Approaches to the treatment of painful genital endometriosis have been discussed for many years and to this day represent the most urgent aspect of this problem. With the development of endosurgery, a new method for treating internal endometriosis of the uterine body was proposed - laparoscopic electro-destruction of the affected myometrium followed by hysteroresectoscopic ablation of the endometrium. For the first time this technique was applied by C. Wood in 1994.

In allusion to the need of analyzing complex system, we have proposed a method named multi-grade color Petri net. We for the first time use this new method to analyze a missile training simulator system. This model can accurately reflect the complex environments of the system and avoid the difficulty occurring often in developing accurate mathematics model by using classical research approach.

Attitudes towards contraceptive methods were sampled among 117 women, in their mid-20's, selecting a new method (Pill, IUD, Injectable) and a comparison group of women undergoing termination of pregnancy for the first time. High concordance was found, suggesting women were applying essentially the same standards in making their selection.

Utilizing a photolabile ligand as MOF strut can make a framework undergo full or partial decomposition upon irradiation. For the first time, a nitrophenylacetate derivative has been incorporated into MOF as a backbone linker via PLSE method. The photo-induced decarboxylation of the NPDAC-MOF represents a novel way of degrading a MOF, which provides an innovative approach to formulating photoresponsive porous materials with potential applications in molecular release and drug delivery. When photoactive linker is mixed with non-photolabile linker via partial PLSE, the MOF structure can be retained after irradiation, but with the introduction of multiple defects, offering a new method to create vacancies in MOFs. Defect repair can be achieved by treatment with replacement ligands, the scope of which is an interesting area for developing customizable MOF contents.<br>

<p>Nucleophilic substitution on hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene (HCCTP) with allylamine in order to give hexa(allylamino)cyclotriphosphazene (HACTP)  is performed for the first time under mild conditions by using diethylether as solvent to replace benzene which is very toxic. The reaction time is reduced to half and also performed at room temperature but especially in the presence of an eco-catalyst called Maghnite-H+. This catalyst has a significant role in the industrial scale. In fact, the use of Maghnite is preferred for its many advantages: a very low purchase price compared to other catalysts, the easy removal of the reaction mixture. Then, Maghnite-H+ is became an excellent catalyst for many chemical reactions. The structure of HACTP synthesized in the presence of Maghnite-H+ to 5% by weight is confirmed by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 31P-NMR (Nuclear magnetic resonance) and FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy). MALDI-TOF (Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionisation-time-of-flight mass spectrometry) is used to establish the molecular weight of HACTP which is 471 g/mol. DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetery) and TGA (Thermogravimetric Analysis) show that HACTP is a crystalline product with a melting point of 88 °C. It is reactive after melting but is degraded from 230 °C. Copyright © 2016 BCREC GROUP. Abstract. The vertical temperature profiles in a typical Rayleigh lidar system depends on the backscatter photon counts and the CIRA-86 model inputs. For the first time, we show that, by making simultaneous measurements of Rayleigh lidar and upper mesospheric O2 temperatures, the lidar capability can be enhanced to obtain mesospheric temperature profile up to about 95 km altitudes. The obtained results are compared with instantaneous space-borne SABER measurements for a validation.

From the stem bark of Rhamnus catharticus L. (purging buckthorn) the three main anthraquinone glycosides have been isolated by the new method of droplet-countercurrent-chromatography. Their structures were spectroscopically identified as em odin-8-O-β-gentiobioside, -glucoside and -primveroside. From these the primveroside is a new substance, the gentiobioside has been found for the second time in plant material. The structures were confirmed by 13C NMR spectroscopy for the first time in O-glycosides of emodin type. Especially the differences in 13C chemical shifts of the free resp. acetylated aglycones and glycosides are useful parameters for determining the position of O-glycosylation in the 1,8-dihydroxy-anthraquinone derivatives

ABSTRACTA new method for the build-up of non-centrosymmetric multilayer thin films has been developed for the first time using an electric field-assisted electrostatic self-assembled monolayer (EF-ESAM) technique. An increase by 116% of the second-harmonic intensity of the films has been observed in comparison with that of ESAM film.

&lt;p&gt;Recent research discovered that airborne microplastics pollution can reach very remote areas. However, analysis of nanoplastics in environmental samples remains challenging, mostly due to technical and methodological issues. A new method for chemical characterisation of nanoplastics based on TD-PTR-MS has been recently introduced. The detection limit of &lt;1ng allowed for the first time the analysis of nanoplastics deposited on the snow in the pristine Alps. In this work, we analysed daily samples of surface snow close to the Sonnblick Observatory, Austria (3106 m altitude) in the period from 2017-02-07 to 2017-03-19, using our new method. The results showed a positive detection for various types of nanoplastics, and the most common type found was Polyethylene terephthalate (PET). We will present our results on the to-date longest daily record of nanoplastics deposition in high altitude regions and further discuss optimisations of TD-PTR-MS method for nanoplastics detection and quantification.&lt;/p&gt;

In this paper, a new Runge–Kutta–Nyström method of fourth algebraic order is developed. The new method has zero phase-lag, zero amplification error and zero first integrals of the previous properties. Numerical results indicate that the new method is very efficient for solving numerically the Schrödinger equation. We note that for the first time in the literature we use the requirement of vanishing the first integrals of phase-lag and amplification error in the construction of efficient methods for the numerical solution of the Schrödinger equation.

To reduce product costs and improve the competitiveness of a enterprise, it is essential to optimize and manage the production processing in an efficient way. However, in many large-scale enterprises, the supervision and optimization of production processing is very complex and effective regularization is often difficult to achieve. To address this issue, a new method is proposed to optimize the production processing in large-scale enterprises in this work. The innovation of the proposed method lies on that it is the first time to use the integration of failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and evolution game analysis to deal with the issue of production processing optimization. The FMEA was firstly used to reveal the critical factors on the production processing optimization and the evolution game analysis was then applied to finding efficient/inefficient correlated equilibria in the optimization processing. A case study has been carried out in a company to evaluate and verify the new method. The actual situation has been taken into account for the practice evaluation of the proposed method. The analysis results show that the proposed method provides good production processing optimization and hence is feasible and easy to use in practice.
