As one of the mathematics objects, the basic facts of mathematics are the primary material that students must master. The facts of addition and subtraction should have been taught in the first level and mastered by the end of the second level. The multiplication and division facts should have been taught at the third level and could be mastered at the fourth level. The primary fact mastery phase consists of a counting phase, a reasoning phase, and a mastering/advanced phase. Mathematics as science should also be accepted by all students regardless of their characteristics, background, or physical needs. They must have the opportunity to learn and be supported to learn mathematics, one of which is a child with special needs slow learner. This research aims to describe the mastery of basic math facts in slow learner children. This is qualitative research, with research subjects totaling three slow learner students of Melana Junior Hight School, Semarang. Subjects are selected by purposive sampling. Data are collected through tests. Time triangulation is used for data validation. Data collection is carried out three times with a gap of 2-3 weeks. The data analysis technique in this research is data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The research results conclude that the slow learner children are not yet proficient in mastering the basic facts of mathematics. There are slow learner children who can reach the reasoning stage in mastering basic facts, but more are still in the counting stage. Slow learner children who have good basic fact skills have better grades in mathematics. The addition facts are the most effortless facts to master, while the division facts are the most difficult facts to master. Some students can master multiplication facts better than subtraction facts, but some can master subtraction facts more than multiplication facts.

In the teaching of elementary arithmetic we introduce the students to 100 addition facts, 100 subtraction facts, and 100 multiplication facts. When it comes to division, however, most teachers and books present or discuss only 90 basic facts. Many children will not think to question this nonsymmetric arrangement, but what about those who do? What explanation can we give the alert and inquisitive child who wants to know why we have omitted 10 division facts from our list?

The purpose of this research is to design, to build, and to test vibration, sound and temperature control devices on Motor on 3-phases motor for damage to a arduino based 3-phase induction motor. The research is conducted in the Motor Installation Lab. 1st floor Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. At June 2019 until December 2019.This research uses engineering methods. The research subjects used are AC motors. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with data collection techniques namely laboratory observation using testing instruments.The results showed that the device can measure the level of vibration and sound (noise) of the motor through the LOW and HIGH conditions of the vibration sensor and sound sensor, while the device can measure the level of the motor temperature through data from the LM35 temperature sensor. So it can be concluded that the vibration, sound and temperature gauges can function well in motor damage indications.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain dan membuat alat pengatur getaran, suara dan suhu motor induksi 3-phasa sebagai indikasi kerusakan pada motor induksi 3-phasa berbasis arduino. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Instalasi Motor Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pada Bulan Juni 2019 sampai Desember 2019.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rekayasa teknik. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu motor AC induksi 3-phasa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi laboratorium menggunakan instrumen pengujian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat dapat mengukur tingkat getaran dan suara (noise) motor melalui kondisi LOW dan HIGH dari sensor getaran dan sensor suara, sedangkan alat dapat mengukur tingkat suhu motor melalui data dari sensor suhu LM35. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat pengukur getaran, suara dan suhu dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam mengindikasi kerusakan motor.

ABSTRACT  This study aims to describe the use of libraries in Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Elementary School Yogyakarta, including the presence of students in the library, student activities in the library, book collections in the library and services in the library. This study included qualitative descriptive research. Research subjects of principals, librarians, teachers and students. The object of this research is the use of school libraries. The validity of the data in this study uses data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Hubermen models which include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the library at SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Yogyakarta in its utilization was very good. The use of the library is realized so that the library becomes the most important part of its existence in the school environment. In the use of libraries in SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Yogyakarta is seen from a complete collection of books, high numbers of student visits to libraries, utilization of library space for activities in teaching and learning processes, libraries are comfortable places for students to do assignments and libraries are a solution for students to borrow books when needing references when learning is taking place. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan trianggulasi sumber data dan trianggulasi teknik. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Hubermen yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan  di SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Yogyakarta  dalam pemanfaatannya sangat baik. Pemanfaatan perpustakaan diwujudkan agar perpustakaan menjadi bagian terpenting keberadaannya dalam lingkungan sekolah.  Dalam Pemanfaatan perpustakaan di SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan 3 Yogyakarata dilihat dari koleksi buku yang lengkap, tingginya angka kunjungan siswa ke perpustakaan, pemanfaatan ruang perpustakaan untuk kegiatan proses belajar mengajar, perpustakaan menjadi tempat yang nyaman bagi siswa untuk mengerjakan tugas dan  perpustakaan menjadi solusi bagi siswa untuk meminjam buku ketika membutuhkan referensi ketika pembelajaran sedang berangsung. Dalam pemanfaatan perpustakaan, siswa juga terbantu dengan pelayaan perpustakaan yang  baik.Kata kunci: Pemanfaatan perpustakaan, SD Muhammadiyah Wirobrajan.

The aims of this study are to analyze and describe the metacognition of students who have high, moderate, and low Self-Regulated Learning (SLR) in solving Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) type problem. The research method that used was qualitative, research subjects were taken from students who can provide information about the results of their work to obtain complete data and stop when there was no information that can be extracted (saturated data), then obtained 6 people consisting of students who have high, medium, low SLR. The Data collection technique used was the think-aloud method. The data analysis technique used in this study was a model from Miles and Huberman. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that: the metacognition of students with high SLR used metacognition in the indicators to compose strategies and monitor actions to the maximum while at the evaluation stage they had not been able to mention other alternatives to solve the problem, the metacognition of students with medium SLR used metacognition to the maximum in the indicators of the stage of compiling strategies but at the monitoring actions they had not been able to interpret the results of the answers and at the stage of evaluation they had not been able to mention other alternatives to solve the problem, the metacognition of students with low SLR had not been able to use metacognition to the maximum. Teachers must pay attention to students' self-regulated learning and metacognition in solving HOTS problems.

