<pre><strong>Abstract: </strong>This study aims to describe the problem of integrating the strengthening of character education in thematic learning that discuss the problem of the design of learning implementation, implementation of learning, assessment of learning and solutions. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a type of case study research and used the Robert K. Yin data analysis model. The results of this study state that there are problems in making the design of the implementation of learning, the implementation of learning and assessment of learning. It is suggested that the teacher must optimize the planting of characters by cooperating with each other between the school, the community, and the education office to improve deficiencies in the planting of character education in schools. </pre><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan problem pengintegrasian penguatan pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran tematik yang membahas tentang masalah rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, penilaian pembelajaran dan solusinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus dan menggunakan analisis data model Robert K. Yin. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan terdapat masalah dalam pembuatan rancangan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian pembelajaran. Disarankan guru harus mengoptimalkan penanaman karakter dengan saling bekerja sama antar pihak sekolah, masyarakat, dan dinas pendidikan guna memperbaiki kekurangan dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter di sekolah.

<em>Natural phenomena formed on earth such as the formation of mountains can be used as a means for humans to always think and increase curiosity. In the world of education, natural phenomena can be used as a medium for learning. This study aims to analyze and study the legend of Gunung Wurung as a teaching material based on local wisdom and strengthening the character education in elementary school. The legend of Gunung Wurung is one of the folklore located Karangsambung area, Kebumen, Central Java. This research is a descriptive research. The research data was obtained from the results of observations and interviews with residents around the Karangsambung area and the results of the teacher perception questionnaire SDN 02 Kuwayuhan. Data analysis techniques used a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the analysis show that: 1) The legend of Gunung Wurung turned out to be less well known to residents around the Karangsambung area; 2) The legend of Gunung Wurung can be used as an alternative material in thematic learning in elementary schools based on local wisdom; 2) Character education values in the legend of Gunung Wurung include religious character, respect and obedience, cooperation, hard work, social care, patience, and commitment.</em>

This study aims to examine factors that affect a child's ability to recognize letters of the alphabet and distinguish several letters that have similar sounds and shape. By using alphabetical card (flashcard) researchers want to improve the ability of objects in recognizing and distinguish letters. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with case study research in action research design. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Semi-structured interview used by researchers to obtain the completeness of the data and find out the problem in detail. The results obtained that the development of the alphabetical is increasing because of stimulus with a alphabetical card. With a child's card game it becomes more fun to recognize the alphabets and can directly play with the alphabetical card directly. In addition to recognizing the alphabets, with a child's alphabetical card can also explore his knowledge through the pictures, colors and shapes that existed in the letters. It indicates that subject has achieved good results in recognizing the alphabet, since from the beginning he has not been able to distinguish the present letters than subject can distinguish letters of similar shape. In addition, subject also able to know the initial letter of a word and can read it.

Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is one source of rural income which is generally still the main source of income used in the conduct of geverment village. On efforts to oversee the transparency of village financial management, BPKP and the ministry of home affairs developed a village finansial system application in 2015. The purpose of this study is to describe of the result of the evaluation of the village financial syystem on ADD financial management. And can provide goverment of ADD in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. This research used qualitative descriptive approach whit the case study research sites in Rambigundam village, Rambipuji, Jember. The data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to get the validity of the data, carriet out technical examination of the validity of the data which is testing the credibility,  tranferability, depability, and confirmability. The result showed that the planning stage until the accountability village Allocation Fund stage have well done, but there are same problems of the implementation, they are the lack of participation from people, the lack of participation of Badan Permusyawaran Desa (BPD), and the lack of village Implementation Teams in preparing the report Accountability Village Fund Allocation.

