IBBI today.The plan of the research will be conducted in STIE IBBI Medan. The population is all students STIE IBBI. The long term goal of this research is to STIE IBBI to increase public confidence in higher education that will take in high school applying good quality excellent service. Expected from the results of this study, STIE IBBI can also implement appropriate marketing strategies to improve the quality of service to students. In addition, the results of this research can be a good reference for prospective new students who will pursue higher education in the STIE IBBI Medan.

Choosing the best school is important for some people. the best school benchmark is a school that has a big name brand image in view of the majority of society. Lately more and more educational institutions are emerging, every institution is competing to improve the quality in order to win the competition. Schools that have a good image in the eyes of the public will win this competition. Therefore, brand image is an important thing that must be considered by education providers. This paper aims to determine the steps to form a brand image in Islamic Senior High School of Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo as an effort to improve competitiveness. This study used a qualitative approach with the method of data mining in the form of observation, interview, and tracing of related documents.The results of this study indicate that there are several steps taken by Islamic Senior High School Of Nurul Jadid institution in forming brand image, which is institutional accreditation, inculcate good student behavior, improve student achievement, improve teacher quality and graduate quality, hold excellent activities, with alumni. These steps can improve competitiveness, with school accreditation, good graduate quality, student achievement, and student behavior have attracted the attention of the community to choose to continue their studies in Islamic Senior High School of Nurul Jadid, as well as being a challenge for other institutions.

This study was conducted to emphasize the correlation between the number of physical education lessons with effects on the formation of high school students and the importance of practicing physical activities during the extra-class time in sustainable spaces with quality breathable air. The values were recorded in this cross-sectional study; on a number of 208 high school students; grades 9–12; tested for the level of manifesting their effort capacity acquired during the physical education lessons. The statistical analysis of the processed data highlights the obtained values: Weak 59% and 31% satisfactory for boys; and 53.92% weak; 34% satisfactory for girls. In conclusion; the necessity to carry out extra-curricular physical activities in an unpolluted environment and to acquire useful physical skills in carrying out different activities in society, promotes and generates sustainability in maintaining the lifestyle.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of brand image  on word of mouth behaviour through keeping customer satisfaction with H&M product consumers. The number of samples taken was 160 in H&M product consumers who had the criteria to have purchased H&M products, domiciled in Denpasar City, and were last educated in high school. Data was collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the sobel test using path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that brand image variables had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction on H&M product consumers, the brand image variable had a positive and significant effect on word of mouth behaviour on H&M product consumers, customer satisfaction variables had a positive and significant effect on word of mouth behaviour  to H&M product consumers and the brand image variables had a positive and significant effect on word of mouth behaviour through keeping customer satisfaction with H&M product consumers in Denpasar City. Education Department of East Java Province as the implementation of education activities in East Java Province, which are 29 districts and 9 cities, need to manage education service well, so that can be equally and used by public. To make a decision, it takes valid, appropriate and right time so that the information can be used as a reference in the policies formulation both planning and organizing education.  This research is intend to know the quality of high school education in district/city in East Java using the fuzzy sugeno method. We use thirteen educational indicators then be divided three groups are participation numbers, level of service, and output quality. Every group will be calculated by sugeno fuzzy, using each indicators as an input variables in fuzzy. Results from three fuzzy calculations will be variables in the last fuzzy calculations to get the value of high school education quality. The results of this research are high school education quality in East Java which is displayed in mapping visualization. Education Department and public can know how the quality of education in the area and other areas in East Java.   Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Timur sebagai pelaksana kegiatan pendidikan di Provinsi Jawa Timur, dengan jumlah Kabupaten/Kota sebanyak 38 Kabupaten/Kota, perlu mengelola pelayanan pendidikan dengan baik, agar dapat merata dan dirasakan oleh seluruh masyarakat. Untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan, dibutuhkan data yang valid, tepat guna, dan tepat waktu agar informasi yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam perumusan kebijakan baik perencanaan maupun penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pendidikan jenjang SMA/Sederajat di Kabupaten/Kota dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy sugeno. Sebanyak 13 indikator pendidikan yang digunakan dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok yaitu angka partisipasi, jenjang pelayanan, dan kualitas output. Setiap kelompok akan dilakukan perhitungan fuzzy sugeno dengan menggunakan indikator masing-masing sebagai variabel input pada fuzzy. Hasil dari tiga perhitungan fuzzy tersebut akan dijadikan variabel pada perhitungan fuzzy terakhir untuk mendapatkan nilai kualitas pendidikan jenjang SMA/Sederajat di Jawa Timur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat kualitas pendidikan jenjang SMA/Sederajat di Jawa Timur yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk visualisasi pemetaan. Sehingga Dinas pendidikan maupun masyarakat dapat mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pendidikan di daerahnya dan daerah-daerah lainnya di Jawa Timur.

This study talks about the Effect of Total Quality Managemet Factors on Improvingthe Quality of Secondary School Education in Surabaya. The research population is allteachers of Senior High School who have worked for 5 years at least. A sample of 150Teachers.Result of research: 1). From result of test "F" that variable = X1 = quality dimension; X2= Focus on learners; X3 = Leadership; X4 = Sustainability Improvement and X5 = HumanResource Management simultaneously influence Educational Quality Improvement, this issupported by the value of R Square (R²) of 0.752 and F = 9.589 with Sig = 0.001 <= 0.05.2). From the result of t test (partial test), it can be concluded that from the 5 variables thathave partial influence is the Variable The quality dimension has the effect of 20.1% to theimprovement of the Quality of Education, and has the contribution value on the change ofEducation Quality improvement equal to = 4.1%. Variable X3 = Leadership has influenceof 33.1% to the improvement of Education Quality, and has contribution value on changeof Education Quality improvement = 11.0% with value of Sig 0.000 <= 0.05. TheContinuous Improvement Variable has an influence of 18.4% on the improvement ofEducation Quality h, and has contribution value on the change of Education Qualityimprovement in Surabaya State High School equal to = 0.034% with value of sig 0.000 <=0.05.Keywords: Total Quality Managemet, Quality Improvement of Education.

The technological model is proposed for monitoring process of learning process quality in high school compliant with current European and home standards. The mathematical methods are elaborated for diverse activities as to learning process objects quality determination unified support. They self-consistently combine: automatic expert evaluation with Bayesian net and Value tree models; Delphi technique enhancement; best practices for education quality assessment. Quality estimates’ consistency index is introduced for their choice and acceptability analysis. Its permanent increasing over monitoring stages is guaranteed. The tools for these stages’ automatic support are described.
