The concept of "educational map", as well as a number of related concepts such as "concept map", have been the subject of numerous studies in the field of pedagogy over the years. They are a tool for describing and analyzing the knowledge of a specific student at a specific point in time. Recently, there has been interest in the problem of generalization and aggregation of information contained in separate individual maps. The concept of "Concept Landscape" was proposed as an approach to solving this problem (Mühling, 2017). However, this concept is focused exclusively on the analysis of the knowledge structure of a group of students. Accordingly, the problem arises of finding a more general and more universal tool that allows us to organically fit aggregated educational maps into the structure of the digital educational environment. We propose to consider this environment as a context that unites all possible educational maps. In accordance with the proposed approach, by the educational landscape we mean the result of the aggregation of several educational maps, united by the digital educational environment as a common context. We also set ourselves the task of identifying technologies for the aggregation of educational maps. We consider superposition, inclusion and absorption as such technologies and disclose the content of these operations in our article. We also establish the main form of the formal description of the educational landscape - a graph with colored vertices and edges. We propose a five-component algorithm for constructing and processing an educational landscape and describe the content of all its stages in the article. In our study, we also give an answer to the question about the role of the educational landscape within the digital educational environment. This role is, in our opinion, multifactorial. The main factors include: the formation of a space of possible individual learning trajectories; analysis and forecasting of the group dynamics of knowledge and skills of students; creation of a tool for supporting the design of an digital educational environment.

Under current conditions, the scientific request for the study of both internal and external factors of socio-psychological safety becomes important. In the literature there are very contradictory data on the role of contextual factors in ensuring the socio-psychological safety of schools. In our work, we consider the role of socio-economic and geographical conditions in ensuring the socio-psychological safety of the educational environment of the school from the standpoint of environmental psychology. Research questions: How does the social and economic status of the region affect the subject level of the school’s socio-psychological safety? How does the type of settlement affect the personal level of the school’s socio-psychological safety? The economic, social, and geographical status of the region affects the socio-psychological safety of the school. Therefore, contextual factors influence, but do not determine the socio-psychological safety of the educational environment of the school. Multilevel approaches, which are intended for individual, psychosocial, and contextual factors, can contribute to the promotion of the theme of the socio-psychological safety of the school.

The paper examines the development of facet analysis as a methodology and the role it plays in building classifications and other knowledge-organization tools. The use of categorical analysis in areas other than library and information science is also considered. The suitability of the faceted approach for humanities documentation is explored through a critical description of the FATKS (Facet Analytical Theory in Managing Knowledge Structure for Humanities) project carried out at University College London. This research focused on building a conceptual model for the subject of religion together with a relational database and search-and-browse interfaces that would support some degree of automatic classification. The paper concludes with a discussion of the differences between the conceptual model and the vocabulary used to populate it, and how, in the case of religion, the choice of terminology can create an apparent bias in the system.

Publishing in an international journal, particularly in social science and law fields, is an arduous and challenging yet rewarding journey. Basic knowledge may boost the pace of this process; nevertheless, often early career scholars and students (or so-called young authors as a whole) do not sufficiently equip such. To provide a useful perspective for preparing to write and publish in international academic journals related to legal research by students and scholars (young authors), this article presents experience from the author in the publishing process including feedback received and advice from renowned scholars. This paper shall focus on some essential and pragmatic parts in publishing, including sorting and selecting journals, approaches to writing for an international journal, specifically, what is the topic that should be covered, and challenges for young UEL authors to publish in a journal and solutions for such. This paper shall not mention some theoretical matters, for instance, what the importance and the role of research for young authors are. This paper shall only cover the basic understanding of publishing in an international journal related to social science and jurisprudence and shall not cover issues related to publication in conference proceedings, book chapters, or topics unrelated to social science and jurisprudence. This paper concludes that (i) young UEL authors are capable of publishing internationally; (ii) International journals can be classified based on (ii.1) requirements on content and structure, or (ii.2) quality assessment; (iii) authors need (iii.1) to find journal interests, (iii.2) choose interesting and novel topics; (iv). Difficulties of young authors include an insufficient understanding of the international publication system, limited knowledge and skills. Therefore, it is necessary to equip them with the basic understanding of international publication, restructure the subject `Scientific/ Jurisprudence research skills' and the subject system of UEL, encourage and improve international publications.

Homework is a good means of reactivation; it helps students to practice language items and consolidates learnt knowledge and skills at their home. It is an indispensible tool for students to step forward in the subject. But if we glance at homework dealing situation at school level education in Nepal, the role of homework is hardly talked about in the majority of the schools, especially at government aided school. Similarly, if we look at researches and papers that are talked about on homework dealing situation at school level education, we will rarely find. For this reason, I have strived to explore homework dealing situation of English langauge teaching at grade eight in Dadeldhura District through survey questions to the students and the teachers, such as when do students feel difficult to do homework, why do they do homework, how much time do they spend to do homework, who does help them to do homework at home, how do they like their homework to be corrected, how do the teachers correct homework, and the like. It also suggests some strategies for increasing homework completion rates and making homework meaningful for the students. The article analyzes the possibilities of using the DIKW-model in relation to educational proposals. The analysis brings us back to understanding the concepts of "data", "information", "knowledge" and wisdom, where the goal of teaching is to obtain knowledge, and the learning process itself leads to wisdom. The definitions of these basic concepts are considered, which will prevent their misinterpretation and substitution. It will give an opportunity to develop a model of training, which in the future will form the required specialist. The structure of this model is considered, the connections between its components are highlighted, which are of paramount importance for the development of an effective educational proposal within the framework of innovative education and increase of independent work of the higher education seeker, where the role of the teacher changes. The preparedness for real life, forming the necessary competences and teaching the student as a specialist and personality become one of the primary tasks. First, to move to the concept of "learning", it is necessary to specify the definitions of "information" and "knowledge" to understand in which case the presentation of information on the subject will lead to the formation of knowledge and in which it will remain information. We understand the need to form a future specialist’s "knowledge" and opportunities related to the category of "wisdom" under the introduction of the DIKW methodology in the educational environment. "Knowledge" cannot be replaced by an information flow or a data flow. This is a process of multiple processing of information, data, related knowledge and the copyright of the studied information is not an indicator of effectiveness. The indicator of effectiveness was defining as the ability to make the decision that is most appropriate in a given situation.
