Pesantren, as an authentic educational institution initiated by Indonesian Muslims, provides parents aneffective alternative to educate their children. For years, pesantren has proven trusted in educating youthand establishing a standard in both general and religious educations. In this study, the researchers willdiscuss factors that motivate parents to entrust pesantren as the institution to educate their children. Thisstudy uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, andthe results of relevant studies. After analyzing the data, the results indicate that there are two types ofmotives among parents. First is general motivation in placing children in pesantren, namely intrinsicmotivation which covers parents' ideals having a generation with the quality of faith and good moralconduct, forming morals, and building strong physical and mental. The other factor is extrinsic motivation,including intense, integrated, and comprehensive Islamic teaching, positive activities carried outcontinuously for 24 hours, and proper coaching methods. The two factors indicate that parents' motivationto entrust pesantren as an educational institution is relevant to current conditions in which the youngergeneration is prone to moral depravity

Joblessness and lack of social welfare are economic problems which require the involvement of all people to overcome. The education aspect which functions to prepare educated human resource also plays important roles in reducing the level of joblessness and increase the social welfare. Islamic Boarding School Sidogiri Pasuruan as an educational institution not only provides Salaf education materials, but gives social benefits through its social entrepreneurship program.The aim of this research is to discover the social entrepreneurship applied at Islamic Boarding School Sidogiri Pasuruan. This research uses qualitative descriptive approach, by using a qualitative research of case study. Technique of data collection applied in this research is through documents, interview, participatory observation, and documentation upon the informants selected by using purposive sampling methods.The results of the research show that the application of social entrepreneurship at Islamic Boarding School Sidogiri Pasuruan can be proven by the innovation of establishment of social entrepreneurship institution, i.e. Kopontren Sidogiri (Cooperative of Islamic Boarding School Sidogiri), Pustaka Sidogiri, Buletin Sidogiri (Sidogiri Buletin), BMT Maslahah, BMT UGT Sidogiri, BPRS UMMU Sidogiri dan Koperasi Agro Sidogiri (Sidogiri Agribusiness Cooperative). They have been established based on the ideas and roles of civil society of Islamic Boarding School Sidogiri Pasuruan to maintain the economic activities, i.e. the duty of delivering Islamic values (dakwah), business, and providing social values for the society around Islamic Boarding School Sidogiri Pasuruan.

This study aims to describe the implementation of management functions of PondokPesantrenTahfizhPutri (PPTP) at one of the Islamic Boarding School in East Java Indonesia. The Education system integrated with the formal school. The subject of this study are 17 participants. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach as guidance so that the research focus to describe research's form question or problem identification. Result of the research show that the planning function in its management has long-term planning in vision, mission, and objectives of the foundation. Besides, the organizing function related to the organizational structure.

A Muslim who works as a form of workship to Allah SWT make attempts to obtain wealth by means of the lawful and good. As well as within the organization, a Muslim who gained the trust of the other party will always manage cooperatives by prioritizing and applying traits according to traits owned by Rasulallah, one of which is the trusthworthy traits and is able to provide a positive influence to others within the organization.The research method used is case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses interviews in primary data collection. The scope of research is limited to the focus on the cooperative manager of Qomaruddin boarding school Sampurnan Bungah in Gresik and find answers on how to implement the trustworthy traits of Rasulalllah on the management of the cooperative.The result of this research is the implementation of the trustworthy traits of Rasulallah SAW has already been implemented properly by the cooperative manager of the cooperative boarding school in the form of cooperative management in accordance with Islamic principle, because the cooperative management fullfilled with the 3 indicators such as responsibility, trusworthiness and transparency so that the growth and development of cooperative boarding school survived until today. The manager of the boarding school cooperative that implements the trustworthy traits of Rasulallah able to make policy and ethical Islamic system which resulted in an Islamic organization. The cooperative management has implemented the trustworthy traits correctly, by implementing those trustworthy traits, kopontren obtain the benefit. Kopontren manager interpret the business benefits based on the blessing of sustenance and pleasure of Allah SWT from the management as well as the ability and the sincerity to provide benefits to many parties.

