Children with special needs are still considered troublesome children for some people, this child has physical and mental limitations and an abnormal mindset like other children, so this makes them marginalized. Whereas the history of human life actually revelas that many Children with special needs have advantages, works of art produced by children have high values, so it needs support and encouragement from the people closest to be able develop their talents.  Research on children ia focused on creativity and enthusiasm by using qualitative research methods to describe the overall abilities that Children with special needs can realize with detailed descriptions.The research objective is to describe the potential of children through musical drama, in musical drama not only singing but also collaborating dubbing, dancing, music, and acting as well as being holistic, able to show all the abilities of children in on appearance. The results showed taht musical drama is able to make Children with special needs more sensitive to their environment, because the stimulation of the implementation of musical drama exercises results in changes in body movements and emotions of children while learning musical drama is very influential on creativity and antusiasm anak berkebutuhan khusus.

Inclusive school is a school that combines children with special needs with other normal children in one class and this school was implemented in Kediri two years ago SMPN 05 Kediri. In order to make it easier for children with special needs to understand the teachings of Islam at school, the school organizes extracurricular writing the Qur'an every Thursday. This study uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach because researchers want to see and understand directly how the extracurricular process is carried out. Data collection techniques, researchers used interviews, observation and documentation. With this extracurricular, children with special needs little by little can already recognize the Hijaiyah letters and read the book Iqra.   Sekolah inklusi merupakan sekolahan yang menggabungkan anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan anak normal lainnya dalam satu kelas dan sekolahan ini sudah terlaksana di Kediri dua tahun yang lalu SMPN 05 Kediri,. Agar anak berkebutuhan khusus lebih mudah memahami pelajaran agama Islam di sekolah, pihak sekolah mengadakan ekstrakurikuler bca tulis Al-Qur’an setiap hari kamis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, karena peneliti ingin melihat dan memahami secara langsung bagaimana proses ekstrakurikuler tersebut terlaksana. Teknik pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.  Dengan adanya ekstrakurikuler ini, anak berkebutuhan khusus sedikit demi sedikit sudah bisa mengenal huruf Hijaiyah dan membaca buku Iqra

<p>This article discusses the sacredness of Teong Negeri in the life of the indigenous people in Maluku. Teong Negeri is seen as a symbol of the customary state in Central Maluku, among others, Negeri Haya, Hatu, Tehua and Wassu and has a function in maintaining the socio-cultural network. the four states of Pela Gandong Negeri Haya, Hatu, Tehua and Wassu use Teong Negeri as a daily greeting. It can be seen that Teong Negeri is a sacred symbol for the four states of pela gandong because in addition to being a symbol of identity that is able to integrate each other, but also a symbol of respect for ancestors. Based on research data related to the results of the interview Teong Negeri has to do with the history of the establishment of the state, in the life of indigenous people in Wassu state known as Teong Erihatu Samasuru, Haya state known as teong Nakajarimau, Hatu state known as Teong Silalou and Tehua state by the name of Teong Lounusa Amalatu. Ethnographic qualitative research methods are used to obtain in-depth field findings data, based on the informants' understanding of Teong Negeri as a sacred identity for the people of central Maluku in maintaining the cultural network (Islamic-Christian relations) during and after the conflict. So based on the findings, it can be seen that Teong Negeri is able to provide spirit capital for the entire community to keep alive the cultural provisions in the life of indigenous people in Central Maluku.</p>