This research was carried out at SDS Harapan Jakarta. This research aims to unravel the implementation of character education’s values through thematic subject, specifically on Indonesian Language Content. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach to gather research data deeply and thoroughly regarding character education’s value. Data collection was done using interviews, observation, and documentation. Miles and Huberman method was used to analyze data collected with the process of data collection, condensation, data display, and data verification. Triangulation was used to verify the validity of the data. The result of this study revealed that 1) The implementation of character education values in the content of Indonesian Language learning in Class 3 is implemented through reading and writing activities that prioritize the five main values in education according to the Minister of Education and Culture. 2) There are still less-effective efforts to achieve learning objectives. 3) There is still a lack of learning innovations carried out to achieve learning goals. 4) No lesson plans that are not made routinely as a means of evaluating learning. 5) There is still a need for improvement in the application of character education in Indonesian content that is linked to students' real experiences, both through online and offline learning.  Keywords: Character Education; Primary School; Thematic Learning; Indonesian Language Content  Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDS Harapan Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter melalui mata pelajaran tematik, khususnya pada muatan bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian secara mendalam dan menyeluruh mengenai nilai pendidikan karakter. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode Miles dan Huberman digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan dengan proses pengumpulan data, kondensasi, tampilan data, dan verifikasi data. Triangulasi digunakan untuk memverifikasi keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa 1) Implementasi nilai pendidikan karakter dalam muatan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Kelas 3 diterapkan melalui kegiatan membaca dan menulis yang mengedepankan lima nilai utama dalam pendidikan sesuai Permendikbud. 2) Masih ada upaya-upaya yang kurang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. 3) Masih kurangnya inovasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. 4) Tidak ada RPP yang tidak dibuat secara rutin sebagai sarana evaluasi pembelajaran. 5) Masih perlu adanya perbaikan penerapan pendidikan karakter konten bahasa Indonesia yang dikaitkan dengan pengalaman nyata peserta didik, baik melalui pembelajaran online maupun offline. <p>Empowerment of teachers is one form of effort that can be done to improve the process of education in schools. This study aims to find out how the process of teacher empowerment at Sontas 03 State Elementary School (SD Negeri 03 Sontas) Entikong Subdistrict, Sanggau Regency which formulated in several questions related to planning, implementation, supervision, and effectiveness of teacher empowerment at Sontas 03 State Elementary School in Entikong sub-district. The approach used in this research is qualitative descriptive with case study research type. Data collection using interview techniques, documentation and documentation. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman analysis model consist of four stages that are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion or verification. Checking or testing the validity of data is done by triangulation, member check, and increasing persistence. Summaries conducted to analyze the research findings such as: 1) Sontas 03 State Elementary School in Entikong sub-district has implemented a program of planning activities empowerment of teachers as well; 2) Teacher empowerment activities at Sontas 03 State Elementary School in Entikong sub-district have been implemented well; 3) Supervision of teacher empowerment at Sontas 03 State Elementary School in Entikong sub-district has been well implemented by supervisor and principal; 4) Empowerment of teachers at Sontas 03 State Elementary School in Entikong sub-district has been effective, the main activity of teacher empowerment is absolute.</p>

Students are an important element in education. Successful educational institutions are those who are successful in student recruitment. Educational institutions that are successful in student recruitment are institutions that have succeeded in gaining trust from the community. Madrasah Aliyah Matholiul Huda Jepara as one of the Islamic-style educational institutions has its own challenges in recruiting students. This madrasa is a madrasa that successfully competes with schools and other madrassas in gaining trust from the community which is marked by the success of the student recruitment program. This research attempts to reveal the strategies adopted by Madrasah Aliyah Matholiul Huda Jepara in promoting their institutions. This research is a case study research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses interviews, observation, and documentation in collecting data. data reduction, data display, data verification and triangulation are used for data validity analysis. The findings of this study are divided into two aspects namely the method and media of promotion used. First, Madrasah Aliyah Matholiul Huda applies direct and indirect promotion methods. Second, Madrasah Aliyah Matholiul Huda uses conventional and digital (online) promotional media. This paper provides an alternative solution for madrassas who have backgrounds or problems in the recruitment of students, especially promotion strategies. The conclusion of this paper is that to be successful in recruiting students, madrassas must choose the appropriate method and media in promoting madrassas by paying attention to the SWOT analysis. <p class="IABSSS"><strong>Purpose</strong> - This research aims to know how the implementation of revenue sharing system to Musyarakah finance and to know the Conformity between the implementation done with Fatwa DSN No.08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000.</p><p class="IABSSS"><strong>Method</strong><strong> </strong>- The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a type of case study research.</p><p class="IABSSS"><strong>Result</strong><strong> </strong>- The results showed that a). the implementation of revenue sharing system to Musyarakah finance in BPRS Saka Dana Mulia uses projections or estimates between 1,75% - 2,5% multiplied by the bank's capital. This revenue sharing system has been determined at the beginning of the nominal magnitude of the result for which the customer must be deposited every month. But the bank continues to see the customer's business, when the customer's business suffered losses that are not caused by human error then the bank and the customer will renrenegotiate regarding the outcome.b). The implementation of Musyarakah finance to PT. BPRS Saka Dana Mulia which has been adjusted to Fatwa DSN No.08/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 located at the statement of ijab qabul, contract object (capital, work, andloss), Operational costs and disputes. While that is still not appropriate, that is in the part of the object contract about the profit.</p><p class="IABSSS"><strong>Implication</strong> - This research is only researching in PT. BPRS Saka Dana Mulia Kudus.</p><p align="center"><strong>Originality</strong> - there are differences in the division of sharing system between theories and practices implemented in BPRS Saka Dana Mulia. </p>