E-Public services based on information technology have been improved during the industrial revolution 4.0. Implementing E-Public Service leads to transforming public services in government from the old designs to the new designs that can assist in realizing agile government models. The agile government model is a model of government that creates a culture of agile and intelligent bureaucracy. This model focuses on the requirements of speed and ease in government processes, including public services. This study aims to explain the design of e-Public Service in realizing the Agile Government model. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach assisted by NVivo 12 software in processing data. This study shows that the design of public Service in realizing an agile government model based on information technology is creating responsive public services, facilitating and accelerating the process of public services, and improving the quality of effective and efficient public services.

In the digital era 4.0, the necessary e-learning skills of the santri at the Gontor 12 Tanjung Jabung Timur modern Islamic boarding school are fundamental to be included in the pesantren education management system. The goal is to improve the students' skills to be highly competitive with other public school graduates. This research examines the education management applied and the learning methods implemented to support the students' skills at the boarding school. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with a type of case study. This approach can clearly explain the phenomena of the research phenomena and entirely from the new findings at the Pondok Pesantren Modern Darussalam Gontor 12 Tanjung Jabung Timur. This study indicates new effective methods to support e-learning-based santri skills through the learning process using the Yadan-Biyadin method. Yadan-biyadin is a method of conveying material from one hand to another or from one santri to another.

Hampir semua aktivitas masyarakat Bugis Kendari dimulai dengan mempertimbangkan kualitas waktu yang dikenal dengan istilah hari baik dan hari buruk. Kualitas waktu ini memiliki pedoman dan menggunakan simbol-simbol tertentu.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji  simbol hari baik dan hari buruk masyarakat Bugis Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara  mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  pedoman  simbol hari baik dan hari buruk masyarakat Bugis di Kota Kendari diklasifikasi menjadi sebelas, yaitu (1) simbol bahasa Arab, (2) simbol matematika, (3) simbol tulisan tangan, (4) Simbol lontara  Bugis, (5) simbol lontara  Bugis dan gambar, (6)  simbol aksara  Soewandi, (7) simbol hewan, (8) simbol bintang, (9) simbol bendera, (10) simbol Haji Daud, dan (11) simbol Hj. Nursiah. Penelitian ini akhinrya menegaskan bahwa simbol pedoman  ini merepresentasikan masyarakat bugis  Kendari yang penuh perencanaan dan memiliki rasa optimisme untuk menggapai hasil maksimal sebuah aktivitas.  Almost all activities of the Bugis Kendari community begin by considering the quality of time known as good days and bad days. This quality of time has guidelines and uses certain symbols. This study aims to examine the symbols of good days and bad days of the Bugis people of Kendari city. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews and observations. The results showed that the guideline of the symbol of good days and bad days of Bugis people in Kendari city was classified into eleven, (1) Arabic symbols, (2) mathematical symbols, (3) handwriting symbols, (4) Bugis symbol, (5 ) Bugis symbols and drawings, (6) Soewandi alphabet symbols, (7) animal symbols, (8) star symbols, (9) flag symbols, (10) Haji Daud symbols, and (11) Hj. Nursiah symbols. This research finally emphasizes that the symbol of this guideline represents the Bugis Kendari community which is full of planning and has a sense of optimism to achieve the maximum results of an activity.

The development of the educational institution industry continues to increase, which demands an effective marketing strategy to face the increasingly tight competition in the education service business. This research is a qualitative research methodology with a descriptive approach that aims to determine the marketing strategy of Baitul Qur'an educational institutions. The analysis tool used is the analysis of the company's environment (EFE, IFE, and IE Matrix) with the SWOT method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). The results of the Baitul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School evaluation based on Internal and External analysis obtained from the SWOT analysis resulted in an alternative strategy of S-O (Strength-Opportunity). Then, the results of the SWOT analysis are reprocessed using the QSPM (quantitative strategic planning matrix) method to obtain priority strategies from various alternative strategies as well as a decision to choose a strategy. The priority strategy in this study is to optimize the use of digital marketing and other marketing technologies to support the development of Islamic boarding schools in a wider area (6,87).Keywords: Marketing Strategy; Educational Institution; SWOT; QSPM