Abstract. Many Muslims in the Riau Islands do not know the history of the development of Islamic theory from the center of power to spread to various corners. This is as the existence of the Great Mosque of Raja Haji Abdul Ghani (MBRHAG) on Buru Island, Karimun. Thus, to uncover the existence of this mosque, qualitative research methods are used so that history, architecture, and socio-religious functions can be known. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the establishment of MBRHAG was initiated by Raja Haji Abdul Ghani. He was the first Amir (sub-district level government) of the kingdom of Riau-Lingga on Buru Island, in the 19th century. The architecture is a Chinese. Therefore, on the right side of this mosque is around 200 m, there is also the Sam Po Teng Temple and the Tri Dharma Dewa Bumi. Thus, the close location of the mosque with Chinese and Confucian worship houses's shows a harmonious relationship between Malay Muslims and Chinese Buddhists. In fact, in the continuation of this relationship there was information that a Chinese Buddhist had joined a Muslim friend to fast for half a month of Ramadan.Keywords: Mosque, Malay Muslims, Chinese Buddhists/Confucians, Harmonious RelationsAbstrak. Umat Islam di Kepulauan Riau banyak yang tidak mengenal sejarah perkembangan ajaran Islam dari pusat kekuasaan hingga tersebar ke berbagai pelosok. Hal ini sebagaimana keberadaan Masjid Besar Raja Haji Abdul Ghani (MBRHAG) di Pulau Buru, Karimun. Dengan demikian, untuk mengungkapkan keberadaan masjid ini digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif  agar dapat diketahui sejarah, arsitektur, dan fungsi sosial keagamaannya.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pendirian MBRHAG diprakarsai oleh Raja Haji Abdul Ghani. Ia adalah Amir (pemerintah setingkat kecamatan) pertama kerajaan Riau-Lingga di Pulau Buru, pada abad ke-19. Adapun arsitekturnya adalah seorang Tionghoa. Karena itu, di sebelah kanan masjid ini sekitar 200 m juga terdapat Kelenteng Sam Po Teng dan cetya Tri Dharma Dewa Bumi. Dengan demikian, dekatnya lokasi masjid dengan rumah ibadah umat Tionghoa dan Khonghucu ini menunjukkan hubungan yang harmonis antara muslim Melayu dengan Budhis Tionghoa. Bahkan, dalam kelangsungan hubungan ini terdapat informasi seorang Buddhis Tionghoa pernah ikut temannya yang beragama muslim untuk berpuasa selama setengah bulan Ramadhan.Kata Kunci: Masjid, Muslim Melayu, Buddhis/Khonghucu Tionghoa, Hubungan Harmonis

شهد تاريخ الأمة الإسلامية حضارة ونهضة عالمية في جميع مجالات الحياة الإنسانية، ومما كان له كبير الأثر في ذلك هو الأوقاف التي بدأت مع سيد البشرية محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم واستمرت بتنوع وشمولية إلى عصرنا الحالي؛ ولكن ما تعرضت إليه الأوقاف من إهمال وإقصاء وضياع يرجع لأسباب عديدة من أهمها غياب التوثيق الوقفي. تقوم الدراسة على تتبع مفهوم الوقف والتوثيق، والوقف في الإمارات العربية المتحدة ول سيما في إمارة الشارقة. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج منها: أن الأوقاف قائمة منذ زمن بعيد، وأن رغبة الواقف بالوقف وإقدامه عليها لم ينقصها سوى وثيقة، وأنه لا وثائق لها ولا مستندات، كما أن العرض الموجز لنشأة دائرة الأوقاف بالشارقة وسعيها لإحياء سنة الوقف ونشر ثقافته نراه يتضح شيئاً فشيئاً من خلال تفعيل مواد القانون والبحث حول الأنسب والأصح لحماية الأوقاف، ولم يكن هذا الاهتمام بالوقف إلا انعكاساً لتوجه الواقفين وتماشياً لرؤية الحكام وامتثالاً لنهج خير الأنام ورغبة في تكافل الأرواح وحباً للسلام. الكلمات المفتاحيّة: الوقف، التوثيق، المقارنة، الشارقة. Abstract The history of Islamic nation has witnessed a global civilization and it has had a great impact in all areas of human life, including the endowments that began with the master of humankind; Muhammad S.A.W. and it was continuing in diversity and comprehensively until our epoch. However, there are some problems related to endowment management such as negligence, exclusion and loss that due to many reasons. Among the most important reasons is the absence of endowment documentations. Therefore, the study aims to discuss the concept of endowment and documentation, as well as the endowment in United Arabic Emirates, especially in the Emirate of Sharjah. The study concluded that the practice of endowment has been existed for a long time, yet there are in need of endowment documentations. This study also found that the information related to the establishment of institution of endowment in Sharjah and its role has   spread widely to the people through the enforcement of the law and the implementation of the research related to the practice of endowment in order to sustain them in a good way. This documentation system was only a reflection of what has  stated in Shariah laws regarding the practice of endowment among the donors, so that it will be in line with the approach of good intentions and love of peace. The article analyzes and interprets the comprehensive presentation of the development of inclusive education in some Nordic countries, namely Sweden, Norway and Iceland. The article states that the special education is still an alternative form of education for children with special needs who cannot attend secondary schools in the majority of the countries. Thus, the relation between inclusive and special education allows the author to draw some parallels between these two types of study to trace the transition from one to another. The author concludes that the history of inclusive education formation in Sweden, Norway and Iceland has much in common, but the Icelandic education system has characteristics which distinguish it from the two others

