The article presents design methodology and independent assessment experience of future teachers professional competence according to requirements of a professional teacher standard and Federal State Educational Standards and based on the actual teaching practice. Methods of independent assessment were developed with universities participating in the project of teacher education modernization and their network partners; educational organizations made up practice bases). The tools testing was attended by 38 universities and 3603 students. The analysis allowed to show up specific profiles of students’ professional competence on assessing professional activities.

The article is devoted to the currently relevant topic of involvement in activities, but not the organization’s personnel, but future HR-managers in their learning process. The article presents various theoretical approaches to the defi nition of the concept of «involvement», «involvement of students», «student engagement», and also analyzes the factors infl uencing the degree of involvement of students in the learning process. A brief review of the literature on the study of the problem of involvement is given, the purpose of which is to form a general idea of the relevance and diffi culties in assessing involvement. The author off ers the experience of assessing the level of involvement of future specialists in the fi eld of personnel management in the process of their study at the university as an important factor in their successful development in a future profession. The author presents the results of a comparative analysis of changes in the level of involvement of students in the situation of using diff erent teaching methods in different years of study. The article focuses on the problem of the formation of professional competence of future HR-managers in the process of their training, and the connection of training success with involvement as a factor of motivation and increased interest in future professional activities. The article has a practical orientation, since studying the involvement of students in training will make it possible to adjust both the content and methods of training future HR managers taking into account not only the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education, the professional standard of a personnel management specialist, the requirements of employers, but also the needs of the students themselves.

Актуальность статьи обусловлена тем, что в настоящее время профессиональная подготовка будущих учителей происходит в условиях постоянно меняющихся социально-экономических состояний современного общества. Переход на новые федеральные государственные образовательные стандарты повлек за собой необходимость внедрения в процесс обучения инновационных технологий, включающих в себя новые подходы к организации взаимодействия между высшей школой, обучающимся и образовательными учреждениями, в которых все большое количество студентов начинают профессиональную деятельность во время обучения. Цель статьи заключается в анализе теоретических основ дуального обучения в системе профессиональной подготовки педагогов. Автором проанализировано современное состояние исследуемой проблемы в Чувашской Республике. Статья предназначена для учителей-практиков, а также студентам педагогических вузов, будущим учителей, планирующих или уже осуществляющих профессиональную педагогическую деятельность. The relevance of the article is due to the fact that at present the professional training of future teachers takes place in the context of the constantly changing socio-economic conditions of modern society. The transition to new federal state educational standards entailed the need to introduce innovative technologies into the learning process, including new approaches to organizing interaction between higher education, students and educational institutions, in which an increasing number of students begin their professional activities during training. The purpose of the article is to analyze the theoretical foundations of dual education in the system of professional training of teachers. The author analyzed the current state of the problem under study in the Chuvash Republic. The article is intended for practicing teachers, as well as students of pedagogical universities, future teachers planning or already carrying out professional teaching activities.

In accordance with the requirements of Federal state educational standards of higher education as a result of the development of the graduate program a graduate should develop general cultural, general professional and professional competences in the field of training and educational organization is obliged to provide a guarantee of the quality of graduates. However, educational standards do not regu-late the procedure of evaluation of quality of educational programs mastering, but merely set out com-mon requirements for it. Therefore, for evaluation of students in accordance with their personal achievements to the requirements of the basic educational program of magistracy many universities make their own funds assessment tools to evaluate knowledge, skills and level of item competencies. The article analyzes the existing in the teaching practice assessment systems, based on development levels of separate professional competence components. The authors note that such systems often have a high complexity and a lack of complexity in solving the problem of estimation of masters graduates readiness for professional work. The authors propose an alternative innovative solution to this problem through the use of the complex control fund as a diagnostic tool for the final certification of under-graduates. This corresponds to the guidelines of the educational standards and our evaluative tools as-sess the quality of developed students competences as well as the degree of general readiness of grad-uates for professional work. The authors present the experience of designing and use of the complex control tasks fund in the educational process of the Chair of Electric Drive and Industrial Automation of Samara State Technical University.

