Blockchain is a technology that can be applied in different sectors to solve various problems. As a complex system, agribusiness presents many possibilities to take advantage of blockchain technology. The main goal of this paper is to identify the purposes for which blockchain has been applied in the agribusiness sector, for which a PRISMA-based systematic review was carried out. The scientific literature corpus was accessed and selected from Elsevier’s Scopus and ISI of Knowledge’s Web of Science (WoS) platforms, using the PRISMA protocol procedures. Seventy-one articles were selected for analysis. Blockchain application in agribusiness is a novel topic, with the first publication dating from 2016. The technological development prevails more than blockchain applications since it has been addressed mainly in the Computer Sciences and Engineering. Blockchain applications for agribusiness management of financial, energy, logistical, environmental, agricultural, livestock, and industrial purposes have been reported in the literature. The findings suggest that blockchain brings many benefits when used in agribusiness supply chains. We concluded that the research on blockchain applications in agribusiness is only at an early stage, as many prototypes are being developed and tested in the laboratory. In the near future, blockchain will be increasingly applied across all economic sectors, including agribusiness, promoting greater reliability and agility in information with a reduced cost. Several gaps for future studies were observed, with significant value for science, industry, and society.

Abstract This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the impact of COVID-19 on pregnant women. We searched for qualified studies in PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science. The clinical characteristics of pregnant women with COVID-19 and their infants were reported as means and proportions with 95% confidence interval. Eleven studies involving with 9032 pregnant women with COVID-19 and 338 infants were included in the meta-analysis. Pregnant women with COVID-19 have relatively mild symptoms. However, abnormal proportions of laboratory parameters were similar or even increased, compared to general population. Around 30% of pregnant women with COVID-19 experienced preterm delivery, whereas the mean birth weight was 2855.9 g. Fetal death and detection of SARS-CoV-2 were observed in about 2%, whereas neonatal death was found to be 0.4%. In conclusion, the current review will serve as an ideal basis for future considerations in the treatment and management of COVID-19 in pregnant women.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effectiveness of interventions aimed at the prevention of risk factors and incidence of type 2 diabetes in the workers population. METHODS: Systematic review of interventions aimed at adult workers at risk of type 2 diabetes published in Medline, Embase, Web of Science, Central Cochrane Registry of Controlled Trials, and Lilacs. Randomized trials, quasi-experimental research and cohort studies were selected; in English, Spanish and Portuguese; published from 2000 to 2017. Intervention effectiveness was evaluated concerning the incidence of type 2 diabetes and a significant reduction in body weight, or another anthropometric or metabolic parameter. RESULTS: 3,024 articles were generated, of which 2,825 that did not answer the research question were eliminated, as well as 130 that did not evaluate original interventions, 57 carried out outside the workplace and two reviews; so that 10 selected items remained. Interventions based on structured programs previously evaluated and integrated into the workplace had a favorable impact on the reduction of body weight and other risk factors. CONCLUSIONS: The effectiveness of lifestyle interventions for the prevention of type 2 diabetes should be based on structured programs with proven effectiveness and adapted to the workplace, with employer participation in the provision of schedules and work environments.

Dogs are considered the most important species involved in animal-assisted therapy (AAT), and the scientific literature focuses on the benefits linked to the involvement of dogs in various therapeutic areas. In this study, we carried out a systematic review according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines, exploring the scientific literature from the last 5 years (2016–2021) on three databases (PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science) to highlight the characteristics of the dogs involved in AATs. Based on the scientific literature relevant to such dogs, we considered different parameters (i.e., number, age, sex, breed, temperament, methods of choice and training, health status, research goals, and activities with dogs) to include studies in our paper. After screening 4331 papers identified on the searched databases, we selected 38 articles that met the inclusion criteria. Analysis of the included articles showed that the characteristics of the dogs were neglected. Our findings indicated a lack of information about the dogs, as well as the absence of standardized and univocal criteria for dog selection, training programs, and health protocols.

The SARS-Cov-2 disease appeared in December 2019, when the new coronavirus was confirmed to be the cause of the disease. The objective of this article is to summarize previous research on the epidemiological characteristics, etiology, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, prevention, and control of the new SARS-Cov-2 infection. The SARS-Cov-2 virus belongs to the group of betacoronaviruses, which are single-stranded RNA viruses. The envelope has a crucial role in the pathogenicity of the virus. A viral infection can cause an excessive immune response in the patient, which is labeled as a "cytokine storm," and whose effect is extensive tissue damage. Three main routes of the transmission of the virus are: droplets, direct contact, aerosol. The incubation period is considered to be 1-14 days. The clinical manifestation ranges from asymptomatic, mild, to severe, and some cases end in death. The main clinical manifestations include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Nasal congestion, a runny nose, a sore throat, headache, myalgia, diarrhea, loss of the sense of taste and/or smell have also been reported. The diagnostic procedures are the following: clinical manifestation, chest X-rays, biochemical analyses, epidemiological anamnesis. A positive nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swab (Ag test, and/or reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR)) is used for etiological diagnosis. The SARS-Cov-2 infection has affected a large number of people and countries around the world. The application of preventive measures, early identification of infected persons, their isolation , and vaccination are currently the most effective mode in the battle against this virus. After the conclusion of the pandemic, it will be possible to estimate the health, social and economic impact of the virus.