The Pesaguan Dayak tribe is a tribe in West Kalimantan Province. Most of the people of this tribe are Catholic and Protestant. In the initial observation (pre-research), it seems that their understanding of the Bible and its position in the practice of life needs attention. However, in everyday life, the Pesaguan Dayak community is still robust with the customs, ethics, and moral norms of the tribal religion. To obtain a Christian portrait of the Pasaguan Dayak tribe, the researchers used qualitative research methods, emphasizing surveys or observations and interviews. From the results of research and interviews conducted, it was found that in the daily life of the Pesaguan Dayak people, the Bible is not the primary basis for the Pesaguan Dayak tribe. Another portrait of Christianity found in the field is the absence of awareness from the Pesaguan Dayak community to reach out to Malays to believe in Jesus, even though they live next door.   Suku Dayak Pesaguan adalah suku yang berada di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Sebagian besar orang-orang dari suku ini beragama Katolik dan Protestan. Pada obersevasi awal (prapenelitian), tampaknya pemahaman mereka tentang Alkitab dan posisinya dalam praktik kehidupan, perlu mendapat perhatian. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, masyarakat suku Dayak Pesaguan masih sangat kuat dengan adat istiadat, etika dan norma-norma moral agama suku.  Untuk memperoleh potret kekristenan suku Dayak Pasaguan, maka peneliti memanfaatkan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan menekankan pada survei atau observasi dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian dan wawancara yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat suku Dayak Pesaguan, Alkitab bukanlah landasan dasar utama yang dimiliki suku Dayak Pesaguan. Potret kekristenan lainya yang ditemukan di lapangan yaitu belum adanya kesadaran dari masyarakat suku Dayak Pesaguan untuk menjangkau orang Melayu untuk percaya pada Yesus, meskipun mereka hidup bertetangga.

Abstract: Research on the application of e-learning in Extraordinary Schools (SLB) aims to increase the motivation and interest in learning for blind children. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods. A qualitative approach is an approach that is used to obtain data in more depth so that it can be used to develop theories and describe the reality and complexity of the phenomenon under study. The results of this study are the effectiveness of the application of e-learning in the form of a speech dictionary that is tailored to the needs of blind children. Novelty or novelty in this study is the application of e-learning for blind children. E-Learning has been applied to special schools and public schools, but its application is less adapted to the needs of Children with Special Needs (ABK). This research resulted in a novelty in the form of the application of e-learning tailored to the needs of special needs children, especially for blind children Abstrak: Penelitian mengenai penerapan e-learning pada Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar anak tunanetra. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif yaitu suatu pendekatan yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data secara lebih mendalam sehingga dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan teori dan mendeskripsikan realitas serta kompleksitas fenomena yang diteliti. Hasil dari penelitian adalah keefektifan penerapan e-learning berupa kamus bicara yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anak tuna netra. Novelty atau kebaruan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan e-learning bagi anak tuna netra. E-Learning sudah diterapkan pada sekolah luar biasa maupun sekolah umum, namun penerapannya kurang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Penelitian ini menghasilkan kebaruan berupa penerapan e-learning yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan ABK, khususnya bagi anak tunanetra.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the form of psychological management in service and hospitality to increase foreign tourists in love island tourism, Boalemo district, Gorontalo province. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods. The results show that the existence of the hospitality industry has a positive impact on the growth of the number of foreign tourists and has an impact on increasing income for the people of Boalemo Regency. And quality services and according to guest needs can have an impact on guest satisfaction levels. The level of guest satisfaction with the quality of service provided is a comprehensive assessment of the superiority of a service related to facilities, services, and good employee responses, can give a good impression or experience for guests, so that it can create a sense of trust and loyalty.
