Lithuanian Education law establishes teachers’ right to choose the mean and form of his own pedagogical activity and teachers’ duty to ensure a good education quality. A possibility to choose and use right teaching aids – that is an important aspect of lessons’ quality. In the article the level of provision of various teaching aids and how different teaching aids are used during the lesson in general education schools in Lithuania is discussed. The analyse of the situation in these schools is based on a teachers’ survey that has been held by the author himself in 2013. In total 618 teachers, working in 221 different general education schools in Lithuania have been questioned. Results of the research show, that teaching and learning in Lithuanian general education schools are oriented to use only printed teaching aids, usually coursebooks. From all of the teaching aids the school has, teachers estimated only the amount of the coursebooks is estimated to be enough to conduct a lesson. Often Lithuanian teachers prefer to use handouts made by themselves in order to differentiate and individualize the teaching process. In conclusion the author suggests to accept and fulfil a new material provision paradigm, which would allow to create better conditions for pupils to use digital teaching aids.

The evolution of ICT and the influence over educational areas has been very significant in recent years, changing conception of learning environments, communications and interactions forms, and educational material. Researchers, like Buzon and Barragán (2004), have expressed the need to create new learning (online)-environments that allow teaching and learning without the time and space restrictions of residential courses, and ensures continual (virtual) communication between students and professors, or the need to find new material courses, learning strategies that allow the efficient use of new systems and educational resources emerged from technical advances (Wai-Chung and Li, 2007; Weert, 2006). On the other hand, among the conclusions reached at the Second Virtual Congress, “Education through Internet and Internet in Education” (2004), was the need for all technological research to take into account the pedagogical, economic, and social aspects, so that a coherent integration between technology and education can be achieved. Nevertheless, it is still difficult to incorporate the use of tools like chat, electronic mail, text editors, and forums, in other activities that involve no more than the simple exchange of information; this limits their potential and benefits. According to Friendals and Pauls (2005), the majority of Professors still depend on well-established, primitive teaching aids, like, for example, chalk and board. Their analysis revealed that the need for teaching aids in classrooms, which include educational integrative mini-applications, should be one of teaching’s main priorities. Based on these criteria, that is, the need to effectively incorporate ICTs to make changes in the educational field, this research has focused in submitting a proposal of a collaborative teaching strategy, empirical education collaborative teaching strategy, shortening EE-Col, like first link to develop later on, a collaborative educational model. EE–CoL’s validation will enable to lay down the basis for the design of an exclusive model in distributed environments where the generated learning elements are interoperable and reusable, using shared and coordinated resources.

Topicality of the problem is determined by several factors as well as the amendments on the Education Law and the General Education Law, which provide for a gradual transition to the acquisition of general secondary education in Latvian only, educational content reform and teachers experience to work in an ethnically and linguistically heterogeneous environment. The aim of the study is to analyse comprehensive school teachers theoretical background and practice experience to work in the content and language integrated teaching and learning approach. Because language not a subject only but a mean of acquiring other subjects in the comprehensive school, too, all teachers need theoretical knowledge and practical experience to plan and carry out two important tasks in the teaching/learning process – to help to students to acquire different subjects content and purposefully to use language for this. The research methods are analyses of theoretical literature and interviewing combined with classroom observations results. According research results the most important problems are insufficient knowledge about language role for acquisition of content, insufficient cooperation between teachers, part - understood issue, how to work with different texts as well as necessity to change attitude towards the pedagogical process and responsibility for learning outcomes.

The increasing technology as changed the learning methods nowadays which clearly presents a new challenge to educators. Moreover, following the COVID-19 pandemic that hit the world at this time completely inhibits the teaching and learning process to be done entirely online. This clearly presents difficulties to teachers and students, as there are subjects that require practice to improve skills and better understanding. Among the limited access for teachers during the online learning and teaching process is that teachers can only explain and display pictures and show videos. At the same time, students need skills and understanding related to a subject studied. Also, students may not be able to accurately identify the types of systems found in the subjects studied. For example, for aquaculture subjects, the process of online teaching and learning can actually be done. However, this subject also requires practical and field work for students. In aquaculture subjects, in particular, teaching aids play an important role in understanding the cage farming system concept in the teaching process because there are various farming systems used in the aquaculture industry. The development of teaching aid is a crucial phase to make sure the teaching aids develop in accordance with the objectives and topics learning. Therefore, it is important to have an expert perception of the development and usability of the Teaching Aids kit mini model (Cage system). This study consisted of 9 experts as an evaluator consisting of experienced lecturers in the technical field of Faculty Technical. This study uses a quantitative assessment method (questionnaire).  A set of questionnaires was distributed to the experts to obtain the required information and data. All data obtained were analyzed using computer software' Statistical Package For Social Science SPSS version 24 to obtain the frequency, percentage and mean through descriptive statistic. The study's findings show that the level of experts' perception of “Teaching Aids kit mini model (Cage system) development and usability is necessary and positive. The study's conclusion illustrates the need for the development of a teaching aids kit mini model (cage system) for teachers to increase the level of understanding and skills of individual students in the teaching and learning process for aquaculture subjects.

In the Philippines, one gauge of educational quality is performance of graduates in the licensure examinations of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). This study aimed to analyze the performance of the University of Northern Philippines in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), 2001 to 2010. It determined the following: profile of the examinees such as sex, specialization and year of graduated; performance along the components of LET; the institutional passing rates; the relationship between LET performance and examinee profile. Using the PRC-LET results, this study employed documentary analysis and correlation research designs. The mean, skewness, kurtosis and correlation analysis were used as statistical treatments. The findings showed negatively skewed distributions of LET scores in general education, professional education and specialization courses. This indicated that, relative to the mean score, there were more examinees who garnered higher scores compared with those who obtained lower scores. The examinees had extreme scores hence, they exhibited platykuric distributions. The institutional passing rates were consistently higher than the national passing rates for LET elementary. Specialization is significantly correlated with LET performance. By focusing on the PRC-LET competencies and DepEd-CHED-NCBTS requirements during the pre-service teaching and learning processes and revising specialization courses, LET performance will be improved. This study serves as exchange information along licensure examination of teachers in response to challenges for global competitiveness. Keywords: Teacher Education, Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), Philippines

This paper aims to reflect an effort to identify the problems associated with the educational learning process, as well as its function to express some inherent considerations to the most effective forms of the classroom management. Mentioned in this discussion are ways of management for various categories of students, not only from an intellectual level, but also by their behavior. Also, in the elaboration of this theme I was considering that in addition to other development directions of the country, an important place is occupied by the education of the younger generation in our school environments and especially in adopting the methods of teaching and learning management with a view to enable this generation to be competitive in the European labor market. This, of course, can be achieved by giving this generation the best values of behavior, cultural level, professional level and ethics one of an European family which we belong to, not just geographically. On such foundations, we have tried to develop this study, always improving the reality of the prolonged transition in the field of children’s education. Likewise, we have considered the factors that have left their mark on the structure, cultural level and general education level of children, such as high demographic turnover associated with migration from rural and urban areas, in the capacity of our educational institutions to cope with new situations etc. In the conclusions of this study is shown that there is required a substantial reform even in the pro-university educational system to ensure a significant improvement in the behavior of children, relations between them and the sound quality of their preparation. Used literature for this purpose has not been lacking, due to the fact that such problems are usually treated by different scholars. Likewise, we found it appropriate to use the ideas and issues discussed by the foreign literature that deals directly with classroom management problems. All the following treatise is intended to reflect the way of an effective classroom management.