Abstract: The COVID-19 outbreak is caused by SARS-CoV-2 that spread rapidly throughout the world. The most common clinical manifestations of COVID-19 are fever, fatigue, and dry cough. Some patients experience nasal congestion, runny nose, headache, conjunctivitis, sore throat, diarrhea, skin rash, loss of smell and taste. Oral manifestations of COVID-19 infection are also reported. Dentists are prone to cross-infections of several infectious diseases because they are often exposed to saliva and blood. These viruses are transmitted through inhalation of aerosols and droplets containing the viruses or direct contact with mucous membranes, oral fluids, dental instruments, and surfaces contaminated with the virus. This study was aimed to determine the oral manifestations of COVID-19 infection. This was a literature review study searching three databases, namely Pubmed, ClinicalKey and Google Scholar. The keywords used were oral AND manifestations AND COVID-19. Selection based on inclusion and exclusion criteria was carried out by critical appraisal. There were eight literatures in the form of case reports. The results showed that oral manifestations commonly found in patients with clinical COVID-19 were ulcers, petechiae, macules, and plaques with variations in quantity, color appearance, and localization. Lesions were found on the palate, tongue, labial mucosa, gingiva, lips, and oropharynx. In conclusion, oral manifestations could be found in clinical COVID-19 patients, however, it is not certain whether these manifestations are directly caused by SARS-CoV-2 or are as secondary manifestations. Kata kunci yang digunakan yaitu oral AND manifestations AND COVID-19. Abstract Research examining the effects of spinal cord injury on sexuality has largely focused on physiological functioning and quantification of dysfunction following injury. This paper reports a systematic review of qualitative research that focused on the views and experiences of people with spinal cord injury on sex and relationships. The review addressed the following research question: What are the views and experiences of people with spinal cord injury of sex, sexuality and relationships following injury? Five databases were relevant and employed in the review: CINAHL (1989–2016 only), PsychInfo, PubMed, Scopus and Web of Science, for research published between 1 January 1980 and 30 November 2019. After removing duplicates, 257 records remained and were screened using a two-stage approach to inclusion and quality appraisal. Following screening, 27 met the criteria for inclusion and are reported in the paper. The review includes studies from fifteen countries across five continents. Two main approaches to data analysis summary and thematic synthesis were undertaken to analyze the qualitative data reported in the papers. The analysis revealed four main themes: sexual identity; significant and generalized others, sexual embodiment; and; sexual rehabilitation and education.

Introduction: The aim of this article was to evaluate reports in the scientific literature that used antimicrobial photodynamic therapy (aPDT) with a blue light source and curcumin and riboflavin as photosensitizers in the management of periodontitis. Methods: The search was conducted in electronic databases, including PubMed, Web of Science, and Scopus, with the keywords "photodynamic therapy", "antimicrobial photodynamic therapy", "laser activated disinfection", "photoactivated disinfection", "light activated disinfection" "LED", "Periodontitis", "Curcumin", "Riboflavin", and "periodontitis" from 2012 to 2020. Results: After evaluating a total of 24 relevant articles, 13 articles were selected, full texts were read, and the data were extracted and placed in a table. Conclusion: Reviewing articles showed that curcumin as a photosensitizer activated by a blue wavelength is effective in the elimination of the various bacterial species involved in periodontal disease, and to the best of our knowledge, there is no study that has shown this substance does not reduce bacteria. According to the result of the articles, riboflavin as a photosensitizer activated by blue light can reduce bacteria that are involved in periodontitis, but other studies have reported that blue light alone can also reduce bacteria significantly. Therefore, more in-vitro and clinical trial studies are needed to give a more conclusive opinion on the effectiveness of riboflavin as a photosensitizer in the treatment of periodontitis.

The aim of this study is to construct a clinical distinction model to help determine the type of influenza by analyzing the clinical characteristics and hematological indicators of influenza patients during the influenza season. Demographic characteristics and clinical data of 726 influenza patients aged 7 years and older from September 2018 to July 2019 were collected, and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the impact of different clinical manifestations and hematological examination indicators on the determination of the value of the flu type. The common clinical manifestations of influenza patients were fever (99.2%), pharyngeal congestion (97.1%), cough (80.4%), sore throat (57.2%), muscle aches (48.8%), and runny nose (45.2%). Those with onset of illness were 19-49 years of age (OR= 0.335, 95% CI: 0.196-0.573), nasal congestion (OR= 0.566, 95% CI: 0.349-0.919), and fever for more than 3 days (OR= 0.368, 95% CI: 0.214-0.632) tend to diagnosed as influenza B, while those with symptoms of cough (OR=2.119, 95% CI: 1.322-3.389), headache (OR=1.834, 95% CI: 1.157-2.908), muscle pain (OR=1.811, 95% CI: 1.139-2.880), and blood CPR>8mg/L (OR=2.315, 95%CI: 1.501-3.589) and the percentage of neutrophils >70% (OR=2.361, 95%CI: 1.171-4.759) are prone to have influenza A. Combining clinical manifestations and laboratory findings, we plotted a nomogram by lasso regression. The distinction model was discriminated using a C-index(0.765,95% CI 0.716-0.819) and an AUC value (0.772,95% CI 0.696-0.848), showing good prognostic accuracy and clinical applicability. This distinction model can distinguish well between the types of influenza, which can provide assistance in early treatment and prognosis of influenza.