ABSTRAKPelaksanaan ibadah umrah di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Hal ini didorong dengan semakin baiknya kondisi perekonomian di Indonesia. Untuk itu diperlukan perusahaan penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah dan haji yang memfasilitasi para jamaah untuk melakukan ibadah menuju ke tanah suci. Mengenai hal tersebut, sudah seharusnya perusahaan penyelenggara perjalanan ibadah umrah dan haji menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya. Hal ini sangat penting dikarenakan banyak terjadi pelanggaran etika bisnis Islam yang dilakukan oleh beberapa perusahaan, tidak terkecuali oleh perusahaan travel umrah haji, seperti yang banyak diberitakan dibeberapa media yang dibuktikan dengan banyaknya jamaah yang gagal berangkat ke Baitullah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu survei pendahuluan, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Mubina Tour Indonesia kabupaten Gresik telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dengan cara menyampaikan secara jujur dan benar, senantiasa berusaha untuk selalu menepati apa yang telah dijanjikan, membekali semua karyawan dengan berbagai skill dan mengemas promosi dengan trik-trik yang menarik.Kata Kunci: Etika Bisnis Islam, Perusahaan Penyelenggara Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah dan Haji. ABSTRACTPerforming Umrah in Indonesia year by year has been experiencing a significant increase. It is motivated by a better economic condition in Indonesia. Therefore, Umrah and Hajj Travel Organizer Company is needed to facilitate Muslim pilgrims to pilgrimage to Mecca. According to this, this kind of company shall implement Islamic business ethics to run their business activities. It is very important because there are many Islamic business ethics violations committed by some companies, unexceptionally Hajj and umrah travel companies as widely reported in several media. It was proven by the large number of pilgrims who failed to go to Baitullah. This research used a qualitative-descriptive approach with the case study method. Data collecting techniques used by the researcher are preliminary survey, observation, interview, documentation, and literature review. The result of the research shows that Mubina Tour Indonesia in Gresik Regency has implemented Islamic business ethics by delivering information honestly and truthfully, always trying to fulfill what has been promised, equipping all employments with many various skills, and packaging promotion with interesting techniques.Keywords: Islamic Business Ethics, Umrah and Hajj Travel Company.

Pesantren, as an authentic educational institution initiated by Indonesian Muslims, provides parents aneffective alternative to educate their children. For years, pesantren has proven trusted in educating youthand establishing a standard in both general and religious educations. In this study, the researchers willdiscuss factors that motivate parents to entrust pesantren as the institution to educate their children. Thisstudy uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, andthe results of relevant studies. After analyzing the data, the results indicate that there are two types ofmotives among parents. First is general motivation in placing children in pesantren, namely intrinsicmotivation which covers parents' ideals having a generation with the quality of faith and good moralconduct, forming morals, and building strong physical and mental. The other factor is extrinsic motivation,including intense, integrated, and comprehensive Islamic teaching, positive activities carried outcontinuously for 24 hours, and proper coaching methods. The two factors indicate that parents' motivationto entrust pesantren as an educational institution is relevant to current conditions in which the youngergeneration is prone to moral depravity