The transition from traditional educational paradigm to competence one has marked new ways of higher educational institutions development. The implementation of modern Federal state educational standards requirements has determined the need to use modern specialist methods in training that develop students’ competence and the ability to carry out highly qualified professional activities. Higher education institutions face the task of implementing technologies that contribute to the development of practical orientation of students, their independence in this process. The purpose of the article is to reveal the experience of using situational-game technologies of training, as one of the most practice-oriented, aimed at activating students’ students, contributing to professional competence development. The concept of "technology" came to education from the sphere of production. Technologization implies a clear subordination to a certain algorithm of actions, so the technology allows you to achieve specific results in the allotted amount of time. In the field of professional education, technology has changed, but its meaning remains the same-the regulation of the activities of the subjects of the educational process to achieve the planned goals. The article defines the essence of educational technologies in the training of University students, reveals the features of their application, the role and advantages of situational and game technologies of training in the conditions of implementation of the competence approach. The research given in this article shows the importance of game educational technologies and the prospects of their use in the training a highly qualified, creative specialist who can quickly solve professional problems in non-standard ways.

Currently, in the context of the widespread use of e-learning technologies and distance educational technologies, it is necessary to train future teachers, taking into account the peculiarities of solving professional problems in an electronic information and educational environment, to develop students' relevant competencies, including network communicative competence. Despite the large number of studies devoted to the communicative aspect of the teacher's activities, the problem of the formation of network communicative competence in the electronic information and educational environment has not been sufficiently studied. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the results of the questionnaire survey of students, some methods of forming network communicative competence in future teachers in the study of various disciplines, in the course of teaching practice, and scientific research are proposed. The analysis of the conditions and factors that determine the choice of methods for the formation of the specified competence has been carried out. These factors are associated with the teachers' perception of the peculiarities of communication in the electronic information and educational environment, the didactic and communicative potential of resources and tools of the electronic information and educational environment, the choice of methods and technologies for organizing interaction, the selection of educational material that allows the development of components of network communicative competence, the design of tasks and exercises for the development of network communicative competence, the choice of modes, schemes and forms of organization of interaction, the organization of feedback, control of the level of formation of the network communicative competence, the implementation of reflection. The formed network communicative competence will contribute to a more effective solution by the teacher of communicative tasks in the electronic information and educational environment, which will improve the quality of training of future teachers in the electronic information and educational environment.

Companies are poorly satisfied with the level of training of specialists and put forward a number of requirements for specific professional competencies of the applicant in the field of engineering. Building a model of such a specialist is complicated by the fact that engineering services are not part of an independent branch of the national economy of Russia. The training of University students is regulated by Federal state educational standards. For specialists in the field of engineering, it is necessary to involve representatives of the professional community in the development of Professional standards. This will allow us to offer outstanding professional competence in the engineering field, which will meet modern market needs and take into account the experience of the best world practices. Modern specialists in the field of engineering should have a balanced combination of practical programs with traditional training, allowing students to apply their knowledge in real conditions. World experience shows another feature of training these specialists, which is aimed at developing non-technical skills in addition to mastering the basic curriculum in order to professionally succeed. In many respects, the effectiveness of applicants in the engineering field will be determined by their knowledge and skills in the organization and management of key stages of the life cycle of their projects. The state University of management shares its experience in training project-oriented specialists in the field of management and engineering. This paper examines the peculiarities of teaching German as a second foreign language in a railway university. The analysis emphasizes the inefficiency of traditional methods and the success of the bilingual approach, which consists in a harmonious combination of methodological principles of teaching the first and second foreign languages. The authors carry out a theoretical analysis of the fundamental principles of teaching a second foreign language: a comparative approach, the principle of reliance on the first foreign and native languages, an autonomous approach, a cognitive principle. The paper deals with the issues related to interference and transfer in teaching a second foreign language. Project methods (simulation, presentation speech, Lapbook-technology) tested by the author in the learning process are offered as learning technologies, the use of which facilitates effective mastering of foreign language skills and abilities. The syllabus of the course A Second Foreign language developed by teachers of the Rostov State Transport University in accordance with the new edition of the Federal State Educational Standard is analyzed. The conclusion is made that this syllabus satisfies the requirements put forward by methodologists to the process of teaching a second foreign language. The analysis of the organization of the educational process with the use of textbooks and a fund of assessment tools prepared for the course is expected to be the subject of our further research.

