It is shown it essence and is revealed urgency to study the phenomena and process to pedagogical reality.Diatropic paradigm of co-ordinates, cultural and sub-cultural worlds and finally individual displays personality and its environment represents gnosiological subsoil for determination of optimum correlation of idiographу and nomotetics in scientifically-pedagogical research, statement uniqueness of each individual is not more significant, than human nature in general. We consider that diatropic and cognitive model orients the researchers of the pedagogical phenomena, processes, systems, on the search of mutually complemented tendencies of scientific cognition on eclecticism, search and establishment of original, than on providing general and universal. Diatropic approach as methodology of scientifically-pedagogical researches determines logic of search in multicultural professionally educational spacious of variety of general properties and differences in the large aggregates of objects. Such way of cognition is not eliminated by the grant of advantage the idea of variant that acquires the special actuality in the conditions of reformation of the domestic educational system.

The concept of a diagnostic system is defined as a basic component of diagnostics, which is a multivariate knowledge of features of personality reflection. Multi-level of communications in the field of diphase procedural interaction of the formed diagnostic systems is proposed to be practically investigated on the basis of a synergistic cognitive model. In the structure of the diagnostic system itself, the phases of procedural interaction are distinguished, where the first one passes before diagnosis and outside its value-reflexive processes, forming against the background of a specific society and system of its medicine as a whole. The second phase involves the activities of a specific professional. The openness of this integrity stems from the phenomenal characteristics of the nature of social systems, the inclusion of individuals and their synergy. The significance of the parametric aspect of communication in complex intersubjective interactions, including network interactions, which influence the transformation of both human nature and society by the type of mutual determination of any nonlinear actions inherent in them initially, is shown.

The following paper deals with the application of methodology of pedagogical situations cognitive modeling, which is considered by the authors as a process consisting of six consecutive and interconnected stages. The first stage is a formulation of the purpose and the corresponding tasks. The second stage provides collecting, systematization and analysis of a pedagogical situation with the subsequent allocation of the major factors influencing development of the situation and determination of interrelation between them, i.e. creation of a cognitive map. At the third stage a focused count is created as a result of accounting of the cause and effect chains reflecting the system of interaction between the educational process subjects and allowing to form a pedagogical theory on the basis of basic person study categories: consciousness, thinking, knowledge, understanding, etc. The fourth stage assumes combination of the cognitive map and the focused count in a uniform cognitive model of the studied pedagogical situation. The fifth stage is focused on a real pedagogical situation cognitive model adequacy check i.e. on its verification. The last sixth stage allows to define possible options of a pedagogical situation development by a cognitive model, to find ways and mechanisms of a situation impact.

The ongoing reforms of the Russias educational system call for improvements in the system of higher education. Thus there is a critical need to provide the theoretical and methodological basis for training Masters degree students, and particularly for the culture-general training. Meanwhile the Federal State Educational Standard of the 3rd generation does not describe in detail the concept of culture-general training of Masters students, providing only the set of general cultural competencies, which students are required to develop to graduate with the Masters degree. As higher education institutions are free to set up their own mechanisms of culture-general training, the author emphasizes, that she and her colleagues place a particular focus on culture-general training of Masters degree students attending the higher pedagogical institutions, because the graduates would not become valued society members, unless they have mastered and enhanced the whole range of culture-general competencies.

Abstract Pre-Cambrian rocks in the southern Sangre de Cristo Mountains consist chiefly of granites, gneisses, and schists. Detritals released by weathering of these source rocks were studied for mineral content and general properties as sediments. Most of the minerals contain inclusions and have physical and optical properties that permit determination of source rocks.

The textbook is undeniably a prime source for identifying the important structures or mentality inherent in the culture of an educational system. The objective was to identify which intercultural paradigm of the “other” was prevalent in Quebec society during this period through the analysis of Canadian history and the history of the Catholic church textbooks used in French primary and secondary education in Quebec, from 1870 to 1950. The use of contemporary concepts from theology and the history of religion such as “inclusivity” and “exclusivity” is singularly apt for historical and pedagogical research of intercultural mentalities and realities in education. Thus, it is hoped that an original contribution will be made to the important structures that have shaped the teaching of religion and of the history of Quebec during the period in question. The concept of “model” is analyzed and its essential characteristics are identified in the works of leading scientists, theorists of the philosophy of science and in pedagogical research. The content core of the proposed model defines four interrelated components: motivational-target, content-procedural, analytical-cognitive, personal-creative. The methodological basis of the design block of the presented model are system, activity-organizational, synergetic, competence-based and personality-oriented approaches. The characteristic features of the criteria and their indicators are clarified and justified. The following criteria are identified: professional-motivational, cognitive-informational, search-research, creative-productive. Three levels of the development in the intellectual and creative abilities are highlighted – low (indifferent), medium (motivated) and high (creative), which holistically reflect the implementation of the process of the development in the intellectual and creative abilities of future music teachers in the process of professional training.Key words: Model, Pedagogical Conditions, Approaches, Structural Components, Criteria, Indicators, Levels, Development of Intellectual and Creative Abilities, Future Music Teachers, Professional Training.