The covid-19 pandemic has shifted the learning system in Indonesia to distance learning, or better known as online learning. Various education units carry out online learning, this can bring about changes in learning activities. Whether it’s from students, teachers and the learning environment. From the existing phenomena, the researcher wants to conduct an analysis related to learning motivation and student learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims (1) to find out how student motivation during the covid-19 pandemic and (2) to find out how student learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The research subjects were students of X OTKP class, vocational high school 1 Ngawi while the value of student learning outcomes was taken in the General Administration subject. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses percentages. From the research conducted, it was found that the six indicators of learning motivation got an average of 84,28%, which means that student learning motivation falls into the high motivation category. While the average value of student learning outcomes got a percentage of 82,64%. Which means that student learning the category of good learning outcomes.

This study aims to determine the effect of tourism product attributes and destination image, either directly, indirectly, partially and simultaneously on the decision to visit the Taman Sri Baduga Kabupaten Purwakarta tourist destination, and the results of this study can be useful for Stake Holders in the field of tourism and can contribute for science.The paradigm of this research is a quantitative descriptive verification paradigm with a focus on testing theory through measuring research variables using the statistical technique / SPSS 24 approach, data collection using the incidental sampling technique on 398 respondents with research subjects who are visitors or who have visited Taman Sri Baduga Purwakarta tourist destinations. Before testing the hypothesis, this study conducted a data validity test. Data analysis technique used is the scale range analysis technique and path analysis.There is a significant effect of the partial attributes of tourism products on the decision to visit by 55.3% and the partial effect of the image of the destination on the decision to visit by 28%. Then there is a simultaneous influence of tourism product attributes and destination image on the decision to visit Taman Sri Baduga Purwakarta of 83.3%, the remaining 16.7% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Nurul Alimah 20036102710124, Application of Animated Video Learning Media to Improve Skills to Introduce Family Members in Learning Indonesian to Class I Students of SDI Al Fattah Surakarta. This research is a classroom action research which aims to determine whether the use of animated video learning media can improve the skills to introduce family members in Indonesian language learning to the students of Class IB SDI Al Fattah Surakarta. The change target variable is the result of students' skills, while the action variable is the animated video media. The classroom action research consisted of three cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were 20 students of class 1B. Data collection techniques using tests, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used a qualitative analysis model. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the skills to introduce family members in Indonesian language learning after implementing class actions with the application of animated video media. This can be shown by increasing the skills of students from cycle I to cycle III. In the first cycle the percentage reached 65% KKM. In the second cycle the percentage of achieving KKM was 85%. In the third cycle the percentage reached 95% KKM.  Keywords: classroom action research, video animation media, skills, introducing family members

This study was conducted to seek the consistency of the results of previous studies on the influence of Intellectual Capital, with the mediation of financial performance, on the value of banking firms. The quantitative research method used the PLS-SEM analysis technique by using the Smart PLS 3 application. The research subjects were 45 banks listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results showed the consistency of the financial performance of banking companies with ROE and ROA indicators as mediating variables between Intellectual Capital as the dependent variable on the value of conventional banking companies using PER indicator as an independent variable. The type of mediation formed in the PLS-SEM equation model is partial mediation.

This study aims to produce: (1) Model of management program implementation in PERBASI (Indonesian Basketball Association) Tanggamus Regency, (2) Model of management system and basketball coaching in PERBASI Tanggamus Regency. This is a qualitative research study looking at different aspects of sport organization in this region. The research subjects are: (1) Branch manager of PERBASI Tanggamus (2) Manager of PERBASI Tanggamus (3) Sports agencies in the Tanggamus Regency, (4) athletes, coaches, communities. Data collection was performed by using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was triangulation. The results showed that: (1) Branch manager of PERBASI in carrying out organizational management does not have a system of implementing the program, (2) The basketball coaching system at Tanggamus has not been designed to be sustainable, (3) The sports coaching system at Tanggamus is not running optimally. The management system of the organization, basketball and sports in Tanggamus Regency is not yet running well. Based on the results, it proposes an ideal model of sports management (1) the ideal model of basketball management in PERBASI Tanggamus, (2) the ideal model of a management system. The conclusion of the research states that the implementation of basketball management and coaching in Tanggamus Regency has not been programmed efficiently. Results of this research suggest that all parties involved in a basketball sports coaching system in Tanggamus Regency should cooperate in implementing management programs.

<em>This study aims to analyze the understanding the use of Javanese language "krama inggil" of preservice teachers in primary teacher education programs. This research is a descriptive study of 84 research subjects. The instruments used were description test sheets, questionnaire sheets, and interview sheets. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative. The results of the analysis show that: 1) The average value of understanding the use of Javanese language "krama inggil" was 78; 2) students who are able to communicate using good manners and apply in daily life as much as 38.61%; 3) Some of the difficulties factors of students using Javanese language "krama inggil" include not being accustomed from childhood, parents do not teach Javanese language "krama inggil", preferring to use Indonesian, lacking the motivation to use Javanese language "krama inggil" because it is difficult to pronounce.</em>