Введение. Важнейшей задачей современного образования является обеспечение возможностей для личностного и профессионального роста и для осуществления самореализации. Изложены основные подходы к изучению понятия «самореализация». Приводятся результаты анкетирования будущих учителей русского языка. Выявлены представления будущих учителей русского языка в отношении их профессиональной самореализации. Материалы и методы. Исследование было проведено на основе анализа теоретических источников по проблеме самореализации и результатов анкетирования студентов филологического факультета. Авторская анкета состояла из трех вопросов открытого типа и четырех вопросов закрытого типа. Результаты и обсуждение. Проанализированы различные подходы к пониманию названных понятий и обоснована собственная позиция по этому вопросу. По результатам анкетирования установлено, что 15 % студентов третьего курса и 55 % студентов четвертого курса уверены, что профессиональная самореализация подразумевает постоянное совершенствование в выбранной профессии и потребность в совершенствовании. Охарактеризованы потребности, возникающие у будущих учителей русского языка в ходе педагогической практики, которая является ключевым звеном между теоретическим обучением будущих учителей русского языка и их самостоятельной работой в образовательном учреждении. Заключение. Самоактуализация понимается автором как тенденция к самореализации. А самореализация – как процесс развития личности, предполагающий активную содеятельность с другими людьми, приложение собственных усилий. Выявлено, что критической точкой в становлении будущего учителя русского языка является педагогическая практика. До практики основными трудностями у студентов являются неуверенность в себе и нехватка знаний в области методических дисциплин. Это можно скорректировать опытом работы в качестве учителя. После педагогической практики основанными барьерами самореализации для студентов становятся отсутствие свободного времени у учителей русского языка и высокая интенсивность работы. Это заставляет будущих учителей русского языка сомневаться в правильности выбора сферы своей дальнейшей профессиональной деятельности. Поднимается вопрос о психолого-педагогическом сопровождении студентов во время практики.Introduction. The most important task of modern education is to provide opportunities for personal and professional growth and for the implementation of self-realization. The main approaches to the study of the concept of selfrealization are outlined. The results of a survey of future teachers of the Russian language are presented. The ideas of future teachers of the Russian language in relation to their professional self-realization are revealed. Material and methods. The study was conducted on the basis of the analysis of theoretical sources on the problem of self-realization and the results of a survey of students of the philological faculty. The author’s questionnaire consisted of 3 open-ended questions and 4 closed-ended questions. Results and discussion. Various approaches to understanding these concepts are analyzed and their own position on this issue is substantiated. According to the results of the survey, it was found that 15% of 3-year students and 55% of 4-year students are sure that professional self-realization implies continuous improvement in the chosen profession and the need for improvement. The needs arising for future teachers of the Russian language during pedagogical practice, which is a key link between the theoretical training of future teachers of the Russian language and their independent work in an educational institution, are characterized. Conclusion. Self-actualization is understood as a tendency to self-realization. And self-realization is a process of personality development, involving active cooperation with other people, the application of one’s own efforts. It is revealed that the pedagogical practice is a critical point in the formation of the future teacher of the Russian language. Before practice, the main difficulties for students are self-doubt and lack of knowledge in the field of methodological disciplines. After teaching practice, the lack of free time among teachers of the Russian language and the high intensity of work become the basic barriers for self-realization for students. This makes future teachers of the Russian language doubt their further professional activities. The question arises of the psychological and pedagogical support of students during practice.
