Military-applied sports are effective means of physical, moral and psychological training of servicemen for combat activities. A single universal program for training cadets by means of military pentathlon is not described in the special literature. The goal is to summarize the experience of building the training process in military all-around in military universities. 40 coaches of national teams in military pentathlon of 7 universities of Ukraine were surveyed. Results. Physical training of cadets by means of military pentathlon contributes to the formation of their professionalism - it improves applied skills, physical and functional readiness for combat operations. Sports result in military pentathlon to the greatest extent depends on the level of development of athletes' aerobic and speed-power endurance, as well as speed-power qualities. Most often, an obstacle course and throwing are combined in one workout. Regardless of the training period, most of the time is devoted to cross training. Conclusions. The opinions of the coaches on the key issues of building the training process differ significantly, which means that there is no single training methodology for military pentathletes in the universities of Ukraine. Research on the establishment of a scientifically grounded ratio of training volumes of military pentathletes is urgent.

The article provides a General theoretical and practical analysis of the features and significance of service biathlon in the professional activity of an employee of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia. The concept of physical training is defined and attention is drawn to the role of applied skills and professional skills of an employee in physical training. It also reveals aspects and negative phenomena that lead to difficulties when shooting. It is emphasized that one of the most important factors of success in shooting, the authors highlight the concentration of attention and psychological training of the athlete. These qualities are developed during the training process, strict adherence to the training regime and a competent recovery period after training. The authors also identify the main conditions that contribute to improving the effectiveness of the training process, including determining the circumstances necessary for an athlete to train well and following an individual methodology. As a separate aspect, the authors consider effective planning of the training process, which will help to ensure a stable physical and moral state of an employee who is professionally or at an Amateur level engaged in official biathlon. Based on this, it is proposed to distinguish three main stages (preparatory, competitive, and transitional) and develop a training methodology separately for each employee, taking into account the features and characteristics given by the authors of the article. It is worth saying that the work focuses on identifying the essence of the four basic elements of shooting, which include the position of the body, the grip of the weapon, the correctness of pressing the trigger and the aiming technique. In order to increase the psychological readiness of athletes, the authors offer a number of activities that will help overcome certain difficulties in shooting. On the basis of the above, it is decided that employment in service-applied sports has a positive impact not only on the health and personal qualities of the athlete (in this case, an employee of the UIS), but also on the prestige of the service as a whole.

The article considers the increase of special physical training, in particular, speed endurance in children of middle school age who are engaged in swimming. Increasing speed endurance is currently one of the most pressing issues in classes with children in sports sections, which is extremely acute in modern swimming in general. At the beginning of the study, a test was performed, which showed no significant differences between the performance of boys in both groups, ie at the beginning of the experiment they had the same level of development of functional abilities, including speed endurance. In the course of the research the technique aimed at the development of speed endurance in middle school children was used. At the end of the experiment, it was found that the performance of the swimmers of the experimental group was significantly higher, compared with the control group (62.1 ± 0.6s) in swimming 2x50m. It was 56.2 ± 0.2 s. The significance of the differences between these indicators was 9.33. In the 25 m swim without the participation of the legs, the result of the swimmers of the experimental group was 20.3 ± 0.8 s, and in the control - 25.8 ± 1.1 s. Significance of differences was established between them (t = 4.04). There is a positive growth of sports results of young swimmers. A high increase in results was found in the Cooper test - 19%, swimming in the distances of 25 meters - 10%, 100 meters - 9%, 800 meters - 9% and 200 meters - 8%. In order to improve the control ability of the human body in the process of physical training, it is necessary to carry out the inverse simulation analysis of the physical training process and establish the process control model of the physical training. The complex problem of high-dimensional spatial motion planning involved in physical training is decomposed into a series of sub-problems in low-dimensional space, and the inertial attitude parameter fusion is carried out according to the position and pose state of the human body in the end of the workspace during the process of physical training. The design of sensor node and base station in the system can realize real-time collection of motion parameters of motion collectors. The multi-dimensional control of physical training process is carried out by fuzzy constraint and inverse integral control, and the attitude parameters of human body are adjusted by means of mechanical analysis model and inertial parameter analysis method. The simulation results show that the inversion simulation control has better convergence, higher control quality, and better inverse simulation performance in the process of physical training, which can effectively guide physical training and improve the effect of physical training.
