The article is devoted to the analysis of such extensively studied phenomenon of modernity as cultural industry, which includestwo opposite tendencies: the industrialization of cultural objects production and the "culturification" of industry. The former presupposes the presence of such symptoms of modernity as: a modernist version of the commodification of cultural objects (works of art, university education, etc.) as well as their massive reproduction. In addition, this tendency includes the following positions: the commodification of consumption, the lossof cultural objects of their regulatory and critical functions, the projectivity of cultural production. The reverse tendency – "culturification" of industry – contains the following aspects: the reduction of commercial goals of industrial production, the "economy of signs": an increase in the role of cultural competence in the process of actual industrial production, a reduction in the cost of the material component of the production. The proposed classification of tendencies and symptoms of the cultural industry does not claim for exhaustiveness and completedsystematicity. It is designed to clarify the logic of the formation of this phenomenon of culture, not only as a form of de-differentiation of cultural (in the sense of high culture) and industrial (as a historical form of social),but also as the de-differentiation of cultural and social ones in general. The industrial society, whose existence is the basis for the absolutization of the industry autonomy, is one of the historical forms of the social itself. In this type of society, cultural autonomyis realized as the closure of an elitist social structure. Withdrawal from an industrial society implies "Reassembling the social", a synthetic unity of social and cultural. In the logic of "liquidity of Modern" (opposite to solidity) and of the subject-object opposition, this process manifests itself in the process of human and things synthesis (as a "Making things public"), that is, in the de-differentiation of material and spiritual production and consumption, is therefore in social and cultural. The definition of the cultural industry clarifies the meaning of culture as a way of being a human in the perspective of the sustainability of his efforts, the kind of their institutionalization and signification.

Patricia Morgan's paper describes what happens when the state intervenes in the social problem of wife-battering. Her analysis refers to the United States, but there are clear implications for other countries, including Britain. The author argues that the state, through its social problem apparatus, manages the image of the problem by a process of bureaucratization, professionalization and individualization. This serves to narrow the definition of the problem, and to depoliticize it by removing it from its class context and viewing it in terms of individual pathology rather than structure. Thus refuges were initially run by small feminist collectives which had a dual objective of providing a service and promoting among the women an understanding of their structural position in society. The need for funds forced the groups to turn to the state for financial aid. This was given, but at the cost to the refuges of losing their political aims. Many refuges became larger, much more service-orientated and more diversified in providing therapy for the batterers and dealing with other problems such as alcoholism and drug abuse. This transformed not only the refuges but also the image of the problem of wife-battering.

The significance of the concept of noonomy developed in the works of Professor S. D. Bodrunov, including his monograph “Noonomy”, is wider than just a hypothesis that paints a picture of promising shifts in the socio-economic structure of society. Since this concept is based on the study of a number of real trends in the development of material production and human knowledge – both technological and socio-economic, to the extent it creates theoretical and methodological prerequisites for the study of the further evolution of human civilization.Highlighting the patterns of this evolution is the growth of knowledge intensity of production, increase of knowledge capacity of product, the trend to the predominance of the weight of knowledge on material costs in the cost structure of production, the displacement of people from the immediate process of production – the concept of noonomy allows you to see a number of intermediate steps leading, ultimately, to the formation of a non-economic society and non-economic way of productive activity. One of these steps is the formation of a new industrial society of the second generation (NIO.2).Those deep technological shifts that lead to the formation of NIO.2, carry with them not only new opportunities for human development and meeting its needs, but also the growing risks of technogenic pressure on nature, and reckless interference in the nature of man himself. Economic rationality turns into inflating simulative needs in the pursuit of sales expansion and profit, leading to an increasing absorption of resources. There is a movement to the civilizational crisis, to the point of bifurcation, beyond which the resolution of these problems should be achieved by changing the criteria base of economic activity by moving away from economic rationality, and a corresponding change in the social structure.The identification of these distant strategic development prospects in S. D. Bodrunov's works allows us to take an appropriate look at the immediate pragmatic goals. In particular, the solution of the problem of reindustrialization of Russia appears, from this point of view, not only as a tactical necessity, but also as a necessary prerequisite for entering the strategic highway of development.

This article looks at the use of mobile phones to capture images of China’s smog. Seeking to move beyond the familiar stated benefits of circumscribing state censorship and supporting offline mobilization, it employs instead an interpretive framework that views digital capture as a process of cultural production. In doing so, it enables comparisons with other forms of visual production, situating it in relation to other modes of realism and questioning the very definition of environmental activism. It also enables a more nuanced analysis of the social and geographical biases that are reflected in the use of mobile phones when used for environmental engagement.

It is impossible to define sociology other than by reference to ill-defined entities like society or the social. Nevertheless, it seems necessary nowadays to ask the question explicitly, whether these referents have relevant meaningful contents. The idea of society has been profoundly reformist or reforming. Wherever the political system has become open and more complex, and state intervention in economic life has expanded, the field of sociology itself has expanded to the point where we can speak of the triumph of a sociological vision of the world. Industrial society was a complete historical construction, defined by a morality, a philosophy of history and various forms of solidarity. The idea of society was never more closely associated with those of production and social justice. Now, we no longer live our collective life in purely “social” terms nor expect social answers to our problems. The decomposition of the idea of society, set off by the fragmentation of the world in which that idea developed, got worse. The current predominance of the theme of globalization has been accelerating the decline of the “social” representation of public life. The time has come to reconstruct sociology, no longer on the basis of what we thought was a definition of the social and of society, but on the basis of the explosion of those ensembles which had been thought to be solid, and of the attempts to reconstruct the space in which subjects can reconstitute a fabric of consensus, compromise and conflict.

Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School is one of the oldest Islamic boarding schools and is capable of being independent in its operational activities by having very rich resources and this institution is also an example of success in developing Islamic economics. The definition of "institution" in this article is how the rules are implemented in the pesantren's economic activities that are deeply tied to the social capital that they have. This study uses a case study qualitative approach. Data collection through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that social capital that is embedded in the pesantren environment can reduce transaction costs so that the institutional of Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School cooperative is more efficient. Network can reduce the cost of information, negotiation, coordination and supervision. Norms can decrease the occurrence of irregularities and the existence of trust. Shared vision can facilitate coordination and increase motivation. It is recommended that the application of social capital in the management of the Sidogiri kopontren be able to be transferred some other pesantren that are still lagging behind in economic development so that they are able to be independent and can help the economic problems of the community.

When N.J. Habraken proposed the conception of support-infill in housing construction in 1960s, housing issues was centered by drawn material construction and consumption, although the needs of involving in the final occupants' participation emerged. It reflected a transition from the industrial economy to the post-industrial economy. Since the rapid development and evolution in the field of technology and social culture in the last several decades, both the social structure and ideology have been changing. The consumption conception of dwelling has also shifted from physical substance to some invisible items, such as knowledge and service. Therefore, open building, as an architectural design method, should adapt to this situation in its future development. This paper firstly describes the characteristics of the post-industry society. Based on analyzing and summarizing the theories and some examples, this paper tries to re-explain the definition of “flexibility” in the context of the post-industrial society. It concludes that the possible tendency of open building is to establish a service system for future occupants to adapt to the changing living environment in addition to physical changeability of the building.

In order to understand the meaning of the notions of cognitive labour and cognitariat, it is necessary to analyse not only the transformations that have taken place in the work process but also what is happening in the psychic and desiring dimension of post-industrial society. What is at stake in the social definition of cognitive labour is the body, sexuality, perishable physicality and the unconscious. Cognitariat is the social corporeality of cognitive labour. But the social existence of cognitive workers cannot be reduced to intelligence: in their existential concreteness, the cognitarians are also body, in other words nerves that stiffen in the constant strain of attention, eyes that get tired staring at a screen. Collective intelligence neither reduces nor resolves the social existence of the bodies that produce this intelligence, the concrete bodies of the male and female cognitarians.

This article covers several stages of the work of Pichon-Rivière. In the 1950s he introduced the hypothesis of "the link as a four way relationship" (of reciprocal love and hate) between the baby and the mother. Clinical work with psychosis and psychosomatic disorders prompted him to examine how mental illness arises; its areas of expression, the degree of symbolisation, and the different fields of clinical observation. From the 1960s onwards, his experience with groups and families led him to explore a second path leading to "the voices of the link"—the voice of the internal family sub-group, and the place of the social and cultural voice where the link develops. This brought him to the definition of the link as a "bi-corporal and tri-personal structure". The author brings together the different levels of the analysis of the link, using as a clinical example the process of a psychoanalytic couple therapy with second generation descendants of a genocide within the limits of the transferential and countertransferential field. Body language (the core of the transgenerational link) and the couple's absences and presence during sessions create a rhythm that gives rise to an illusion, ultimately transforming the intersubjective link between the partners in the couple and with the analyst.

This article is motivated by the fact that the existence of the Street Vendor (PKL) profession is a manifestation of the difficulty of work and the lack of jobs. The scarcity of employment due to the consideration of the number of jobs with unbalanced workforce, economically this has an impact on the number of street vendors (PKL) exploding ... The purpose of being a street vendor is, as a livelihood, making a living, looking for a bite of rice for family, because of the lack of employment, this caused the number of traders to increase. The scarcity of jobs, causes informal sector migration job seekers to create an independent spirit, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, with capital, managed by traders who are true populist economic actors. The problems in street vendors are: (1) how to organize, regulate, empower street vendors in the cities (2) how to foster, educate street vendors, and (3) how to help, find capital for street vendors (4) ) how to describe grief as a Five-Foot Trader. This paper aims to find a solution to the problem of street vendors, so that cases of conflict, cases of disputes, clashes of street vendors with Satpol PP can be avoided. For this reason, the following solutions must be sought: (1) understanding the causes of the explosions of street vendors (2) understanding the problems of street vendors. (3) what is the solution to solving street vendors in big cities. (4) describe Street Vendors as actors of the people's economy. This article is qualitative research, the social paradigm is the definition of social, the method of retrieving observational data, in-depth interviews, documentation. Data analysis uses Interactive Miles and Huberman theory, with stages, Collection Data, Display Data, Data Reduction and Vervying or conclusions.
