Publishing in an international journal, particularly in social science and law fields, is an arduous and challenging yet rewarding journey. Basic knowledge may boost the pace of this process; nevertheless, often early career scholars and students (or so-called young authors as a whole) do not sufficiently equip such. To provide a useful perspective for preparing to write and publish in international academic journals related to legal research by students and scholars (young authors), this article presents experience from the author in the publishing process including feedback received and advice from renowned scholars. This paper shall focus on some essential and pragmatic parts in publishing, including sorting and selecting journals, approaches to writing for an international journal, specifically, what is the topic that should be covered, and challenges for young UEL authors to publish in a journal and solutions for such. This paper shall not mention some theoretical matters, for instance, what the importance and the role of research for young authors are. This paper shall only cover the basic understanding of publishing in an international journal related to social science and jurisprudence and shall not cover issues related to publication in conference proceedings, book chapters, or topics unrelated to social science and jurisprudence. This paper concludes that (i) young UEL authors are capable of publishing internationally; (ii) International journals can be classified based on (ii.1) requirements on content and structure, or (ii.2) quality assessment; (iii) authors need (iii.1) to find journal interests, (iii.2) choose interesting and novel topics; (iv). Difficulties of young authors include an insufficient understanding of the international publication system, limited knowledge and skills. Therefore, it is necessary to equip them with the basic understanding of international publication, restructure the subject `Scientific/ Jurisprudence research skills' and the subject system of UEL, encourage and improve international publications.

To commemorate the 21st century, a new learning model was designed in 2013 curriculum, in which there is a shift from teachers give knowledge to students become student must actively seek out knowledge from a variety of learning resources. In this case, the teacher acts as facilitators. Thus, language is a very central role, because the language should be in front of all other subjects. Curriculum 2013 imposed a thematic integrated learning which is no longer based subjects. Various subjects for primary schools (such as: Religion, Civics, Indonesian, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and so on) are integrated intoone book. The subject matter is not presented in textbook, but it presented in book thematics lesson, the themes are about nature, social life and culture. In this new curriculum, learning process is implemented by applying a scientific approach (observing, questioning, experimenting, associating, and networking) that includes three aspects such as attitudes, knowledge, and skills. So, how is the role of Indonesian in an integrated thematic learning by applying scientific approaches in primary schools in 2013 curriculum? By appying the method, the object of this paper is to gain preview about the role of Indonesian in 2013 curriculum that uses integrated thematic learning by scientific approach in primary schools.

Homework is a good means of reactivation; it helps students to practice language items and consolidates learnt knowledge and skills at their home. It is an indispensible tool for students to step forward in the subject. But if we glance at homework dealing situation at school level education in Nepal, the role of homework is hardly talked about in the majority of the schools, especially at government aided school. Similarly, if we look at researches and papers that are talked about on homework dealing situation at school level education, we will rarely find. For this reason, I have strived to explore homework dealing situation of English langauge teaching at grade eight in Dadeldhura District through survey questions to the students and the teachers, such as when do students feel difficult to do homework, why do they do homework, how much time do they spend to do homework, who does help them to do homework at home, how do they like their homework to be corrected, how do the teachers correct homework, and the like. It also suggests some strategies for increasing homework completion rates and making homework meaningful for the students. The concept of "educational map", as well as a number of related concepts such as "concept map", have been the subject of numerous studies in the field of pedagogy over the years. They are a tool for describing and analyzing the knowledge of a specific student at a specific point in time. Recently, there has been interest in the problem of generalization and aggregation of information contained in separate individual maps. The concept of "Concept Landscape" was proposed as an approach to solving this problem (Mühling, 2017). However, this concept is focused exclusively on the analysis of the knowledge structure of a group of students. Accordingly, the problem arises of finding a more general and more universal tool that allows us to organically fit aggregated educational maps into the structure of the digital educational environment. We propose to consider this environment as a context that unites all possible educational maps. In accordance with the proposed approach, by the educational landscape we mean the result of the aggregation of several educational maps, united by the digital educational environment as a common context. We also set ourselves the task of identifying technologies for the aggregation of educational maps. We consider superposition, inclusion and absorption as such technologies and disclose the content of these operations in our article. We also establish the main form of the formal description of the educational landscape - a graph with colored vertices and edges. We propose a five-component algorithm for constructing and processing an educational landscape and describe the content of all its stages in the article. In our study, we also give an answer to the question about the role of the educational landscape within the digital educational environment. This role is, in our opinion, multifactorial. The main factors include: the formation of a space of possible individual learning trajectories; analysis and forecasting of the group dynamics of knowledge and skills of students; creation of a tool for supporting the design of an digital educational environment.

De gir også uttrykk for at det er lettere å være åpen om sin tro i et flerkulturelt enn i et mer monokulturelt klasserom.Nøkkelord: Kristne elever, posisjonering, inkludering, trygt rom, KRLE Abstract:This article is based on in-depth interviews with students and teachers and discusses the role of Christian students in the Norwegian RE-subject. The study shows that questions about religious affiliation are not a common topic of conversation between the students. The Christian students also say that they are seldom asked to tell about their beliefs and traditions in class, unlike students from other religions and beliefs. Some of the students say that the teaching about Christianity mostly deals with ancient church history or strict rules of life that they do not identify with. Teachers in the subject believe to have basic knowledge of religions and beliefs represented in their classes, but some admit that their knowledge of Christian minorities and of the inner diversity within the Church of Norway is inadequate. Students say that the teacher’s knowledge and attitude towards Christianity play a crucial role in including them in the classroom and in KRLE. They also state that it is easier to be open about their faith in a multicultural, than in a more monocultural classroom. Keywords: Christian students, positioning, inclusion, safe space, RE

The relevance of the study is that the integrative role of compulsory piano learning in music education acquires the knowledge and skills of conscious work, which is considered the mainstream of the formation of the art of pianism in China. Most of it is conducted and implemented in territorially different environments of music schools to acquire knowledge, themes of perception of musical text, recognizing the degree of use of inherent potential of additional piano features related to increasing the effectiveness of learning activities. In the context of piano schools, a large number of students perceive the subject only as a hobby. For them, these measures are often reduced to the implementation of appropriate programmes. The piano, like any other subject, develops musicality and promotes reflection on the music piece. For some, the musical art of pianism acts as the only way to stimulate the harmonious imagination through which it is possible to learn to listen to chords. The piano is a unique source of inspiration for further musical development. The aim of the study is to reveal and examine the role of the Chinese piano school in the formation of Chinese art of pianism.

The subject of this article is the approaches towards legal nature of mergers and acquisitions. The goal consists in determination of the role of this phenomenon among the established within national legal system forms of organization of legal entities. Alongside the general scientific methods, the author also applies the methods of materialistic philosophy and formal logics, as well as interpretation and comparative jurisprudence. A conclusion is made that the characteristics of mergers and acquisitions exceptionally through the national forms of reorganization appears to be inadequate for determination of the role of this phenomenon. The article analyzes not only the doctrinal works, but also the provisions of foreign legislation that can be useful for the Russian Federation. Reference to the context of civil legal literature, as well as consideration of logical-philosophical, theoretical-legal and civil-legal representations allowed demonstrating an original view upon the subject in question, propose the grounds for substantiation or stipulation such construct. The main conclusion of the conducted research is the fact that the established in Russia understanding of reorganization cannot qualify for the methodological foundation for the more complete mergers and acquisitions. The analysis of foreign experience demonstrates that the common for Russia forms of reorganization can be regulated similarly to other phenomena, which has never been recognized as reorganization in Russia. The obtained results may be used in legislative and expert activity, as well as further theoretical and legal research.