Abstrak Artikel ini membahas tentang alat transportasi saat ini bukan hanya sekedar untuk alat perpindahan atau mobilitas saja, namun untuk efisiensi waktu dan meminimalisir kemacetan. Memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk konsumen menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan transportasi. Perusahaan yang berhasil memasarkan produk/jasanya kepada konsumen dengan pelayanan yang memuaskan mendapatkan brand yang baik dimata konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang para sopir Gojek dan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan sopir dalam pandangan Perspektif Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan penelitian lapangan (field research) Sehingga penelitian ini juga bisa disebut penelitian kasus atau study kasus (case study) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gojek terdapat standar operasional prosedur dalam melayani konsumen baik itu terkait dengan penampilan sopir masih belum sesuai. Jika ditinjau dari cara bisnis menurut sifat Rosullulah yaitu terkait dengan sifat Shiddiq, Amanah, Thabligh, Fathanah masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai. Kata kunci : Gojek, Sopir, Pelayanan, Jasa, Konsumen   This article discusses the current means of transportation not just for moving equipment or mobility, but for time efficiency and to minimize congestion. Providing the best service for consumers is a measure of the success of a transportation company. Companies that successfully market their products / services to consumers with satisfying service get a good brand in the eyes of consumers. This study was conducted aiming to determine the quality of service offered by Gojek drivers and to determine the quality of driver services in the view of the Islamic Perspective. The research method used is the field research approach so that this research can also be called a case study or case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. From the results of these studies it can be concluded that Gojek has standard operational procedures in serving consumers both related to the appearance of the driver is still not appropriate. When viewed from the way of business according to the nature of Rosullulah which is related to the nature of Shiddiq, Amanah, Thabligh, Fathanah is still not entirely appropriate. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui proses bimbingan keagamaan, fungsi bimbingan keagamaan serta hasil bimbingan keagamaan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari. Dengan pertanyaan penelitian 1) Bagaimana proses bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?, 2) Bagaiamana fungsi bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?, 3) Bagaimana hasil bimbingan keagamaan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja di Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari?. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dikarenakan masalah yang diteliti perlu dilukiskan secara sistematis dan faktual dengan menggambarkan keadaan atau status fenomena. Hasil bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding School SMK PPN adalah munculnya aspek-aspek kecerdasan spiritual pada remaja seperti kesadaran untuk menghayati proses ibadah bukan sebagai pengguguran kewajiban, terbiasa berperilaku baik, memiliki prinsip keadilan, memiliki prinsip kebenaran, mampu mengambil hikmah dari musibah yang dihadapinya, bersikap fleksibel, bersikap kritis dan merenungkan penyebab serta alasan segala sesuatu terjadi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bimbingan keagamaan di Boarding Schoool SMK PPN memiliki peranan yang sangat menunjang dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja. The purpose of this study is to find out how the proccess of islamic guidance, function of islamic guidance, and result of islamic guidance to increase SpritualQuetiont in adolescence. With research questions 1) How the proccess of islamic guidance to increase spiritual quetiont on adolescence ?, 2) What is the function of islamic guidance to increase Spiritual Quetiont on adolescence?, 3) How are the results of islamic guidance to increase Spiritual Quetiont on adolescence?. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive approach with subject and object of research is guidancer. While the data collection tool in this study through observation, direct interview and written interviews. From the results of research conducted at Boarding School SMK PPN Tanjungsari, it appears of Spiritual Quetiont in adolescents. Such as the behavior of living the worship process, get used to behave well, be fair, be wise, able to take lessons from the difficulties they experienced, be flexible, be critical. So, we can conclude that islamic Guidance has a very supportive role in increasing adolescent Spiritual Quetiont.
